The Tribe (2024) s01e05 Episode Script
Episode 5

[soft music plays]
["What Jhumka?" Plays]
The girls were filming for a big
an English brand.
And I was doing Bollywood songs.
["What Jhumka?" continues to play]
-Okay, are you ready?
-[shutter clicks]
It just finally started to feel
like a content house.
[Aryaana] Alanna and Ivor, me and Srushti,
Alfia doing her TikTok dance.
All I could see from far was
Alfia doing something like this
I'm very Bollywood. You can put me
in a blazer and all of this
and I'll look all, "Hi, nice to meet you."
But on the inside, I'm completely desi.
Ivor has died laughing.
["What Jhumka?" fades out]
-You look really good.
-Thank you.
-Hi.
-Hey!
[upbeat song plays]
Look at how cool
Aryaana's outfit is, right?
-It's such a vibe.
-Do you wanna change your outfit?
[upbeat song plays]
Okay, let's see.
Oh, these are great. Keep going.
Yep. Keep going.
This is editorial stuff.
We should have a magazine.
[Alanna] Girls in every corner
doing their thing.
Whether it's dancing or whether it's
their fashion or whether it's my make-up.
But this is what I wanted
when I said I want a content house.
["What Jhumka?" Ends]
[birds chirping]
[country music plays]
[country music ends]
Five bucks Alanna is stressed out
that Alaviaa's coming today.
Are you stressed?
My idea was to put Alaviaa
and Alfia in the master
and then lock them.
-And then let them talk.
-My money is on her.
She can hurt physically,
but Alaviaa can hurt with her words.
Yeah, I've heard.
-One knock and
-[energetic music plays]
-Then no words will come out.
-Finally, they're going to be like
[energetic music ends]
I don't even think
you'd wear that to a club.
It doesn't make sense.
-I wouldn't wear this to a club.
-Yeah.
Literally in LA, you won't even get
into a club looking like that.
So, it doesn't really make sense.
I had just seen Kyle's look
for my music video
and I wasn't so happy about it.
And so, I was really stressed out.
I could not care less
about the Alaviaa situation.
When she was coming or going,
I didn't care about anything at the time.
[upbeat music plays]
-Alvis!
-Can you help me with
How was your flight?
Guys, Alaviaa is here
and so is her baggage.
-Hi!
-Hello.
How was your flight?
-Why is everyone looking so cute?
-Finally!
Everything has been paused
because of your late arrival.
Finally, right, Alaviaa?
Two weeks late. [soft giggle]
Someone's missing.
-Srushti's napping. Should we wake her up?
-She's taking a nap.
-She's not napping. She's
-She's sleeping.
called shotgun on the rooming situation.
She's scared that you'll come
and start doing stuff.
Yeah, what's happening about that?
I'm not settling for that laundry room.
So, you all can figure it out.
-It's not a laundry room.
-Kyle, I am texting you.
Then why don't you sleep there?
Because it's a single bed,
we are two people.
-So, Alfia or Srushti.
-No, I can't.
I'm okay with living in that room,
that's not a problem for me.
So then?
I just don't want to share with anyone.
So, then why don't you stay in that room?
-They took a call, right?
-One sec. What do you mean?
Clearly, no one chose that room
means it's a shitty room.
So, I'm not sleeping there.
-Let's just show her the room.
-Yeah.
You should know how to sell it.
Like, imagine a laundry machine
in your room.
-Exactly!
-Who wants it?
I'd take that room.
[upbeat music continues]
-This is the master.
-So cute.
I'm keeping half my clothes here,
in this closet.
[feel-good music plays]
Srushti, I have come to take your room.
-Hi!
-Come on, get up.
Look who's here!
So I'm sleeping here,
that's what's been decided
while you were sleeping.
That's what got decided?
I'm going to go and check it out because
there's too much calmness around it.
-I knew this would happen.
-What?
I knew I'd be put on the spot.
I genuinely thought she was gonna come,
pick out clothes,
and throw the clothes off the staircase,
like how Kourtney does
when Scott cheats on her.
Alaviaa, if she doesn't want to,
then you can't force it.
-What do I do then?
-You have to convince her.
What do I do then?
Sleep on the floor?
-No. Just keep quiet.
-You have to convince her.
The judge, jury, and the executioner
-I'm not convincing anyone.
-Can we actually show her the small room?
And actually, finish this off.
It's not as bad as you think.
The laundry room?
-Stop calling it that.
-Stop that!
Aw, are you getting pushed around?
Yeah, I'm definitely not sleeping here.
-Is it that bad?
-It's like a help's room.
-Like hello, am I your servant?
-[Alanna chuckles]
[tense music plays]
I think, you all should sleep here.
With either Kyle or Ivor down
on the mattress.
You don't get privileges
just because you're dating someone.
[dramatic music plays]
Why don't you sleep here?
-Why has it come to me?
-Because, bro
Poor Alfia is new, now
I can't tell her to share a room.
And honestly, I don't think the room was
[Alaviaa] that bad.
Like I've stayed in a dorm.
I just didn't think it was right to decide
who would take what room
while I was not here.
Okay, who is willing to,
besides her, accommodate?
Honestly, I'm not a very good person
to share with.
I, honestly, really like I
What do want me to do?
Sit on your head?
I'll sleep in the smaller room.
First, for my own ego,
let's stop calling it the laundry room
if I'm actually going to move there.
It's been called more
than the laundry room.
See, the only thing that I was
a little this about, was
the fact that you said, "I have clothes",
like, I haven't come with a poly bag.
You weren't on call
when I asked them nicely
and they said, "Oh, when Alfia comes,
we'll decide in a fair way."
Which you guys have not done.
I said it's only fair that I'm here.
The date that I was given, I have made it.
I deserve a decent space.
But if it's going to become
such a big situation where
But that's what I said as well.
Like, three of them live here.
I don't live here full-time.
Especially when Aryaana and I lived
together last time,
I took the shittiest room then as well.
So, I don't want to do that again.
That's because I had music equipment
I needed space for.
I'm sorry but like,
there's always something to like
What the hell!
You get to come here, to LA
without spending rent,
nothing, free ticket.
Why will you crib?
Like, that's not me. I would be
My only point was I wanted my own space.
Guys, I think it's only fair
if I'm the only one willing to accommodate
then you all should give me a nicer room
because no one else
is willing to accommodate.
Alaviaa, don't push it.
She was being a little,
like slightly arrogant about
Okay, maybe a little more than slight,
about the whole room thing.
Why are they saying I'm entitled?
Clearly, they feel entitled
because they're not like,
deciding the rooms in a fair way.
Guys, worst case,
I live ten minutes down the road.
And I told Ivor this, that
if this blows out of proportion,
we're just going to move back.
And then there are going to be
no problems with the room.
I did wanna move in here because
I felt like we should live together,
but if it's becoming such a big issue,
then I'm just gonna move back out and
You don't have to do that.
[tense music continues]
[Aryaana] Alanna decided to move out.
Which she shouldn't have to.
No one expected it.
Sometimes, I feel like
Alanna is too understanding.
I'm trying to just be like
Look at everything from,
like a macro perspective.
I'm going to move back to my house.
The room drama and everything was
just getting a little chaotic.
I think me moving out
was the solution to the problems.
Ivor was very happy.
I think we both are a little too old
for a dorm room situation.
So, I think it was the best move
to just go back and
maybe just come here during the day.
Okay, we should go and unpack in our rooms
and get ready for our shoot tomorrow.
We have to shoot with all of us
at the house.
First post and just the newest member.
Any concept in mind?
I think denim is cute.
All denim-on-denim?
Everybody does denim-on-denim?
I'm down for denim-on-denim.
-I have a rehearsal that goes on all day.
-So then it's evening.
It's evening or morning.
-We can't shoot in the day.
-No, I'm gone all day.
-I'm gone all day.
-We have to do it in the evening.
-This light is the best.
-Aryaana, you can't do this.
-We've literally waited for her
-It's my music video, Alanna.
I did not even know
the shoot was going to be planned.
It was very impromptu.
It made me so much more stressed
for the next day.
[tense music fades]
[funky music plays]
I feel like you're doing that thing
where you really zoom into my face.
-No, I am not
-And then it's just my nose.
So, we're back from
the CollabTribe content house.
[Alanna] And Ivor is so happy.
My mom's coming to town.
And this is the first trip that
she's coming here after we're married.
And we actually have a house
where we can have guests.
The last time she came here,
we were living in our little beach house.
So, this is quite an upgrade.
So excited to show her,
just because I was just like,
"Look, mom, I did this by myself."
-Hi!
-Hello!
-Oh, my God!
-How was your flight?
Exhausting.
-[Alanna] Let me get your suitcase.
-[in Hindi] Namaste, mother-in-law!
Mother-in-law! Hi, son-in-law!
[in English] Oh, my God!
Look at the house.
[peppy music playing]
[Alanna] Okay, wait!
-I'm most excited to show my mom this.
-Oh, my God!
-This, I've seen
-Wait, we can't show you guys this,
by the way, for YouTube.
-Why?
-This is a separate video.
Oh, so this is my bedroom, right?
No, this is our bedroom.
I love this pool.
When I came here, my dad just said,
if you do go to LA, you're on your own.
I started from scratch and
people find that hard to believe,
but I did.
I'm so happy you've come.
I'm so proud of you.
I'm so proud of both of you.
Look at it. Look at every little bit.
The only reason I survived
was because of Hardik.
I was living off the company money.
And four years later,
what a long way we've come!
Guess what the biggest upgrade
in my life was.
-What?
-Getting a dishwasher.
Listen, I'm your living dishwasher.
I'm here now.
Let me wash the dishes.
Mom, how many times in your life
have you washed the dishes? Be honest.
The last time she was here,
she couldn't even switch the microwave on.
