THE HOUSE CHANGED HANDS MANY TIMES OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL CENTURIES, SERVING AS A BROTHEL IN THE 1800s, WITH UNSPEAKABLE ACTS KEP SILENT BEHIND ITS CLOSED DOORS.
IN THE 1920s, THE BASEMENT WAS CONVERTED INTO A RESTAURANT AND SPEAKEASY, WELCOMING POLITICIANS AND GANGSTERS ALIKE, BUT TUNNELS RUNNING THROUGH THE WOODS USED TO SMUGGLE LIQUOR INTO THE HOUSE ARE RUMORED TO HAVE ALSO BEEN USED TO DRAG BODIES OUT TO BE DUMPED IN THE DELAWARE RIVER AFTER A MEETING DOWNSTAIRS TURNED BLOODY.
AFTER BEING ABANDONED FOR YEARS, LOCAL HISTORIANS TOOK INTERES IN WHITEHILL MANSION, BUT ON THEIR RESEARCH VISITS, THEY FOUND THA MORE REMAINED IN THE HOME THAN JUST DISCARDED FURNITURE AND ANTIQUES.
VISITORS WERE STARTLED BY A QUICKLY MOVING CHILDLIKE APPARITION FLYING AROUND CORNERS AND BETWEEN FLOORS.
A MENACING FIGURE INTIMIDATES ANY WHO STEP BEHIND THE BAR IN THE BASEMEN AND MAKES THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO ENTER.
NOW NICK AND KATRINA WILL BE THE FIRST TEAM TO INVESTIGATE OVERNIGH IN WHITEHILL MANSION, SPENDING 72 HOURS DELVING INTO THE STRANGE AND SORDID HISTORY TO DETERMINE WHO OR WHAT REMAINS.

" AND THEN I HEAR A DOOR OPEN AND CLOSE.
WE THOUGHT SAMUEL WAS IN THE ATTIC, BUT NOW WE KNOW HE'S THERE.
I'M THINKING THAT'S THE STORY THAT THE HOUSE WANTS ME TO TELL, THAT PEOPLE LIVED HERE, THEY LIVED THEIR LIVES HERE.
THE MAFIA CAME AND WENT, EVEN THE BORDELLO CAME AND WENT.
BUT PEOPLE SPENT THEIR LIVES HERE.
CHILDREN GREW UP HERE.
THAT'S WHAT THIS HOUSE WANTS US TO THINK OF IT AS.
