Ms. Johnson, it's

How well do you know Pete Levinson?
I'm writing an exposé
on illicit drug use
amongst SEAL candidates at BUD/S.
- Steroids, right?
- Mm-hm.
[MACKEY] What spurred your interest?
The death of a candidate, Victor Austin.
His grandmother approached me
with concerns,
well-founded concerns
from what I've seen.
Can I be frank, Ms. Johnson?
I served with SEAL teams.
And to me, they were the epitome
of what it means to serve.
[HILARY] And of the dozens of
SEALs I've interviewed
over the course of the investigation,
I couldn't agree more.
But in any cohort,
there's a bad apple or two.
And that's what I'm looking at here.
And Levinson. He was helping you how?
Levinson was medical officer
at the time of Austin's death.
Levinson is dead.
He was murdered.
By whom?
[JD] We're hoping
you could help us with that.
What was Levinson doing in Sydney?
I can't divulge any more about
my investigation, I'm afraid.
