of competition in the Central Region,
and everything is on the line.
NFL legend, Joe Thomas
[Alex] Look at the Iron Man go!
[Dwayne] and newly crowned
Titan, Dani Speegle
[Alex] Look at that power
from Dani Speegle!
[Dwayne] are one victory away
from winning the Central Region
and moving on to the Titan Championship.
But my reigning Titans
can't get too comfortable yet.
Because the competitors
who lost on Mount Olympus
return for one last shot at redemption.
[cheers and applause]
[Dwayne] Will any of these
returning athletes
knock our reigning Titans off their perch?
Wow.
[Alex] Unbelievable!
-Oh, my God!
-[Cari] Oh, woah!
Tonight, our Central Regional Champions
will be crowned.
[Cari] Woah!
So, let's get ready to go full tilt boogie
up in this arena.
[Alex] I cannot believe it!
[Cari] Woah!

Let The Titan Games begin!
[crowd cheering]
Hello, everyone. I'm Cari Champion
alongside Alex "Goldenboy" Mendez.
We are taking our Titan challenges
to the next level.
[Alex] That's right.
Six of the best athletes
from the Central Region
get a second chance tonight.
They will be competing
in a three-way battle.
Here's the important thing
to remember, folks.
If you come in last, you are done.
[Alex] So, let's start with the three men
fighting to stay alive
in this competition.
The raw power of Steven Shelby!
My Titan Game journey has been epic.
What's up, brother?
They call me "The Pebble"
'cause I'm a mini version of The Rock.
Going against Joe Thomas,
I had DJ watching me,
had my family watching me
and I lost.
I was down, but I'm not out.
No matter how beat up,
no matter how bruised,
you have to keep going.
My daughter,
being born with a heart condition,
and I know that she had to struggle.
She shows me her strength.
I gotta show her my strength.
That Daddy doesn't quit
because she didn't quit.
That second chance to be a Titan
only happens once.
And I'm gonna take my chance.
[Alex] Matt Chan has the Relic!
-Oh, wait! Joe Thomas locks it in first!
-Oh, my God!
[Alex] I cannot believe it!
I lost at Mount Olympus against Joe.
I didn't put the key in properly,
and I gave him the time
to pass me up at the very finish.
I made a fool of myself out there.
Now I've got to fight
my way back from the bottom
to face him again,
and that's intimidating.
But as a firefighter,
I've been challenged
with a lot of things in my life.
And bouncing back is something
that I'm good at.
In 2014, I nearly lost my leg
in a biking accident.
The doctors afterwards told me
my life was gonna be very different.
That I wasn't gonna have
the same athletic capacity.
And that I would only be 80% to 90%
of what I was previously.
But just because you have limitations
doesn't mean that you can't overcome them.
I'm not the biggest guy.
I'm not the strongest guy.
I'm not the youngest guy.
But I have what it takes
in here and up here
to win this competition.
[Alex] Doc Thor is your winner!
I'm not a pro athlete. I'm a physician.
People call me Doc Thor
because folks think
that I look like Chris Hemsworth.
I came to Titan Games
since I work hard every day
to be the best I can be,
and I wanted people to see
that belief changes destiny.
[Alex] That's what I'm talking about!
[Kaleb] It has been an absolute grind,
but at the same time,
it's been incredibly fulfilling.
When I lost on Mount Olympus,
I found my wife, like,
just like a beacon of light
just drawing me over to her.
It's okay, just breathe.
Just breathe.
[Kaleb] My wife's name is Whitney,
and she's absolutely my rock.
We've been together for over ten years.
She's always supported me.
And I would not have made it
through college,
med school, life
I wouldn't be here today
without her support.
My family got to see how hard I fought
to get to Mount Olympus.
This is gonna be
the best lesson as to show them
how hard you have to fight
to get back once you're down.
[Alex] It is now time to see
what Matt, Steven, and Kaleb can do.
If they want a rematch with Joe Thomas
on Mount Olympus,
they have to get past Hammer Down.
It's a race to knock down three poles.
First, you have to grab a sledgehammer
trapped under three heavy boxes.
Then you have to bang in the pins
to knock down your poles.
After you get your first two down,
then you can drop your golden pole
and climb to the top.
The first two competitors
to reach the victory chain
move on to the next round.
Whoever finishes last
is eliminated from the competition.
All right, so Matt Chan, Steven Shelby,
Kaleb Redden all lost on Mount Olympus.
So, what do they have to do
to get back there?
Whoo!
You know, you could have your plan,
you could have your ABC,
but like Mike Tyson says,
that all goes out the window
when you get punched
-in the face.
-That's exactly the case.
-This is gonna punch you in the face.
-Exactly the case.
And she's gonna punch you in the face.
More than likely.
-[both laughs]
-Let's get this show on the road.
[Alex] We got Kaleb in the blue.
Steven Shelby in the red.
And Matt Chan in the green.
Now you gotta start
hacking away at those pins
to drop those pillars.
[Cari] You know, all three of these men
lost to Joe Thomas,
ten-time NFL Pro Bowler.
Nothing to be ashamed of.
But you know they all want
another shot at him on Mount Olympus.
[Alex] Matt and Kaleb both dropped
their first poles.
You need to strike dead center
to move that pin.
And Steven has his first pole down!
Matt Chan knocks down his second pole.
He's in the lead.
There you go.
Kaleb Redden, though,
such strength, raw power.
And he hammers down his second pole.
He's trying to keep up with Matt Chan!
[Cari] And Kaleb's family, once again,
decked out in lab coats
to support their dad.
[Alex] Meanwhile, Steven Shelby
is falling behind.
Remember, only first
and second place move on.
Last place is heading home.
You got Matt Chan
who's working on his golden pole.
You also have,
on the other side, Kaleb Redden.
Oh, wait a minute!
Doc Thor drops his golden pole,
takes the lead,
and now he has to get up that final pole!
But Matt Chan's right on his heels!
Matt Chan and Kaleb Redden are racing
for the victory chain!
-[Cari] Kaleb is moving so quickly!
-There you go. There you go!
There you go!
[Alex] The Pebble needs to get moving
if he wants to stay in this competition.
That's how you do it.