She thought it was exploding
when it was beeping.
Srushti is having this launch event
for her brand.
So, she has invited you.
-She knows you're here, so
-Yeah.
-So, we'll go there.
-I know she sent me a message
via a DM on Instagram.
Yeah, I love that Srushti and my
mom talk more than me and Srushti.
-I'm looking forward to meeting everybody.
-Want some more?
[funky music ends]
[cheerful music plays]
Are you guys ready?
Five minutes? In your bathrobe?
Srush? What's your ETA?
We're two hours late.
-Guys?
-We're running really late, I know.
[talks in a gibberish manner] Hurry up!
I wanted to slap everyone.
I knew this was gonna happen
on the one day that
I needed it to not happen.
-Are all the girls ready?
-I'll quickly wear clothes.
Let's go! Let's go, guys.
Come on.
[Alaviaa] That was not my fault.
[soft chuckles]
That was Alfia's fault.
She woke up late.
Guys, can we hurry up?
Come on, buddy.
[upbeat music plays]
-You want to sit on it?
-Like that?
-Oh
-Whoa
So, put your right hand
I have an idea.
What if we did each one's
introduction shots with what they do?
You have an instrument with you right now?
I like the idea.
But for this shoot, I don't think
it's gonna work really.
We don't have much time.
If we don't wanna use it, we won't.
But let's just have it.
No, Als Maybe we should
do individuals on a different day.
-Yeah. This is not an individual shoot.
-No, I think we should.
Let's just have it to have it, guys.
Seriously.
We should have pre-planned this.
[tense music plays]
Guys, quick group meeting,
so we know what's happening.
We're gonna do
one group shot in the middle.
And then individual shots for each girl.
I have this idea, but Ivor's saying
-it doesn't work.
-I think we should just do all together
because we're all in denim.
Let's just do like
-Yeah, we have to start these shoots
-But there's one happening.
Don't you all want to get more
-out of this shoot?
-We will.
I got Aryaana, she got a couple
of good shots in here. We're fine.
Let's move on to the wide shots.
There were so many opinions
and no one was listening to me.
Alanna, you're in the back.
I don't wanna be at the back.
I don't wanna cover my outfit.
-You won't.
-Oh, lord!
I mean they're gonna put you there.
Aryaana, you could sit down.
No, you're standing over here, Srush.
Let's put Alfia in the middle,
-since she's the new girl.
-New girl.
You know what?
I think someone should sit down.
-For levels.
-I'll sit down?
Yeah, let's see it.
-Let's just see it, real quick. Come on.
-Sit down and put your arms
No, The levels
are good right now. Let's see.
I expressed my vision
and no one's getting it.
I know it's your shoot
but it's also my photography vision, so
-I know, but it's just
-Like you
-Us taking this like
-Everyone's like, be a CEO.
But when I say something,
no one, like, really
I get that people have opinions
but it's just like
Alanna, CEO. Ivor, photographer.
When two creatives clash,
it becomes an issue.
It's very rare for me and Ivor
to disagree.
But in a group setting,
whether you agree with me or not,
you have to have my back.
I'm the boss here and everyone's like,
"Shut up."
-So what do you want?
-Even if you don't actually think that
just be like, "Yeah."
I voiced my opinion.
Okay, so you express your opinion again.
I did.
[tense music continues]
Why are you going crazy right now?
-Because I'm giving
-Srushti Srushti, back here.
-the same brief, again and again.
-Srushti, get behind.
It's fine. This is something creative.
You can be very bossy with other staff.
So, that's the first time
I have actually seen Alanna like,
get angry or scream at Ivor.
But they're usually so in sync
with each other.
And everything's always so picture perfect
that this was kind of like a little oh
I just feel like,
with that full thing there.
I voiced my opinion again,
and you did exactly
what we discussed not to do.
By you saying, "No, this is a bad idea,"
the girls also feel like
they don't have to listen to me.
Because opinions are good.
-But too many opinions are not good.
-But mine's not an opinion.
-I know.
-When I get into shoots
-I have to turn into director mode.
-I know.
The reason why I had to step in is
because it's really bad planning.
I'm here to help you, so I'm sorry.
I just feel like, this has happened
-It's like the same conversation
-Fine, you'll be all right.
-again and again.
-You'll be okay, come on.
Well, let's shoot this thing.
-All right, sit back there. Over here.
-[upbeat song plays]
These are really good.
Alanna, try to lean back into the group
a little bit more.
When I sat on that chair like that,
I was really liking it.
-Can we look at each other?
-Yeah, look at each other.
So, you're going to be right here,
just stand on this.
And you've to come in, okay?
This is the gap, okay?
Girls, smile and laugh.
Smile at each other, look at each other.
Interact.
Are you guys happy?
-I'm not liking my position.
-[Ivor] Do you wanna stand up?
I'm just not happy about
this denim-on-denim situation.
-Okay, it's a little late for that.
-I love the denim-on-denim.
-I feel it's so
-Alaviaa, so late for that.
-I love denim-on-denim.
-I mean, it's not like I have a choice.
Y'all decided y'all wanted to do it.
I didn't like
I'm not a very denim-on-denim person.
I think that denim-on-denim is
just a dress code. It's not a theme.
We look like real estate agents.
The four of us agreed, so
then you were just
I'm just saying that
I might not want to post that.
-[Srushti] We'll do one
-Guys, everyone should individually
at least post this on their stories.
-We have to have people
-Stories is
I'm posting as a post.
I'm posting on my feed.
Even if you don't love it, it's fine,
just post it.
It's not like the end of the world.
This is our first post that
everyone's going to see after two years
of not posting on CollabTribe.
So, it's very important that
we all support this however we can.
By pushing individual audiences to that.
It's not about looking good all the time.
It's about the story
-we're trying to tell.
-Yeah.
-I know it's not perfect.
-Easy for you to say
when you're looking good in the picture.
Where?
I don't like this skirt. My heels
My toenails are not done.
-My hair's not looking fine.
-I love how she said
She's like,
"I hate this skirt." It's mine.
Srushti had put on this outfit
which was making her look like a hooker.
Can we actually discuss this later?
-Like, does it have to be talked about
-Let's go.
-at this second?
-Okay.
[Ivor] Yeah, Alanna
[upbeat music plays]
-That's cute.
-Yeah, I gotta go.
Bye, guys.
It was two and a half hours later than
our call time.
Did I get my rest? No.
[soft music plays]
["Butterflies" plays]
Here, out, fly, down, up.
Butterflies. Flick on eight.
She's actually a really good dancer.
So, for this video,
I was like, we had to get this.
Yeah.
["Butterflies" continues to play]
And let's do
Say hi to dad.
He's been watching you for a while.
I think Aryaana's very driven,
and kind of gets shit done
at the right time.
And we got Kyle's big cameo
tomorrow, too. Don't forget.
-Yeah.
-[Aryaana] I am doing the
[indistinct chatter]
What's up? How are you feeling?
My back is really hurting after the shoot.
I think I'm more like a little bit more
nervous about how this turns out,
more than you are.
But you know, your nervousness
is giving me stress.
-Make sure that you
-You know where my
-you overpower me when it comes to
-where my
energy has been executed today?
In our three-hour-long shoot,
for one photo.
It's okay,
that's a part and parcel of life.
There was just a lot going
through my head at that point.
Because I even have Hardik's
"needed to be perfect"
going on and on in my head.
[Hardik] If this video doesn't look like
what I think of Aryaana,
I'm going to be very sad.
Like very sad.
[dramatic music plays]
-Were you guys happy with the shoot?
-Yeah.
I feel like our previous shoots
were way cooler.
-But I
-We really need to get more content going.
Even otherwise, I think it's a cool shoot.
We just waited for you
to come and do this.
-She's been here so long.
-[Alaviaa] I know.
[Alaviaa] I know I came late.
What's your excuse
for not planning the whole shoot?
They literally planned it
the day I landed.
Like, it could've been a theme.
We could've had props.
-We could've done something really cool.
-We could have, but then
us sticking to one,
like, kind of a uniform,
that shows unity for some reason.
And then, the fact
that we're in this house,
-I just thought that it was like a story.
-Yeah.
If we'd have had time,
I'd have suggested the same thing.
I just thought the concept,
like, just everything was very tacky.
[soft giggle]
[Alanna] She did have
the nerve to say that
but also, this is coming from someone
who has come three weeks late.
So please keep quiet.
[dramatic music fades]
-[birds chirping]
-[gentle music plays]
[Aryaana] Hardik said he's nervous
about the song.
-It stressed me out.
-Why? Why would he be nervous?
[Aryaana] I don't know.
He said he has this vision
and he's afraid that
if it doesn't live up to his vision,
then he's let himself down.
He kind of like, lives vicariously
through your career.
That's what Srushti said.
You know, she said,
"I think that's the reason he's so
particular about everything that you do,
it's because
you're the one living his dream."
-He wants to be a pop star.
-I think so.
[energetic music plays]
[indistinct chatter]
[groovy music plays]
In real life, we met in the club.
[Kyle] So, the music video
is supposed to kind of show
the whole real-life aspect of it.
I'm very excited.
This is all, the only thing
I've ever wanted to do.
The video's gonna get
one and a half million.
That's a stretch.
I got 1.1 million with o.t.
-And this is just me and you.
-Yeah.
Unless you think you're going
to bring in the one million views.
It would be the song
that gets me out there.
I'm not gonna say Taylor Swift big,
because that seems like
even in a hypothetical situation,
it seems unattainable right now.
["Butterflies" plays]
[Aryaana] I definitely wanted
Hardik to be there.
Just because he has input on everything,
but he wasn't there.
Now, whatever it is,
it's too late, Hardik. Sorry.
Oh, are you supposed to be happy?
Whoo!
All right, guys. Do it again.
Do it again.
It's all good.
