It's a very serious condition.
Usually the result of a crush injury

It's when pressure builds up
inside a muscle group.
If the pressure isn't relieved,
then it can effectively
kill the appendage.
I'm gonna need to make
a couple of incisions
to open up the area
and relieve the pressure.
