World of Dance (2017) s01e07 Episode Script
The Cut 1
1 male announcer: Since the competition began Let's go announcer: The best dancers in the world have pushed themselves to the limit.
Yeah, yeah, yeah And the man in the back said everyone attack And it turned into a ballroom blitz announcer: They've made it through the qualifiers.
You're through the next round! Congratulations! Ballroom blitz announcer: They survived the duels.
announcer: But tonight announcer: The remaining acts will face their toughest challenge yet: the cut.
[dramatic music.]
The 15 remaining acts fight for just two spots in each of their divisions.
There's no friendships when it comes to the cut round.
You may have to go up against somebody that you genuinely like, but understanding that this is for a million dollars.
[cheering.]
We have five acts in each of the divisions now.
Only two get to go through.
We're gonna have to say good-bye to some of our favorite dancers.
Whoo! announcer: For the first time, the judges will each mentor one of the divisions.
You gotta finish strong.
announcer: One-on-one.
- That was so beautiful.
- Thank you.
announcer: And for this round only, special guest judge, icon and dance legend Misty Copeland, an award-winning performer, who made history as the first African American female principal dancer with the prestigious American Ballet Theatre.
I'm honored to be a part of this show.
I feel like I can relate to a lot of these dancers.
This cut round is going to be extremely brutal.
- I loved it.
- Yeah! announcer: Over the next two weeks, more than half of the acts will be cut.
It's the most brutal I was expecting a little bit more.
I've seen you do better.
I expect better.
announcer: And emotional You just threw your heart and your soul all out on the stage.
announcer: round of the competition yet.
The cut starts now.
[cheers and applause.]
Please welcome your host, Jenna Dewan Tatum.
[hip-hop music.]
Misty, welcome to the show.
Thank you.
Oh, it's so nice to have you here.
Thank you for having me.
You know, I couldn't imagine this show, thinking about credibility of dance and what this show is without having Misty Copeland on the show with us.
It is an honor to have you sitting there.
Okay, tonight the acts will continue to compete within their divisions.
And their score from the judges will go onto a division leader board.
Only the two acts at the top of each leader board will move forward to the next round.
This is "World of Dance.
" The cut starts now.
Rock-a-bye announcer: Tonight, the Junior Division is first to face the cut.
Out of the five acts that remain, only the two highest-scoring acts will survive the cut.
Single mom, what you doing out there announcer: Judge Jennifer Lopez is mentoring the Junior Division this round.
For me, it's really exciting because at that age, you're fearless.
It's about kind of mentoring that spirit in them.
So I really want to help you guys kind of hone what you're doing, so you can make it through and get to the next round, okay? - Yeah.
- All right.
announcer: Up first, Diana Pombo.
I definitely didn't expect to make it through the duels round.
You are just something so incredibly different and special.
Thank you.
I am going to be competing against the whole Junior Division, and I know only two people will make it through.
- How are you? - Hi.
Hi.
This is our second hug.
- I know.
- Yes, it is.
What are you thinking you wanna do? Well, the song is about letting it all go, all your feelings inside just as you're rising up.
Okay, so let's see.
Maybe I can help you a little bit.
Oh.
For my idol giving me tips to make my dance better is unbelievable.
Cue the music.
And I'll rise up I'll rise like the day I'll rise up, I'll rise unafraid I think there's so many beautiful lyrics, that I want you to be singing the lyrics to yourself in your head.
A thousand times again With each performance, she shows us a level of depth that is just not common from an 11-year-old dancer.
She moves me in a way that is unexpected.
That was so beautiful.
- Thank you so much.
- That was just so beautiful.
As we get older, we get even more and more afraid sometimes, and we have to remind ourself that there's a little 11-year-old girl in there that--that's fearless.
I love what you do.
It's inspiring.
Seeing JLo get emotional while I'm dancing, I don't want to let her down.
And I'll rise up announcer: First up onstage, Diana Pombo.
[cheers and applause.]
Yes, baby! [wild cheering.]
[Andra Day's "Rise Up" begins.]
You're broken down and tired Of living life on a merry-go-round And you can't find the fighter But I see it in you so we gonna walk it out Move Mountains And I'll rise up Rise like the day, I'll rise up In spite of the ache I will rise A thousand times again And we'll rise up High like the waves We'll rise up In spite of the ache We'll rise up And we'll do it a thousand times again For you [wild cheering.]
