The Mole (2022) s01e06 Episode Script

Mountain Mole

1
Hello, players!
Welcome to Australia.
Get that money.
- We're not gonna get lost.
- Somebody doing something.
Down Under.
I knew it. It's a prison break.
- Can you reach it?
- Got it.
- 5,000 for five minutes right now.
- Yes.
We look for somebody that's trying
to take money away from the pot.
The highest bid tonight. $25,000.
What?!
Don't mess it up.
No one is trustworthy in this game.
Where is she? Fuck!
That's the fun of it.
Joi, a countdown clock will soon
start and you'll have three minutes
to make a choice between
the options in front of you.
The clock has started.
"To defuse the bomb, cut the red wire."
"Do this before
the countdown clock hits zero
and you add $15,000 to the pot."
"If any player is holding
this exemption card
when the countdown clock hits zero,
the $15,000 for the pot is lost."
I've never been
more nervous in my life
because I knew what I wanted to do.
I want this exemption.
You've already had one, Joi.
I'm greedy.
But I've said going into this game,
I'm gonna play it,
and we need the money for the pot.
Time is ticking, Joi.
You have just 30 seconds left to decide.
Cut the wire to save the cash.
Or take the exemption and save yourself.
I want to win, Will.
Yeah, I know.
I'm pretty distraught.
Joi, you already had the exemption.
There was no talking to Joi.
It's a free exemption,
the most valuable thing in this game.
No. Hell no.
I had to do what I had to do.
Yeah, it didn't feel good at all.
Playing this game is very difficult.
I'm not here to make friends.
I'm here for myself.
But I was worried.
Steal the exemption and the team
won't trust me anymore.
Will and Joi,
congratulations are in order.
Not only have you had a delicious lunch,
you have won $15,000 for the prize pot.
But, personally, I'm kind of disappointed
that the bomb didn't go off.
Should we blow it up?
- Wait, what?
- Just for fun.
Is it fake money?
See you at elimination.
Look, I'm happy $15,000
has been added to the pot.
But let's put it out there right now.
Did Joi really win
the money for the group?
That was fun.
Or is she covering her tracks as the Mole
because she's lost so much money
on every other mission?
- Cheers.
- Cheers!
I have to say, you guys, you came here
with $3,500 in the prize pot,
which, let's all admit,
was not something to crow about.
And you are leaving the Mary Valley
with $29,500 in the prize pot.
- Woo-hoo!
- Let's go!
That is the highest
your prize pot has ever been.
$29,500. That is a lot of money.
I contributed to the group,
and we're all one big happy family.
That's good money.
That's big money.
I'm glad my teammates are doing the work
so I can collect the check at the end.
Well, tonight you guys are gonna face
your next elimination.
But first, as always, you will take a quiz
with 20 questions about
who you believe to be the Mole.
The person with the greatest number
of wrong answers
will be eliminated immediately.
Are you guys ready?
The time is here.
Let the quiz begin.
At this point in the game,
I should be getting
more comfortable with this process,
but it's getting harder and harder.
If Kesi was the Mole, her strategy
would be to sabotage our pot.
On the train, I watched her knock
that bag of mail right onto the ground.
Ay, ay, ay!
She's at the top of my list.
So paying attention to what she's doing
is just second nature to me.
My strategy is to spread my answers,
but the way I spread them
has changed this week a little bit.
Avori crept up on my list
of suspicious players.
Where is she?
Whether or not
it's a double bluff in everyone's face
remains to be seen.
Pranav and I swap a lot
of information and we strategize together.
But there were just little bits and pieces
of things I kind of kept to myself.
I have significantly increased
my suspicions on Jacob.
Son of a bitch!
They're all here.
When people come back
with an uncompleted mission,
they failed, they failed for a reason.
My number one suspect
for the Mole is still currently Joi.
I don't have a lot of faith
in that answer,
but that's what I'm going off of.
I don't see any turns.
That's Isn't that? That's a turn.
She's gonna play
a good clean game,
working on her redemption
with the group to build money up
because of how horrible
she's done in the past.
