Letharia Vulpina
1 Wow! Talk about family drama, and trust us, we will talk about it, with three cast members, or at least they were until they met their demise.
Haley Webb, Stephen Lunsford and Brian Patrick Wade are here.
Plus, we'll hear from Tyley Posey, and we've got a sneak peek of next week's episode.
Don't pull that plug people! It's time for Wolf Watch! I'm your host, Jill Wagner.
You might remember me as the late, great Kate Argent.
And welcome to Wolf Watch.
- Yeah.
- This is a show where we bring together Teen Wolf stars to discuss the episode you just watched.
Today we've got three cast members joining us from beyond the grave.
She played Jennifer Blake, A.
K.
A.
The Darach.
It's Haley Webb.
[Cheers and applause.]
You know him as Matt.
Stephen Lunsford is here.
[Cheers and applause.]
And who could forget Ennis? It's Brian Patrick Wade.
[Cheers and applause.]
Thank you guys so much for being here.
It's lovely to have you.
Let's not waste any time.
Let's get into this episode.
We start off in Japan.
Deaton is in Japan.
Now, you guys get to work with Seth Gilliam.
- Is that fun? - Yes.
He seems like a really cool guy.
Yeah, he put me back together before, um Oh.
[Laughs.]
I thought you meant mentally or emotionally.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[Laughter.]
- He is a good guy.
- Physically.
No, he was he's great to work with.
That guy's a pro for sure.
- Yeah, he's very zen.
- Yeah.
Right, well, um it seems like, though, he's kind of headed in a dangerous situation.
And, obviously, you guys have all been in very dangerous situations, because you're dead.
So what is your advice to him? You're not safe.
Yeah, you're not safe no matter what you do.
How do you stay safe in Teen Wolf? - Move - Yeah.
Out of Beacon Hills.
Do not Yeah, as long as you're a pawn in Jeff Davis's game, like, you're never safe.
Yeah, you're never safe.
Let's talk about romance.
We see Scott and Kira.
They almost kiss, but then again, it's interrupted.
Do you ever just wish that Teen Wolf would just press "pause" on the action and push "play" on the romance? I think they did that right there.
That's where they pushed "play" on the romance.
And he has his eyes open.
Oh, no.
He's like, "I can't believe this is happening to me.
" Right, okay, so I want to move on to Kira, this new character.
She's she's kind of badass.
She's pretty awesome.
She can, like, harness electricity.
She dodges swords.
She jumps over cars.
She's running faster than Usain Bolt.
- That's very true.
- What is the deal with her? - "I can't stop it!" - She's just What do you guys think about her? Awesome.
I'm just excited that there are more different powers, to be honest with you.
I think that's actually very exciting.
- Do you trust her? - No.
- No, you don't.
- I do.
- You do? - I do.
I do.
Yeah, there's something about her.
She's very graceful, and she has a really she seems to have a really good heart.
Her parents you know, you think they let on that, well, they don't know anything.
But then, obviously, we see they know way more than they let on.
That's kind of a reoccurring theme in Teen Wolf, don't you think? As soon as you think you know someone, they flip the script.
- And with parents in general.
- Yeah, that's the two of us.
Yeah.
I'm actually a man.
But no.
[Laughter.]
I'm a woman.
She's a man.
Yeah.
- You especially.
- I know.
- I was not expecting that.
- Yeah.
And you were so beautiful Oh, my God, thank you.
- As the Darach.
- Oh.
[Laughter.]
Thanks.
Bye.
[Laughter.]
Um, moving on.
You know, I think one of the most dramatic scenes thus far in the whole season has been when you think Stiles is gonna kill Scott, 'cause you really don't know what's gonna happen there.
For you guys, what's been the most dramatic scene thus far in the season for each one of you? I'll start with you, Haley.
Oh, my.
I loved the scene in "Motel California," yeah, when Stiles talks Scott down, when he's holding the flare and he's in the circle of gasoline and yeah, that really got to me.
