The alert means that someone off the shore
of Blacktop Lagoon is in trouble.
We're on it, Mayor.

We need to figure out
what is setting off the Mayor's alarm.
Okay, here's the plan.
Gill E., the water is your specialty,
so you head to Blacktop Lagoon
and see what's causing the alarm.
Time to make a splash!

and make sure it doesn't need my help.

But what if the tentacles grab you
and pull you down into the abyss,
and no one ever finds you ever again?
I can't leave a sea friend behind.

Though I'm hoping it's swim.
[Subrina gasps]

[Subrina whimpers]

The Kraken!
[Kraken bellows]
Look at his tentacles.
They're all tied up in that big net.
We have to untangle him.
But what if we free him
and he tries to eat us?
But what if he doesn't?
[Kraken bellows]
[Subrina sighs]
Then let's get kraken.
[Gill E. chuckles]
[Gill E. grunts]

I bet it was pretty hard to swim
with that tangled up in your tentacles.
[Subrina giggles]

You weren't trying to sink me.
You just needed some help.
Maybe we can be sea friends?
-[Kraken bellows softly]
