I'm Christina Tosi,
the founder of Milk Bar.
I built a baking empire
on sweet, delicious cookie dough,
and now I've built a squad
to make people's dessert dreams come true.
Christophe,
a pastry illusionist.
Maya-Camille,
a flavor fanatic.
Gonzo,
a champion of chocolate.
And Ashley,
the queen of cakes.
Individually, four brilliant bakers.
Oh my God!
[Christina] But I brought them together
to battle it out
and see whose dessert will be chosen
for someone's big day.

this is a coming-of-age celebration.
Bakers, this party is for my son, Josh.
He will be 13.
Oh my God.
That's my guy. It's his bar mitzvah.
Wow, big celebration.
[Jennifer] This is the party
where Josh becomes a man.
Is there a dessert in particular that is
traditional to have at a bar mitzvah?
It's not traditional to have cake.
He, of course, is not traditional,
and he wanted a cake.
Nice.
Tell us about Josh.
[Jennifer] He is full of personality,
a true performer, singing,
dancing, entertaining.
So the life and soul of any party.
- Any party.
- Aw.
But the one thing about him that
you just gravitate to is his kindness.
He is just one of the most caring
and generous kids that you will ever meet.
- That smile.
- [Gonzo] So cute.
[Jennifer] Josh has a couple
of different hobbies.
Sports cars. Likes video games.
He's into space, anything that flies.
- Okay.
- I love that Josh loves cars.
What are his favorite treats
to get while he's on the road?
Chocolate milk, chocolate ice cream,
black-and-white cookies, marshmallows.
A lot of iterations of chocolate.
[Christina] Gonzo.
- He shoots, he scores.
- Chocolate is a must.
When we go to a theme park,
he must get the churro.
The event is truly Josh.
Big, bold, black-and-white themed, classy.
- That's what Josh likes.
- Awesome.

- How many people are coming?
- Over 100 people are coming.
Wow, that's a big one.
This has been in the works
for almost two years.

- And we have seven hours to make a cake?
- Yes.

I think it'd be cool to do a centerpiece.

But this season, the pressure is higher.
Who do you think is gonna make it
to the finish line first?
We need to bring the wow factor, for sure.
I need to go big. Bring it on.

- All right, Ash.
- Hey, Chef.
So bar mitzvah, what did you sort of
latch onto in terms of inspiration?
[Ashley] So, the event
is at this grand ballroom.
Black-and-white theme.
So I wanna give him a beautiful,
stunning black-and-white cake.
I mean, visually it's compelling,
but don't want it to feel
like a wedding cake, right?
I think that the challenge is,
how do you find the balance
of the kind of class Josh is looking for,
but also the kind of fun
that he's looking for too.
One thing I love about being on the squad
and working with Chef
is she always comes in
and encourages us to go bigger,
do better,
and push ourselves a bit harder.
Why don't we double it? Shall we do six?
Four, five, six.
Now that feels
like a 13-year-old's black-and-white cake.
He likes anything related to flying,
and rockets, airplanes, engines,
so yeah, I'm thinking
about a giant chocolate rocket.
- Something big, like five feet tall.
- I'm 5'6", so
- This is gonna be about your height.
- Oh.
Tell me, what are you
thinking about making?
So I think I wanna stick
to the theme of cars.
- There's a bunch of kids there, right?
- Yeah.
You know, the kids are dancing.
- And they're burning calories.
- [Gonzo] Yeah.
You need something
like a refueling station.
You know, where the kids just run there
and refuel their bodies with sugar.
Like a quick pit stop during the party.
Fast rocket, fast cars. Who do you think
is going to win this race?
I have a hunch this rocket
is gonna make it pretty quick.
I don't know.
- I move pretty fast.
- [Gonzo] I'm looking out for you.
Centerpiece de résistance.
What in the world
is centerpiece de résistance?
[Christophe] The goal
is to create another illusion.
My illusionist.
I'm an illusionniste.
It's a thing for a bar mitzvah to have
a centerpiece in the middle of the table.
So I am going to create
an edible centerpiece
for every single table,
and at the end,
we will announce to the guests
that the dessert is in front of them
since the beginning.
I love the concept of it.
But what is it made of?
How does it all work and come together?
Well, I'm not sure yet, but
Lord. Christophe,
you got less than seven hours.
I love the ambition, but you have a lot
to figure out. I'm gonna leave you to it.

