But it's not necessary

The cyber cell has run a trace.
I have two words for you.
Namrata Joshi.
-[man 1] 'Sir.'
- Thank you.
- Yeah! She is becoming a pest.
- Hmm.
First, it was Sukhdar,

I had a word with General Sebastian
regarding the plan.
He is quite confident.
'The foreign minister,

And what about casualties?
What if we lose more men?
Look, I know it is risky.
But we must take this step

personnel requirements
equipment
and casualties expected.
They are all in this list, Sir.
The PM will be briefed tomorrow.

through these options before that.
Let's hope they do it.

Our work is to devise the plan.
Let's leave the decision to the PM.
I'll update you
after the meeting in Delhi is over.

They have started the proceedings

[news] NSA Malviya

Sir, we have some informers
in Jaish-e-Mohammed
with whom our team
is trying to establish contact.
That information will help

As of now, I'm only permitting
the Special Forces
to standby in Uri,
Kupwara and Poonch.
Okay, sir.
As far as our silence
is considered
tomorrow, the whole country
will listen to our voice.
But they will only hear
what we want them to hear.
At the UNGA, the Prime Minister
of our neighbouring country
was taking the side
of terrorists.
I want to call upon
the people of Pakistan
[PM] 'who believe in him
as their Prime Minister.'
The same Pakistani people
whose ancestors,
before the Partition in 1947
loved both lands equally..
I would like to tell them
that India is ready for war.
But we have to fight
this war against poverty
not against each other.
India and Pakistan
should come together
to fight a war
against social evils, illiteracy
and unemployment.
That is Bashir Ahmed
from Poonch.
He was with us earlier.
He's with them now?
Hizbul has recruited 65 of our boys
in their force.
We train them but they sacrifice
their lives elsewhere.
Let's use their tricks on them.
We can reach the boys
through internet.
We can bribe them
with double the amount
and include them in our camp.
Forget the computer.
Now I will tell you
from where to find Jihadis.
[indistinct chatter]
[bullets firing]
- Assalam-waleikum
- Waleikum-assalam.
Our school is only uptil
the 8th standard.
- These boys are not more than
13 to 14 years old. - Okay.
Sit down.
Last week, four of our boys
killed 19 soldiers
of the Indian Army.
All four are martyrs now.
Allah has granted them
a place in heaven.
Those who fight for freedom
do not trap themselves
in a place like this.
For their beloved land of Kashmir
they are ready
to sacrifice everything.
Because sacrifice is the only way
to fulfil God's will.
I am not your enemy.
Our enemies think
of us as cowards.
That's why we fight.
People who follow the path
of the Holy Quran
embrace Jihad because
they cannot tolerate oppression.
After Pakistan's independence
the way India has ruined
our Kashmir
we will ruin them in the same way.
Any child who wants to sacrifice
his life in the name of Allah
come forward now.
These will be our new weapons.

tomorrow, the whole country
will listen to our voice.
But they will only hear
what we want them to hear.
At the UNGA, the Prime Minister
of our neighbouring country
was taking the side
of terrorists.
I want to call upon
the people of Pakistan
[PM] 'who believe in him
as their Prime Minister.'
The same Pakistani people
whose ancestors,
before the Partition in 1947
loved both lands equally..
I would like to tell them
that India is ready for war.
But we have to fight
this war against poverty
not against each other.
India and Pakistan
should come together
to fight a war
against social evils, illiteracy
and unemployment.
That is Bashir Ahmed
from Poonch.
He was with us earlier.
He's with them now?
Hizbul has recruited 65 of our boys
in their force.
We train them but they sacrifice
their lives elsewhere.
Let's use their tricks on them.
We can reach the boys
through internet.
We can bribe them
with double the amount
and include them in our camp.
Forget the computer.
Now I will tell you
from where to find Jihadis.
[indistinct chatter]
[bullets firing]
- Assalam-waleikum
- Waleikum-assalam.
Our school is only uptil
the 8th standard.
- These boys are not more than
13 to 14 years old. - Okay.
Sit down.
Last week, four of our boys
killed 19 soldiers
of the Indian Army.
All four are martyrs now.
Allah has granted them
a place in heaven.
Those who fight for freedom
do not trap themselves
in a place like this.
For their beloved land of Kashmir
they are ready
to sacrifice everything.
Because sacrifice is the only way
to fulfil God's will.
I am not your enemy.
Our enemies think
of us as cowards.
That's why we fight.
People who follow the path
of the Holy Quran
embrace Jihad because
they cannot tolerate oppression.
After Pakistan's independence
the way India has ruined
our Kashmir
we will ruin them in the same way.
Any child who wants to sacrifice
his life in the name of Allah
come forward now.
These will be our new weapons.
