(barking)
(Bingo and Rolly speak)
Ahhh, this is
the puppy dog life.
Yep. Nothing but fresh air
and the open sea.
I'm a dog
floating in the water
What are you singing about?
I'm singing about being a dog
floating in the water
Hey, there, my buoyant
and bouncy boys! (laughs)
(both barking)
-Hi, Bob!
-Bingo and I were floating
and singing!
(dogs barking)
Those floaties
I put in your collars
work great.
Next time we're
at the beach, you can
jump in the water,
and swim around
on your own! (laughs)
I'm lookin' forward
to seein' whales swimmin'
around on their own today,
'cause I'm goin' out on a boat
to do some whale watching.
Can't wait to tell you
all about it when I get back!
Bob wants to see whales,
oh yeah
Rolly, are you gonna
be singing all day?
I'll probably be singing
all day
Then, I'll be in the doghouse
where it's a little more quiet.
And you won't hear me
sing out here
(Bingo laughs)
Singing loud, singing
(voice howling)
Bingo, come listen to this!
What am I supposed
to be listening to?
Someone was singing back to me!
I don't hear it.
Did you hear anything, Hissy?
I did. I heard Rolly goin',
Singin' loud, singin'
and then things got really
peaceful, which I liked.
The singer sounded
kinda sad.
Should we go find out
what they're so sad about
so we can help them?
Sure! That can be our mission!
Good, 'cause that sounds
like a really nice mission.
Ahhh, I like a quiet backyard.
One that's not so full
of dogs singing.
I'm a robot dog
singing a robot song
Oh, no.
Bleep, blorp,
robot song
(meows)
So, where did you hear
that singing coming from?
It was hard to tell.
I guess we need to look around
until we figure that out.
Maybe it was coming
from inside this trash can.
There it is, Bingo.
There it is!
Rolly! Where are you going?
(loud rock music from garage)
Is this what
you've been hearing?
I don't think so.
I thought it might be.
It's in the same
high voice, but
No. They're
pretty good, though.
I can hardly hear myself
think, but I think I like
what I hear!
(voice howling)
There it is again!
What?
This way, Bingo!
I think the singer
is over here!
(opera singer singing)
-Ahhhhhhhhh
-Rolly:
Ah-oooooooo
-Ahhhhhhhhh
-Ah-oooooooo
(audience laughs)
Ah-ha-ha-ah
Ah-ha-ha-ah
Ah-ha-ha-ah ha
Rah-rah-rah-rah
Rah-rah-rah-rah
Rah-rah-rah-rah
Ah-ha-ha-ha
Ah-ha-ha-ha
Ah-ha-ha-ha
-Ahhhhhh!
-Rahhhhh!
-(audience applauds)
-Man: Bravo! Encore!
You were great, Rolly!
And you found your singer!
Thanks, but that wasn't her.
Then why
did you do all of that
La la la la laaaa
Well, it was a change to sing
in front of an audience.
-I'm never gonna pass that up.
-True.
But I don't know
if we're ever gonna
find the singer I'm looking for
and help him not be so sad,
which is making me sad.
Don't worry.
We're gonna find them.
I hope so.
Okay, Rolly,
where should we look next?
I don't know.
I haven't heard that singer
singing for a pretty long time.
Cupcake:
Well, well, well.
And now all I hear
is Cupcake.
-And I see her, too.
-If it isn't Bingo and Rolly,
out here lookin'
all Bingo and Rolly.
Leave us alone, Cupcake.
We're on a mission
to find whoever it is
my brother heard singing.
I don't hear anything, Rufus.
Do you hear somethin'?
Mm-mm.
Rufus didn't
hear anything neither.
Or "nie-ther."
-(voice howling)
-Rolly! Do hear that?
-(voice howling)
-There it is, yeah! It's
the singer I've been hearing!
This way! Come on!
If they wanna hear
good singin' they should
listen to me.