I'm finally in the space ♪
I'm ready for something new ♪
Oh, sh
[upbeat music plays]
[Gonzo] My chocolate egg
is the body of my rocket.
Jennifer has been planning
Josh's bar mitzvah for over two years.
So, my rocket needs to be something
that Josh will always remember.
So it's gonna look
like it's launching, taking off,
with hundreds and hundreds of spheres
creating smoke and bubbles.
And the main dessert on the bottom
is going to be
a delicious chocolate mousse cake.
I'm about to start flipping this mold.
To have an even distribution
of chocolate around the whole shell,
I need to actually
turn this giant chocolate egg
every other two minutes
for at least 40 minutes,
just to make sure
that everything gets covered evenly.
If it's not perfectly even,
the whole thing could break.
Gonzo, how do you already have
chocolate in a mold?
That's That's what I do.
The moment I realized
I wanted to become a chocolatier
was when I was 19 years old in Patagonia.
I met this lovely lady,
and she explained to me,
inside of her shop,
how chocolate worked.
She showed me
how to temper chocolate properly,
and that was the first time
I was actually exposed to chocolate.
The main thing that she taught me
was that chocolate
is a tool to give happiness to people.
We're gonna go right here.
Today, I am going to create
an edible centerpiece.
It's going to have a chocolate balloon,
sugar tubing.
The base of the centerpiece
will be my version of s'mores.
But first thing, it's figuring out
how to make this chocolate balloon.
I have no idea what I'm doing.
Once I have those balloons all blown,
I need to dip them into chocolate
to make a beautiful chocolate balloon.
This is not that easy.
Ah!
Pah!
Explosion.
As I go, I'm trying to figure it out.
It's something I've never done before.
Christophe, what What is going on?
I put too much pressure on it,
and the entire thing just exploded.
So you're thinking
about taking these balloons
and making a chocolate shell around them,
using a real balloon as a mold?
- [Christophe] Yeah.
- Should we try again?
- Let's do it.
- Okay. You're using your hands?
- Let's just go freestyle.
- Oh, okay.
Perfect, perfect, perfect, perfect.
[Christophe] Okay, I think we're good.
You gotta start turning these out.

[Maya-Camille] Chocolate.
Maya-Camille, what are you making?
I know that dessert bars
are really popular at bar mitzvahs.
- Yes. What's on this dessert bar?
- Okay. Hear me out.
Josh is obsessed with cars,
so I want to make a refueling station
with a Funfetti cake
that resembles a life-sized tire,
as well as chocolate cupcakes
with a chocolate ganache,
sour cream donuts with lemon zest,
churros, black-and-white cookies,
chocolate bars,
and candy wrenches
flavored in watermelon,
blue raspberry, and passion fruit.
I do need some place for it to be housed.
Is that your polite way of saying
"Find me a fueling station"?
Yes. [laughs]
Okay. This is the biggest prep list
I've ever seen from you.
Second, you're going after
every single person here.
You're baking,
you're working with chocolate,
you're dealing with sugar.
[Christophe] Sugar on the stove.
You are encroaching on their territory
every step of the way here.
So I like the healthy competition.
I freaking love the ambition.
- I'm gonna leave you to it.

I'm working on this, thinking of you.
I'm going above and beyond with this bake,
because I really want this win.
I think I can give the other bakers
a run for their money.

This is how I work out my arms,
a whole lot of cake batter.
Today, I'm gonna be making a cake
layered with chocolate and vanilla.
A seven-tier beauty.
Great. Two tiers in the oven.
I'm loading it with a delicious
Swiss meringue buttercream
that actually tastes
like melted vanilla ice cream,
and a really rich,
fudgy chocolate ganache.
I'm gonna push myself to reimagine
the chocolate cake and vanilla cake
differently in every single tier.
As a cake artist, I've made
a lot of really big cakes in my career,
but those typically take a few days
if not weeks to execute.
So, creating a cake of this design
and this size, in this amount of time,
is a little crazy.
Bake Squad, just five hours remain.
There ain't no stoppin'
So keep it rockin' ♪
And watch me as I bring it

Cakes are in. Things are cooling. I need
to start working on these decorations.

