didn't even want to get better
because putting in the effort
to change seemed too hard.

something I could control,
but it was the other way around.
I keep moving through the cycle ♪

but I was still feeling so horrible,
and I didn't want him to worry.

I don't really get it.
For some people,
an eating disorder is about body image.
Losing weight, calorie counting.
But from my perspective,
your eating disorder is connected
to obsessions and compulsions.
Eating the right thing at the right
time and in the right circumstances.
Charlie, does that sound accurate?

become particularly intense,
that can trigger the urge to self-harm?