She thinks it's too obvious
and wants to act like one of the players.
This quiz is so difficult.
Not taking the exemption,
I don't know if that was smart.
It may come back and bite me in the ass.
We shall see.
Through process of elimination,
you have to eventually trust
your gut to a certain extent.
Joi is the highest on my list.
There's a few that follow and the few
that get the votes besides her.
But
she, in my opinion,
plays the game most like a Mole.
Here we are, my friends.
And we are officially now
at the halfway point.
Let's get down to business.
The results of the quiz have been tallied.
When I send through the results,
your screen will light up with a message.
If it's green, it means you're safe
and you can stay in the game.
If it's red, it means
you've been eliminated,
and you must leave immediately.
I will enter your names
in no particular order.
The first name
is Greg.
The next name
is Jacob.
I'm feeling everything,
nervousness, anxiety, fear.
This quiz
was the toughest quiz yet.
Avori, you're next.
Okay, the next name is Pranav.
I'm comfortable with my preparation,
but I also know the middle game is hard.
To survive, you have to start
making some tough judgment calls.
So we'll see what happens.
That's a little bit
Um, it's a little hard news to hear.
I didn't see that coming.
Yo!
Pranav was somebody that
everybody thought would make it
to the very end of this game.
But to be honest, I'm relieved.
Having someone who's such
a strong competitor out this early
paves the way for my win.
How do you feel about leaving the game?
I'm content.
If you know you gave it
a good shot, a good-faith effort,
then what's there
to complain about, you know?
You all right, baby?
It sucks he didn't make it to the end,
but he's a better person
for the friendship that you've given him.
Likewise.
You know, I knew him
and Avori were working together.
Why is Avori still here,
but Pranav is not?
What failed there?
Was she throwing him under the bus?
- What do you think happened?
- Uh, I don't know.
Maybe I just didn't hedge my bets enough.
I'm genuinely upset Pranav left,
and I feel like it's partially my fault.
There were details of certain missions
that I kind of kept to myself a bit.
Avori, can I give you a hug?
Yeah.
Trusting someone
in real life is dangerous.
- Safe travels, my friend.
- Yeah.
- Good luck out there.
- Thank you.
- See ya.
- See ya.
Trusting someone in this game is
detrimental.
After a tough elimination,
the remaining players
are hoping to sleep in.
But in this game, the Mole never rests.
Guys! Up and at 'em!
We're hittin' the road!
What time is it?
Time to wake up, pack your bags,
and pack 'em warm.
- We're getting on the road.
- What?
We're leaving?
What?
When adventure calls, you better
be ready to go at a moment's notice.
So it is time to rise and shine.
- Let's go. Woo-hoo!
- Let's do it.
As we head south
to the majestic Blue Mountains,
up ahead is a death-defying mission
that'll blow away
any early morning cobwebs.
I don't know if you can see,
but there's not much above us.
Everything is basically below us.
It's gonna be something dangerous, y'all.
Could Joi be the Mole?
Yeah, I mean she gave away $25,000.
She failed from the beginning.
But now all of a sudden,
she's been doing nothing but winning.
I don't know what it is,
but something's going on.
Is anybody afraid of heights?
I know I'm a pilot, but a little bit.
Alex, are we doing something
with heights today?
You know, Avori, all I can say is,
I hope you guys have had your coffee,
and I hope you have a lot of energy.
I haven't told anyone that
the Mole could possibly be Jacob,
and that's why Pranav went home.
I don't have alliances with anyone here.
There's too much knowledge
in my mind to give up.
Okay. Everybody, listen up.
There's some backpacks in the trunk.
They each have your names on them.
- Grab them and follow me.
- Copy.
To survive in this game,
the players have to be able
to think like the Mole.
Jacob. Is that William
on the far right then?
Because nothing is safe
from his or her touch, including
the players' pre-assigned backpacks.
All right, guys.
Your next mission could very well be
the most physically challenging
mission you have had yet.
