on The Penguin.
He's at Gotham Point
Lighthouse.
And I also see Penguin's
Ducky boat
heading south toward City Hall.
The Penguin must be
remotely controlling
the Ducky boat from
the lighthouse.
Keep an eye on that Ducky.
I'm heading to The Penguin.
[Batgirl exhales]
Hey, Penguin,
whatever you're up to,
it's over.

Welcome to the first act
of my greatest performance yet.
[guffaws]

the theater district.

[gasps] It's the Bat-Truck.
-[engine revving]

-[laughs maniacally]

all the stray dogs

Seeing these sweethearts
with their new

to adopt these awesome dogs.
