Phil Keoghan: Previously on "The Amazing Race" 11 teams started out from downtown Chicago and raced all the way to the country of Iceland.

This country is built on a combination of glaciers and active volcanoes, and in the middle of this lava field are mineral hot springs called the Blue Lagoon.
This was the first pit stop in a race around the world.
Teams arrived here at the end of the last leg for a mandatory rest period.
The 10 teams waiting here have no idea what's in store for them.
They have to figure out how to get to the next yellow and red marker by solving clues they'll find in sealed envelopes.
Will Jonathan and Victoria's constant fighting slow them down or be a motivating force? And will Gus and Hera rebound from last place? Hayden and Aaron, who were the first to arrive at 4:57 P.

In accuracy, teams must successfully complete 3 games traditionally played by Vikings.
In one, they must toss the sticks to knock over these logs before knocking over the king in the center.
Then only one team member must throw an ax.
Once the ax is stuck, the other team member shoots an arrow into this target 30 feet away.