To succeed in this mission requires you
to carry your backpacks
through this wild rugged terrain
and deliver them to me
at the end of the climb.
This is an epic mountaineering challenge.
I'm ready.
We've learned if you doubt me
in a physical challenge,
it's gonna come back
and bite you in the ass.
What the hell have I gotten myself into?
Now you guys all know
that there is always a twist.
Three of the backpacks contain 10K.
So that is a possible $30,000
for your prize pot.
Wow.
However, not all of you are going
to make it to the end of this climb.
And the Mole has decided
which three of those backpacks have cash
and which backpacks
have precisely zero dollars.
Wow.
More weight on our shoulders
for this mission.
Along the way, it will be up to you
to decide who gets left behind.
And that starts right now.
As a group, choose two players
to sit out immediately.
They'll still be an important part
of the mission,
but neither they nor their backpacks
will make it to the end of the climb.
Damn!
Keep that in mind
as you make your decisions.
You have two hours
to complete the mission.
That time starts now.
Go ahead. Choose your two.
Who do we think has
the money in their bags?
Like, who do we think
needs to complete the climb?
They would assume
we'd immediately take me or Avori out,
and they're gonna be like,
"So we put the 10,000 in his bag."
I think Avori should go too
because I think it's the same principle.
We all know she climbs.
You think the Mole is double bluffing.
The Mole is figuring that
you guys would take out
the two strongest climbers.
Yes, I think he put money in my bag.
My thought process is,
the money would be in my bag.
But more importantly,
I always want to be there to make sure
nobody has the excuse not to finish.
Will thinks he's the easiest one
to take out and I agree with him on that.
But also, like, Joi and I are also
the smallest people here,
potentially our two weakest.
There might be money in our bag.
I want to go.
I don't have a lot of experience
with mountaineering,
but, uh, I'll give it a valiant effort.
Jacob has been my number one
most suspicious person
since the bank mission,
and he was very adamant
about finishing the challenge.
And I was like, "Why?"
Yeah, they're both good choices
for either one. It's really difficult.
I'm thinking myself and Joi
will have the money
because of our last mission.
We were the only team
that did not come back with money.
So right away, I'm going, no matter what.
Who are you thinking
should be left behind?
Maybe if we do, like,
half strongest people, half weakest.
So at least you have 50% chance
of somehow guessing right.
I'll do it because maybe
I don't have the money in my bag.
- So do you wanna stay here?
- Okay.
I mean, I feel like staying behind,
we don't make it to the end,
there's no point in us even attempting it.
It's about endurance too.
You worked really well together
on the last train mission.
I guess it's a combination of
our biggest "strongest" climbers
and the weakest ones.
I'm good with that.
My strategy
moving forward is defense,
protecting my number one suspect
and making sure that nobody has
any chance with one-on-one time with them.
Guys, you got this.
Even if I have the money in my bag,
it's a sacrifice that I have to make.
Okay. Kesi and Greg.
You and your backpacks have no chance
of making it to the end of this climb.
So if you do have the money,
it is now gone.
The rest of you, time is ticking
and there are more decisions ahead.
I'll see whoever makes it
at the finish line.
But the real question is,
will the money make it?
Good luck.
Oh, here we go.
This is from, like,
the early 20th century.
Kesi and Greg,
you will remain at base camp.
And because you'll need
to make decisions as a group,
you will be able
to keep in touch mountain-style.
Avori, Avori, come in. This is Greg.
Hello, hello.
Climbers, this three-stage climb
will push your endurance to new heights.
Move quickly and carefully
as you attempt to make it down,
up
and across thousands of yards
of deadly terrain before time runs out.
All right, guys.
- Let's go!
- Yes!
No way.
Is there something there?
Oh my God.
- We'll open it up and see.
- What is it?
Oh my gosh!
"Only four people
can continue past this point."
"Who will stay here with their backpack?"
Damn!
Okay, Greg.
We have a message.
We have to leave a person behind.
Obviously their backpack stays.
- Ay, ay, ay.