Cupcake, I'm Cupcake
-(groaning)
-Yeah!
(voice howling)
It sounds like
we're getting close!
-(voice howling)
-Yeah!
That singing is coming
from the end of this dock!
(voice howling)
Where are you
singing from?
I'm singing
from right down here
Have you been singing to me?
Yes! I was the one singing!
Ohhhhhh
I was hoping someone
might find me
and help me figure out
where my family is.
Do you think
you could help me
find my family?
What do they look like?
Whales.
Right.
-I don't see them.
-They're somewhere
out in the big ocean.
But I swam into this harbor
chasing a fish.
Oh, I love chasing things!
After I swam and swam,
I looked around for my family,
but I couldn't find them.
And that's when I realized,
I don't know how to get out.
We can help you find a way out,
and we will.
Except the big ocean is way out
there, and you're over here.
So we're gonna have
to figure out how to get you
from here to there.
And if we're gonna help
a whale get anywhere,
we should probably
swim like a whale
while we're doin' it.
So it's a good thing
Bob put these floaties
in our collars.
Bingo, look at me,
I'm a whale!
Let me show you
how that's done.
Wow!
That went higher
than I've ever jumped!
Where did you learn
how to spray that water
so high?
My mom taught me.
Do you think
I'll ever see her again?
Of course you will.
We just need to figure out
the best way
to get to the ocean from here.
Is that Bingo and Rolly
down there?
Bingo/Rolly:
Jonathan!
Well, what are you
two doggies doin'
goin' splashy, splashy,
splashy like a whale?
We're tryin' to help
our new friend get back out
into the ocean.
Well, then, you're talkin'
to the right seagull.
I can tell you which way to go,
and get you past all the boats
and docks and out
into the ocean!
Rolly and Bingo, you two
be the motors, and I'll
be the captain!
-Aye, aye, captain!
-Yeah! Me, me, too!
I'm ready on this side!
And I'm ready
on this other side!
Then let's get
those motors runnin'!
Toot! Toot!
(making motorboat sound)
Good, good! (laughs)
Rolly, more power!
(making motorboat sound)
Now, even her out.
A bit more from you, Bingo!
I can give you
more than a bit!
(dogs make motor noises)
Whoa, it's too much!
-(screeches)
-(groans)
Let's, uh, try
to make this voyage
a little less spinny?
Nice. Keep going.
Around this corner.
Steady as she goes.
How we doing?
'Cause I got a lot more
(motor noise)
in me!
We've just about made it
out of the harbor!
The great big ocean
is right on the other side
of that--
(thud)
Ow!
-Wall.
-I didn't come in this way.
And I don't know
how I'm gonna get out
this way, either.
Don't worry, Whaley.
We'll figure out how to get you
back with your family.
The only way over this thing
is to go over this thing.
You mean like jump over?
Because I haven't learned
how to jump out
of the water yet.
That was something my mom
was gonna teach me
on this trip.
Jumping's easy!
I can show you!
-(grunt)
-(grunt)
Give me a boost
up onto that wall, Rolly.
And I'll have that whale
jumpin' over it faster
than you can say
"There's a whale
jumpin' over that wall!"
Goin' up!
(grunt)
Okay.
Let's make this happen.
I know it's a little scary
Tryin' somethin'
you've never done before
But your friends are here
to help you
Gonna figure it out,
we're gonna figure it out
This is how you jump
Bend your back flippers
and straighten 'em out
Now jump
Use your webbed tail
and get some air
Start off nice and low
But each time you get higher
-Two, three, four
-Jump, jump
-Oh, gonna teach you how to
-Jump, jump
-Yeah, you gotta
learn how to
-Jump, jump
-Oh, gonna teach you how to
-Jump, jump
Yeah, you gotta learn
how to each time
get a little higher
-Oh, each time
get a little higher
-Jump, jump
-Oh, jump on out
of that harbor, oh
-Jump, jump
-Oh, each time
you get a little higher
-Jump, jump
-Ohhhhhh
-Jump, jump
Jump, jump
Jump, jump
Jump, jump
Whoaaaaaaa!
