It's done to

but that's not always the case.

And to me, lying is an act of empathy.
It's disregarding yourself
and letting yourself be available
and open, and I'm, like, "Okay."
I mean, if you're sitting with someone,
and you're lying to mirror that person,
my question is
is that so horrid?
The mirroring, I find,
really bears fruit in all my work.
And not just when there are clients
who get pregnant,
but in fact, I see it
across our bottom line, Helle.
I see it very clearly there.
So, what I do is I work with the lie
as a suitable tool for my clients.
And that "method,"
if you will, I have chosen to call

the "Nana Jessen Method."

"So how should we use
this Nana Jessen Method?" you may ask.
[Nana] First step, we mustn't feel bad
about our little white lies
because that feeling stops us
from thinking rationally.
In many cases, lying is actually
both healthy, and it's productive,

It helps us accomplish our goals.
And that's why I think you should
ask yourself in any situation,
"Is honesty really fruitful here?"
In most cases,
it's not the lie that hurts. It's
the truth.