- Who are you thinking
should be left behind? Over.
Let's discuss.
Who we don't think has money.
At this point,
it's all about the money.
Who doesn't have money in their bag?
I don't think Will has money
in his bag, honestly.
- I really don't.
- I don't either.
Obviously, Will is gigantic.
He's very physically fit.
I don't think the Mole is going
to put money in his bag,
and Will needs to sit this one out.
- Casey, I think you have money.
- I might have it in my bag.
- Yeah.
- Yeah.
I want to go.
I think I have money. I honestly do.
I'm going because I want to finish.
My thought process is,
the money would be in my bag,
because I'm the first selection
for people who would assume
would finish the mission.
And I'd assume the Mole would
take that into consideration.
We all wanna go.
The problem is, who do we think
has money in their bag?
We don't know.
Greg, we have to make a vote somehow.
I think the Mole wouldn't
anticipate that Will would be overruled.
So I think the curveball
would be Will staying behind.
Let's just all say our votes
and not try to influence each other.
My vote is leave behind Will.
I vote Will stay.
Jacob?
Will.
What's your guys' vote?
My vote is Will.
Will.
I'm sorry, Will.
I know you want to go so badly.
I know. I'm so sorry.
That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
Genius idea, guys.
You guys just don't get it.
I am very frustrated.
This game is about observation.
And when I'm not there
to keep my eye on things,
I don't know what I'm missing.
It's
handcuffing me.
If it's gonna appease everyone, do I stay?
I'd rather just let him do it,
and I'll stay behind.
I'm trying to be a team player, okay?
Don't second-guess it.
You made the decision.
Casey, I just think
the money's in your bag.
Everybody, hold on.
She wanted to quit.
Okay, that was weird.
Players, welcome to stage one.
We're literally on the edge
of a cliff right now.
That is a 400-meter vertical drop.
Enough to test the resolve
of even seasoned climbers.
And rappelling is the only way down.
Go, Joi, go!
Oh my God!
I'm an airline pilot.
I fly at very high altitudes.
No fear.
My God!
It's not the same.
No fear.
Oh, lordy. No fear.
That was terrifying.
You got it, girl!
Avori, you ready?
Yep, the wind just never stops.
Go, Avori! Whoo!
You think you got money in your bag?
I think I do.
I kinda think you do.
I think you and Joi do,
- of the people, then me and Avori
- Does it make too much sense?
Or does it make perfect sense?
All right. I'm down.
Third climber about to strap in.
Copy. So third climber Casey
on the way down.
Oh my God!
You got this, Casey!
Scream if you're okay.
One of the first times she's been quiet.
You did it! Good job, Case!
Yay, yay, yay!
I'm coming, ladies!
I wanna keep an eye on Jacob
more than anything else.
All right, uh, Jacob is on his way down.
Copy. Over.
Come on, Jacob! Quickly!
Coming at you.
Jacob was pretty adamant
about finishing the mission.
Yeehaw!
If he is the Mole, it'd be smart
to not put money in his own bag.
Make it to the end without
any money in your bag and
Nice job, team.
Voilà, there's another 10K lost.
Well done, players.
You've made it to stage two.
But if you and your bags want
to reach the end in time,
you'd better pick up the pace.
You'll need to summit
the 160-meter cliff face
to stand on Mushroom Rock.
Come on. Keep the pace up.
We have a long way to go, guys.
I'm worried about time.
Avori, have you guys started to climb up?
We're climbing up right now.
Oh, there you guys go. I see you.
Come on, Casey!
Sure is pretty up here.
Casey, are you okay?
It's pretty spectacular.
Like, wow, what beauty.
I don't know what they're doing.
You have a time you?
How long you think it will take?
I have no idea. We keep having to wait.
It's very, very easy
to eat up 15 seconds here or there.
It's a stall tactic.
The hard part is figuring out
who's doing it to incriminate themselves
and who's doing it not to get caught.
Wait! Hold on!
Oh my gosh!
Oh my gosh!
I'm coming, I'm coming.
I can hear her yelling.