That was crazy.
I had the pleasure of mentoring Diana.
You reminded me of the strength that we all have inside us that we can do it, we can do it, and you did it.
You did a beautiful job.
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
You are mature beyond your years as a performer.
The vulnerability that you have, it just shines throughout your entire body.
Coming from a classical dancer, I'm going to give you some tools.
That when you are barefoot, you have to be even more aware of the articulation in your feet and how you approach the floor, almost like an animal, so that you're more grounded in that way, and I feel like that will resonate in the emotion that you feel.
But I am so incredibly impressed with you, not even just as a performer, but as a young woman.
Thank you.
I love you so much.
Thank you.
You're coming out here and you're giving us so much passion, so much love, so much emotion.
For me, one of the most touching moments, when you were kinda reaching out, and I was, like, drawn in, I was like, oh, my gosh.
And we're experiencing the dance with you, rather than just watching you, so thank you for that.
Thank you.
For me, it's all about what it feels like.
It's all about the story being told, and the song and the movies married together perfectly.
This is the closest to a perfect performance I've seen from you.
Oh, thank you.
All right, guys, let's lock in our scores.
And the strength I've found Is in my veins All right, let's see your scores, baby.
[cheering.]
Our story binds us Like right and wrong Your hand in mine Marching to the beat of the storm Oh! And we walk together into the light Yeah, baby! And my love will be your armor tonight Your our first contestant out, so we know you're gonna be first on the leader board, but there you go, the first spot.
The top two scores will go through to the next round.
Sometimes it's a disadvantage to go first, because we have to wait and see what we're gonna see, but for you to get a score like that just speaks to the performance that you just gave.
You should be very proud no matter what happens.
Thank you so much.
We walk together into the light The light And my love will be your armor tonight We are lion hearts Oh, my goodness.
I love it, I love it.
That was amazing.
So proud of you.
[dramatic music.]
Announcer: The Junior Division continues to fight for only two spots in the divisional final.
It was powerful, it was clean.
I loved it.
Whoo! announcer: And later tonight, the Team Division faces the cut.
Right now, you're in the top two.
See if you can hang on! announcer: After a strong start from Diana Pombo, hip-hop crew ImmaBeast is next to take the stage.
Seven, eight, one.
We're 12 individual working dancers.
This is most definitely the biggest step together as a group, just being able to be here and being able to compete.
We have so much to prove, and we have so much more to share, and we really don't want our journey to stop here.
It's gonna be a showstopper.
[Chris Brown's "Look at me Now" plays.]
Let's go, 'cause I'm feeling like I'm running And I'm feeling like I gotta get away, get away Get away, better know that I don't and I won't ever sop 'Cause you know I gotta win every day, day See they don't really wanna pop me Just know that you will never flop me Gotta taste it and I gotta grab it And I gotta cut all through this traffic Just to be It wasn't perfect, but you guys danced your asses off.
We have to see how that holds up against the other juniors.
We'll see.
announcer: With a score of 84.
2 - Thank you.
- Thanks.
announcer: ImmaBeast takes second place on the leader board.
From now on after every performance, one act will be eliminated.
Hoping to claim one of the top two spots next is the Mihacevich Sisters.
- How are you? - How are you? In the duel round, the judges said that we didn't take enough risks.
So we're really excited to be back for round three to have the opportunity to prove ourselves.
Okay, so tell me what's happening this week.
Okay, so this week we want to invite America into our home.
- Okay.
- We're dancing with a couch.
So right into your living room.
When the night has come Working with Jennifer Lopez this week was a dream come true.
She's someone we've really looked up to as a dancer and performer.
I would just love to feel the connection between the three of you more.
You were, like, all looking kind of at each other, but you're not looking at each other.
- Yeah.
- Look at each other.
The more they can connect to their power, which is the fact that they are sisters, I mean, who really gets to do that? Good.
Good luck! - Thank you very much.
- We'll see what happens.
Darling stand by announcer: Make some noise for the Mihacevich Sisters.
[cheers and applause.]
Oh stand ohh Stand by me [cheers and applause.]
You think that you know my heart And you probably do So I'm always with you I could stay with you for hours In an empty room And never get bored Never have nothing to do You and me forever We'll forget what we have been told We will take on the whole world Without you here I am boring Something inside you is triggering It makes me myself Makes me funny You're a beautiful thing We're a beautiful thing together Even when the weather is low [cheers and applause.]