-Help!
-Hang on, Bingo!
I've gotta get up there!
-Quick!
-I can get you up there quick!
Hop on!
We're comin', Bingo!
Hurry!
This is how I jump,
this is how I jump,
this is how I jump,
this is how I jump!
Go, Whaley, go!
Help!
I've got you!
That was amazing!
Like you flew
but without any wings,
look at you
Bow to the wow!
-You did it!
-Yeah, that was a whale
of a jump!
Huhh! Ohh, I made it
all the way
to the other side!
Out into where the big ocean is!
-(voice howling)
-Bingo, do you hear that?
I heard that for sure!
It sounded like
Mom!
Look at what I learned
how to do!
-I like seein'
those two bein' so happy.
-Yeah, watchin' whales is fun!
Look at those whalies jump.
Jump, pretty whalies, jump!
(laughs)
Yippity-dog!
Oh, I've got to get a picture!
And here's a picture I took
of two whales jumping out
of the water.
(dogs barking)
You know, next time
I go whale watching,
I should take you guys
with me, so you can see
a whale up close.
I would love to go with Bob
on a boat to watch whales.
Or, we could take him with us
on a whale to watch people!
(laughs)
Rolly
(Bingo and Rolly speak)
Watch where you step, Rolly.
You don't wanna fall
into the boiling hot lava!
I'll be extra careful!
Whoaaa!
What's goin' on?
We're pretending the grass
is hot lava.
And, you're standing
in hot lava!
Oh. Ow. Ouch.
Owee. Ow.
Hey, there, puppy dog players!
-It's Bob!
-Hey, Bob!
Who's ready
for a unicycle day?
(laughs)
I know I am!
You know, I tried
unicycling before,
but it didn't go so well,
so I read this book
about how to do it,
and I'm gonna give it
another try.
Just gotta remember
where I put that
one-wheeled thing.
Let's see.
Here's my bicycle.
Hmm. Where's
my unicycle?
I remember the last time
Bob tried to ride that unicycle.
Hey, guys!
Look what I just got!
A unicycle!
-Cool!
-Hey, let me see!
I've never ridden one
of these before, but you guys
get to watch me try.
Ooh
Wh-- Wh-- Whoa!
Whoa!
Oh! Check it out!
I'm doin' it!
I'm-- Whoa-- Whoa!
-Oh!
-Are you okay?
Uh, where did Bob go?
Huh what was I thinking?
Trying to ride something
with only one wheel!
I don't ever wanna see
that silly unicycle again!
Yeah. Bob said he didn't
wanna see that unicycle again.
But now he does
wanna see it again.
Maybe I can find my unicycle
after I get home from work.
Then I can ride it around
and say, "Look! I'm
riding a unicycle!"
Ha! See you later, puppy-nators!
I remember what happened
to that unicycle.
After Bob said he didn't
wanna see it again,
we buried it
so it'd never
have to be seen.
Then all we have to do
is dig it back up.
Except I don't remember
where we buried it.
Uh, me neither.
So it's gonna be
our mission to find out
where it is. Come on!
Watch out for hot lava!
On your bark, get ready,
got a lot to do
It's gonna
be an awesome adventure
We're super duper
extra overly excited
To be goin' on a mission,
goin' on a mission
Five, four, three, two, one
-(both laughing)
-Both:
Let's go!
Both:
Yaay!
-Ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba
-Wahoo!
We're goin' on a mission,
goin' on a mission
-Ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba
-Wahoo!
We're goin' on a mission,
goin' on a mission
(both laughing)
Where are we gonna go
to start tryin' to remember
where we buried
Bob's unicycle?
We should check
with Cagey.
He sees everything
out the window of the pet store
where he lives.