It felt like just reliving that moment.
It was honestly,
one of the best days of my life.
["Butterflies" ends]
Hi, guys, and welcome back.
I wanted to make a video today
about my fillers.
[gentle music plays]
[Srushti] Hi. What are you doing?
I am looking at all these articles
that have come out about me.
So, I recently posted a YouTube video
about my fillers.
And then suddenly, it's like,
all over the news.
"Oh, Jaaved Jaaferi's daughter.
Like, something to her fillers"
-And I'm just
-Are you serious?
Yes, I've not paid
for these articles to come out.
My mom sent me this.
It was one of the, like, the Bollywood
So, wait, your mom was okay with you
actually coming out with this?
She doesn't care.
[Alaviaa] I've just always, very openly,
even to my friends,
sent like a Snapchat,
while there's a syringe in my face.
I think, I don't know, some people hide it
because they want to show
to the world that
this is their natural face
and I feel like that's what's toxic.
And then someone commented,
"She has had rhinoplasty,
cheek and jaw fillers too.
Why not mention that too?
This is the latest strategy with celebs.
-They reveal some"
-Who is this?
-Some random guy.
-Somebody who doesn't know you?
It's the top-liked comment.
-Yeah.
-Are they mad?
"They reveal some and something"
But how can he say it
with so much confidence?
-I feel like it's a compliment.
-But that's why people don't come out
and actually accept what they've done.
Because people think, oh
if she's done this,
then obviously she's like fully fake.
And I don't think mine looks obvious.
I feel like, so many Bollywood celebrities
get it done and they just look so bad.
Right now, everybody kind
of goes to this one doctor.
Oh, in Bombay?
No, there are like two or three.
-I know of kinda
-Yeah.
-like the one that everybody goes to.
-Yeah.
Um
How do you know this?
-You know, how I wanna get a rhinoplasty.
-Yeah.
And I went for like, a "consultancy"?
-Consultation.
-Consultation. Sorry.
I will go back again.
I wanted to get it done since I was 18.
-But I'm really scared, bro.
-Have you done anything else?
Stop asking me that. No.
[upbeat music plays]
I've actually done nothing
apart from what everybody does.
Yeah, so that's chill.
People think I have gotten a nose job,
but I literally have a bump on my nose.
Yeah, you have not got a nose job.
-I can tell.
-Yeah.
You know, I can make
I can actually give myself a nose job
with an expression.
That's what I do in photos.
That's why I completely have
a different nose in photos
because that's my pose face.
Everybody, every girl's is. It's like
This makes it slimmer.
[groovy music plays]
So, I'm like, reaching out
for brand deals.
[Alanna] Finally, after much effort,
I've got a call with Lakmé, a brand
I've been dying to work with.
[upbeat music plays]
[woman 1] Hey, Alanna!
Hi, thank you so much
for doing this. I know it's really late.
That's okay, no worries.
Alanna, I thought,
just to start this off,
could you tell me
a little bit about CollabTribe
and the idea behind it?
So, CollabTribe is an agency
that invests in Indian talent.
What's the round-up like?
I see there's a cook, someone sings
We have two girls
who have their own clothing brands.
-[Alanna] And me, that has
-[indistinct chatter]
this company, so
[Alanna] I've been chasing this
for a while now.
So, I was a little nervous.
But I was just like, "You need to get your
shit together, Alanna" because this is it.
I think I'm gonna dive straight in,
Alanna, and ask you one tough question.
[Sunanda] We saw that you have a
follower base of
over a million, which is great,
but you know, Lakmé has been collaborating
with even bigger content creators,
So, we were thinking why CollabTribe,
and I wanna hear it from you.
So, for us, like, our girls,
when we pitch to a brand,
it's all of us or nothing.
Because you know, it's supposed to be
like this sisterhood, this friendship.
And that's why, I feel like
always five girls
are more powerful than one, right?
We don't really look at numbers.
We look at the quality of followers.
If you look at Srushti's profile,
her engagement is as much as mine.
Her followers love her.
Anything she puts out will do well.
So that's just all our girls.
It's a small community.
[Alanna] But their audience loves them.
And it's quality over quantity, so
After the previous call we had with Anip,
I was like,
this has to be it.
Like, this is our chance
and I cannot ruin this.
If I do, it's all on me, so
You know, Alanna, the team, and I
were checking out Srushti's profile.
And of course, she has one-fifth
of the follower base of yours,
but it's very heartening to hear that
the quality of engagement
she has with her audience is very good.
[Sunanda] Alanna, this is a very important
campaign for us. We're going global.
We've started to put together looks
and we have about four looks.
We thought we're gonna do something
that vibes with each girl in the tribe.
This sounds like
an absolute dream, but umm
We are five girls and
I'm only hearing four looks.
We do have also the fifth member is
our newest addition.
Her name's Alfia
and she's absolutely great.
She's perfect for this campaign.
She's very fiery.
Tell me a little bit about her engagement.
What are you expecting from her?
She just went public
so she's just at 3000.
Just 3000?
But we are putting in everything
In a few months, she's going to be,
you know, at 100-200k.
So, we're currently working on that,
but just wanted to throw that in there.
Okay, so, Alanna, we look forward
to your deck.
And we'll get back to you
as soon as possible.
What is the scope?
Where is this going to be?
You know, Alanna, Lakmé has
a high-performance range of
skincare and make-up products.
So we're thinking of a beach shoot,
it's gonna be outdoorsy.
[Sunanda] With sun-kissed looks,
a very nude monotone palette.
We are celebrating
the brown girl power, in LA.
So, you could see all of you, potentially,
on an outdoor hoarding in LA as well
It'd be a dream to like,
work with such an iconic brand.
If this goes through.
If this yeah, I love that.
[dramatic music plays]
[upbeat music plays]
You know, Kourtney Kardashian sent me
a PR package. They sent me that bowl.
How cute is it? And I was like
She probably doesn't even know I exist.
Kourtney Kardashian sent me a PR package
and I was so excited.
I was like,
"Oh my God, did she touch this?"
-[whimsical music plays]
-[indistinct background chatter]
Are you using my lip gloss?
Have you asked me? You just used it.
Why is it in my bag?
-Because there's no space in my bag.
-Yeah.
Firstly, love how you've copied my bag.
Excuse me. I got this bag
before you were born, Srushti.
You copied me.
Alanna has so many freaking bags.
But I swear
I was the first one to get this.
"Jacquemus,"
if that's how it's pronounced.
I have carried Jacquemus since
before it was cool, okay?
Why is yours looking so beat up?
Did you throw it in the streets and
-drag it across the street?
-It's just me, bro.
-Let me see it.
-[Srushti] I mess everything up.
I love that mine looks brand new
and yours
It's because yours is brand new.
Do you hit your boyfriends with your bags?
This is brand new.
When did you get this?
I'm lying. I totally saw you carry it
and then I bought it.
[Srushti] What a freaking liar!
I did see it on Srushti,
but now it's my thing.
You know, I was going through all
the girls' Instagram accounts and stuff
I feel like none of you
have really grown
as much as you all can.
You post once a month
but that one time you post,
people love it.
You get as much engagement
as I do and I have like
a million followers. More than a million.
You need to post more.
I forget that
I even have an Instagram sometimes.
If you posted as much as I did,
-you'd probably beat me.
-Yeah.
Like Hardik said yesterday,
don't you wanna find
Don't you wanna be in a position
where we can like
-You can find a mini Srushti.
-[car engine revving]
So obnoxious. Oh, my God!
-Why'd they do that?
-Why do boys think that's funny?
Why do they think that
the vroom-vroom is cool?
It's not cool.
If I had a penny for every time
an obnoxious LA guy
just drove across in his really loud car,
I'd be a really rich woman.
I just feel like the better your car,
the smaller your wiener.
It's small dick energy.
-Ew!
-[Alanna laughs]
Honestly, I really don't know,
I get very distracted. I need to like
You're too comfortable.
You need to have more. That's what
I'm saying, with all the girls
Why do I need more? I'm happy with this.
I feel like Alanna is
the fast fashion of content. Like
No, fast fashion is bad quality.
She like, produces content like a factory,
you know?
And I don't do that,
which is bad for business.
I don't know why I think like this
and where am I trying to be
[Srushti] a part of this whole
social media business.
But I have never ever
had a goal of followers.
Or ever thought that,
"Oh, if I do this, I'll grow."
Like some things just happen naturally.
Every time I see a cute street
with a lot of stores,
I keep seeing
if there are any shops to rent.
So you think you can have
a Breakfast Party store,
-here one day?
-Yes.
I feel like it will happen soon.
So, what do you think about Alfia?
How do you think she's getting along
with the other girls?
I made Alfia post her first post.
And it was so sweet.
She comes to me and says,
"I have something really cool shot.
It's really cool.
I'm sure you'll like it, all the girls
will like it." I'm like, "Okay."
Guess I was expecting something else,
but it was
very average.
I think she's so used to just posting
on her personal account.
-I just thought it was really cute,
-She forgets that it's
that she actually thought
that it was really cool.
And I'm like, "Oh, my God!"
Oh, also she got like 4000 followers
in one night.
I know, right?
I woke up and I saw that.
-That's insane.
-Yeah.
Without even posting.
I'm happy that she's enthusiastic.
She still has to find her aesthetic, so
A thousand percent.
That's so
-What's wrong with these boys?
-So annoying!
Why do I feel like Hardik
and all are these boys?
-Hardik never does that.
-We're like, what's wrong with these boys?
And all the boys we hang out with
are basically that.
You think, outside they sound like this?
-The cars sound like this?
-Yes! Oh, my God!
No, Hardik doesn't do that.
There are different types of vroom-vrooms.
It's the one that you do unnecessarily.
And the one that your car actually is
designed to make
when you start the car, right?