And that's a beautiful thing [cheers and applause.]
They are living in this moment right now.
- You guys moved us with joy, and it was so refreshing.
I mean, I was emotional because I was just so happy.
That moment when she fell off the back of the couch, like, I was like, ohh, on the edge of my seat, which was fantastic.
And for me that was your best performance.
Thank you so much.
It just felt very original, and it felt real.
It felt like what you guys experience on the daily as sisters in your home, goofing around.
Like, that's a real emotion to convey, and it made me, like, tingly, and it was powerful, it was clean.
I really liked it.
- Thank you so much.
- Thank you.
We talked so much about the connection and how to bring the performance to the next level, and you guys really, really did that.
I'm so proud of you.
Honestly, you got to me.
I have three sisters, too.
There's three of us.
I was just thinking, like, how amazing is it that you get to do this together.
Don't ever forget that.
- Thank you so much.
Standing in a crowded room and I can't see your face Are we ready to lock in scores? - Yeah.
- Oh, yes.
Oh, yeah, that.
Put your arms around me, tell me everything's okay All right, let's see how you did.
Here we go.
A cold and empty space All right, here come the scores.
They have to get more than 84.
2 to be in the top two.
[cheers and applause.]
Ohh The rising tide, we will rise again Come on.
For more, ohh Darling hold my hand Oh won't you hold my hand Let us look at where that puts you on the leader board.
'Cause I don't wanna Hey! Moves you guys into second place, which unfortunately means we say good-bye to ImmaBeast.
Don't wanna know that feeling when I'm Being eliminated today is just gonna make us stronger and we're gonna go back home, we're gonna train even harder, and do the best that we can and hopefully we can come back for next season.
[cheers and applause.]
Hey, congratulations, you guys.
all: Thank you so much.
Fingers crossed.
- They danced beautifully.
- Oh, they did.
Hey.
announcer: But will Diana Pombo and the Mihacevich Sisters be able to hold on to those top spots, when heavy hitters The Lab and Eva Igo perform next? announcer: Diana Pombo and the Mihacevich Sisters are currently holding the top two spots on the leader board.
Next to face the cut is the lab.
It ain't nothing like hip-hop music You like it 'cause you choose it We come to The Lab, and we don't worry about being judged.
Being able to enter this competition and stay with these guys, it really means a lot to me to be able to have people to call family.
Ahh! We really hope that we are going to make it into the top two.
It would mean everything to us.
All right, tell me a little bit about your routine.
So the song that we chose for this routine is "Disco Inferno" by 50 Cent.
- Okay.
- We feel like you as an artist and 50 Cent as an artist and those older era people as artists, they're-- [laughs.]
They all express so much versatility within their career, and they don't just stick to one thing.
So what you're saying is that that era of artists, we were the trailblazers who showed you that you could do branding, that you could be an actor, that you could be a singer, that you could be a dancer, that you could be a performer.
Is that what you were trying to say? - Yes.
- Okay.
That's what I was hoping.
All you have to do is wait a second Your hands on mine Okay, that part right there, it's such a good move that her doing it by herself over and over, either maybe one, two, three, You guys can join in on it.
- Yeah.
Let's try that, just this part.
The Lab is special.
These kids haven't had it easy in life.
They depend on each other, they protect each other.
They're like a family.
I really feel like if they just tap into that connection, they can really be a threat.
Living on my sofa, drinking rum and cola Underneath the rising sun There we go.
I could give a million reasons why That's a wow moment.
JLo's really pushing us to, like, another level.
She's really amazing because she's really hardworking, and she gave us a lot of great critiques.
Is that how you say it, critiques? - Yeah.
- Okay.
Okay, group hug.
Yeah, yeah All you have to do is wait a second announcer: Next onstage, it's The Lab.
The clock is ticking, so stay All you have to do is wait [cheers and applause.]
They're adorable.
Little mama show me how you move it Go ahead, put your back into it Go, go, go 50 in the house, bounce Y'all already know what I'm about The flow sounds sick over Dre drums I ain't stupid, I see Doc Then my dough come quicker Whoa, I get it crunk in here I make it jump in here Front in here, we'll thump in here Oh One, two, three, let's go Little mama show me how you move it Better yet put your back into it Next level now, turn it up a notch Em and Dre sent me to tear up the spot Front on me, oh no, you know I'm loco Hands up on the dance floor, let's go Everybody bounce with me Bounce with me, bounce with me Disco inferno, let's go You're now rocking with a pro Bounce-bounce-bounce-bounce- bounce-bounce with me Bounce-bounce-bounce- bounce with me Better yet put your back into it Everybody stand up Whoo! [wild cheering.]
