because of the glow from the fairies.
The fate fairies are at their most magical
under the Fairy Moon.
There are even rare types of them
that only appear tonight.
So when the sun sets,
all those glowing fairies
are gonna light up the sky!
Wow. When Ms. Primrose said Fairy Moon,
I thought it was just an expression,
like, "Once in a blue moon."
Actually, Ava, blue moons are real too.

-[Layla and Sophia laugh]
Isabel, you know it's a holiday, right?

Today is about honoring the fate fairies,
who matched us with our beloved unicorns.
But to add to these festivities,
we'll need these.
Starburst flowers.
This rare flower
only blooms under the Fairy Moon,
and you and your unicorns
will be collecting
all the flowers you can find.
They make lovely decorations,
but when the moon rises,
the flowers will open for a real surprise.
[Ethera whinnies]