-Doc Thor grabs
the first spot in round two.
Yeah!
[Cari] But the game is not over,
is it, Goldenboy?
-There's still more to be done
-That's right.
between Steven and Matt Chan.
[Alex] Well, Steven Shelby needs
to climb up as quickly as he can
because Matt Chan
is getting close to grabbing
the second and final spot
in the next round.
[woman] You got it, Matt!

-[Alex] Final moments!
But it seems like Matt Chan
is right there!
[cheers and applause]
[Alex] And there you have it, folks!

he will be going home.

in these Titan Games.

right? It's the regional finals.
It's the opportunity to get
a second chance.
Matt and Kaleb will meet again
in a head-to-head
to decide who gets another shot
against Joe Thomas on Mount Olympus.
[Dwayne] Thank you for the effort.
-[Steven] Getting up before you know

My plan was to be more explosive,
but the hammer just caught me up.
But now I go back home
and continue being a great father.

I'm gonna do everything I can
to get on top
of Mount Olympus
one more time to face Joe.

I came into this a Titan,
and I'm leaving this thing a Titan.
-Joe Thomas, the only man you look up to?
-Yes.

Okay, so the one that I've noticed
has been different this season
is that we're focusing on redemption.
Why is that so important
for you this season?
Well, I felt like, you know,
redemption was an important quality
I think that we had to instill
because life doesn't always work out
the way we want it to, and look,
you know, I made the movie Doom,
all right?
-Did you guys see that movie?
-I did not.
-Don't think so.
-Exactly. Nobody did.
So, since then,
my career has been redeemed.
[Alex] Let's take a look
at the three women
fighting to stay alive
in this competition.
[Dwayne] She's one of the greatest boxers
of all time,
-Claressa Shields.
-[cheers and applause]
I am the undisputed
middleweight world champion.
Two-time Olympic gold medalist
and I was chosen by The Rock
to represent the Titans.
[Alex] Chantae McMillan,
she is your new Titan!
[Alex] The boxing champ is down.
I haven't lost anything
in about seven years.
So I'm, like, mad as hell that I lost.
I'm from Flint, Michigan. Born and raised.
Like, I'm Flint strong.
I'm not gonna give up.
The next challenge
is a three-way challenge.
I'm gonna go out there and give 110%
so I can fight my way back
to Mount Olympus.
[Alex] You know what Jaime is capable of.
This doctor has brought
so much to the table.
I'm a 35-year-old mom of three.
I work day-in and day-out as an OB-GYN.
[Alex] The doctor wins!
[Jamie] I live my life
with a very specific purpose,
and that's to inspire my daughters.
-[kid] You won again!
-Yes!
To watch their mom out there competing
and doing tough things,
it's setting such
an amazing example for them.
[kid] Wonder Woman!
That Of course that is Wonder Woman.
-That's like your mommy.
-[Jamie] They're the same, right?
My first run at Mount Olympus
didn't turn out how I wanted it to.
[Alex] You can basically kiss
this baby goodbye for Jaime
if she does not get through this.
[Jamie] I lost against Chantae,
but it's about getting back up
and fighting again.
This is my last chance to prove
that I am a Titan.
[Alex] Former Olympian Chantae McMillan
has found glory again in the Titan Arena.
My journey here
at The Titan Games has been amazing.
Beating Claressa and Jaime
on Mount Olympus was exciting.
But now I just got beat by Dani,
so I'm back at square one.
There is no more room for error.
If I lose, I go home.
[Jamie grunts]
The biggest thing I've learned
is leaving it all out there.
[Jamie grunts loudly]
[Alex] Unbelievable!
[Jamie] I've been to the Olympics,
