and we think we can, with Rally,
market this house
and really get it out there.
Let people own a share
and get a piece of the action.
We started Rally with the idea that
there are all these awesome collectibles,
great pieces, but they're super expensive.
So, we wanted to make a world
where you can own equity
in the collectibles you care about.
Ken has become one of the most
important people in collectibles,
and that makes me wanna be a part
because it's something that becomes really
interesting for Rally and our investors.
It's an amazing house
and a beautiful piece.
There's a concern that from the outside,
no question, it's span style="style2"The Godfather house.
The problem is,
the inside is a little less,
you know, '40s, '50s Corleone family.
It's a more successful-hedge-fund-guy
with a little bit of taste.
I'm not sure it translates
as span style="style2"The Godfather house once you walk in.
We think we can
bring this house back to life.
Restore it back to how it was
during the original filming
of span style="style2"The Godfather.
This house could be
span style="style2"the biggest movie collectible of all time.
That is an interesting concept.
It's something, real estate,
you don't need to explain to investors
that it's a good investment.
It's been proven for centuries.
So when the work is done,
how much, for us at Rally,
to take it off your hands?
We're looking around
$5,500,000 to $6,000,000.
The number makes sense.
I gotta make sure it makes sense
for our investors at Rally.
Anything over four or five million,
you start getting to that range
where it requires more conversation.
If we were able to acquire this house,
put the renovations in,
turn it back to movie-set quality,
this would then be an opportunity
Rally might be interested in?
I think it becomes
a much more real opportunity for us
if that was the case.
I think we got some work to do on our end,
but I believe in this opportunity.
We'll be back in touch.