I am filling up,
starting to start making all these pieces.
Many, many parts that go into this rocket.
I have rivets. I have the fins.
I'm also casting
hundreds and hundreds of half-spheres
that need to be glued together
to become bubbles.
I got a lot to do here.
[Maya-Camille] I need to get
this tire cake mixed together.
Look at all those Funfetti sprinkles.
Pop it in the oven.
Show me something and make it good ♪
I got a one-way trip, boy
Starting with you, so let's go! ♪
I'm gonna do these out of gum paste,
so they dry really hard really fast.
What I'm envisioning for this cake
is varying tiers with their own
kind of geometric pattern to it.
155 squares. Two, four, six 31 squares.
Thirty-one times five. 4.8.
So it's gonna be five rows high.
I want to do a really beautiful
painted black-and-white mosaic design
on my checkerboard tier.
These little beads
are gonna go around my eight-inch cake.
For the chocolate cake tiers,
I want to cover completely
with these tiny little chocolate pearls.
Okay, my math, maybe it's wrong, but
it's saying I need about 2,500 of these.
There is no way.
And I have this really cool, triangular,
kind of 3D optical illusion pieces
on the chocolate and vanilla bottom tier.
All right, these need one more minute.
[Gonzo] Slowly. Slowly.
[Maya-Camille] I think
I'm making good time so far.
I gotta make sure I keep up the pace.
I got my cupcakes,
I got my Funfetti tire cake in the oven.
Got these cookies.
I also need to focus on
Oh, the wrenches.
Oh, dang and the donuts.
My gosh, there's so much.
While I am watching the cake bake,
I am waiting for the sugar to heat up
for my candy wrenches.
I need to pipe the marshmallow fluff
into my cupcakes.
While I'm doing one thing,
I need to make sure
I'm also doing another thing.
Time to make the donuts.
The tire cake, done.
So it's all about time management.
Oh, snap.
I have to make the pâte à choux
for the churros. Oh my goodness.
I'm doing so much,
I almost forgot.
Oh snap ♪
All right, Squad, listen up.
We are baking for an event
that is two years in the making.
I've asked Jennifer to come back
and check on our progress,
make sure we're in the right direction.
Josh's mom is in the kitchen. Our clients
don't come in the kitchen mid-bake.
What is going on?
Ash, do you mind describing
your creation to Jennifer?
I'm gonna make
a show-stopping, black-and-white cake.
It looks really beautiful, chic.
About yay tall.
- Sounds amazing.

I'm going to do a centerpiece
in the middle of the table
for each and every one,
and it's going to look
like a sculpture with a balloon.
- That sounds great.
- Maya-Camille.
This is presented in a way
that gives a nod to his love of cars.
I have a lot of different treats.
Funfetti tire cake, cupcakes,
cookies, churros, and donuts.
- She's got a little of everything.

So I'm working
on a giant chocolate rocket.
And then on the bottom of the rocket,
there is gonna be
this chocolate mousse cake.
Josh would be in heaven.
So four very different visions.
What do you think?
They all captured the essence of Josh, but
I feel like they're just missing
something with him.
Just like explosive energy
is what he's all about,
and that's what I think
this cake should be all about.
A little bit more showmanship.
A little bit more of, almost, a moment.

came up with amazing, amazing desserts.
But now Jennifer is challenging us
to bring out something
even better for Josh.
We all have to make sure that
our projects are bringing the wow factor.
I'm molding more pieces.
I already have seven different desserts
happening here.
I'm thinking of ways to take it up a notch
with more showmanship.
I want Josh's mom
to be really happy with this dessert.
I need something
that's really cool and fun.
I'm excited.
I think I need to do something
about these balloons.
We want to create the wow.
Jennifer is already impressed,
but she wants our desserts
to be the big moment for the bar mitzvah.
I have an idea.
I'm going to add marshmallows
inside the balloon,
then close the balloon
with more chocolate.
But then, we're going to crack it,
and you're going to have the marshmallow
going down the dessert.
You're trying to do the impossible ♪

It's an air cannon.
It is exactly what I envisioned
for making my cake come to life.
- No, you didn't.
- [Christina] Will this work?
[imitates an explosion] Oh my gosh.
Christina is our fairy bake-mother.