Maybe he'll remember
seeing us on the day
that we buried it.
On the day you buried what?
Leave us alone, Cupcake.
We're on a mission
to find Bob's unicycle.
I don't know what I'd do
with a unicycle.
But if those puppies
want it, I want it!
-So, come help me
get what I want!
-Huh? (chuckles)
Sure, I remember that day.
It was the same day
I got this new exercise wheel,
and I was takin' it
for a spin.
And I've been spinning
ever since!
Do you remember
where Rolly and I
were going?
You said you were on your way
to bury something at the park.
(gasp)
The park! We must've
buried the unicycle at the park!
Well, you guys
should run there real fast,
like this!
No, no!
(out of breath)
Maybe not
quite so fast, ha.
Thanks for the help, Cagey.
Come on, Rolly!
Let's run!
How are we gonna figure out
where to start digging?
We just need to concentrate
and think about nothing
other than--
Look! A bee!
Rolly, get back here!
We're supposed
to be on a mission!
I've got you now,
you honey-loving, buzzy
little buzz-ball!
(buzzing)
Huh?
Aw, buzz, it got away.
Except, that flower
reminds me.
I think we might've
buried Bob's unicycle
next to a blue flower!
That blue flower!
Do you think Bob's unicycle
is down here?
Well, something's down here.
(grunting)
Bingo, look!
It's--
Not a unicycle.
It's just a metal stick.
Can we take it home
and play fetch with it later?
(chewing on it)
Kinda indestructible.
I guess we might as well.
-Hey, guys!
-Hey, Jackie!
This is a really nice hole.
Thanks, we dug it ourselves.
Are you burying something?
Do you need any help?
We were actually
trying to unbury something.
But what we found
isn't the right something
we came here to dig up.
I remember a while back
when you guys were here,
you said you were on your way
to the beach to bury something,
but I never saw what it was.
So maybe that's
where we buried
Bob's unicycle.
Thanks, Jackie!
Have fun with your unburying!
Follow those pups!
How deep do we gotta go?
As deep as it takes
to finish our mission.
A-dig dig dig dig
Diggin' all through
the sand
Hey, Jonathan!
We're lookin'
for Bob's unicycle!
Uh, mind if I watch?
I-- I don't have TV
in my nest, but this
looks like a pretty good show.
I don't think there's anything
down here.
There isn't.
But if you're lookin'
for what you buried that day,
I remember you buryin'
somethin', you should be
diggin' over there!
If you remembered
where we buried something,
why didn't you tell us
where we buried it?
Well, 'cause you never asked!
Rolly! I think there's
something down here!
Huh that's not a unicycle
at all.
It kinda looks like
a seashell.
Listen to those waves.
It sounds like I'm right
at the beach.
I don't think it's a seashell.
But I think it might be a hat.
How do I look?
Like a dog wearing a hat?
-Nice.
-Well, we're supposed
to be two dogs
finding Bob's unicycle.
Well, I don't know
if this helps,
but that day you were here,
when you left, you said
you were going
to see another friend.
That does help!
Because I just remembered
where we were going!
Have a good time
while you're there
Thanks
for the help, Jonathan.
Oops!
I almost forgot this!
And now they're going
to another place?
I wish those puppies
would make up their minds.
Sure, I remember that day.
You came here to bury somethin'.
Do you remember
where we buried it, Bullworth?
Hey, this junkyard dog
remembers everything.
I got a mind like a steel trap.
And also, a pile
of old steel traps.
So be careful where you step.
But let's see
Uhhh
There it is!
Whatever you were buryin',
you buried it right there.
How could we have buried
something underneath
this mountain?
Because the mountain
wasn't there until they
put those plastic bottles there
this mornin'.
They're takin' 'em away
to recycle 'em
tomorrow afternoon.
But Bob wants
to ride his unicycle today.
Which means we've gotta
clear away that mountain
before we can dig
and see if it's under there!
