They can use Dragon Slaying Magic through a Dragon Lacrima embedded in their body.
As for Sting-kun and Rogue-kun, like you, they were raised by Dragons, but also have a Dragon Lacrima implanted in their body the hybrid Third Generation! Third Generation?!