She always delivers these crazy ideas
that we come up with.
I need a hole in the middle of my cakes.
But I've never put a cannon
inside of a cake before.
I really have no idea what's gonna happen.
Worst case scenario,
uh, the whole thing explodes?
Gonna be so cool.
I don't know what I'm gonna put in it.
Hey, Squad! I need your help.
I need to figure out
what is going inside of this cannon.
I want my cake to explode something
from the inside.
You're gonna make your cake explode?
Hopefully the cake doesn't explode.
I want something to shoot out of it.
We need to get some stuff
inside the cannon, test it out.
- The gumballs.
- [Ashley] That's a good idea.

Okay, I'm ready.

- What?
- [Christophe groans]
And that's a total bust.
- That's too heavy. It doesn't go up.
- Okay.
Gumballs were a terrible idea.
I have to figure out something else
as quickly as possible.
I'm definitely up against the clock.
That was a fail.
[Gonzo] I finally get my rocket
out of the freezer
and my egg is cracked.
The body of the rocket
has a huge crack in it.
Man, I didn't distribute
the chocolate well enough.
I have to make another one on the fly.
Things are getting bad.
I have to go
a little bit thicker this time.
I don't have time for this,
and if my chocolate
is not perfectly crystallized,
I'm not gonna have an actual dessert.
[Christophe] My streusel.
I'm done with making the balloon surprise
that is full of little marshmallows.
I am making a chocolate cake,
so now I need to make everything
for my version of s'mores
Nice.
at the base of the centerpiece.
Put this in the oven.
Chocolate cake, done.
[upbeat music plays]
Hoping I can finish, because there are
so many different elements of this.
I have to make the wrenches,
I have to ice the cookies,
then I need to fry the donuts,
then glaze the donuts,
and then top the donuts.
I have a lot going on,
but growing up with a disability,
I've learned to go
above and beyond what's required.
When I was one years old,
I fell down a flight of stairs
and lost my hearing.
Even though I had a disability,
my mom encouraged me
to soar higher than anyone else.
And so, for the past seven years,
I've run Justice of the Pies, my bakery,
and continued to do
more than what's expected of me.
So now these donuts are ready to be fried.
[upbeat music plays]
All right, the sugar is boiling.
I decided to use sugar
for my tubing and my base
that I'll put together to hold
that balloon in place as a foundation.
- "Let's do a checkerboard cake," she said.
- [upbeat music continues]
[Gonzo] This fudgy, fudgy brownie
is going to be one of the inserts
for my chocolate mousse cake.
The main dessert
on the bottom of the rocket
is going to be a delicious
chocolate mousse cake.
So we have different layers
of chocolate mousse,
and then a fudgy brownie as the base,
and then everything gets frozen together.
I'm going to the freezer.
[upbeat music plays]
I'm just gonna put a little creme coat on.
I'm gonna get this covered in fondant.
I'm feeling very relieved.
My second egg for my rocket
came out perfect.
But now I need
to actually build the whole rocket.
So I'm really against the clock right now.
I need to make a mold for this tire.
I want to make sure
the tire cake is super realistic.
In order to do that,
I need some putty to make a mold,
then place that over the tire.
I'm actually gonna roll the mold
over the molding chocolate.
Oh, my goodness,
that looks like an actual tire.
[upbeat music plays]
[Gonzo] I have so many things to finish.
Oh, look at how realistic that is.
Oh my gosh, that's heavy.
Since Josh loves chocolate
and marshmallow,
the base of the centerpiece
will be my version of s'mores,
that every guest at every single table
will be able to grab from the centerpiece.
They will have chocolate cake,
chocolate creme,
graham cracker streusel,
chocolate mousse,
and most importantly,
the marshmallow fluff.
Yeah, and then glue them together.
[upbeat music plays]
[Maya-Camille] Right now,
I am making churros.

as it does on the outside.
[Christina] We heard you loud and clear
when you asked us to really pump it up.
- So there is a surprise to it.

- I would love to.

So this layer
is a chocolate and vanilla marble tier.
[Jennifer] Oh.
- This tier, um, is a herringbone pattern.
- [Jennifer] She's perfect.
This next layer
is a vanilla cake with chocolate fudge.
This could be his play on cars,
the checkered flag.
- The flag.
- We have a checkerboard cake.
- Oh, she's done it.
- [Jennifer] Oh my gosh, it's perfect.
- I don't know how you do that.
- [Christina] Boom.
First, you have the crunch with the candy.
Then you have
this incredible chocolate that
I I have never tasted
such a sweet chocolate,
but that's not too sweet.

