Magical Seeds from the Sea
Autumn was just around the corner,
yet the hot days kept on.
Rain has not fallen for days and days
that even the river has dried up.
This is abnormal, Snufkin.

Even when Moominvalley now
feels like the tropics?
It's all part of nature, Moomin.

the river's all dried up?
Of course I'm not.
I can't fish, after all.
But I've been to many places.

flooding rain many times before.

plants in detail, so I can't
be completely certain.

located in the tropics.
It's probably useless to plant them.

They'll probably sprout, but
they won't survive for long.
It's been as hot as the tropics
here recently, though.

It'll be wonderful if we could
grow bananas and mangoes.

make my dream come true.

I don't know, but I think
it might be this one.

The area surrounding the Moominhouse
turned into a jungle overnight.

stay this way from now on?
A roar echoes throughout
the jungle at night.
A pair of suspicious eyes
glint in the darkness.
How did this happen?! There are
beasts lurking in the jungle!
They couldn't have been born
from the seeds, could they?!
