I am walking through a listing

It's gonna be remodeled.
This is Jon's client's listing.
And he's hired Richard Landry

-Okay. This is the infamous murder house.
If you type into Google "murder house,"
this is the very first thing that pops up.
-Now you tell me?
-[Jon laughs] Yeah!
So, in the late '50s, there was a family
living here, the Perelsons.
The husband had a psychotic break,
he just lost his mind.
He took a ball-peen hammer
into this room where we're standing,
to his wife, who was sleeping in bed,
and with one strike
just bludgeoned her to death.
Oh, my God.
The kids were able to escape,
and I guess the husband,
from what I understand,
laid down next to the wife,
swallowed a bunch of pills,
and killed himself.
So it was a murder-suicide.
[man] But what you see on the floor
is not blood, just dust.