I cried, of course.
I literally just saw my favorite moment, and it's when coach got shot by the arrow.
Of course he makes it funny.
I love it when he gets shot.
- "Crap.
" - "Crap.
" "Crap.
" [Laughter.]
Before he falls.
Awesome.
I still cried.
"No, coach!" - "No!" - Okay.
We're gonna take a quick break, but when we get back, we're gonna talk more about the episode we just saw.
We're also gonna hear from our pal Tyler Posey.
Plus, we've got an exclusive sneak peek at next week's episode of Teen Wolf.
And we have to go to break, so see if you can answer this Teen Wolf trivia question.
Don't go away.
We'll be right back.
[Cheers and applause.]
[Dance music.]
[Cheers and applause.]
Welcome back to Wolf Watch, the show for people who think 60 minutes of Teen Wolf just ain't enough.
I'm Jill Wagner, joined by three Teen Wolf bucket kickers: Haley Webb, Stephen Lunsford, and Brian Patrick Wade.
- My mom is gonna be so proud.
- Right? These guys are far from the only characters on Teen Wolf who have taken a dirt nap.
There's always somebody dyin', and when there isn't, there's always somebody fighting, hooking up, or taking off their shirt.
And we love to keep track of those things, and we call it our Wolf Stats.
All right, so we've had one death that poor deputy three fights, one hookup, but, sadly, no shirtless scenes.
- Oh! - Aw! Plus, we're up to a total of one dude's phone number collected by Lydia's mom.
Way to go, Ms.
Martin! Oh, yeah.
- Whoo! - Slick.
Yes, Ms.
Martin, finally.
Now that we have the numbers down, let's talk a little bit more about tonight's episode.
I want to talk about Danny and Ethan's relationship, okay? That's a pretty sweet relationship, I think.
Who do you think is the best all-time relationship on Teen Wolf? Would you say it's Allison and Scott? Would you say it's [Whispers.]
Jennifer and Derek? I don't know.
I would say it's Jennifer and Derek.
Yeah? Actually, I don't think I would.
[Laughs.]
Their relationship didn't really yeah.
I got to say Allison and Scott.
The reason why is, that's so the Romeo and Juliet thing that we, like, you know, started out with.
That's the one that we, like, ac I want to see them get back together, you know? Yeah, absolutely.
I want to move on to Derek and Argent.
This was interesting in this episode, because they become allies.
I love that.
Okay, what is more satisfying for you guys to watch? Them be enemies or buddies? I kind of like buddies, because they have such a past that they have to build a whole new relationship.
And they're both coming from really strong points of view and now trying to work together.
I don't know; I like it.
I like buddies.
I love it when I see enemies become allies.
It's like one it's the best thing.
The way that they've come together as allies was a cool transition for them, and watching them become join forces has been cool for sure.
Everybody's misunderstood on this show, especially Kate Argent.
- Well - So misunderstood.
I thought I understood you perfectly.
[Laughter.]
Something very interesting we find out: That Peter is a father.
That's amazing and terrifying? - And very terrifying.
- Yeah.
Do we think that Peter is going to be a good father or a bad father? If his kid is anything like him, he'll probably be a good father.
[Laughs.]
When he finds out, it you know, when you find out you have a kid, I think it changes a man, for sure.
- Yeah.
- Coming from a father.
Yeah, coming from a father.
- You're how many do you have? - I have two.
- You have two.
- Yes.
And it definitely changes you, hopefully for the better.
But it always changes you in some way.
Yeah, 'cause, like, he's always kind of been about himself, and so if he's not about himself, that would be fantastic to see for that character.
Okay, so, obviously, there's always surprises on Teen Wolf.
It's a supernatural show.
You can always be brought back.
Do you guys ever watch the show and just think of, like, "ooh, there's a loophole; I can be brought back there"? Or, you know, do you ever think of ways that maybe they could bring back your character? Never.