You're getting different ratios
of chocolate and vanilla,
the way it bakes together,
the way the flavors meld.
- It's incredibly complicated.
- And that's what it is.
- That's what it's doing.

- I like surprises. I asked for surprises.

- Little bit.

I've never seen a balloon
rain marshmallows before.
So
There is a lot of things
going on inside these spheres.
We have my version of s'mores
with some pecan and walnuts.
- Our marshmallow fluff.
- [Christina] Yes.
We have a chocolate creme
and a 64% dark chocolate mousse.
- I bet Josh never had s'mores like this.
- [Jennifer] Never.
[Christina] Oh my God.
That is so good.
You know, I think that nutty,
graham-cracker-y,
walnut taste with the mousse
I mean, the flavors together,
I've never tasted that before.
- Awesome.
- Like a brownie meets a chocolate cake.
I'm also getting a bit of the crunchies
from the marshmallows that come out,
which add the most unbelievable texture.
You've gone above and beyond.

dipped in chocolate and white chocolate.

that have a marshmallow filling.

that are made of hard candy.
We have sour cream donuts.
I mean, nailed it.
Josh is the center of attention,
with his cars and his favorite treats?
Couldn't ask for anything more.
This is incredible.

because it looks like a tire,
but, Maya-Camille, tell us about it.
[Maya-Camille] Well,
it is a tire-shaped cake.
- With Funfetti flavors.
- Oh wow.
- Here you are.

latch onto in terms of inspiration?
[Ashley] So, the event
is at this grand ballroom.
Black-and-white theme.
So I wanna give him a beautiful,
stunning black-and-white cake.
I mean, visually it's compelling,
but don't want it to feel
like a wedding cake, right?
I think that the challenge is,
how do you find the balance
of the kind of class Josh is looking for,
but also the kind of fun
that he's looking for too.
One thing I love about being on the squad
and working with Chef
is she always comes in
and encourages us to go bigger,
do better,
and push ourselves a bit harder.
Why don't we double it? Shall we do six?

Now that feels
like a 13-year-old's black-and-white cake.

and rockets, airplanes, engines,
so yeah, I'm thinking

So I think I wanna stick
to the theme of cars.

and refuel their bodies with sugar.

What in the world
is centerpiece de résistance?
[Christophe] The goal
is to create another illusion.
My illusionist.
I'm an illusionniste.
It's a thing for a bar mitzvah to have
a centerpiece in the middle of the table.
So I am going to create
an edible centerpiece
for every single table,
and at the end,
we will announce to the guests
that the dessert is in front of them
since the beginning.
I love the concept of it.
But what is it made of?
How does it all work and come together?
Well, I'm not sure yet, but
Lord. Christophe,
you got less than seven hours.
I love the ambition, but you have a lot
to figure out. I'm gonna leave you to it.

[Gonzo] My chocolate egg
is the body of my rocket.
Jennifer has been planning
Josh's bar mitzvah for over two years.
So, my rocket needs to be something
that Josh will always remember.
So it's gonna look
like it's launching, taking off,
with hundreds and hundreds of spheres
creating smoke and bubbles.
And the main dessert on the bottom
is going to be
a delicious chocolate mousse cake.
I'm about to start flipping this mold.
To have an even distribution
of chocolate around the whole shell,
I need to actually
turn this giant chocolate egg
every other two minutes
for at least 40 minutes,
just to make sure
that everything gets covered evenly.
If it's not perfectly even,
the whole thing could break.
Gonzo, how do you already have
chocolate in a mold?
That's That's what I do.
The moment I realized
I wanted to become a chocolatier
was when I was 19 years old in Patagonia.
I met this lovely lady,
and she explained to me,
inside of her shop,
how chocolate worked.
She showed me
how to temper chocolate properly,
and that was the first time
I was actually exposed to chocolate.
The main thing that she taught me
was that chocolate
is a tool to give happiness to people.
We're gonna go right here.
Today, I am going to create
an edible centerpiece.
It's going to have a chocolate balloon,
sugar tubing.
The base of the centerpiece
will be my version of s'mores.
But first thing, it's figuring out
how to make this chocolate balloon.
I have no idea what I'm doing.
Once I have those balloons all blown,
I need to dip them into chocolate
to make a beautiful chocolate balloon.
This is not that easy.