If he has a car that makes that noise,
then that's not the douchey vroom-vroom.
Then you don't get the vroom-vroom car
and that's how
And he is that douchy that
he'd get a vroom-vroom car.
But he wouldn't do vroom-vroom
for no reason.
This vroom-vroom was unnecessary.
[funky music plays]
Whoo!
[groovy song plays]
[in Hindi] You're unbelievable!
Till what time was your party on?
[Rishab] I'm going to sleep.
-[Simar] Hey, our
-I'll beat you with your slippers.
[Simar chuckles]
Yesterday, I asked you
to end the party at six.
Don't you have any shame?
[in English] Forget about the meeting
that I have at nine o'clock.
At seven,
the neighbor is walking his dog
outside the house,
and there are 150 people waiting
to get in the house.
-[in Hindi] Why do this unnecessarily?
-[in English] Anyway Whatever!
[in Hindi] I had a meeting at 09:00 a.m.
What do you mean by anyway?
No, I mean, it's already done.
-Sometimes, even I have to work.
-[Rishab in English] Oh, my God!
[in Hindi] Sometimes?
[in English] Me, Simar, and Rishab
are like an entourage.
I always saw LA with my friends
and having fun together.
[in Hindi] What's the scene with CT?
Are you doing anything with it?
[in English] These guys are having
a whole situation where they're like
trying to get their asses to work
and create content on a daily basis,
but everyone is disgruntled and
Even if you put them
in one house
They're still not together.
Trust me, the best way to go about this is
to put them all in a car
-and fuck off and travel.
-[Simar] And travel.
-[in English] Hundred percent.
-Social media has always worked
more efficiently with engagement
when a group of friends do shit together
-[Simar] Yeah.
-and everyone's posting about each other.
-That needs to happen, more than anything.
-[Simar] Hmm.
What do you think about Alfia?
-Yeah, how would she
-How'd she adjust in the entire scenario?
-What do you think?
-See, she's very strong-headed.
But also, she goes through
a lot of anxiety at all times.
She can't handle a lot of people
telling bad things about herself,
for like, things that she can grow at.
You know the episode about
Alaviaa not liking Kyle, right?
-Do you know about that?
-What? No!
-I don't know about this one.
-They've never liked each other.
At one of the parties,
she actually went and told Aryaana this.
-She did?
-And you know Aryaana.
If you attack any of her people,
she's going to hold it
for the rest of her life.
When we try to define gossiping,
then the first thing that
comes to our mind is a bunch of
girls sitting in a corner and gossiping.
But it's not.
In reality, like,
boys gossip more than girls.
Every single one of them can make
That scalability is there.
So they're like,
one of my favorite signs, like
A Leo, a natural-born leader.
Taurus, natural born creative.
Capricorn, the strength
to bring people together.
And one is an Aries.
Like, I just don't give a damn
about anything.
I'm just gonna do my shit
and leave everyone behind.
[Hardik] I'm not obsessed
with star signs, but like,
I think I know so much about each
star sign that I can place them in like,
individual roles
to bring the most amount of impact.
I think ninety-nine percent of the time
it's like super accurate. Very accurate.
Alanna today, if you ask me,
her potential is like this.
And she's living here.
The other day, Als and Srush came to me.
Pounced on me like,
"Am I doing this? Am I not doing this?
Where's this? Where's that?"
And I'm like
Chief Executive Officer.
[in Hindi] This is your job.
[in English] She's insanely creative, but
I don't think she's got to a point
where she can
structurally convert that into a
-Like a a company.
-Yeah.
So, I was also thinking about
whether to just
remove her from that position
and give her a
Like a VEO job instead of a CEO job.
Like a Vision Execution Officer
or something like that.
Eventually, I need to get a proper,
by-the-book,
CEO who can take all of this
and kinda then
monetize our fund.
-Hmm.
-You know?
I mean, yeah, Alanna's also fallen short
of her role and responsibility
which was mutually agreed on
by both of us before, but
I can't say much to her because she is
She's also the beacon of what
others have not been yet.
[groovy music fades]
[upbeat music plays]
[in English] Are you guys actually having
sugar doughnuts in the morning?
They're my breakfast party.
They look really good.
So, Ivor and I went through
all the images.
Last night, we shortlisted a few.
[Alanna] They're not fully edited.
That's okay, I just wanna see
what it looks like.
-I'm going to give you my honest opinion.
-[Alfia] Yeah.
We can do so much better.
It was very hard to pick a picture
where everyone
-was looking on point.
-[funky song plays]
I like the one that you just showed me.
Show what you guys are talking about.
This is my favorite.
I like these.
[dramatic music plays]
What are these boxes for?
For gifting.
-Oh, for gifting? Cute.
-And decor.
Srush has said,
"Not everyone's getting gifts."
-I heard.
-She's chosen VIPs.
Yeah, I heard.
She said, the ones with followers.
Why will I give gifts
to people who have no followers?
-And it's a party!
-And I just wanna say that
I've not made this list, by the way.
Because Srushti has still not
given me something from her brand.
And you've given Rysa three things.
Rysa fits the brand more
because, A, she's 22 years old, and she
She's age-shaming you.
-I'm not age-shaming you. I just
-You are age-shaming me.
What are you all doing?
Guys, why aren't y'all helping her?
-I am.
-Half of my decor
-is a little fallen apart.
-Alanna?
No, I am I actually am
She's picking up a box.
Okay, guys, I actually want to show
you all the images and get your thoughts.
How are they looking? You saw?
Guys, we're not posting anything
without FaceApp.
I'm telling you now.
-[Alaviaa] But I also feel like
-These are so cute.
-Wow!
-Wait, let me see it. And then these
By the way, guys,
these are Photoshop free.
I'm just saying,
this is what we actually look like.
Guys, I just don't I'm not enjoying it.
Really take it up a notch, guys.
-Like what? This is so bland.
-This is very
I mean, I think it's cute.
I'll post a story. I'm not posting this.
[Alaviaa] Guys, I'm not posting this.
I'll take your phone and I'll post it.
There will be a better picture,
I'll post that.
-Even if you're archiving it later
-Guys, I'm not enjoying it.
-I'm not enjoying with my hair.
-Absolutely not
-I'm not enjoying my outfit.
-You start enjoying it.
-[Alanna] We'll FaceApp it.
-[Alaviaa cribbing]
-[Aryaana] Don't post. It's fine!
-That's not the point.
-Is it not cool enough for your feed?
-[Alaviaa] Yeah.
[Alfia] It's fine, don't force her
to post it.
If someone doesn't want
to support it or do it, it's okay.
[dramatic music plays]
In today's world,
you'd want to support other women, right?
That's what we speak about.
[Alaviaa] I don't think I'm not
supporting her
because I'm still
I'm down to post stories with her.
I'm down to re-post her stories,
I'm down to do all those things.
What do you want to do?
-Aren't we gonna do another shoot anyway?
-Sure.
What would be your ideal announcement?
-Just a better shoot.
-No. Then you plan it properly.
Yeah, so we'll plan it.
You all didn't even tell me
that I was supposed to plan anything.
-And honestly, I just feel like
-I understand, it's not like
I need that support right now
-more than anything.
-So, I'll tag you.
-And I'll post a story.
-I don't need that favor.
My stories, in fact, get more engagement.
-Even more than my post.
-No, it's fine.
-Thanks for the charity.
-"I don't need that favor post.
-Thanks for the charity."
-"Thanks for the charity."
It's fine, Alfia, we shall post for you.
[Aryaana] We'll all post it, don't worry.
I don't think it's a big deal whether
we post something today or next week.
-I mean, you all are posting anyway, so
-Of course.
It's a big deal. I've waited so long.
Yeah, so I'm posting a story.
But I'm saying, you don't need
to do it like that. Like, leave it.
It doesn't matter. At least, not to me.
If it didn't matter, then why you said?
My bad.
[Alfia] That's just rude.
I don't need your
As they say, your alms.
I don't need charity.
Then I guess, just don't take my charity.
Then I won't post anything. Fine by me.
Everybody needs to stop
giving themselves so much importance.
Some things we just have to do together.
-I agree.
-I agree.
I don't have time for this.
I have so much work to do.
And they have so much work to do with me.
-[upbeat music plays]
-Don't remove it like that.
-But how do you want it?
-Alanna
Here.
-You're gonna wear the pink one then?
-Yeah.
This is so cute.
I don't know if I can fill this out.
I have actually never worn this one.
I've only ever worn that
'cause you've only ever let me wear this.
I'll let you wear anything.
Please don't throw my tags, okay?
Give it back to me.
Guys, please make sure that people are not
just going ahead and taking
different cups for different drinks.
Nobody's allowed to come up.
Unless it's literally like,
my friend Dave.
Why do you say "Dave"?
-His name is "Dave".
-You've become American. It's Dev.
-You called Dev as "Dave"?
-Yeah, she said "Dave".
[intense music plays]
I did pull everything out myself.
From ordering the minimal decor,
that was by choice.
[Srushti] It came two hours
before the party started.
So, I was sticking them by myself,
with my hand and hanging clothes.
[Srushti] I did have some
help from Alfia and Aryaana.
And Alanna stuck one sticker.
Oh, my God, it's hot.
Why is it so hot?
This is why you start planning in advance
and not one night earlier.
I did plan.
But I did plan one night earlier.
[intense music fades]
[groovy music plays]
I feel like an entrepreneur.
Mwah!
Yeah, this is not how we do it.
But it's not okay to always be like,
my way or the highway.
Listen, how about,
"Thank you, Alanna, for posting."?
Because I just like to
make everything about myself.
What the hell is going on!
-Everyone has to contribute.
-What does that even mean?
-Are you mad?
-What the fuck!
Ta-da!
[groovy music fades]
Stop it. There's no need
to argue about everything.
