I'm sorry, but I think it's now highly unlikely that you'll be able to carry your baby to term.
It will almost certainly have to be delivered in a few weeks.
Maybe a few days.

That's why my first recommendation is for you to check in to the hospital as soon as possible, maybe even tonight, so that we can monitor both you and the baby.
We have to try to prolong this pregnancy as long as we possibly can.
