River from 1977 to 1991.

initiated student-on-student violence
that was so emotionally
and physically damaging
that our client's trauma
continued right through his adolescence
in high school.

into a juvenile detention
centre for the attempted murder
of an older student, Jason Bear.

coerced into attacking
young Donald Christmas
for years.

of abuse used to categorize
the suffering of the claimants.