Yes! Good job.
Yeah! - Ahh! She's all I love it! That was like[grunting.]
I felt it! I felt the energy from the beginning all the way to the end.
Um, the kip-ups.
She started it, and it was like, oh, they're both-- oh, they're all doing it now! I saw it, she started it.
It was sick, it was sick.
Y'all killed it.
That was awesome.
[cheers and applause.]
From juniors to groups, this is easily one of the cleanest groups we have.
- Yeah.
- Yeah! The routine as a whole, we worked on it.
I felt so kind of overtaken by your energy through the whole entire thing.
There was moments where it was, like, super, like, incredibly clean, so good job.
[cheering.]
- I loved it.
- Thank you.
I think the one thing that I have to say, sometimes there were individuals that stuck out more to me, which I feel like shouldn't necessarily happen with a team, but I loved it.
Thank you.
All right, guys, let's lock in scores.
Sea of flames taking hold They're throwing oil on burning water They raise the tides, we raise the boats No we won't be going under They have to make more than 85.
5 to make it to the top two.
Are you guys on pins and needles right now, waiting to find out? - Yeah.
- Maybe a little bit, yeah.
All right, guys, let's see your scores.
We are the children of a miracle, miracle We're shadows in the moonlight Empires will fall Will fall, will fall before midnight We are the children of a miracle, miracle Miracle A miracle, miracle, miracle Miracle, miracle We are the children of a miracle So close! All right, let's look where that puts you guys on the leader board.
Miracle, miracle [wild cheering.]
Miracle, miracle, miracle One more act left to see if you make it through, but right now you're in the top two.
Congratulations.
Running with the wolves through the valley See if you can hang on.
We are the children of a miracle Miracle, miracle It has been an absolute honor to have your family here with us.
We're so grateful for everything that we've gotten to do since we've been here.
I'm just so happy that we got to do this, and it was just such an amazing experience.
These are tears of joy.
[laughter.]
Congratulations, you guys! Thank you! It was electric, I would say.
In the top two on the leader board.
announcer: With only one performance left, Diana Pombo has guaranteed her spot in the next round.
Diana, you have made it through to the divisional finals, congratulations.
[cheers and applause.]
announcer: Eva Igo gets her chance to fight for the final spot.
Eva, let's see your scores.
announcer: There's only one performance left in the Junior Division.
Eva Igo must score higher than an 86 to beat The Lab and secure a spot in the divisional finals.
- How are you? - Good.
How are you? - Good.
- When I found out Jennifer was gonna be my mentor this week, I was really excited and nervous.
So tell me a little bit about what your routine's gonna be.
I have a cloak, and the cloak symbolizes all my insecurities.
Do you feel like you have a lot of insecurity? - Yeah.
- Do you wanna show it to me, and then we'll talk about it a little bit? - Yeah.
- Okay.
Eva is an exceptional technical dancer.
And she's a smart little girl, and she knows, oh, I'm supposed to be feeling something here, but she's not allowing herself.
There's a block there.
I need her to let go.
We know how strong you are.
What's gonna move us is what it means when you do it.
What is the thing you're most insecure about? It's hard to open up to the things that I'm going to show in my dance.
My parents split up, and it's been hard for me.
There's like--it's been a hard couple years for my family.
So I guess not having, like, the perfect family.
Yeah.
I get that.
I understand that.
So that's what you have to dance.
Go ahead and wish me well I'll cry a wishing well - You understand? - Yeah.
So you can't just make believe you're taking off that cloak.
In this dance, take it off.
And let it heal you a little bit, 'cause as artists that's what we do.
Don't be afraid to feel that emotion.
Bring everything you are to the dance.
Everything.
announcer: Next to take the stage, it's Eva Igo.
In a river of tears [cheers and applause.]
[thunder rumbles.]
When you were here before Couldn't look you in the eye You're just like an angel Your skin makes me cry I want you to notice When I'm not around I wish I was special You're so very special She's running out Again Again She's running And I'm a creep [cheers and applause.]
