So, even with limited firearm training, you managed to hit your target under that kind of pressure.
I fired and he went down.

So, what's a guy like Couvreur doing hiring a guy like Falk? Wouldn't you think he'd look for a specialist? - He's our best bet so far.

He can't be frightened, and apparently he can't be bought.
The most likely suspects are Le Vent de Mer, Marseille's most powerful gang.
The leader is a man named Daniel Spinelli.
Nightclubs, drugs, prostitution, you name it.
Perrault took him and most of his lieutenants down on racketeering charges last fall.
Their trials are coming up.
This would be a great time to take out the justice minister.
That would discourage them from trying to convict these guys.
In the meantime, let's try to find Donny Stark and see if his newfound wealth is courtesy of a French connection.

He moved to Canada in '06.
he had connections to Spinelli and the Vent de Mer crime family.
Do we have an address for D'Angelo? Yeah.
He runs an import/ export business right in town.
