I wouldn't go that far,
but it's a process.

I thought I was done with dinosaurs
once we left the island,
but then they go and follow me back here.
[sighs]
I was fine before.
Why is it so hard again?
I know, right? I don't think
any of us expected this to be our lives.
It's hard to adapt when the world
is so different than you thought it'd be.
I'm just glad you found this place.
I never heard of Dino Immersion Therapy,
but I am clearly their target demographic.
- [dinosaur exhales]
- [gasps]
Cool, right?
Yeah. I read about it
on this website Ben told me about.
Once in a while,
he'll send something legit.
[chuckles] Definitely legit.
Not that I don't love
hanging out with you,
but any particular reason
I'm here and not Sammy?
[sighs]
Honestly,
I'm working really hard
to get my anxiety in check, but,
Sammy still treats me
like a fragile flower.
I really think
this new college program in Wyoming
will be good for the two of us.
Hopefully, she'll see
the progress I'm making once I'm there,

Unless I'm just tricking myself
into thinking I'm getting better
when I'm actually a total mess.

- [Yaz] Hey, Sammy!
- [gasps, exclaims]

Ben, Yaz is on the phone.

- [Yaz] Sammy?
- Oh, hi!
It's so good to hear your voice.
It's been a while.
You know how school gets.
I actually just finished
a big project I've been working on.
- Mina [scats]

So,
you didn't wanna tell Yaz what's going on?

"Hey Yaz, you know those dinosaurs
you've been traumatized by?"

"Now you and all your friends
are being hunted by them."
Hmm. Good point.
I don't know how she's gonna handle
the news about Brooklynn being targeted.
We just gotta ease into this stuff.
The last thing I wanna do
is bombard her with bad news.
Remember how she got when
the dinosaurs made it to the mainland?
Her PTSD
is still affecting her that badly?
Well, to tell you the truth,
we haven't really talked much lately.
She's so busy,
and when we do catch each other,
she acts like everything's good,
but [sighs]
I don't know.
Call it a hunch or girlfriend's intuition,
I can tell she's still struggling.
But it's okay.
Yaz just needs me to help her through it.
It's gonna be nice
for you two to reconnect.

I knew this was a protected island,

seems a little over-the-top,

This island is not what I was picturing.

It's my favorite restaurant on the island.
Actually, I know
this doesn't make a lot of sense,
but we really need to get going.

So, here's the thing.
Everything's gonna be okay,
but there are some dangerous people
looking for us.
All of us. Kenji and Darius too.
We came here
as soon as we could, to get you.
Uh So, the Camp Fam is in danger?
Exactly! So let's get going.
Whoa. Uh, can we just
think about this for a second?
If we're in danger, we shouldn't leave.

Look for someplace safe, right?

an island designed to keep danger out?
Look, I get it.
I was dubious at first too.
But it's real.

I guess we're going on the grand tour.
[uplifting music plays]
[children laughing]
So this is like, a therapy island?
Kind of. There have been
a few dino-free places popping up.
After that incident at Big Rock,
it was pretty clear
that there was a market for it.
Some of them are just glorified resorts,
but here, we actually help people
learn how to work through their trauma,
so they can reintegrate with society.
Yasmina! See you at the next session?
You know it!
How can you possibly guarantee
no dinosaurs make it over here?
[laughs] Oh, let me show you, Benny Boy.
[Yaz] Ba-boom!
Cameras at all the access points.
They even got thermal detection
to alert us if a dino gets anywhere close.
Huh. Okay.
[sighs]
[Yaz] Motion-sensor lights,
high-frequency deterrents, alarms.
We even have a radar system
to detect and deter
any reptiles of the flying variety.

We also use West Indian Lilac.
Dinosaurs get sick if they eat it,
so they tend to steer clear.
Yaz, this place
The real world doesn't look like this.
Isn't this just building
a false sense of security?
People need to face their problems,
not hide from 'em.
We're not hiding.
People are gaining tools
in a safe environment
so one day, they can face their problems.

[melodic music plays]

This is the project I told you about.
It's a form of immersion therapy
using a hologram system.
I thought I worked out all the bugs,
but apparently not.
Fadoula, you didn't even flinch.
[exhales] Right? That is
kind of the whole point of this thing.
It helps people get acclimated
to being around dinosaurs
without, you know,
actually having to be around dinosaurs.
[Yaz] Pretty cool, huh?
Wow. Impressive!
What? It is.
Well, as impressive as this all is,
we still really need to leave.
I don't know, Sammy.
This might be the perfect place
to keep us safe from
danger.
Are you kidding me?
You really think a fence and a few flowers
are gonna keep us safe
from this kind of danger?
Okay, uh,
you two are being really cryptic.
What aren't you telling me?
Look, let's just get on the road,
and I can explain

[Ben] And whoever it is,
they're using dinosaurs to do it.
- Oh my God.
- Just like they did with Brooklynn.

- [Sammy] Ben.

Brooklynn's death was not an accident.
She was targeted.

This is a lot to take in. Um

you still treat me like a child
instead of your girlfriend!
[roaring]
I, I am so sorry.

[Yaz sighs]
