He's an expert in behavioral analysis.
DNI uses him
to profile foreign officials
and identify high-value targets,
for human intelligence
asset recruitment.
So he turns spies?
The DNI agents do the legwork.
But the strategy comes from Steiner.
He's played a critical role
in the intelligence war,
helped turn dozens of assets.
It says he's been in and out
of Switzerland for a year,
so I doubt he was there on vacation.
DNI confirmed that he was on assignment.
But they wouldn't give us any more info.
But they made it clear
that they're eager to have him
back in their ranks.

That's a hell of a loan to take