All the time.
Every scene.
I'm just like, "maybe I could be Scott's new love interest.
" [Laughter.]
Exactly.
Maybe I come back as his son.
That's what I come back as, yeah.
Ooh, twist.
That's why I was evil to begin with.
'Cause my past was never revealed.
[Laughter.]
Jeff Davis, are you listening? Pay attention.
Pay attention.
And now it's time to find out what our Wolf Watch correspondent, Tyler Posey, is up to this week.
Take a look.
Out of all of the Teen Wolf monsters, supernatural characters, beings, shape-shifters, which one most represents you? I would actually say and this might surprise people the nogitsune.
- Yes, the dark kitsune.
- Oh, my God.
And I'll say it because the kitsune is a trickster, and writers are often tricksters.
We like to trick our audience, and we like to tease them and take them down a dark path.
And I'm a dark kitsune because we do terrible, terrible things on this show.
[Laughs.]
I thought you were gonna say terrible, terrible things in general.
[Laughs.]
In general, yeah.
So does that make me a nogitsune? Can I be a nogitsune with you? You can.
You're a kitsune.
- I'm a kitsune? - You're a trickster spirit.
I have nine tails.
You got a bit of a fox in you.
- I do, don't I? - Foxy wolf.
Thank you.
You're very sweet.
Thank you, Tyler.
All right, we have to take another break, but still to come, Haley, Stephen, and Brian are gonna play a game that tests their artistic skills.
And you'll get your first look at next week's episode of Teen Wolf.
So keep it right here for more Wolf Watch.
[Electronic music.]
[Dance music.]
We're back with Wolf Watch.
I'm Jill Wagner, and you know all of our guests: Haley Webb, Stephen Lunsford, and Brian Patrick Wade.
We are big into games on this show, and tonight we're gonna see if your time in elementary school art class paid off.
First let's divide into teams, okay? Stephen and Brian on one side, Haley and I on the other.
Now, one player on each team will draw.
The other will guess.
Whoever is drawing will pick a Teen Wolf related word or phrase out of this thing over there.
And their partner will have to correctly guess as many possible before the mountain ash in the timer runs out.
- Okay, do you guys got it? - Yes.
- No.
- Got it.
Ready.
Then let's play drawing blood.
- Whoo! - Ooh.
Stephen and Brian, you guys go first.
- All right, brother.
- Who's gonna draw? [Cheers and applause.]
Don't mess this up.
I don't know what to do, so we'll see.
- All right, here we go.
- Ready? Minute's on the timer.
Let's go.
Dude, minute's on the timer.
Let's do it.
I can't see what you're drawing.
[Laughter.]
Uh, a head.
A moon.
Dark moon.
Cloud.
Sky.
Uh, moon, moon.
Uh, full moon.
[Bell dings.]
- Yeah! - Okay.
[Cheers and applause.]
There we go.
Yeah.
- You got it.
- Here we go.
Uh, red lines.
Fence.
Uh, red cross.
Uh, uh, emergency.
Emergency emergency signal? Emergency hospital.
Hospital.
[Bell dings.]
[Cheers and applause.]
What? Watch out! Watch out! Here we go.
That was a good flip.
Uh Eyes? Red eyes.
Wolf wolf eyes.
[Laughter.]
Something.
It's not eyes.
- Ash is up.
- Your time is up! Bike? - Yeah, I got it.
Don't - Okay.
- You got this.
That's two, though.
That's two.
I kind of want to sit in your chair, but I won't do it.
You can sit in my chair if it'll give us mojo.
Hi.
All right, I need a minute on the clock.
- And it starts - ow.
- Right now.
- You got it.
Derek Hale.
Oh, um, not triskele.
What's the thing? [Laughs.]
Oh, no! What's it called? - The spiral? - Yes! [Bell dings.]
I thought it had a fancy name.
- Ugh! - You got it.
Just go.