I can hear Casey.
I think I might be starting
to notice the difference.
- What's up, Case?
- Hold on a sec.
Maybe I know who the Mole is.
Maybe I couldn't be more wrong.
What's going on? Over.
Waiting on Casey now.
Oh. This is accomplishing nothing.
If you can lay very low
in the background with no suspicion
and no one ever accusing you of anything
- Fuck!
- Okay
that's a very nice safety blanket.
Dude, we found it!
Oh my God! Whoo!
All right. I think we're on Mushroom Rock.
We're at the top.
Congratulations, players.
You've made it to stage three.
All you have to do
to reach the finish line
is take a short trip across
a terrifying 1,000-foot drop.
Nervous?
Well, today could be your lucky day.
Guys.
"Only three players can cross this gorge."
"One person must remain."
"Who will stay here with their backpack?"
Should we take votes?
We gotta take a vote with the whole team.
- See what everyone's thinking.
- Jacob, what do you think?
I'm sorry.
- I say Avori.
- I don't think you have money.
My vote is Jacob.
Jacob obviously votes
that he thinks money is in his bag
and obviously there's no money in his bag.
So that's clearly a Mole move.
I say Avori.
I think that
I'm gonna say myself.
It's extremely strange
she's trying to take herself out.
This is the second time
she's done this on this mountain.
We gotta ask Will and the other two.
Could be a play. I'm not sure.
Guys, we have to make a decision
to send three players on.
- Can you hear me?
- I hear you.
She says one person
has to get left behind.
- We gotta do a vote quick.
- Yeah, we wanna
- We don't have time.
- What do they want?
- Tell 'em to vote.
- We have to do a vote quick.
I'm going with Casey.
Send Casey.
- Send Casey.
- Send Casey across?
For whatever reason,
I believe there's 10,000 in her bag.
I absolutely still hope
$30,000 goes across that zip line.
So you want Avori to stay
and you want me to go?
Make sure that's what he
Are you saying
you want Casey to go across?
I think that's what he said.
Yeah, send Casey.
That was the point
of her going in the first place.
No reason to question it now.
Guys, what are you thinking?
We think that you, Avori,
should be left behind.
All right.
- Go for it.
- We should do it?
Yep. Go for it.
Oh my God.
I'm so nervous right now.
I know. I'm like,
did we pick the right backpacks?
Did we pick the right backpacks?
While the remaining climbers
receive a safety briefing,
the clock is paused,
giving the rest of the players time
to come meet me at the finish line.
- Greg! Kesi!
- There they are.
Right over there.
That's a $10,000 task right there.
But with so little time left,
each player only has around
seven minutes to complete the crossing.
So this is going
to be a very tight finish.
Oh, here comes Will.
All right, this is the home stretch.
So windy.
Oh, Jesus Christ. Oh my goodness.
No, no. no.
Please no.
Oh my gosh. I'm sick.
- Let's go, Joi!
- You got it, Joi!
- Come on, Joi!
- You got it!
No fear.
It's deathly, murderous high.
- Go, Joi, go!
- Come on, Joi!
- You're doing great, Joi!
- Let's go, Joi!
- Oh my God. It's blowing her off!
- You're okay!
Hold on, baby. Hold on!
- I am determined.
- Let's go, Joi!
You tell me I can't do something,
you tell me I'm incapable,
I will do that very thing
that you say I can't do
and kick mud in your face.
Bring it home, Joi!
- Yes!
- Oh my gosh.
Yes!
Good job!
Yes, Joi! Yes!
Good job, girl!
Here comes Jacob.
Let's go, Jacob!
- Attaboy!
- Go, Jacob!
Whoo! Making it look easy!
Oh my God. He did that so fast.
Jacob, you're a beast!
- All right, Jacob!
- Wow!
- Nice job!
- Hey, great job!
- Killed it.
- All right!
All right, guys.
We got Casey coming across.
- It's really windy.
- Let's go, Casey!
Here I go. Hand over hand.
Come on, Casey!
