To avoid destruction from an alien attack Captain Gloval gives the order to perform a fold operation.
However the resulting space time warp has transported not only the SDF-1 but part of Macross island and even some of the surrounding ocean far out in the space depositing everything somewhere near the orbit of Pluto.
TRANSFORMATION The entire population of the island is now sheltered some more uneasily inside the gigantic battle cruiser.
Slowly, the inhabitants have picked up the pieces of their lives and they are now doing their best to return to a normal life style if you can call living inside the battle cruiser floating in the middle of the space "normal".
We wasted half the day standing in line for this.
We were lucky to get anything.
