by my great aunt who passed away.
It's now inherited by her two daughters,
and they're tough cookies.
I love them to death,

-No! Are you kidding?
Right now, I mean, more than ever,
to have a listing in The Flats
is like having gold.
We have to get this listing.
[Joey] The Beverly Hills Flats
is one of the most prestigious
neighborhoods in the world.
You're right next to
downtown Beverly Hills.
You're right next to the Sunset Strip.
You're right next to Bel Air.
You're squeezed in between the most
luxurious, in-demand pockets in LA.
It would be a massive deal
in the flats of Beverly Hills,
and it's gonna help my business a ton.
-[Joey] Obviously, the landscaping
-Are we gonna fall off?
-[Joey] No, no, this is this is sturdy.

Looks really, really nice.
So I wouldn't take any buyers
into the structure.
Because, obviously, we come in this house
and we're plugging our nose.
It's shitty, it's scary, it's dilapidated.
-This property's all about the lot.
-This is a tear-down.
Like, we're literally selling the land.
Some buyers are literally gonna
take a twirl in the yard and just say,
"Great. I wanna make an offer."
Yeah. Might not even
step foot in the house, huh?
Yeah, a lot won't,
so be prepared for that.
[Joey] This is a tear-down.
It's sad to say that, 'cause you have
a beautiful 3,600-foot structure.
You have an amazing guest house,
you have an incredible pool.

My great aunt who lived there

And to hear that you didn't have the guts
to tell me to my face
that I didn't do a good job?
Like, I didn't think
I did a good job either.
It really hurt me that it wasn't
a conversation between the two of us.
I just feel like
I'm so hard on myself already.
If it had come from you from the start,
it would have it would have helped me.
But you actually
did the opposite of helping.
That right there is what really,
really fucking crushed me.
[tense music fading]
Yes, you are totally right,
I was not honest with you at first.
I felt like I couldn't
be completely honest with you
because I didn't want to upset Farrah.
"Upset Farrah"?
-Yeah, because I
-Why Farrah?
Because, well, with Farrah there,
I felt like I couldn't
be completely honest with you.
-Because of who you are.
-Okay.
And especially in our company,
I don't know if people
are that honest with you.
Right?
People are not honest with me
and I know that.
[Melissa] Yeah.
That's almost why I feel like I've
been a little handicapped in my progress.
Okay.
And even these grades
are so ridiculous at this point,
but even the "B" upset me,
but it was because I was disappointed.
-[Melissa] Uh-huh.
-I wanna hear that from you.
If my dad's not gonna tell me,
Farrah's not gonna tell me,
I want you to tell me.
I want to be better, and I want honesty.
And, you know, I've been reflecting,
and I realize that one of the reasons
this affected me so much
is that I feel like I'm an impostor,
in a way.
I don't feel like I deserve to be here,
because, from the get-go,
I was afraid people would think, "This job
was handed to her on a silver platter."
Uh-huh.
I wish I was that kind of agent
that could just get thrown into a house,
and not have my homework done,
and sell it, and be amazing, but I'm not.
[emotional music playing]
It's so much more than a job for me,
and to feel like I'm
falling through the cracks a little bit
makes me really sad.
Thank you so much.
I'm not competitive with my sisters,
but the truth is, like,
I definitely struggled in school.
Portia, Sophia, Farrah,
they're all straight-A, Dean's List kids.
[crying] And I never was that person.
[sighs heavily]
I'm just slower.
It just hurts that it's all these people
that I really do genuinely care
what they think.
[Melissa] Yeah.
I care what Brandon thinks,
what Joey thinks, what Sonika thinks.
It's my circle. It's our safe space.
The Agency is our safe space
and suddenly I'm
I'm scared.
[Melissa] Um
I have a really tough question to ask you.
[dramatic music playing]
This is just me being honest
and obviously more honest
moving forward with you.
After hearing everything you kinda said
do you think real estate
is the right business for you?
[dramatic music continues]
[emotional song playing]