[dramatic music ends]
[groovy song plays]
[groovy song continues]
[groovy song ends]
[soft music plays]
["What Jhumka?" Plays]
The girls were filming for a big
an English brand.
And I was doing Bollywood songs.
["What Jhumka?" continues to play]
-Okay, are you ready?
-[shutter clicks]
It just finally started to feel
like a content house.
[Aryaana] Alanna and Ivor, me and Srushti,
Alfia doing her TikTok dance.
All I could see from far was
Alfia doing something like this
I'm very Bollywood. You can put me
in a blazer and all of this
and I'll look all, "Hi, nice to meet you."
But on the inside, I'm completely desi.
Ivor has died laughing.
["What Jhumka?" fades out]
-You look really good.
-Thank you.
-Hi.
-Hey!
[upbeat song plays]
Look at how cool
Aryaana's outfit is, right?
-It's such a vibe.
-Do you wanna change your outfit?
[upbeat song plays]
Okay, let's see.
Oh, these are great. Keep going.
Yep. Keep going.
This is editorial stuff.
We should have a magazine.
[Alanna] Girls in every corner
doing their thing.
Whether it's dancing or whether it's
their fashion or whether it's my make-up.
But this is what I wanted
when I said I want a content house.
["What Jhumka?" Ends]
[birds chirping]
[country music plays]
[country music ends]
Five bucks Alanna is stressed out
that Alaviaa's coming today.
Are you stressed?
My idea was to put Alaviaa
and Alfia in the master
and then lock them.
-And then let them talk.
-My money is on her.
She can hurt physically,
but Alaviaa can hurt with her words.
Yeah, I've heard.
-One knock and
-[energetic music plays]
-Then no words will come out.
-Finally, they're going to be like
[energetic music ends]
I don't even think
you'd wear that to a club.
It doesn't make sense.
-I wouldn't wear this to a club.
-Yeah.
Literally in LA, you won't even get
into a club looking like that.
So, it doesn't really make sense.
I had just seen Kyle's look
for my music video
and I wasn't so happy about it.
And so, I was really stressed out.
I could not care less
about the Alaviaa situation.
When she was coming or going,
I didn't care about anything at the time.
[upbeat music plays]
-Alvis!
-Can you help me with
How was your flight?
Guys, Alaviaa is here
and so is her baggage.
-Hi!
-Hello.
How was your flight?
-Why is everyone looking so cute?
-Finally!
Everything has been paused
because of your late arrival.
Finally, right, Alaviaa?
Two weeks late. [soft giggle]
Someone's missing.
-Srushti's napping. Should we wake her up?
-She's taking a nap.
-She's not napping. She's
-She's sleeping.
called shotgun on the rooming situation.
She's scared that you'll come
and start doing stuff.
Yeah, what's happening about that?
I'm not settling for that laundry room.
So, you all can figure it out.
-It's not a laundry room.
-Kyle, I am texting you.
Then why don't you sleep there?
Because it's a single bed,
we are two people.
-So, Alfia or Srushti.
-No, I can't.
I'm okay with living in that room,
that's not a problem for me.
So then?
I just don't want to share with anyone.
So, then why don't you stay in that room?
-They took a call, right?
-One sec. What do you mean?
Clearly, no one chose that room
means it's a shitty room.
So, I'm not sleeping there.
-Let's just show her the room.
-Yeah.
You should know how to sell it.
Like, imagine a laundry machine
in your room.
-Exactly!
-Who wants it?
I'd take that room.
[upbeat music continues]
-This is the master.
-So cute.
I'm keeping half my clothes here,
in this closet.
[feel-good music plays]
Srushti, I have come to take your room.
-Hi!
-Come on, get up.
Look who's here!
So I'm sleeping here,
that's what's been decided
while you were sleeping.
That's what got decided?
I'm going to go and check it out because
there's too much calmness around it.
-I knew this would happen.
-What?
I knew I'd be put on the spot.
I genuinely thought she was gonna come,
pick out clothes,
and throw the clothes off the staircase,
like how Kourtney does
when Scott cheats on her.
Alaviaa, if she doesn't want to,
then you can't force it.
-What do I do then?
-You have to convince her.
What do I do then?
Sleep on the floor?
-No. Just keep quiet.
-You have to convince her.
The judge, jury, and the executioner
-I'm not convincing anyone.
-Can we actually show her the small room?
And actually, finish this off.
It's not as bad as you think.
The laundry room?
-Stop calling it that.
-Stop that!
Aw, are you getting pushed around?
Yeah, I'm definitely not sleeping here.
-Is it that bad?
-It's like a help's room.
-Like hello, am I your servant?
-[Alanna chuckles]
[tense music plays]
I think, you all should sleep here.
With either Kyle or Ivor down
on the mattress.
You don't get privileges
just because you're dating someone.
[dramatic music plays]
Why don't you sleep here?
-Why has it come to me?
-Because, bro
Poor Alfia is new, now
I can't tell her to share a room.
And honestly, I don't think the room was
[Alaviaa] that bad.
Like I've stayed in a dorm.
I just didn't think it was right to decide
who would take what room
while I was not here.
Okay, who is willing to,
besides her, accommodate?
Honestly, I'm not a very good person
to share with.
I, honestly, really like I
What do want me to do?
Sit on your head?
I'll sleep in the smaller room.
First, for my own ego,
let's stop calling it the laundry room
if I'm actually going to move there.
It's been called more
than the laundry room.
See, the only thing that I was
a little this about, was
the fact that you said, "I have clothes",
like, I haven't come with a poly bag.
You weren't on call
when I asked them nicely
and they said, "Oh, when Alfia comes,
we'll decide in a fair way."
Which you guys have not done.
I said it's only fair that I'm here.
The date that I was given, I have made it.
I deserve a decent space.
But if it's going to become
such a big situation where
But that's what I said as well.
Like, three of them live here.
I don't live here full-time.
Especially when Aryaana and I lived
together last time,
I took the shittiest room then as well.
So, I don't want to do that again.
That's because I had music equipment
I needed space for.
I'm sorry but like,
there's always something to like
What the hell!
You get to come here, to LA
without spending rent,
nothing, free ticket.
Why will you crib?
Like, that's not me. I would be
My only point was I wanted my own space.
Guys, I think it's only fair
if I'm the only one willing to accommodate
then you all should give me a nicer room
because no one else
is willing to accommodate.
Alaviaa, don't push it.
She was being a little,
like slightly arrogant about
Okay, maybe a little more than slight,
about the whole room thing.
Why are they saying I'm entitled?
Clearly, they feel entitled
because they're not like,
deciding the rooms in a fair way.
Guys, worst case,
I live ten minutes down the road.
And I told Ivor this, that
if this blows out of proportion,
we're just going to move back.
And then there are going to be
no problems with the room.
I did wanna move in here because
I felt like we should live together,
but if it's becoming such a big issue,
then I'm just gonna move back out and
You don't have to do that.
[tense music continues]
[Aryaana] Alanna decided to move out.
Which she shouldn't have to.
No one expected it.
Sometimes, I feel like
Alanna is too understanding.
I'm trying to just be like
Look at everything from,
like a macro perspective.
I'm going to move back to my house.
The room drama and everything was
just getting a little chaotic.
I think me moving out
was the solution to the problems.
Ivor was very happy.
I think we both are a little too old
for a dorm room situation.
So, I think it was the best move
to just go back and
maybe just come here during the day.
Okay, we should go and unpack in our rooms
and get ready for our shoot tomorrow.
We have to shoot with all of us
at the house.
First post and just the newest member.
Any concept in mind?
I think denim is cute.
All denim-on-denim?
Everybody does denim-on-denim?
I'm down for denim-on-denim.
-I have a rehearsal that goes on all day.
-So then it's evening.
It's evening or morning.
-We can't shoot in the day.
-No, I'm gone all day.
-I'm gone all day.
-We have to do it in the evening.
-This light is the best.
-Aryaana, you can't do this.
-We've literally waited for her
-It's my music video, Alanna.
I did not even know
the shoot was going to be planned.
It was very impromptu.
It made me so much more stressed
for the next day.
[tense music fades]
[funky music plays]
I feel like you're doing that thing
where you really zoom into my face.
-No, I am not
-And then it's just my nose.
So, we're back from
the CollabTribe content house.
[Alanna] And Ivor is so happy.
My mom's coming to town.
And this is the first trip that
she's coming here after we're married.
And we actually have a house
where we can have guests.
The last time she came here,
we were living in our little beach house.
So, this is quite an upgrade.
So excited to show her,
just because I was just like,
"Look, mom, I did this by myself."
-Hi!
-Hello!
-Oh, my God!
-How was your flight?
Exhausting.
-[Alanna] Let me get your suitcase.
-[in Hindi] Namaste, mother-in-law!
Mother-in-law! Hi, son-in-law!
[in English] Oh, my God!
Look at the house.
[peppy music playing]
[Alanna] Okay, wait!
-I'm most excited to show my mom this.
-Oh, my God!
-This, I've seen
-Wait, we can't show you guys this,
by the way, for YouTube.
-Why?
-This is a separate video.
Oh, so this is my bedroom, right?
No, this is our bedroom.
I love this pool.
When I came here, my dad just said,
if you do go to LA, you're on your own.
I started from scratch and
people find that hard to believe,
but I did.
I'm so happy you've come.
I'm so proud of you.
I'm so proud of both of you.
Look at it. Look at every little bit.
The only reason I survived
was because of Hardik.
I was living off the company money.
And four years later,
what a long way we've come!
Guess what the biggest upgrade
in my life was.
-What?
-Getting a dishwasher.
Listen, I'm your living dishwasher.
I'm here now.
Let me wash the dishes.
Mom, how many times in your life
have you washed the dishes? Be honest.
The last time she was here,
she couldn't even switch the microwave on.
She thought it was exploding
when it was beeping.