I'm a weirdo What the hell am I doing here I don't belong here [cheers and applause.]
[cheering continues.]
- You did so good.
- Thank you.
- Do you feel good? - Yeah.
Yeah? You feel better? Do you know how good it was? - Yeah.
- It was awesome.
Thank you so much.
[cheers and applause.]
Eva first of all, you belong here, 110%.
What I really felt from you this time was much more emotion.
What did this performance mean to you? Everybody at some point has felt as though they, like, aren't right, and they don't have a purpose.
[cheers and applause.]
So we have to realize that our insecurities will always be here, but we have to use them to strengthen ourselves.
[cheers and applause.]
- I'm proud of you.
- Thank you.
Everything we talked about and everything that I wanted to share with you, I feel like you just threw your heart and your soul all out onstage tonight.
[cheers and applause.]
You are an inspiration to young girls everywhere.
You genuinely are.
- Thank you.
Genuinely.
And to grown men.
You're 13 years old, is that right? - I'm 14.
- You're 14.
So many of the dancers I've seen out here tonight that had bare feet, like it's hard for me to watch someone with bare feet when they don't really understand how to use them, and I feel like you were-- they were like little suctions on the floor, which is why you're so stable when you're on one leg or you're balancing.
And you're-- you're a beautiful soul, and a beautiful dancer, and a beautiful performer.
Thank you so much.
You ready to lock in, guys? Let's do it.
The Lab, she needs to make more than an 86 to get in the top two on the leader board.
I'm proud of you guys no matter what.
Thank you.
Eva, let's see your scores.
[Lea Michele's "Anything's Possible".]
I push to the limits I climb every wall I keep on believing Anything's possible 92.
5.
That puts you on the leader board into first place! [cheers and applause.]
Listen, I want you to know something.
You are an inspiration to kids all over the world.
Hold your head up high, be proud of what you did.
Oh, sweetie.
We're gonna leave here with our heads high, because tonight we did our best and we left it out there on the stage.
I'm just proud of you.
I'm proud that you were able to peel back that layer.
[cheers and applause.]
That's what takes everything to--to the stratosphere.
Anything's possible [cheers and applause.]
I stand ten feet tall Eva! Keep on believing You two are our divisional finalists.
You will go head-to-head in the next round of the divisional finals.
- It's just hard to believe.
- Two soloists.
Come here, my girls.
- I'm just really happy.
- Me too.
Oh, two powerhouses.
I can't wait to see it.
Anything's possible announcer: The Team Division enters the cut.
Whoa! And the tricks were out of this world.
Stunning.
announcer: Second to showcase their talent in the cut is the Team Division.
After tough competition in the duels, five teams remain, but only the top two scoring teams will make it through the cut.
This week the remaining teams are being mentored by judge NE-YO.
I promise you, this is definitely gonna be the most exciting division of the cut.
So what I'm gonna, I'm gonna work with each of you individually and figure out what it's gonna take to get a million dollars.
Are we good? We ready to do it? Here we go.
announcer: Up first, Swing Latino.
We made it to the cut.
Ahh! We are one step closer to our dream.
[all cheering.]
The Energy Guys is what I call you guys.
There's always a lot of energy.
So I'm anxious to see what it is you guys have in store for us next.
- No sparkles this time? - No.
Oh, okay, okay.
That's gonna be an interesting change, because one thing you guys are known for is, "Wah.
" You ready to show me? [all cheering.]
All right, let's do it, let's do it.
Hold on, hold on, hey! This week we are bringing a Colombian street party to the stage.
[Latin hip-hop music.]
Bravo, bravo.
The beginning, big energy.
Middle, big energy.
The ending falls flat just a little bit.
You gotta finish strong.
I like the fact that they are trying to shed some layers and show us a little bit of the depth as opposed to just the shiny exterior.
However, the last 20 seconds, that's the part that we're gonna remember the most.
End on something-- something big.
all: Thank you.
Announcer: Next up onstage, it's Swing Latino.
[cheers and applause.]
Yo! Here we go.
Start of the team.
I miss the sparkles.
I miss the sparkles.
Just saying.
This is not the round to lose the sparkles.
No.
[cheers and applause.]
[upbeat Latin music.]
[cheers and applause.]
Way to [indistinct.]
the performance.
[cheers and applause.]
It's hard to match that energy.
It's so hard.