Should I turn over
or just pull across like that?
Pull across like that? While hooked in?
I'm good?
- Yeah.
- Okay.
It is really windy.
Is this normally this windy?
It can be in winter here, yeah.
Are we waiting on Casey?
How do y'all think
of these crazy rope things to do?
I don't know what we're waiting on.
Right now,
Casey is the highest on my list.
It's a safe place to put $10,000.
- Come on, Casey!
- Oh my God.
You got this!
It's the home stretch.
The question is, what's in that backpack?
Let's go, Casey!
- She's moving fast!
- You got this, Casey!
Holy moly! It's far!
Casey has always been
a very, very strong player.
Could she be slowing down deliberately?
Absolutely.
Which, right there, tells me
$10,000 should be in that bag.
Oh my God.
Oh my God!
What the fuck happened?
Casey could've very well been doing
anything she could to stall.
There's no way Casey's gonna do it.
Oh my Lord!
Which makes her one of the most
likely suspects to be a Mole.
She's up?
You can do it!
Bring it on home, Casey!
I'm thrown off and I kind of blacked out.
Attagirl!
Come on! Go, go, go!
We do not have much time left.
Let's go, Casey!
Casey, you're in the home stretch!
You made it! Well done!
- Good job, Casey!
- Good job, me.
Oh my God.
- You did it!
- You know me.
I know there's people on this team
that always seem to doubt me.
I'm not a weak person.
Probably one of the strongest there.
It was a big decision
you guys made on that rock.
You guys got three bags across.
Casey, Joi, and Jacob.
And the hope is that each one
of those bags has $10,000,
and that you guys have foiled the Mole.
All right, Joi.
Let's see what you got, girl.
Was it all worth it?
Come on.
- Yes!
- You got it!
Good choices, guys! Good choices!
Well played!
Yes!
All right, next up is Jacob's.
- Oh no.
- That's no money.
Nothing.
I knew it.
I'm not shocked that
there's no money in Jacob's bag.
Jacob has been and will continue
to be my number one Mole suspect.
And I'm feeling more and more
confident about who it is.
Last but not least is Casey.
All right, let's see what you got.
Good job, guys.
Not bad for a day's work.
- Well played.
- Oh my God!
Realistically, I'm not surprised at all.
Twenty, that's good.
I think that's good odds.
There's absolutely
great reason to be suspicious.
Hey, 20 grand's exactly
what we could ask for.
Yeah, she made it in time.
But was she doing everything
she could not to make it?
That could've been devastating
for the mission.
Guys, we got $20,000 added
to the prize pot.
You should feel great about that.
- Yeah!
- Whoo!
Well played.
Let's see where that other ten grand is.
Avori and Will, as the two players
who pulled out mid-mission,
do you have the missing cash?
All right, let's find out.
Avori, let's see what's in your bag.
No money.
- It was the right decision!
- Okay.
Okay, Will. Let's take a look.
This is the moment of truth.
We're about to find out.
He might.
And?
- I was right!
- That's no money.
Reason I wanted to go was not specifically
only because I had 10,000 in my bag.
I wanted to be there to make sure
the challenge was finished.
And thank God it was.
We'll go to Kesi next.
Let's see what you got, girl.
Moment of truth.
10,000 or not?
It was Kesi all along.
The final 10,000 was
in Kesi's bag the whole time,
which means we were out $10,000
before the other players left the shed.
It's very suspicious.
But if she's the Mole,
then why should I be surprised?
This was a massive roll of the dice.
And the prize pot stands
at 49,500 American dollars!
Let's hit the road. Follow me.
Guys, 20 grand!
Twenty grand!
I'm pretty stoked, dude. $20,000.
- What a win today.
- Yeah.
Two out of three bags.
I honestly couldn't be happier
with the prize pot.
We're building it back up.
And that's exciting.
Today was good for our team in general
'cause I felt we're getting better
at everyone's voice being heard.
I've been thinking
it's Jacob this entire time.
