for tonight's carnival!
Thanks, Spark.
One more coat of polish
and it'll be ready
for my epic opening stunt.
Once I land the stunt, all of these
super-cool, colorful fireworks
will go off and
the carnival can officially begin.
Hey, Dash, we can finish polishing
the Twin Mill while you get ready.
That would be so helpful, Coop.
As long as you're all very careful.
Yep, the Twin Mill is my favorite car.
I raced this baby when I was a camper,
and won the Ultimate Garage.

Maybe you forgot,

I didn't forget.
But what you don't know is,

at the Ultimate Garage! See?
-[all gasp]

When Dash beat me in the final race,
she won the Ultimate Garage
and had a big victory party.

That's why I'm cancelling this carnival,
so no one celebrates Dash
or her Twin Mill ever again!
Racers, we can't let Dash down.
We have to rescue the Twin Mill.
Coop, Mac, if we use the ramp,
we can stop Professor Rearview
at the tire shop.
Floor it!
[racers cheering]

Right, but we have to hurry.
The carnival is supposed to start soon.

what speed really looks like.
[screeches]
-As you silly kids say

[powers up]
Racers, I'm bringing Rearview
back to the Ultimate Garage.

Yeah, that sounds like a bad idea.
You'll see. But you need to make sure
the bat is there, too.
Well, that shouldn't be a problem,
because it's chasing us!
[screeches]
[Dash]
Okay, Squeakers, all I gotta do now
is stretch, and we will be ready
to do the stunt and kick off the carnival.
[bat screeching]
[laughs] Finish line up ahead! Woo-hoo!
-[gasps]
-[Speedy] Oh, no!
Oh, yeah! Oh, yeah!
Who's the fastest? I'm the fastest!
I won! Ha-ha! First place, for me!
I told you I was the fastest!
You might have some speed,
but I have the Twin Mill.

Bat, stop that car!
[screeches]
Sorry, professor, but it's time
to get this party started.
Double Speed. Activate!
[powers up]
[crackling]
[Professor Rearview]

[crowd gasps]

Yeah!
-[cheering]
-[fireworks popping]
[Spark] It's working! The bright fireworks
are scaring the bat.
[Professor Rearview]

You defeated me this time,
but I'll get the last laugh
when Cruise beats you all
at the next race!
[laughs]
-[thuds]

Hey, watch where you're flying!

The fireworks went off,
so you know what that means.
-It's time for the carnival!
-[cheering]

Coop, that was epic! I'm impressed.
Dash, Professor Rearview
stole the Twin Mill, but we got it back.
Right. Plus, we learned you and Rearview
were campers together
at the Ultimate Garage Racing Camp.
And you beat him!
[chuckles] I sure did.
And that's why I know you all
have what it takes to win the next race.
But before we get to that,
who's ready for the carnival?

Today, you'll be racing in tunnels
deep down below Hot Wheels City,
and on tracks sky high above it.
The winner will receive five badges.
Are you ready to race?

Cruise has ten Flame Badges and
the rest of us have two.
We have to win today.
If one of us doesn't win,
it may be impossible to catch up.
Which means Cruise would win
the Ultimate Garage
and Professor Rearview will destroy it.
Which for the record, would be really,
really, really bad!
I understand you're all nervous,
but when the road gets tough,
a Hot Wheels racer always stays calm.
[all deep breath]

And Cruise speeds into the tunnels first.
Coop and the other racers are way behind.
[laughs]

If I don't get too bored waiting there.

There's plenty of race left.
I know. But we can't let Cruise
win the race or the Ultimate Garage.
I gotta pass her.
[engine revving]

Looks like Coop lost his cool and
cost his pals some serious speed.
But it's great for Cruise.
She has the lead as she exits the tunnels!
[Speedy] Cruise uses the speed booster
to take the tracks into the sky.
[laughs] Look out, clouds, here I come.

[Speedy] Coop is in second, followed by
Brights, Spark, Axle, Mac and Sidecar.
[racers cheering]
Oh, yeah!
Whoa!
It's like an epic rollercoaster
in the sky!
And there's Cruise.
C'mon, Coop, you can still win this race.
Good gears! Coop is tearing up the track
and is gaining on Cruise!
And Spark, Brights, Axle, Mac and Sidecar
are still in it too.
[laughs] Like it'll matter.
Coop will lose his cool
and Cruise will win!
Not bad, Coop.
But you're forgetting one thing.
The Street Shrieker has the powers
of my dad's monsters.
I just have to stay calm and race.

[Speedy]

Coop hit the ramp and
caught up to Cruise.
[gasps] That's impossible!

[Speedy] Coop and Cruise
are in the home stretch.
Who will win today's race
and the five Flame Badges?

[gasps] Cruise is pulling ahead!
I don't know if I can keep up.

[exciting music]

out of second place and into the top spot!

[Speedy]
The finish line is coming up!
[grunting in frustration]
Cruise! Destroy Coop's dream of winning
just as I will destroy
the Ultimate Garage.
You got it, Dad.
I'm winning this race
even if I gotta knock Coop off the tracks.
[grunts] You missed!

has a special power, too.
Super Slalom. Activate!
Go, Hot Wheels!
Now, it's time to cross the finish line.

-[cheering]

-[stomping]
Oh, look, my feet are stomping.

-[thuds]
-[cat screeches]
