So here's what you missed on The Glee Project.
So far Damian's journey has had more twist-and-turns than a riverdance performance.
Jesus Only less coordinated.
While Samuel "it" factor's getting also its love from the mentors.
That was so awesome! Yes, 'skidooch'.
Lindsay rocked Cameron's world so hard that it hurt.
I understand that you got a smacker on the mouth and you cried and You called your mother.
- While alex's last on-screen romance hit the rocks.
- Deal with it.
- Meanwhile, hannah's dreaming Of an off-screen romance of her own.
- Damian is very cute.
- Cool down, girl.

Now only six contenders remain, as they compete For a seven-episode guest-starring role On season three of glee.

I can't be sexy.
I'm definitely nervous About the whole idea of sexuality.
Um, it's something very new to me.
Well, you guys could fight over me.
Damian, you could try to seduce me.
Damian is definitely someone That I could have feelings for, So it's a little bit uncomfortable Just to have to be sexy with each other.
- I was beat, incomplete - [whistles.]
- I'd been had I was sad and blue I've been in the bottom three four times.
I have dealt with Just an absolutely incredible amount of pressure.
I am terrified.
I don't know what to expect.
- didn't know how lost - oh, god.
I just felt so wrong doing that.
I just felt so wrong doing that! I think this week's really gonna test What people's limits are with sexuality.
You know, are you willing to go there? Would it be weird if I hit on you in this video? - Yes.

Obviously on glee there's sex And there's sexual things about it, you know.
That's what makes glee connect with a lot of people.

Being in the top six now, I know that I can't stop.
I have to keep going.
This was a competition before, But it's on now.

- We thought long and hard About who to invite for the guests this week, And in the end, we had to go with the hottest couple To ever make out in the closets Of mckinley high.

Yes! Oh, my god! So I am incredibly excited To see mark and ashley.

- Ashley's character is one of my favorites.
Super inspirational.

- Sexuality.
This is all about being passionate With someone you may or may not have real feelings for.
I mean, it's exhausting for me with this one.

- High school is where young people Start figuring out who they are.
Ryan murphy kind of likens it To trying on people and relationships Like clothes, you know what I mean? - So you better be prepared for it.

- For this week's music video, Each of you will be paired up And perform in a different scenario.
So, alex, you are with samuel.
- [gasps.]
whoo, baby boy! - What up, bro? - So the pair of you will get one-on-one time With mark and ashley, And for the music video, You're gonna be doing a musical jam session In a garage.
- I think I definitely just got The biggest challenge, Because alex is gay and I'm not.
And my job this week is to make it believable.
- Damian, your partner is Lindsay.
And you're a jock, and she's a cheerleader.
[laughter.]
- Obviously I wish that I had Damian as a partner.
It's kind of impossible Not to have feelings for him.
- So obviously cameron and hannah You're gonna be in a kitchen Having a flirty food fight.
- I don't think necessarily me and hannah's Is gonna be, like, incredibly sexual.
I mean, I don't want it to be.
- This, more than anything we've done so far, Is all about acting.
There's nothing in particular you have to do, But remember what the theme is about And what you've seen on glee.
Make us believe it.

So the theme of the week is sexuality, And there's so many different levels That we can play into this.
- I have a girlfriend.
We've been dating for like two years.
- And we're not attacking.
We're getting a little closer.

- So the trick is to really Grab on to your partner and hold tight.

- I'm not the best dancer in the world, So I'm just worrying that the judges are gonna say, "you look very weak" and "lindsay's taking control.

I know that there's no room for slack.
When you think that you're safe, You're in danger.
- Just be aware that everything has the room to change, So it might get more intimate.
You might have opportunities To take a step further.

I feel like I'm already new to, like, Taking acting as a serious thing, And then jumping into a gay thing is, like, Two scary things stacked on top of each other.
There's definitely this side of me That's nervous about this week.
My mom was christian, And she raised me christian, And she wouldn't wanna see me portray someone gay, Just because it's not what she necessarily agrees with.
- Just the word "sexuality" just makes me uncomfortable.
- Yeah.
- Like, I mean Cameron is my best mate, of course, And we tell each other everything.
And cameron has already said That he's just worrying about the video shoot And what it's gonna involve.
So I'm just a little worried for him.
[school bell rings.]
- Cut! - It just kind of happened.
It just kind of went that way.
- [gasps.]
say what? - How do you feel if, like, you kissed her at the fridge? - Yeah - [laughs.]
- We've only got six contenders left.
They're each gonna sing the song straight through, front to back.
Usually they only have a couple lines.
It's going to be a challenge.
They're gonna have to stretch their range.
They're gonna have to do some harmony parts.
It's going to be very interesting.

And I'm disappointed 'cause I think She's very talented.