This looks like a job
for Bingo and Rolly!
So it's a good thing
we're here.
Bark, bark
Bark, bark
Oh, grab that bottle
Toss it to the side
Bark, bark
We're gonna
get to the bottom
of this big old pile
-Bark, bark
-There's somethin' underneath
and we're goin' to find it
We're gonna get
to the bottom of this
workin' side by side
Bingo:
Hand in hand
Did you mean
paw in paw?
Yeah, I guess you're right.
A little puppy power
is gonna do the job
(laughing)
Wee-ooh-wee-ooh-wee
Wee-ooh-
wee-ooh-wee
Wee-ooh-wee-ooh-wee
Wee-wee-woo-woo
Wee-ooh-wee-ooh-wee
Wee-wee-woo-woo
We're gonna get to the bottom
of this workin' side by side
(bark)
That mountain doesn't look
any smaller than
when we started.
Then there's only one thing
left to do.
(shouts)
(bottles falling)
And that is how a doggie
does that!
Great job, Rolly!
Now we can start digging,
and see if we buried
Bob's unicycle here!
-Is this it?
-I think it might be!
Rolly! It's--
Not a unicycle.
Yeah, just some
round thingamajig.
Although it rolls pretty well
for just being a thingamajig.
Could we take it home
to play with?
I guess so,
cause it doesn't
look like we're gonna
find Bob's unicycle,
so we might as well
take home something.
Come on, thingamajig.
Let's roll you on outta here.
Thanks, Bullworth!
I sometimes wonder
if I was ever that young.
Cupcake:
Stop right there!
Oww!
I thought you were supposed
to be digging up a unicycle?
We thought so, too.
But all we found was a hat,
and a metal stick,
and a thingamajig.
(sniffing)
And what am I gonna do
with a hat and a metal stick
and a thingamajig?
What a waste of a day,
sneaking around
after the two of you.
Come on, Rufus.
Let's go sneak around
after someone else.
Did you find Bob's unicycle?
No. All we dug up was this.
We really wanted
to find what Bob wanted,
but we didn't do it.
Well, maybe you won't feel
so sad if you get your feet
out of the
hot lava!
Ow! Ooh! Ow!
Hot hot hot hot hot!
Ooh! Ooh! Ooh! Ouch!
It's not hot lava, Hissy,
but thanks for tryin'
to make us feel better.
Oh, right.
-Hey, there, puppies!
-(dogs barking)
Ah, I've been lookin' forward
to seein' you two all day.
And look at that!
You found my unicycle!
We did?
Let's see, this goes
in here, and these things
stick onto that.
-Uh, what's he doin'
with that stuff?
-I don't know.
But he seems really excited
to be doing it.
And the seat goes right on top.
My unicycle!
Huh! As good as new!
We dug it up in pieces
because we buried it
in pieces?
Yeah! 'Cause I just
remembered something else
about the day
when we buried it.
Bingo:
After Bob fell off his unicycle
he walked right past us
on the way outta the yard.
I don't ever wanna see
that silly unicycle again!
What should we do
with all the pieces
of the unicycle
that Bob never wants
to see again?
We should bury 'em
in different places,
so he'll absolutely for sure
never see them again!
That's a great idea!
I know we're getting rid
of almost all of it,
but can we keep these blocks?
Yeah! They'll be perfect
for when we play hot lava!
All right, here I go!
Wish me luck!
Let's see if I can do it right
this time!
Uh, oh, hey,
hey, look at this!
I'm-- I'm doin' it right
this time!
Oh! Whoaaa!
Whoa, hey, this is fun!
(laughs)
Whoa!
-We should tell Bob to look out.
-Look out for what?
He's riding in hot lava!
(dogs barking)
(all laughing)
(theme music playing)
Both:
Bark! Bark! Bark!
Bark!
Bark! Bark!
(record scratching)
Bark!
Bark!
Bark! Bark!
