Home for the Holly Days.
[Pooh] I believe

Oh, hi! We're waiting for our
friend Holly the reindeer.
She's flying in from the North
Pole to come play with us!

I still can't believe
we actually know
one of Santa's reindeer!
- [Barking]

Oh goodness! It's Holly!
[bells jingling]
Holly, you're here!
- [Holly] Roo! Lumpy!
- Holly!
[laughing]
I'm so happy to see everybody!

Where's all the snow?
Well, there is no snow
this time of year. It's summer.
But, I've never been anywhere
without snow before.
It'll be OK, Holly.
We'll have fun anyway.
Yeah!
What do you like to do?
I like to play in the snow!
Reindeer games, and sledding,
and making snowmen.
But, how can we do all that with
all this green stuff around?
I know!
What if we make some snow?
Then we could play reindeer
games, just like you do at home.
Can you really make snow?
Well, we don't know how,
but I'm sure we know somebody
who can figure it out!
[horn sounding]
Time to slap my cap!

[barks]
And the Finder Flaggity says
Holly is waiting for us
at Roo's house.
Ooh! That's some eyesight

to Holly, Tigger.
She's waiting for us.
[gasps] The reinidy-deer

Well, then we'd better
get in reinidy-gear!

Super Sleuths!
We really need your help.
You see, we want to play
reindeer games
with Holly like
she does at home,
but there's no snow
to play them in.
No snow? No problemo!
Now let's see, snow is cold
and wet when you touch it,
so if we get something else
kind of coldish and wettish,
uh, Topeka!
We'll snow-ify this Wood before
you can say "Jingly Bells"!

Prezackly what we need to make
coldish, wettish snow stuff.
[Tigger] Ice cubes!
Please, hold your applesauce.

I'm not so sure
those ice cubes are working.
Unless you were trying
to make water.
[slurping]
Hmm. Talk about
the winter of our discontent.
I guess making snow's beyond
even our Sleuthing agilities.
Oh, I'm sorry, Holly.
It's just too warm for snow.
But then how can we have fun
like I do at home?
Don't worry, Holly.
The Super Sleuths will think,

and catch it with your antlers!

we don't have antlers.
None of us do.
Oh, I forgot.
I guess I'm used to playing with
my reindeer friends at home.

Welcome to the Wood, Holly.
I baked you Roo and Lumpy's
favorite cookies: rumpledoodles!
[gasping] Ooh!
And there's enough
for you Super Sleuths too!

What's the matter, Holly?
Don't you want
any cookies?

Back at home at the North Pole,
only Santa Claus eats cookies.
You mean you've
never tried one?
Reindeer eat fruits and veggies.
Like crunchy snow apples
and yummy carrots!
Mm, those sound very tasty.
I'm sure Rabbit has some
vegetables in his garden
he wouldn't mind sharing.
Yeah! We'll bring a whole
wheelbarrow full, Holly.
You can have your favorite foods
just like you do at home.
One order of veggie-tables,
as soon as we're
veggie-able. [laughs]
Mm! Those smell so good.
Rabbit picked this one
especially for you.
[growls]
Is something wrong, Holly?
My mommy always cuts
them up in little stars.
I guess nothing here
is the same as it is at home.
I know what that's like!
When I stay at
my Uncle Grumpus' house,
he doesn't have a nightlight
like I have at home!
Yeah and when I visit Lumpy,
his mom makes all kinds of food
that we never have at home,
but it's kind of fun
to try them.
That's it! All this time we've
been trying to make the Wood
the same as
the North Pole.
So that Holly could
have fun here
the same way
she does at home.
Why don't we show Holly all
the ways the Hundred Acre Wood
is different from her home?
Oh what a wonderful idea!
There are ever so many ways
to have fun in the Wood.
Well, here we are!
[gasps]
It's beautiful!
[laughing]
That flower is flying!
[laughs] No, silly!
That's not a flower,
it's a butterfly!
Haven't you
ever seen one before?
No. We don't have them
at the North Pole.
[laughs] It's like
it's playing with me!
I believe that's the first time
I've seen Holly smile all day.
When you can't ride
your roller skates ♪

It don't mean that you can't
find an indoor way to play ♪

Hi! Pooh and I made some
lemonade for our friends.
It sure tastes good
on a hot day.
Uh, perhaps just
a bit more honey.
Oh, well, that's strange.
My glass was full
of ice cubes a moment ago
and now they're gone.
Sounds like a Super Sleuth case
to me. To the Changing
Tigger, it's no mystery.
Pooh's ice cubes just melted.
When the weather's this hot,
it doesn't take long at all
for the ice to melt.
See? It turns right to water.
- [barking]
- Thirsty, huh, boy?
There you are, Pooh!
I've just made the most
wonderful drawing!
See? It took me all morning.
Oh Piglet, you have captured
the Poohish-ness

my crayons weren't!

your old crayons,

some new ones!

clear our minds
and imaginerate
how it's done.