Srushti is having this launch event
for her brand.
So, she has invited you.
-She knows you're here, so
-Yeah.
-So, we'll go there.
-I know she sent me a message
via a DM on Instagram.
Yeah, I love that Srushti and my
mom talk more than me and Srushti.
-I'm looking forward to meeting everybody.
-Want some more?
[funky music ends]
[cheerful music plays]
Are you guys ready?
Five minutes? In your bathrobe?
Srush? What's your ETA?
We're two hours late.
-Guys?
-We're running really late, I know.
[talks in a gibberish manner] Hurry up!
I wanted to slap everyone.
I knew this was gonna happen
on the one day that
I needed it to not happen.
-Are all the girls ready?
-I'll quickly wear clothes.
Let's go! Let's go, guys.
Come on.
[Alaviaa] That was not my fault.
[soft chuckles]
That was Alfia's fault.
She woke up late.
Guys, can we hurry up?
Come on, buddy.
[upbeat music plays]
-You want to sit on it?
-Like that?
-Oh
-Whoa
So, put your right hand
I have an idea.
What if we did each one's
introduction shots with what they do?
You have an instrument with you right now?
I like the idea.
But for this shoot, I don't think
it's gonna work really.
We don't have much time.
If we don't wanna use it, we won't.
But let's just have it.
No, Als Maybe we should
do individuals on a different day.
-Yeah. This is not an individual shoot.
-No, I think we should.
Let's just have it to have it, guys.
Seriously.
We should have pre-planned this.
[tense music plays]
Guys, quick group meeting,
so we know what's happening.
We're gonna do
one group shot in the middle.
And then individual shots for each girl.
I have this idea, but Ivor's saying
-it doesn't work.
-I think we should just do all together
because we're all in denim.
Let's just do like
-Yeah, we have to start these shoots
-But there's one happening.
Don't you all want to get more
-out of this shoot?
-We will.
I got Aryaana, she got a couple
of good shots in here. We're fine.
Let's move on to the wide shots.
There were so many opinions
and no one was listening to me.
Alanna, you're in the back.
I don't wanna be at the back.
I don't wanna cover my outfit.
-You won't.
-Oh, lord!
I mean they're gonna put you there.
Aryaana, you could sit down.
No, you're standing over here, Srush.
Let's put Alfia in the middle,
-since she's the new girl.
-New girl.
You know what?
I think someone should sit down.
-For levels.
-I'll sit down?
Yeah, let's see it.
-Let's just see it, real quick. Come on.
-Sit down and put your arms
No, The levels
are good right now. Let's see.
I expressed my vision
and no one's getting it.
I know it's your shoot
but it's also my photography vision, so
-I know, but it's just
-Like you
-Us taking this like
-Everyone's like, be a CEO.
But when I say something,
no one, like, really
I get that people have opinions
but it's just like
Alanna, CEO. Ivor, photographer.
When two creatives clash,
it becomes an issue.
It's very rare for me and Ivor
to disagree.
But in a group setting,
whether you agree with me or not,
you have to have my back.
I'm the boss here and everyone's like,
"Shut up."
-So what do you want?
-Even if you don't actually think that
just be like, "Yeah."
I voiced my opinion.
Okay, so you express your opinion again.
I did.
[tense music continues]
Why are you going crazy right now?
-Because I'm giving
-Srushti Srushti, back here.
-the same brief, again and again.
-Srushti, get behind.
It's fine. This is something creative.
You can be very bossy with other staff.
So, that's the first time
I have actually seen Alanna like,
get angry or scream at Ivor.
But they're usually so in sync
with each other.
And everything's always so picture perfect
that this was kind of like a little oh
I just feel like,
with that full thing there.
I voiced my opinion again,
and you did exactly
what we discussed not to do.
By you saying, "No, this is a bad idea,"
the girls also feel like
they don't have to listen to me.
Because opinions are good.
-But too many opinions are not good.
-But mine's not an opinion.
-I know.
-When I get into shoots
-I have to turn into director mode.
-I know.
The reason why I had to step in is
because it's really bad planning.
I'm here to help you, so I'm sorry.
I just feel like, this has happened
-It's like the same conversation
-Fine, you'll be all right.
-again and again.
-You'll be okay, come on.
Well, let's shoot this thing.
-All right, sit back there. Over here.
-[upbeat song plays]
These are really good.
Alanna, try to lean back into the group
a little bit more.
When I sat on that chair like that,
I was really liking it.
-Can we look at each other?
-Yeah, look at each other.
So, you're going to be right here,
just stand on this.
And you've to come in, okay?
This is the gap, okay?
Girls, smile and laugh.
Smile at each other, look at each other.
Interact.
Are you guys happy?
-I'm not liking my position.
-[Ivor] Do you wanna stand up?
I'm just not happy about
this denim-on-denim situation.
-Okay, it's a little late for that.
-I love the denim-on-denim.
-I feel it's so
-Alaviaa, so late for that.
-I love denim-on-denim.
-I mean, it's not like I have a choice.
Y'all decided y'all wanted to do it.
I didn't like
I'm not a very denim-on-denim person.
I think that denim-on-denim is
just a dress code. It's not a theme.
We look like real estate agents.
The four of us agreed, so
then you were just
I'm just saying that
I might not want to post that.
-[Srushti] We'll do one
-Guys, everyone should individually
at least post this on their stories.
-We have to have people
-Stories is
I'm posting as a post.
I'm posting on my feed.
Even if you don't love it, it's fine,
just post it.
It's not like the end of the world.
This is our first post that
everyone's going to see after two years
of not posting on CollabTribe.
So, it's very important that
we all support this however we can.
By pushing individual audiences to that.
It's not about looking good all the time.
It's about the story
-we're trying to tell.
-Yeah.
-I know it's not perfect.
-Easy for you to say
when you're looking good in the picture.
Where?
I don't like this skirt. My heels
My toenails are not done.
-My hair's not looking fine.
-I love how she said
She's like,
"I hate this skirt." It's mine.
Srushti had put on this outfit
which was making her look like a hooker.
Can we actually discuss this later?
-Like, does it have to be talked about
-Let's go.
-at this second?
-Okay.
[Ivor] Yeah, Alanna
[upbeat music plays]
-That's cute.
-Yeah, I gotta go.
Bye, guys.
It was two and a half hours later than
our call time.
Did I get my rest? No.
[soft music plays]
["Butterflies" plays]
Here, out, fly, down, up.
Butterflies. Flick on eight.
She's actually a really good dancer.
So, for this video,
I was like, we had to get this.
Yeah.
["Butterflies" continues to play]
And let's do
Say hi to dad.
He's been watching you for a while.
I think Aryaana's very driven,
and kind of gets shit done
at the right time.
And we got Kyle's big cameo
tomorrow, too. Don't forget.
-Yeah.
-[Aryaana] I am doing the
[indistinct chatter]
What's up? How are you feeling?
My back is really hurting after the shoot.
I think I'm more like a little bit more
nervous about how this turns out,
more than you are.
But you know, your nervousness
is giving me stress.
-Make sure that you
-You know where my
-you overpower me when it comes to
-where my
energy has been executed today?
In our three-hour-long shoot,
for one photo.
It's okay,
that's a part and parcel of life.
There was just a lot going
through my head at that point.
Because I even have Hardik's
"needed to be perfect"
going on and on in my head.
[Hardik] If this video doesn't look like
what I think of Aryaana,
I'm going to be very sad.
Like very sad.
[dramatic music plays]
-Were you guys happy with the shoot?
-Yeah.
I feel like our previous shoots
were way cooler.
-But I
-We really need to get more content going.
Even otherwise, I think it's a cool shoot.
We just waited for you
to come and do this.
-She's been here so long.
-[Alaviaa] I know.
[Alaviaa] I know I came late.
What's your excuse
for not planning the whole shoot?
They literally planned it
the day I landed.
Like, it could've been a theme.
We could've had props.
-We could've done something really cool.
-We could have, but then
us sticking to one,
like, kind of a uniform,
that shows unity for some reason.
And then, the fact
that we're in this house,
-I just thought that it was like a story.
-Yeah.
If we'd have had time,
I'd have suggested the same thing.
I just thought the concept,
like, just everything was very tacky.
[soft giggle]
[Alanna] She did have
the nerve to say that
but also, this is coming from someone
who has come three weeks late.
So please keep quiet.
[dramatic music fades]
-[birds chirping]
-[gentle music plays]
[Aryaana] Hardik said he's nervous
about the song.
-It stressed me out.
-Why? Why would he be nervous?
[Aryaana] I don't know.
He said he has this vision
and he's afraid that
if it doesn't live up to his vision,
then he's let himself down.
He kind of like, lives vicariously
through your career.
That's what Srushti said.
You know, she said,
"I think that's the reason he's so
particular about everything that you do,
it's because
you're the one living his dream."
-He wants to be a pop star.
-I think so.
[energetic music plays]
[indistinct chatter]
[groovy music plays]
In real life, we met in the club.
[Kyle] So, the music video
is supposed to kind of show
the whole real-life aspect of it.
I'm very excited.
This is all, the only thing
I've ever wanted to do.
The video's gonna get
one and a half million.
That's a stretch.
I got 1.1 million with o.t.
-And this is just me and you.
-Yeah.
Unless you think you're going
to bring in the one million views.
It would be the song
that gets me out there.
I'm not gonna say Taylor Swift big,
because that seems like
even in a hypothetical situation,
it seems unattainable right now.
["Butterflies" plays]
[Aryaana] I definitely wanted
Hardik to be there.
Just because he has input on everything,
but he wasn't there.
Now, whatever it is,
it's too late, Hardik. Sorry.
Oh, are you supposed to be happy?
Whoo!
All right, guys. Do it again.
Do it again.
It's all good.
It felt like just reliving that moment.