but I didn't receive a medal.
And so I'm chasing a dream. I guess.
A big goal.
And that is becoming a Titan Champion.
Come on! Go, go, go!
[Jamie] I'm doing this for my son, Otto.
Becoming a Titan
will show Otto just how strong I am
and that means everything to me.
[Alex] Obviously, a heartbreaking defeat
for Chantae McMillan,
who has just been dynamic in this Arena.
You usually don't get
a second chance in life,
and here I am.
I have my second chance
to become the Titan of the Central Region.
And I have to go out there and earn it.
[Alex] Here they come.
Jaime, Claressa, and Chantae
are fighting to earn another shot
on Mount Olympus.
Only one will get an opportunity
to go head-to-head
with the reigning Titan, Dani Speegle,
for a chance at becoming
the champion of the Central Region.
It's time for our next three-way battle.
The top two will move on
in the competition.
The one who finishes last goes home.
Get ready for another round
of Hammer Down.
You got Jaime in the blue,
Claressa in the red,
and Chantae in the green.
They gotta grab those hammers
and get to work.
Claressa and Chantae are taking careful,
controlled strikes.
But Jaime is going with big hits!
[screams indistinctively]
[grunts]
[Alex] This is do or die
for all three competitors.
[crowd cheering]
Go, Chantae! Let's go!
[Alex] Chantae is gonna be able
to down her first one,
and she is in the lead.
Claressa Shields and Dr. Jaime
still working on their first pole.
Remember, only the top two stay alive
in this competition.
Chantae McMillan was just so good
on Mount Olympus.
And she just finished
two poles, just like that!
This is looking like Chantae
could run away with this one.
And now Claressa Shields
has just finished her first.
There you go, Claressa!
And Jaime's now in third place.
She's still on that first pole
getting left behind.
But just like that,
Dr. Jaime knocks down her first pole!
Come on, Jaime!
[Alex] Claressa knocks down
her second pole.
She's going for the gold.
[grunts]
[Alex] Chantae drops her golden pole.
She can climb up and try
and make her way for that victory chain!
Come on, Tae!
[Alex] Claressa Shields not far behind.
Jaime is gonna be able
to knock down her second pole.
The doctor has one more to go.
[Jamie grunts]
There you go, Claressa!
[Alex] And now Claressa is going
for the golden pole.
If Chantae and Claressa
finish first and second,
then we'll see a rematch
between these two Olympians
in the next round!
[Jamie grunts]
[Alex] Dr. Jaime trying to catch up.
But she looks like
she's losing steam here!
Mommy, go!
[Alex] Is this the end of the line
for the good doctor?
[Jamie grunts]
[Cari] Chantae's choosing to work
her way up from the bottom of the pole.
[Alex] She's so close!
Victory chain in sight!
[Alex] Unbelievable!
Chantae McMillan,
she's your first competitor to move on!
[Dwayne] There you go, Chantae.
[Alex] But it is not over yet.
Now it comes down to Dr. Jaime.
Can she catch up to Claressa Shields,
the Olympian?
Oh, she slips!
Claressa Shields,
struggling at this moment in time.
She just fell off!
This might be the break Jaime needs!
[Jamie grunts]
[Alex] Her golden pole is down!
Yes!
[Alex] Let's see what she could do.
Dr. Jaime is gonna be hugging
the top of that pole
as Claressa is climbing back on.
It's a dead heat!
Both athletes making their way
to the victory chain.
One will move on, one will go home.
The doctor wants it.
-Go, mommy!
-She got it!
[Alex] Jaime's so close!
Will the doctor knock out
the boxing champ?
Yes!
Dr. Jaime comes from behind
and grabs the second spot.
And she will go up
against Chantae McMillan
in our next challenge.
Yes!