I know that crayons feel kind of
waxy when you touch them.

they're made of the stuff

Now, where do we get wax?
Hmm, I know that bees
sometimes make beeswax
in their hives.
Perhaps they
will share some with us.
And some honey as well.

Beehives can be very dangerous.

He'll be on his best
beehive-ior.

as well, if it's not, um,
too much trouble?
[buzzing]

So how'd it go?
Well, apparently that is
none of our beeswax.
I'm ever so sorry,
Piglet. I Piglet?
[Piglet] Right here.
Piglet!
You should have said
something!
I didn't want
to raise a fuss.
Oh I'm sorry,
we couldn't get any beeswax
to make new crayons
for you, Piglet.
That's all right, Pooh.
I guess I won't be able to draw
any more pictures of my friends.
The Super Sleuths
aren't giving up, Piglet.
Since we can't make
new crayons,
we'll just have to keep looking
for the ones you lost.
Where would I go
if I was a bunch of crayons?
[groans]
Tigger, I don't think crayons
ever go anywhere by themselves.
Of course not. They always go
with other crayons.

No, not "Hello," yellow!
My yellow.
It's the paper from around
a crayon. A wrapper!
That must mean the crayons
are close by!
Look! Clue number two!
And it's blue!

There's another! Come on!

Black, I should think.
Brown!
Purple! Got it!
There's the red one!
Let's see,
uh, that's one, uh,
two, three,
four, five,
six, seven.
Hmm.
Oh! And there's the last one!
The green one!
That makes eight wrappers.
But no crayons.
Now how do you suppose
they got un-wrapped?
Oh goodness!
I just realized this is where
I drew my picture this morning!
I sat right here on this rock!
And I must have forgotten to put
my crayons back in the box.
So this is where all the
wrappers blew away from.
But that still doesn't tell us
what happened to the crayons.
Sleuths, we need to
[all] Think, think, think.
Now's the time to think,
think, think ♪
When you have a problem ♪

like the Super Sleuths do ♪

Well, here's what I'm thinking.
You know, in case
anybody's wondering.
I'm just glad it's not cold out!
You know because those poor
little crayon-y guys
are all walking around
without their wrappers!
You know what I mean?
Tigger, crayons
can't walk.
They don't have feet,
and besides
it's not cold out
it's hot.
It certainly is.
This rock is much hotter
than when I was sitting on it
this morning.
Oh my! Yes,
I suppose it's been
in the sun all day.
That's our answer.
Remember what happened to the
ice cube I held in my hand?
Oh!
Of course!
Remind me.
It melted!
But my crayons
aren't made of ice.
No, but wax melts when it
gets too warm, just like ice.
I think the crayons got so hot
on the rock, they melted,
and the wax dripped
right out of the wrappers.
Hmm. But where did
the melted crayons go?
You know, the Bear asks
a good question, does he not?
I mean, if they melted,
all the melty waxy stuff
would be around here somewheres,
wouldn't it?
Let's look around!
[clears throat]
Darbuddy?
Remember how you said
crayons don't have feet?
Well I got some news for you.
[Darby] Oh my gosh!
Little footprints in the wax!
Little tiny crayon footprints!
So Piglet's crayons
did run away!
Do you think crayons have feet,
or can run away?
I don't either.
I think somebody must have found
the melted crayons on the rock,
and taken them somewhere.
Someone with very tiny feet?
I guess we'll know when we get
to the end of these footprints!
[barking]
The trail leads right
to Rabbit's garden!
Look! Over by the lettuce!
[Tigger] So that's who
left the footprints.
Little waxy
Super Sleuths!
Oh my. Look at all the colors!
Oh and they're made
out of my crayons!
But what are they for?
Well isn't it oblivious?
To solve little
waxy mysteries!
Hello, little Pooh-bear.
Can you help?
Our little waxy mystery just
keeps getting bigger and bigger.
Maybe we need
to think smaller.
Like small footprints,
and small
crayon statues,
and maybe even
a little bug named
Small?
Hey there, my little
buggy-buddy!
Look at you!
Are you out of your jar
for the day? Huh?
I bet Small found the melted
crayon wax on the rock
and brought it
over here!
So Small is the one
who left all the footprints!
[squeaking]
But we didn't solve your
problem, Piglet.
You still don't have
any crayons to draw with.
I'm not sorry at all, Pooh.
Small put my crayons
to good use.
And look!
It looks like Small made you
a very special crayon, Piglet!
[Piglet] Well,
what do you know!
Now I can draw all
different colors at once!
And I can make pictures
of all my friends again!
And we can put a wrapper
around this crayon mystery
on account of because it is
history, don't you know.
Well, of course you do!
[Tigger]
Very colorful show today!
[Darby] I love it!
It looks just like me.
[Piglet] Hold still Tigger.
[Darby] Do you remember how
many crayon wrappers the
Sleuths found?
Let's count them. One
- Yellow!
- Number two! And it's blue.
Orange!
That makes three.
Number four is
- Black.
- Brown.
- Makes five.
- Purple!
- Six!
- There's the red one!
- Seven.
- The green one!
That makes eight wrappers.
