Personally, that's a nightmare for me.
I personally love horses,
so I'd love this neighborhood.

which is a legitimate fear of horses.

so much differently right now.

into this drama

"This isn't what I'm here for."

and these huge deals
haven't happened for me.
I know they're coming.
It's funny because a lot of these agents
in Newport, they're spoiled.
They think this is
a typical real estate career,
to sell these houses and make
a $100,000 commission after every deal.
As soon as I get one of those deals,
that's life-changing.
I know some people are not offended
by some of the things those girls say.
-You know? But it's just not right.
-Right.
And if you knew my mom, like,
I get my outspoken nature from her.
I'll call, like, "Mom, I let these girls
get under my skin, I even cussed one out."
-She'll be like, "You got that from me."
-Yeah.
She's really strong and such a fighter,
if anybody's going to beat it, it's her.

the start of the new chapter.

This San Clemente listing
is a big opportunity
for me to kind of step out
of the family shadow