It was honestly,
one of the best days of my life.
["Butterflies" ends]
Hi, guys, and welcome back.
I wanted to make a video today
about my fillers.
[gentle music plays]
[Srushti] Hi. What are you doing?
I am looking at all these articles
that have come out about me.
So, I recently posted a YouTube video
about my fillers.
And then suddenly, it's like,
all over the news.
"Oh, Jaaved Jaaferi's daughter.
Like, something to her fillers"
-And I'm just
-Are you serious?
Yes, I've not paid
for these articles to come out.
My mom sent me this.
It was one of the, like, the Bollywood
So, wait, your mom was okay with you
actually coming out with this?
She doesn't care.
[Alaviaa] I've just always, very openly,
even to my friends,
sent like a Snapchat,
while there's a syringe in my face.
I think, I don't know, some people hide it
because they want to show
to the world that
this is their natural face
and I feel like that's what's toxic.
And then someone commented,
"She has had rhinoplasty,
cheek and jaw fillers too.
Why not mention that too?
This is the latest strategy with celebs.
-They reveal some"
-Who is this?
-Some random guy.
-Somebody who doesn't know you?
It's the top-liked comment.
-Yeah.
-Are they mad?
"They reveal some and something"
But how can he say it
with so much confidence?
-I feel like it's a compliment.
-But that's why people don't come out
and actually accept what they've done.
Because people think, oh
if she's done this,
then obviously she's like fully fake.
And I don't think mine looks obvious.
I feel like, so many Bollywood celebrities
get it done and they just look so bad.
Right now, everybody kind
of goes to this one doctor.
Oh, in Bombay?
No, there are like two or three.
-I know of kinda
-Yeah.
-like the one that everybody goes to.
-Yeah.
Um
How do you know this?
-You know, how I wanna get a rhinoplasty.
-Yeah.
And I went for like, a "consultancy"?
-Consultation.
-Consultation. Sorry.
I will go back again.
I wanted to get it done since I was 18.
-But I'm really scared, bro.
-Have you done anything else?
Stop asking me that. No.
[upbeat music plays]
I've actually done nothing
apart from what everybody does.
Yeah, so that's chill.
People think I have gotten a nose job,
but I literally have a bump on my nose.
Yeah, you have not got a nose job.
-I can tell.
-Yeah.
You know, I can make
I can actually give myself a nose job
with an expression.
That's what I do in photos.
That's why I completely have
a different nose in photos
because that's my pose face.
Everybody, every girl's is. It's like
This makes it slimmer.
[groovy music plays]
So, I'm like, reaching out
for brand deals.
[Alanna] Finally, after much effort,
I've got a call with Lakmé, a brand
I've been dying to work with.
[upbeat music plays]
[woman 1] Hey, Alanna!
Hi, thank you so much
for doing this. I know it's really late.
That's okay, no worries.
Alanna, I thought,
just to start this off,
could you tell me
a little bit about CollabTribe
and the idea behind it?
So, CollabTribe is an agency
that invests in Indian talent.
What's the round-up like?
I see there's a cook, someone sings
We have two girls
who have their own clothing brands.
-[Alanna] And me, that has
-[indistinct chatter]
this company, so
[Alanna] I've been chasing this
for a while now.
So, I was a little nervous.
But I was just like, "You need to get your
shit together, Alanna" because this is it.
I think I'm gonna dive straight in,
Alanna, and ask you one tough question.
[Sunanda] We saw that you have a
follower base of
over a million, which is great,
but you know, Lakmé has been collaborating
with even bigger content creators,
So, we were thinking why CollabTribe,
and I wanna hear it from you.
So, for us, like, our girls,
when we pitch to a brand,
it's all of us or nothing.
Because you know, it's supposed to be
like this sisterhood, this friendship.
And that's why, I feel like
always five girls
are more powerful than one, right?
We don't really look at numbers.
We look at the quality of followers.
If you look at Srushti's profile,
her engagement is as much as mine.
Her followers love her.
Anything she puts out will do well.
So that's just all our girls.
It's a small community.
[Alanna] But their audience loves them.
And it's quality over quantity, so
After the previous call we had with Anip,
I was like,
this has to be it.
Like, this is our chance
and I cannot ruin this.
If I do, it's all on me, so
You know, Alanna, the team, and I
were checking out Srushti's profile.
And of course, she has one-fifth
of the follower base of yours,
but it's very heartening to hear that
the quality of engagement
she has with her audience is very good.
[Sunanda] Alanna, this is a very important
campaign for us. We're going global.
We've started to put together looks
and we have about four looks.
We thought we're gonna do something
that vibes with each girl in the tribe.
This sounds like
an absolute dream, but umm
We are five girls and
I'm only hearing four looks.
We do have also the fifth member is
our newest addition.
Her name's Alfia
and she's absolutely great.
She's perfect for this campaign.
She's very fiery.
Tell me a little bit about her engagement.
What are you expecting from her?
She just went public
so she's just at 3000.
Just 3000?
But we are putting in everything
In a few months, she's going to be,
you know, at 100-200k.
So, we're currently working on that,
but just wanted to throw that in there.
Okay, so, Alanna, we look forward
to your deck.
And we'll get back to you
as soon as possible.
What is the scope?
Where is this going to be?
You know, Alanna, Lakmé has
a high-performance range of
skincare and make-up products.
So we're thinking of a beach shoot,
it's gonna be outdoorsy.
[Sunanda] With sun-kissed looks,
a very nude monotone palette.
We are celebrating
the brown girl power, in LA.
So, you could see all of you, potentially,
on an outdoor hoarding in LA as well
It'd be a dream to like,
work with such an iconic brand.
If this goes through.
If this yeah, I love that.
[dramatic music plays]
[upbeat music plays]
You know, Kourtney Kardashian sent me
a PR package. They sent me that bowl.
How cute is it? And I was like
She probably doesn't even know I exist.
Kourtney Kardashian sent me a PR package
and I was so excited.
I was like,
"Oh my God, did she touch this?"
-[whimsical music plays]
-[indistinct background chatter]
Are you using my lip gloss?
Have you asked me? You just used it.
Why is it in my bag?
-Because there's no space in my bag.
-Yeah.
Firstly, love how you've copied my bag.
Excuse me. I got this bag
before you were born, Srushti.
You copied me.
Alanna has so many freaking bags.
But I swear
I was the first one to get this.
"Jacquemus,"
if that's how it's pronounced.
I have carried Jacquemus since
before it was cool, okay?
Why is yours looking so beat up?
Did you throw it in the streets and
-drag it across the street?
-It's just me, bro.
-Let me see it.
-[Srushti] I mess everything up.
I love that mine looks brand new
and yours
It's because yours is brand new.
Do you hit your boyfriends with your bags?
This is brand new.
When did you get this?
I'm lying. I totally saw you carry it
and then I bought it.
[Srushti] What a freaking liar!
I did see it on Srushti,
but now it's my thing.
You know, I was going through all
the girls' Instagram accounts and stuff
I feel like none of you
have really grown
as much as you all can.
You post once a month
but that one time you post,
people love it.
You get as much engagement
as I do and I have like
a million followers. More than a million.
You need to post more.
I forget that
I even have an Instagram sometimes.
If you posted as much as I did,
-you'd probably beat me.
-Yeah.
Like Hardik said yesterday,
don't you wanna find
Don't you wanna be in a position
where we can like
-You can find a mini Srushti.
-[car engine revving]
So obnoxious. Oh, my God!
-Why'd they do that?
-Why do boys think that's funny?
Why do they think that
the vroom-vroom is cool?
It's not cool.
If I had a penny for every time
an obnoxious LA guy
just drove across in his really loud car,
I'd be a really rich woman.
I just feel like the better your car,
the smaller your wiener.
It's small dick energy.
-Ew!
-[Alanna laughs]
Honestly, I really don't know,
I get very distracted. I need to like
You're too comfortable.
You need to have more. That's what
I'm saying, with all the girls
Why do I need more? I'm happy with this.
I feel like Alanna is
the fast fashion of content. Like
No, fast fashion is bad quality.
She like, produces content like a factory,
you know?
And I don't do that,
which is bad for business.
I don't know why I think like this
and where am I trying to be
[Srushti] a part of this whole
social media business.
But I have never ever
had a goal of followers.
Or ever thought that,
"Oh, if I do this, I'll grow."
Like some things just happen naturally.
Every time I see a cute street
with a lot of stores,
I keep seeing
if there are any shops to rent.
So you think you can have
a Breakfast Party store,
-here one day?
-Yes.
I feel like it will happen soon.
So, what do you think about Alfia?
How do you think she's getting along
with the other girls?
I made Alfia post her first post.
And it was so sweet.
She comes to me and says,
"I have something really cool shot.
It's really cool.
I'm sure you'll like it, all the girls
will like it." I'm like, "Okay."
Guess I was expecting something else,
but it was
very average.
I think she's so used to just posting
on her personal account.
-I just thought it was really cute,
-She forgets that it's
that she actually thought
that it was really cool.
And I'm like, "Oh, my God!"
Oh, also she got like 4000 followers
in one night.
I know, right?
I woke up and I saw that.
-That's insane.
-Yeah.
Without even posting.
I'm happy that she's enthusiastic.
She still has to find her aesthetic, so
A thousand percent.
That's so
-What's wrong with these boys?
-So annoying!
Why do I feel like Hardik
and all are these boys?
-Hardik never does that.
-We're like, what's wrong with these boys?
And all the boys we hang out with
are basically that.
You think, outside they sound like this?
-The cars sound like this?
-Yes! Oh, my God!
No, Hardik doesn't do that.
There are different types of vroom-vrooms.
It's the one that you do unnecessarily.
And the one that your car actually is
designed to make
when you start the car, right?
If he has a car that makes that noise,
then that's not the douchey vroom-vroom.