As I go, I'm trying to figure it out.
It's something I've never done before.
Christophe, what What is going on?
I put too much pressure on it,

So you're thinking

I'm loading it with a delicious
Swiss meringue buttercream
that actually tastes
like melted vanilla ice cream,
and a really rich,
fudgy chocolate ganache.
I'm gonna push myself to reimagine
the chocolate cake and vanilla cake
differently in every single tier.
As a cake artist, I've made
a lot of really big cakes in my career,
but those typically take a few days
if not weeks to execute.
So, creating a cake of this design
and this size, in this amount of time,
is a little crazy.

So it's gonna be five rows high.
I want to do a really beautiful
painted black-and-white mosaic design
on my checkerboard tier.
These little beads
are gonna go around my eight-inch cake.
For the chocolate cake tiers,
I want to cover completely
with these tiny little chocolate pearls.
Okay, my math, maybe it's wrong, but
it's saying I need about 2,500 of these.
There is no way.
And I have this really cool, triangular,
kind of 3D optical illusion pieces
on the chocolate and vanilla bottom tier.
All right, these need one more minute.

[Maya-Camille] I think
I'm making good time so far.
I gotta make sure I keep up the pace.

Hoping I can finish, because there are
so many different elements of this.

but growing up with a disability,
I've learned to go
above and beyond what's required.
When I was one years old,
I fell down a flight of stairs
and lost my hearing.
Even though I had a disability,
my mom encouraged me
to soar higher than anyone else.
And so, for the past seven years,
I've run Justice of the Pies, my bakery,
and continued to do
more than what's expected of me.
So now these donuts are ready to be fried.

I decided to use sugar
for my tubing and my base
that I'll put together to hold
that balloon in place as a foundation.

[Gonzo] This fudgy, fudgy brownie
is going to be one of the inserts
for my chocolate mousse cake.
The main dessert
on the bottom of the rocket
is going to be a delicious

So we have different layers

and then everything gets frozen together.
I'm going to the freezer.

I'm just gonna put a little creme coat on.
I'm gonna get this covered in fondant.

My second egg for my rocket
came out perfect.

to actually build the whole rocket.

the tire cake is super realistic.
In order to do that,
I need some putty to make a mold,
then place that over the tire.
I'm actually gonna roll the mold
over the molding chocolate.

reimagined in each tier

So this layer
is a chocolate and vanilla marble tier.

- This tier, um, is a herringbone pattern.

This next layer
is a vanilla cake with chocolate fudge.
This could be his play on cars,
the checkered flag.
- The flag.
- We have a checkerboard cake.

- [Jennifer] Oh my gosh, it's perfect.

First, you have the crunch with the candy.
Then you have
this incredible chocolate that
I I have never tasted
such a sweet chocolate,
but that's not too sweet.

You're getting different ratios
of chocolate and vanilla,
the way it bakes together,
the way the flavors meld.
- It's incredibly complicated.

We have my version of s'mores
with some pecan and walnuts.

We have a chocolate creme
and a 64% dark chocolate mousse.
- I bet Josh never had s'mores like this.

That is so good.
You know, I think that nutty,
graham-cracker-y,
walnut taste with the mousse
I mean, the flavors together,
I've never tasted that before.
- Awesome.
- Like a brownie meets a chocolate cake.
I'm also getting a bit of the crunchies
from the marshmallows that come out,
which add the most unbelievable texture.
You've gone above and beyond.

I mean, nailed it.
Josh is the center of attention,
with his cars and his favorite treats?
Couldn't ask for anything more.
This is incredible.

because it looks like a tire,
but, Maya-Camille, tell us about it.
[Maya-Camille] Well,
it is a tire-shaped cake.
- With Funfetti flavors.

Oh, it's incredible. The taste.

But what I love
is the cake isn't as sweet,
but the center brings it all together
with a pop of sweet.

There's a little tartness to it.
It's soft and fluffy in the middle,
it's fresh, it's moist, it's delicious.
And I got to be honest,
we haven't gotten to the wow factor yet.

So I have a white chocolate mousse
and then on the inside,
we have a milk chocolate ganache,
a dark chocolate ganache,
some crispy chocolate, uh, pearls,
and then I have a fudgy brownie base.
When you cut it open,
you're gonna see all these beautiful,
decadent, rich layers of chocolate.

That is heaven.

The consistency
of this cake is incredible.
It's cake, but it's rich,
and it's mousse, but it's light.
I mean, every single layer has a moment.
It's so flavorful and creamy.