You know, I believe that sex is something You wait, you know, until after marriage.

I got all this food, right? Can we do stuff where you're, like, Trying to seduce cameron? - Cameron finds anything To do with sexual issues difficult.
However, as an actor, you do find yourself Faced with playing characters Who don't feel necessarily the way you feel.
- This is a moment where you guys are that close.
How do you feel if, like, you did, like-- Like, you kissed her? I mean, you guys are so close.
I don't know how you feel about that.
- Yeah So eric asked me the golden question-- "what if you just kissed her?" - I mean, I'd be down, But whatever cameron's into.

- Cameron has a line that he's drawn That he's not really willing to step over.
But I hope that I'm not in the bottom Because of his performance.

And to stand up and say no or, you know, to set boundaries Is really hard.

It really pushed the contenders As actors.

You know, damian's the one giving me pep talks, You know, just-- You know, "cameron, like, I can't see you going home.
" He doesn't wanna see me go 'cause we're buds.
I'm past the point of trying to figure out What's gonna happen and past the point of Worrying about what's gonna happen.
You'll drive yourself crazy.

[dramatic, suspenseful music.]
- It's been quite a week.
It was a big challenge, And you all were successful.
But it's time to announce who we've chosen To do last-chance performances tonight.
Each and every one of you really committed.
You've all shown such growth.
But We still have to put three of you In front of ryan tonight.
The only way we could make this decision Was rather than trying to find fault Where there was none, Was to figure out who were our top three.

- You're just a very good actress.
And I think you guys had a good chemistry Because you're so comfortable together as friends, I think, so-- you were in our top three, And you're called back for next week.

- So, cameron, when you started, You definitely were intense, which was great, But it didn't have a lot of levels.
And obviously, on the set, The director asked you to kiss hannah, And you chose not to.
How do you feel about that? - Um, I'm glad I stuck up for what I believe in.
I'm glad I put my foot down, and, you know, I can sleep at night knowing that I did what I believed.
- I think you were thinking way too much about the kiss, And it affected your performance.
- So I am afraid that you're not In the top three.
- Understand that.
- So you will do a last-chance performance for ryan.
- Alex.
- You know, this was the first time, I think, A lot of your acting was a bit flamboyant And a bit over the top.
- So I'm afraid you're not in our top three, So you'll be doing a last-chance performance For ryan tonight.
That leaves damian and lindsay.
This was a really tough call.
It was difficult to determine if you, damian, Weren't quite stepping up to the challenge And being a leading man, Or lindsay was just overpowering the scene Because she was so in character.

I am tired from being in the bottom three Week after week after week.

It feels really good that I stuck by my morals.
You know, most people would be freaking out.
But, you know, something inside of me just-- Just feels okay, and, you know, I'm just gonna go out there and sing my heart out.

I'm not sure if I can take any more.

Um, it was tough this week, as zach will agree, In the fact that we were just splitting hairs, Because they all, actually, really rose to the challenge.

I really admire your conviction.

I'm definitely not very in tune With my sexy side.

And the only reason alex is here Is that he was a little, um, flamboyant.
And once we gave him the direction, Then he just played it very real.

I was on the set this week with the kids, And I was talking to amber riley.

UmBut you know, I think you're such a great performer.
I think your cross to bear on this show is Acting something other than thatYou know? You can knock that sort of d, But I just wanna see a different flavor of you, A different tone.

I had a really difficult week.
With sexuality, and I can't lie.
That's something that I've never been through before.
But I know the beliefs that I have, And it's definitely been a real challenge.
- You know, the thing that's difficult for me Is that I really admire your conviction.
It's your conviction that I'm interested in Writing toward.
- Mm-hmm.
- One of the things I think That we have not done well thus far Is represent a sort of more conservative, Religious, faith-based character.
And you are that guy.
But what if we see something in that character That we create for you And you have to have a scene with lea michele - Mm-hmm.
- And you have to kiss her, And you're not dating lea michele, And I'm brought down to the set Because you say, "I won't do this.
" - Of course.
- What am I supposed to do? - Um - Because I feel like you're not giving me any room to wiggle, And while I respect your convictions, That's the gig.

- Like what do you say to that? - Um - Do you think that you're an actor Or are you a singer? Because the hard part of this competition Is you have to be both.
- That's true.
You know, I've had sleepless nights Just thinking about the people here That really will push it, The people here that aren't afraid to do things And, you know, won't say no, And I feel like it's not fair for me to go on But still have like these reservations And for someone to go home That's gonna work their butt off.

It's been amazing and, um [sniffles.]
And, um, things I'll never forget And experiences I've had, and, uh People I've met like you guys That have changed my life.
And, um I feel like that, uh You know, maybe this isn't for me.
