Can you tell me who and what the Blackmire Group is? It's an affiliation of Canadian and American resource companies with massive Canadian holdings.
They're basically getting together to work out how to move the money around to avoid paying taxes here.
We're talking huge amounts of tax dodging, billions of dollars annually.

The FBI and the DEA are going to be giving evidence for organised crime and conspiracy to import marijuana charges We should get something from Justice soon.
- What's the next step? - Justice will ask that the Attorney General issue a warrant for Jim's provisional arrest.
Provisional arrest? On what grounds? If they think he might continue to commit crimes here or if there's a risk he'll flee the country, they'll lock him up.
How long before the AG issues an arrest warrant? Could be as soon as a week or so.