[Alex] And sadly, we have to say goodbye
to Claressa Shields.
A champion in the boxing ring faces defeat
once again inside the Titan Arena.

But first, it's time for my second chance

that I am a Titan.
This is my redemption.
Having been at the Olympics,
I felt like I was gonna be prepared
for The Titan Games.
But the challenges
that I've been through so far
have really tested me
and proved that it's not gonna be easy
to win this thing.
I crushed Jaime on Mount Olympus,
but this challenge coming up
is gonna be different.
It's gonna test both of us
in different ways than Mount Olympus did.
This is gonna be a good one.
A battle for the ages.
It's Chantae versus Dr. Jaime,
and the winner heads back to Mount Olympus
to battle reigning Titan, Dani Speegle.
The loser heads home!
They'll decide their fate on Resistance.
It's a race to get five 50-pound barrels
out of your side of the Arena
by throwing them over a barrier.
But as you push forward,
you're also being jerked back
because you're tied to your opponent.
The first to get their barrels out
is moving on to Mount Olympus.
When you create these games,
like, what's in the back of your mind?
When I created Resistance,
I thought, "Well, what would it be like
if I could just take, you know,
five Goldenboys and tossed them?"
Okay.
"While being tied to another man."
That's fair. That's fair.
But, yeah, I mean, look,
the truth is, I devised this
you gotta have strength,
you gotta have stamina,
you've got to have the ability
to think on the run.
And you've got to have
the ability to perform
under stressful times and pressure.
[Alex] Well, we're about to see
how these two perform under pressure
here in round two.
This is Resistance.
[Alex] Chantae in the green.
Jaime in the blue.
[Cari] Oh
Resistance in full effect!
Both athletes quickly bounce back up.
Now both are wrestling
for their first barrels.
And Chantae comes up just short
on her first attempt.
[Cari] Can you imagine what this takes?
You're trying to pick up
a barrel and throw it forward
while you're being pulled back.
[Alex] It's an endurance test.
You need to overpower your opponent.
Jaime now on the attack.
Can she get her first barrel over?
-Yes!
-[crowd cheering]
Jaime leads. One, zip.
Chantae's trying desperately
to get her first barrel over again.
Ah, doesn't get it done!
Looks like Jaime's lining up two barrels.
She's already got one over,
looking to increase her lead.
Chantae making a move,
trying anything she can do
to make some progress.
[Chantae] Ah!
[Alex] Oh!
Chantae hits the ground again!
[Chantae grunts]
[Cari] Chantae keeps racing
back and forth,
trying to build momentum
and pull Jaime back.
Dr. Jaime, holding her ground,
taking slow, steady movements.
And so Chantae just keeps
pulling herself off balance.
[Alex] Jaime's at the edge.
[Jamie grunts]
[Cari] Whoa! Dr. Jaime with two!
Let's do it.
[Alex] That's two barrels for Jaime.
Still nothing for Chantae.
[Chantae grunts]
[Alex] Dr. Jaime has been solid as a rock
this whole time,
and in a rare state for Chantae McMillan,
she finds herself trailing here.
-Two to nothing.
-Come on, Chantae.
Come on, Tae!
[Cari] But knowing what we know
about her competitive drive,
she is not gonna give up fighting.
[Alex] Jaime lifting another barrel,
and she gets it over!
Jaime proving to be a dominant force
in this challenge.
-[Cari] That's three.
-Three. Wow!
[Alex] Number three for Dr. Jaime.
Oh, Chantae is kind of flailing around
a little bit.
She's struggling to be able
to keep
her balance. It seems as if her legs
are giving out.
And then you got Jaime Seeman,
who honestly hasn't even looked back.
[Cari] Whoa, whoa!
[Alex] That's number four.
Only one more remains, Cari.
[Cari] She's got nothing left.
She's exhausted.
Come on, Tae! Get one!
[Alex] One barrel is all Jaime needs.
[Dwayne] Let's go, Doc.
[Alex] And Dr. Jaime does it!
I cannot believe this!
Dr. Jaime is your winner!