- What? [cheering.]
So And the tricks were out of this world.
The cleanliness with how fast you guys are moving, for it to be that clean and moving at that lightning speed is unheard of.
Top notch.
- Thank you.
What's you guys think? Misty? The two pictures in the beginning that just came to life, it was stunning.
I've been there, I've been to Colombia, and I felt like I was back there.
[laughter.]
- I wanna go to that party.
- I wanna go, yeah.
Let's go, I wanna go.
Let's go, hey, hey, hey.
[cheers and applause.]
It's so good.
How much do you want to win this competition? I can see how much this means to you all.
Amazing performance, but I do miss the sequins and the rhinestones.
[laughter.]
Win or lose this competition, everyone will walk away from this knowing the name Swing Latino, and we applaud and respect what it is that you do.
[cheers and applause.]
All right, we're gonna lock in our scores, okay? Swing Latino, let's see your scores.
Very high.
Wow, wow, wow.
You're the first group, so you're number one on the leader board right now.
It's a great score, hopefully you can hold on to it, and we'll see what happens, good luck.
Good job, guys.
[cheers and applause.]
You let everybody here into a very emotional, very, very vulnerable, very, very personable place.
[cheers and applause.]
announcer: Up second in the Team Division is Super Cr3w.
You know you guys are late.
For us to become top two, we're gonna have to take more risks.
Let's do something that no one's ever seen Super Cr3w do.
Super Cr3w, one of the scariest crews.
Having NE-YO as a mentor, he understands where we're coming from.
We come from the hip-hop culture, and I feel that that's close to his background.
You've already set a really, really high bar for yourselves.
So what is the next level of the Super Cr3w? In this performance, we're kinda bringing a certain emotion in the piece.
It's about our loved ones, people we've lost.
Ten years ago, I don't think that we had the experience in life to pull something like this off.
So I sing hallelujah Throughout out the last ten years, we've lost people that we loved.
I lost my brother.
He was an artist.
I lost my mom four years ago to cancer.
It's just the most painful thing to go through, watching someone get sick and fight.
- This is for them.
- What it is to be a B-boy is to be tough.
It's really, really risky to take a style that is so anti-emotion and try to pour emotion into it.
If you're going for emotion, we need to see vulnerability.
We need to see it in your face.
Spread your wings and I know that We want this more than we've possibly wanted anything.
Hallelujah announcer: Put your hands together for Super Cr3w.
[cheers and applause.]
[James Bay's "Let it Go" plays.]
From nervous touch and getting drunk To staying up and waking up with you So come on let it go Just let it be Let the ashes fall And I'll be me And I'll be me Whoa, trying to push this problem up the hill Hey! When it's just too heavy to hold Think now's the time to let it slide So come on let it go Just let it be Why don't you be you And I'll be me [cheers and applause.]
[wild cheering.]
Wow, wow, wow.
Super Cr3w.
One of my favorite things to see on stage is a group of strong men that can make you feel something, that are vulnerable, that are showing a different side than you would expect to see from a male dancer.
I think that it's good to step outside of your comfort zone.
I just feel like overall, like, it didn't really come together in a way that I think you guys can.
That performance, I mean, just the synchronicity, how together you guys were.
You guys were floating across the stage as one unit, as one group.
I got really emotional watching you.
I mean, it was just a beautiful performance.
[cheers and applause.]
You let everybody here into a very, very emotional, very, very vulnerable, very, very private and personal place.
We spoke on that being the thing that is gonna make or break this performance, and you guys made it.
Thank you.
But not as strong as we've grown accustomed to seeing from you guys, not as clean.
Taking nothing away from it as a performance piece itself.
All right, guys, we're gonna lock in scores.
When the wolves come and hunt me down I will face them all And stand my ground Whoa Hold on tight a little longer What don't kill you makes you stronger All right, we're gonna take a look at the leader board.
That's put you right under Swing Latino.
Congratulations, guys.
- Thank you, guys.
When the wolves come and hunt me down How are you guys feeling? I think that everyone in the group is proud of what they did.
We're glad that we got to go out there and perform.
[cheers and applause.]
Did we just watch the same performance? It was creative and fresh, but I don't think that it was executed the best that it could have been - I agree.
- It was risky.
I applaud them for taking the risk.
announcer: With two scores on the leader board, the competition begins.
From this point on after every performance, one act will be cut.