Go with your heart.
- Ugh! - A bunny.
An airplane.
A Christmas tree.
- [Laughs.]
- Um - Oh, I know it.
- That's clearly a wolf.
Something's coming out of his mouth.
Wolfs don't smoke? [Laughs.]
Uh, sound? Howl? A howl? A growl.
Uh, rah! Scream.
Ah! Ah! - Pass.
- Yeah, okay.
Oh, they get a pass? Dude, I didn't know we get a pass.
She hosts the show.
Of course we get a pass.
I'm not competitive at all.
- You got it.
- I'm gonna - Mountain ash.
- Almost done.
What the what? Oh, my God.
Is that a moon? Two.
Done.
- Moon made of cheese! - Done.
Done.
A bite.
Bite out of the cookie.
Oh! I was awful on that.
No, you were really good.
It was me.
But this this I couldn't quite get it out.
That was my wolf, and that was my roar.
Roar.
I was thinking of doing Katy Perry.
That's trademarked.
Can we say, "Katy Perry"? [Applause.]
Yeah! That was fun.
I enjoyed that.
- We won.
- We did win, man.
- I think you guys did win.
- Well Congrats to you guys.
And I I even have prizes.
- Yeah.
- Look at this.
Mugs and shirts.
- Ooh! - Oh, yeah.
That's fine.
Somebody rolled this up very nicely.
I didn't even want to play.
Oh, I get to work out in this.
That's nice.
Is that a muscle shirt? - Yes, it is.
- Very nice.
It's time for one last break, but when we get back, we'll introduce the world to our newest Alpha of the Week, and we'll whet your appetite with a taste of next week's episode of Teen Wolf, presented by AT&T.
But before all that, we've got a scene from that episode to show you right now.
Take a look.
Into the quiet room, little man.
Want to tell us where you got these? Vending machine.
I always love the sarcastic ones.
Give him five of haldol.
What is that? Wait.
Wait, what is that? Is that a sedative? Okay, hang on.
Hang on.
I can't go to sleep.
Okay, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
Look stop get off me, man! Hey.
[Yells.]
No, I can't I can't go to sleep.
You don't understand.
You don't you don't get it.
I got to s stay awake.
I got to stay awake.
I got to stay awake.
[Dramatic music.]
[Pop music.]
Welcome back to Wolf Watch.
I'm here with Haley Webb, Stephen Lunsford, and Brian Patrick Wade.
Now, they may have died, but the one thing that never dies is the passion that Teen Wolf viewers have for their favorite show, and now it's time to spotlight one of them as our Alpha of the Week.
And this week's honoree is Katie.
Katie actually - [cheers and applause.]
- Yes, yes.
Katie was the winner of the "Die on Teen Wolf" contest, and she submitted an Instagram video for a chance to win a walk-on role, which led to Katie actually dying in the Teen Wolf episode that you just saw.
And that is a true story.
And she's actually here via video chat.
- Katie, hello.
- Hi.
Welcome to the show.
Thanks.
Nice to see you guys.
Nice to see you alive.
Yeah, you look great.
You do.
You look very alive.
- Very healthy.
- We're all alive right now.
We're glad.
First of all, let me ask you, how did you get the chance to die on Teen Wolf? Well, my classroom that I teach in is Teen Wolf themed.
We have a pack, which started because of my kids.
And they actually brought the contest to my attention and said, "can you enter for us, miss?" 'Cause we're not 18, and our parents won't let us.
" You are the most awesome teacher ever.
- For sure.
- How old are your kids? Or, should I say, how old's your pack? My pack are seventh graders, but I had them last year as sixth graders too.
Oh, wow.
They love you, don't they? - Sometimes.
- [Laughter.]
Typical.
I heard that you incorporate Teen Wolf within your lessons.
Yeah, we have, like, this whole vocabulary wall where all the examples are Teen Wolf, and we just taught imagery, and we used the new promo as an example.