But watching Casey try and back out
of completing the mission
over and over again,
I obviously can't trust her, so
I'm excited for the rest of the night
to gather information.
What do you look forward to
at the end of the day?
I would love a big glass
of red wine by the fire.
Steam room, sauna, bath.
Okay, just go straight
through here and take a left.
Um, this isn't a hotel.
Where are we?
I know you've had a long day,
but the truth is,
it's about to get
just a little bit longer.
Oh, Alex.
Let's get out of the car.
Where's my hot bath?
- Look at that.
- Man!
Here we go.
Here we go.
Well, guys.
What?
- What?
- Come on in.
Holy
Wow.
It smells. It's freezing.
I don't think they have a jacuzzi here.
Guys, I know it's not the Ritz,
but at least you're all together.
Oh, yay.
I know that you have made some
really nice connections with one another.
And in your next challenge,
that is going to become quite literal.
In your next mission,
you will be chained together.
Possibly all night.
Wait, what?
Ugh. Wow.
Here is what's gonna happen.
In this cage, there is a key.
And that key will unlock
all of your padlocks.
Every ten minutes, the cage will open,
and one player will have
exactly one minute to grab the key
and free themselves from your chain gang.
We can do it.
It is up to all of you
to decide the order in which
you attempt to free yourselves.
If you all manage to free yourselves,
then $20,000 will be added
to the prize pot,
and you all get
to spend the night in luxury.
- That's what we want.
- Twenty grand.
It's easy!
That's a big amount of money.
- I know there's a catch.
- There's always a catch.
There is always a wrinkle.
In this cage next to the key,
there is something else
that you may be very interested in.
An exemption.
At this point, our odds
of going home are much higher
'cause there are less of us.
You gotta fend for yourself.
I want that exemption.
If anyone does take the exemption,
the challenge will stop immediately
and the group earns no money.
And everyone left here will sleep here.
On the floor.
I'm freaking freezing.
No one takes the exemption.
Let's just all get out of here.
We can do this.
The easiest $20,000.
It would be stupid to take an exemption.
You have a lot of decisions to make
both for yourselves and for the team.
I will leave you to it.
Maybe I'll see you tonight.
And maybe I won't.
Good luck.
We could all be excellent players
and good teammates and wonderful people
and we can all unlock ourselves
and we would get $20,000 for the pot.
Theoretically.
What do you guys think?
It opens every ten minutes.
So we gotta move.
I am definitely worried someone
is going to take the exemption.
And in my mind, we need
to send someone trustworthy first.
We gotta figure who will go first.
I think we always cast a vote.
The people who are
the most trustworthy first.
Yeah, I think so.
I don't trust none of y'all.
Not one.
I vote Kesi.
Will.
- Will's going for exemption.
- He's putting money in the pot.
Like I always have.
I say Jacob.
Um, I say Kesi.
I vote Kesi.
I chose Kesi to go first
because she'll go with the team.
She's a team player.
I vote
Well, I guess at this point,
it doesn't matter.
Get it, girl.
As this game moves on,
if my suspicions
about the Mole are correct,
it's a balance.
It's a balance between keeping
the identity of the Mole to yourself,
but desperately needing
to increase that pot.
It could open at any second,
so we gotta move.
- Let's get her in position.
- Yeah.
Kesi, kind of straightforward.
- Here's more slack.
- Yeah.
- Yeah, take this slack.
- There you go, Kesi.
Kesi, you keep an eye on it.
Let us know if it opens.
It's a game, and there's only one winner.
Kesi, are you grabbing the key?
Of course.
Everyone is a competitor.
Sometimes not winning cash means
you could advance to the next round.
- I trust Kesi.
- She's gonna do it.
It's open!
It's only gonna be open for one minute.
We trust you, girl.
Come on, guys. We're in this together.
Let's do it together.
Thank you.
- Thank you, Kesi.
- Thanks, Kesi.
- Thank you.
- Go, Kesi!
Start us off strong!
No one takes the exemption.
Let's all get outta here.
This is the easiest 20 grand, y'all.
$20,000.