[Alex] Honor, domination.
That was a good old-fashioned
slobber-knocker.
[Dwayne] You're going back
to Mount Olympus.

[Cari] Sadly, this is the end of the road
for Chantae McMillan.
The former Olympian came here

I was able to challenge
myself athletically
like I never will ever again.

I'm facing Dani. She's a great competitor.

For her daughters to see their mother
perform in this Arena in that way,
she epitomizes all the things
that you want to teach
your young daughters.

My heart is literally in my throat,
and I want to die the entire time.
Being in The Titan Games
and having Cherie by my side
has been amazing.
Every chance I get, I look over
to that side of the stage
and see Cherie cheering, you know?
Just worry about yourself.
-Don't worry about him.
-Yup.
Kaleb, he's a fierce competitor.
And I know any loss from here
means I'm out of this competition.
That is one of your strengths.
It's strategy.
I'm gonna fight my way back up,
and I'm gonna win The Titan Games.

So, I get hooked up to that rope
I mean, the ultimate goal
for me is to be a Titan.

Matt's a tough dude,
but I think I'm faster on the foot.
So now it's time
to earn my place on that mountain.

Whoever wins on Resistance

the Titan who beat them both
on Mount Olympus.
It's time for Resistance.

[Cari] This firefighter came out the gate
with a mission.
-[Alex] Matt already got his first barrel
-Yes!
[Alex] over the barrier.
Matt is gathering his barrels
side by side.
And it looks like he's trying
to get two out at once here.
[Matt's Wife] Yes!
-[Cari] His wife always worries
-Come on, Matt.
-[Cari] when her husband is competing.
-Come on, Matt.

-[Alex] That's true.
[Cari] He's not worried!
That was three barrels
like it was nothing!
Kaleb Redden needs to catch up
or else he's heading home!
And he gets his first barrel!
-And another right away!
-Daddy!
[Alex] Doc Thor is back in business!
Matt has his barrels side by side again.
If he gets those two over the barrier,
he's headed back to Mount Olympus.
[Cari] Four!
[Alex] That's four! One more!
It's right there!
[Matt's wife] Come on, Matt!

-[cheers and applause]
-Just like that!
Matt Chan decimated Resistance!
I cannot believe it!
[Dwayne] Good job, boss.
[Alex] That initial burst of energy
stunned everyone here in the
It stunned Kaleb!
Kaleb wasn't expecting that either!
[Matt] That was great. That was great.
[Cari] The doctor,
the sports medicine physician,
he has nothing to be ashamed of.
He performed extremely well
within our Arena.

[Cari] He's talking to his wife
and his kids.

Matt beat me,
so I just have to take the loss.
It never feels good.
I'm headed home now,
and that's that stings,
but I'm really grateful
for the opportunity.

[Kaleb] Matt's going to go on
to Mount Olympus,
and I'm cheering for him.
We both lost to Joe Thomas.
So, I mean, he's gotta go out there
and smoke him now.

against the Mountain, the Iron Man,
Joe Thomas,
undefeated here in the Titan Arena.
Matt's hungry.
He's been looking for that rematch
since I beat him the first time.
But you know what? So have I.
Yeah! Mount Olympus is next!
This is my Mount Olympus.
Nobody's gonna take that from me.
I built my log cabin up on top.
I got the experience.
Yeah!
Nobody's knocking me off.

So by that point you know.

the best from the East and West
in the Titan Championship
at the end of the season.

and I'm worried that she might

to talk with Dr. Jaime.
I knew that she was somewhat worried
about it,
but she put it out of her mind.
And she said she knew what she had to do.
[Alex] You do not wanna let an athlete
as strong as Dani Speegle
build a lead this early.
[Cari] She's almost there.

She took to fitness to use it
as a platform to inspire others.
It took off for her.
She wasn't really trying to do it
in that way to be,
what the kids call, Insta-famous,
but she became Insta-famous.
And here she is in our Arena
using that very same platform.
Fitness, being an athlete,
being competitive,
to show that you can accomplish
anything you want.

told me that she worries
every time he competes
ever since that mountain biking accident,
where he almost lost his leg.
But she knows competing
is what keeps Matt alive
and feeling young.

to come out of the Cage Crawl here.
