So I ended up in the box room, groping around trying to feel for the loo.
Needless to say, it didn't end well.

She got over her infection.
Yeah, and the next thing is to get her breathing by herself.
You're not going to take her off the ventilator, are you, I meant what if she can't? No, we wouldn't do that.
We won't just take her off.
We gradually reduce the pressure and What does that mean? We get her to stretch her lungs and in a couple of days, hopefully, the ventilator will just be kicking in when she needs it.
You WILL let me know when you take her off? Of course, and we'll be there the whole time.
You won't let her die, will you? We'll do our very best.

I had a miscarriage a few years ago and I don't think I've ever really got over it.
