I think it combines the perfect amount of gritty realism mixed with a hint of mysticism.

Today is the 1st April 2011, and this is session 12 with John Doe.
Age unknown, no known relatives.
The patient appeared in the middle of the facility in the 3rd january 2011 suffering from severe delusion of grandeur.
After three month of therapy, the patient maintains he's Lord Raiden.
The God of thunder, and protector of Earth.
He displays unusual strength and burst of hostility requiering that he be constantly restrained.
As his mental well being is our primary objective, and progress in rehabilitation has not been made, we believe he would benefit from more archaic methods of therapy.
