CORETTA: This is

I'm surprised you had

KING JR.: Well, the box is for

CORETTA: What did
Daddy King have to say?
KING JR.: Hmm.
That he thinks he's
getting Kennedy elected.
CORETTA: Huh?
KING JR.: I told him
it's too soon to know if his
endorsement did anything.
But we both know who the real
kingmaker in this family is.

Jack is getting a whole lot
of mileage out of one
little phone call.
KING JR.: Corrie.
CORETTA: Hmm?
KING JR.: That phone call
probably changed the course of
the election, of history.
CORETTA: Well, all right,
I was just trying to get my
husband out of prison.
KING JR.: Hmm.

much to be thankful for.