That is such an amazing idea.
How cool are you? So tell me, what was it like being on the Teen Wolf set? It was amazing.
Everyone is so nice.
I kept expecting someone to be, like, a jerk, 'cause it's L.
A.
, and - Hey! - [Laughter.]
- Hey! - Everyone was so nice.
Yeah, I didn't show up that day.
- Yeah.
- Then you would have known.
Um, can you tell me, why is it that Teen Wolf is so inspirational to you and your pack? When I watched Teen Wolf, I saw this underlying theme of a pack being a family and a family that you choose.
And I guess I saw that as an opportunity to build something with these kids.
- That's incredible.
- Yeah.
That's that's a really, really amazing story.
Um, is there anything, by the way, since I know all of your students are gonna be watching you right now, you want to say something to 'em? Um, hey, wolf pack.
Miss Myers loves you.
Behave yourselves.
I'll be back.
[Laughter.]
Oh, they're so not going to.
Yeah.
So, you know, I have three of the stars of Teen Wolf right here with me.
Is there anything you'd like to say to these three or Um, Haley, I had a question for you.
Yes.
I know that when I met you, you and I talked a little bit about that sexy teacher outfit that they put you in We did.
And just the realities of that in a school setting.
[Laughter.]
- Or nonrealities.
- Nonrealities.
- Like, those heels, I - Never.
They're so cute, but it's not gonna happen.
Completely impractical.
I was just wondering, so what was the best and worst part of teaching at Beacon Hills high school? Interesting.
I would say the kids.
I really liked having Tyler Posey and Dylan as, um, my sort of children and looking after them and being concerned for them.
So I liked being able to hold some authority over them.
So I liked that.
I guess the downside would be all of the bad things that I had to do to them.
Uh, didn't like doing that at all.
And hopefully my Jennifer Blake was half the teacher that you are in real life.
Oh, no! [Applause.]
And I have a second question for everybody.
So when I was on set, I kind of had a crazy stunt experience where I fell on my face in front of everybody - on the first take.
- Nice.
And you guys all had some pretty physical scenes you had to do in the show, so I was wondering if anyone else had a crazy or funny stunt story so I feel better about my life.
- I'll lead this.
- Please go.
All right, cool.
The episode where I go crazy, there's this scene where Stiles, he just, like, goes down, and what I have to do is, like, I have to, like, move his body over.
But I ended up being so "ferocious" about it, I guess is the way to put it, that I, like, ripped his shirt completely off his back.
And that's the take that they actually used, and I'm like I'm like, "did I ruin the scene? Oh, my God.
" Oh, like you didn't mean to do that.
- It was so scary.
- You wanted to add to our Wolf Stats, didn't you? - That's awesome.
- All right, Katie.
From our wolf pack to yours, we love you.
Thank you for watching Teen Wolf.
- Yay.
- Thank you.
Congrats again to Katie, our Alpha of the Week.
And as your present for sticking around, we've got an exclusive preview of next week's episode of Teen Wolf.
Take a look.
- Next on Teen Wolf - I can't help you if you're in here.
And I can't hurt you.
There's this place everything echoes.
[Exciting music.]
When a nogitsune takes you over, you're gonna kill me.
Would you feel any remorse putting Stiles down? Stiles, yes.
But not a nogitsune.
[Applause.]
Wow.
Can't wait to see that full episode.
And it airs next Monday night at 10:00 P.
M.
Right here on MTV.
And after that, you'll want to stay tuned for another exciting episode of Wolf Watch.
And I want to thank tonight's guests: Haley Webb, Stephen Lunsford, and Brian Patrick Wade.
[Cheers and applause.]
That's right.
And if you still haven't had enough Teen Wolf, you can check out the after-aftershow on MTV.
com and the MTV app.
I'm Jill Wagner reminding you to watch your back, 'cause you never know what creatures are lurking out there in the dark.
Bye-bye.
[Dance music, applause.]