Then you don't get the vroom-vroom car
and that's how
And he is that douchy that
he'd get a vroom-vroom car.
But he wouldn't do vroom-vroom
for no reason.
This vroom-vroom was unnecessary.
[funky music plays]
Whoo!
[groovy song plays]
[in Hindi] You're unbelievable!
Till what time was your party on?
[Rishab] I'm going to sleep.
-[Simar] Hey, our
-I'll beat you with your slippers.
[Simar chuckles]
Yesterday, I asked you
to end the party at six.
Don't you have any shame?
[in English] Forget about the meeting
that I have at nine o'clock.
At seven,
the neighbor is walking his dog
outside the house,
and there are 150 people waiting
to get in the house.
-[in Hindi] Why do this unnecessarily?
-[in English] Anyway Whatever!
[in Hindi] I had a meeting at 09:00 a.m.
What do you mean by anyway?
No, I mean, it's already done.
-Sometimes, even I have to work.
-[Rishab in English] Oh, my God!
[in Hindi] Sometimes?
[in English] Me, Simar, and Rishab
are like an entourage.
I always saw LA with my friends
and having fun together.
[in Hindi] What's the scene with CT?
Are you doing anything with it?
[in English] These guys are having
a whole situation where they're like
trying to get their asses to work
and create content on a daily basis,
but everyone is disgruntled and
Even if you put them
in one house
They're still not together.
Trust me, the best way to go about this is
to put them all in a car
-and fuck off and travel.
-[Simar] And travel.
-[in English] Hundred percent.
-Social media has always worked
more efficiently with engagement
when a group of friends do shit together
-[Simar] Yeah.
-and everyone's posting about each other.
-That needs to happen, more than anything.
-[Simar] Hmm.
What do you think about Alfia?
-Yeah, how would she
-How'd she adjust in the entire scenario?
-What do you think?
-See, she's very strong-headed.
But also, she goes through
a lot of anxiety at all times.
She can't handle a lot of people
telling bad things about herself,
for like, things that she can grow at.
You know the episode about
Alaviaa not liking Kyle, right?
-Do you know about that?
-What? No!
-I don't know about this one.
-They've never liked each other.
At one of the parties,
she actually went and told Aryaana this.
-She did?
-And you know Aryaana.
If you attack any of her people,
she's going to hold it
for the rest of her life.
When we try to define gossiping,
then the first thing that
comes to our mind is a bunch of
girls sitting in a corner and gossiping.
But it's not.
In reality, like,
boys gossip more than girls.
Every single one of them can make
That scalability is there.
So they're like,
one of my favorite signs, like
A Leo, a natural-born leader.
Taurus, natural born creative.
Capricorn, the strength
to bring people together.
And one is an Aries.
Like, I just don't give a damn
about anything.
I'm just gonna do my shit
and leave everyone behind.
[Hardik] I'm not obsessed
with star signs, but like,
I think I know so much about each
star sign that I can place them in like,
individual roles
to bring the most amount of impact.
I think ninety-nine percent of the time
it's like super accurate. Very accurate.
Alanna today, if you ask me,
her potential is like this.
And she's living here.
The other day, Als and Srush came to me.
Pounced on me like,
"Am I doing this? Am I not doing this?
Where's this? Where's that?"
And I'm like
Chief Executive Officer.
[in Hindi] This is your job.
[in English] She's insanely creative, but
I don't think she's got to a point
where she can
structurally convert that into a
-Like a a company.
-Yeah.
So, I was also thinking about
whether to just
remove her from that position
and give her a
Like a VEO job instead of a CEO job.
Like a Vision Execution Officer
or something like that.
Eventually, I need to get a proper,
by-the-book,
CEO who can take all of this
and kinda then
monetize our fund.
-Hmm.
-You know?
I mean, yeah, Alanna's also fallen short
of her role and responsibility
which was mutually agreed on
by both of us before, but
I can't say much to her because she is
She's also the beacon of what
others have not been yet.
[groovy music fades]
[upbeat music plays]
[in English] Are you guys actually having
sugar doughnuts in the morning?
They're my breakfast party.
They look really good.
So, Ivor and I went through
all the images.
Last night, we shortlisted a few.
[Alanna] They're not fully edited.
That's okay, I just wanna see
what it looks like.
-I'm going to give you my honest opinion.
-[Alfia] Yeah.
We can do so much better.
It was very hard to pick a picture
where everyone
-was looking on point.
-[funky song plays]
I like the one that you just showed me.
Show what you guys are talking about.
This is my favorite.
I like these.
[dramatic music plays]
What are these boxes for?
For gifting.
-Oh, for gifting? Cute.
-And decor.
Srush has said,
"Not everyone's getting gifts."
-I heard.
-She's chosen VIPs.
Yeah, I heard.
She said, the ones with followers.
Why will I give gifts
to people who have no followers?
-And it's a party!
-And I just wanna say that
I've not made this list, by the way.
Because Srushti has still not
given me something from her brand.
And you've given Rysa three things.
Rysa fits the brand more
because, A, she's 22 years old, and she
She's age-shaming you.
-I'm not age-shaming you. I just
-You are age-shaming me.
What are you all doing?
Guys, why aren't y'all helping her?
-I am.
-Half of my decor
-is a little fallen apart.
-Alanna?
No, I am I actually am
She's picking up a box.
Okay, guys, I actually want to show
you all the images and get your thoughts.
How are they looking? You saw?
Guys, we're not posting anything
without FaceApp.
I'm telling you now.
-[Alaviaa] But I also feel like
-These are so cute.
-Wow!
-Wait, let me see it. And then these
By the way, guys,
these are Photoshop free.
I'm just saying,
this is what we actually look like.
Guys, I just don't I'm not enjoying it.
Really take it up a notch, guys.
-Like what? This is so bland.
-This is very
I mean, I think it's cute.
I'll post a story. I'm not posting this.
[Alaviaa] Guys, I'm not posting this.
I'll take your phone and I'll post it.
There will be a better picture,
I'll post that.
-Even if you're archiving it later
-Guys, I'm not enjoying it.
-I'm not enjoying with my hair.
-Absolutely not
-I'm not enjoying my outfit.
-You start enjoying it.
-[Alanna] We'll FaceApp it.
-[Alaviaa cribbing]
-[Aryaana] Don't post. It's fine!
-That's not the point.
-Is it not cool enough for your feed?
-[Alaviaa] Yeah.
[Alfia] It's fine, don't force her
to post it.
If someone doesn't want
to support it or do it, it's okay.
[dramatic music plays]
In today's world,
you'd want to support other women, right?
That's what we speak about.
[Alaviaa] I don't think I'm not
supporting her
because I'm still
I'm down to post stories with her.
I'm down to re-post her stories,
I'm down to do all those things.
What do you want to do?
-Aren't we gonna do another shoot anyway?
-Sure.
What would be your ideal announcement?
-Just a better shoot.
-No. Then you plan it properly.
Yeah, so we'll plan it.
You all didn't even tell me
that I was supposed to plan anything.
-And honestly, I just feel like
-I understand, it's not like
I need that support right now
-more than anything.
-So, I'll tag you.
-And I'll post a story.
-I don't need that favor.
My stories, in fact, get more engagement.
-Even more than my post.
-No, it's fine.
-Thanks for the charity.
-"I don't need that favor post.
-Thanks for the charity."
-"Thanks for the charity."
It's fine, Alfia, we shall post for you.
[Aryaana] We'll all post it, don't worry.
I don't think it's a big deal whether
we post something today or next week.
-I mean, you all are posting anyway, so
-Of course.
It's a big deal. I've waited so long.
Yeah, so I'm posting a story.
But I'm saying, you don't need
to do it like that. Like, leave it.
It doesn't matter. At least, not to me.
If it didn't matter, then why you said?
My bad.
[Alfia] That's just rude.
I don't need your
As they say, your alms.
I don't need charity.
Then I guess, just don't take my charity.
Then I won't post anything. Fine by me.
Everybody needs to stop
giving themselves so much importance.
Some things we just have to do together.
-I agree.
-I agree.
I don't have time for this.
I have so much work to do.
And they have so much work to do with me.
-[upbeat music plays]
-Don't remove it like that.
-But how do you want it?
-Alanna
Here.
-You're gonna wear the pink one then?
-Yeah.
This is so cute.
I don't know if I can fill this out.
I have actually never worn this one.
I've only ever worn that
'cause you've only ever let me wear this.
I'll let you wear anything.
Please don't throw my tags, okay?
Give it back to me.
Guys, please make sure that people are not
just going ahead and taking
different cups for different drinks.
Nobody's allowed to come up.
Unless it's literally like,
my friend Dave.
Why do you say "Dave"?
-His name is "Dave".
-You've become American. It's Dev.
-You called Dev as "Dave"?
-Yeah, she said "Dave".
[intense music plays]
I did pull everything out myself.
From ordering the minimal decor,
that was by choice.
[Srushti] It came two hours
before the party started.
So, I was sticking them by myself,
with my hand and hanging clothes.
[Srushti] I did have some
help from Alfia and Aryaana.
And Alanna stuck one sticker.
Oh, my God, it's hot.
Why is it so hot?
This is why you start planning in advance
and not one night earlier.
I did plan.
But I did plan one night earlier.
[intense music fades]
[groovy music plays]
I feel like an entrepreneur.
Mwah!
Yeah, this is not how we do it.
But it's not okay to always be like,
my way or the highway.
Listen, how about,
"Thank you, Alanna, for posting."?
Because I just like to
make everything about myself.
What the hell is going on!
-Everyone has to contribute.
-What does that even mean?
-Are you mad?
-What the fuck!
Ta-da!
[groovy music fades]
Stop it. There's no need
to argue about everything.
[dramatic music ends]
[groovy song plays]
[groovy song continues]
