Fear Factor (US) s07e01 Episode Script
Scorpion Tales
The stunts you're about to see were all designed and supervised by trained professionals.
They're extremely dangerous and should not be attempted anyone, anywhere, anytime.
- It all began ten years ago, at the dawn of reality television.
- I hate this.
- Audiences had never seen anything like it.
- Just try to stay calm.
- I don't think I can do this.
- Now the legend begins all over again.
- It's bigger - Oh, that's crazy.
Badder - And more intense than ever before.
- It's so hard.
- Welcome back Fear factor.
Fear factor's back, and it's crazier than ever.
Crazy.
- Oh, damn! - Grab it and eat it.
Eat it! - Tonight, four teams of family members, three stunts, one winner.
- Losing is not an option for me, and for my sister, I like to push her.
Hopefully, she doesn't cry, but she wants to prove a point so that's why I'm here.
- Everyone sees me as a wimp.
I might not have the strength, but I do have the brains.
- Me and my mom are the ultimate team.
I've never left her side since I was born.
We just kick ass.
- We have been through a lot together.
Matias means "gift from God," and, to me, he's the ultimate gift, and I love him dearly.
- I'm a little worried about my father's physical performance, 'cause he is kind of a bigger guy.
- Yeah, I'm fat, but I can move.
Got it? Don't get it twisted.
- We are doing fear factor because we're going to kick some butt.
We got some drive in these little bodies of ours.
Our father instilled some serious competitive within us.
There was just no failure.
- What's up, everybody? Welcome.
- Ready to do this? Everybody excited? - You might as well send the rest of 'em home now.
Send them packing now, Joe.
- Wow.
- Send them packing now.
- Very forceful.
All right, fear factor's back, and it's crazier than ever.
- That's right.
- Did you guys watch the show back in the day? - Sure did - now, uh, what about you guys? Brother and sister? - Yes.
- Brother and sister.
Brains of the operation, muscle.
You guys want to see some earthquakes? Boom, boom.
- Yeah, we want to see some-- is that an earthquake? - See that? They like to tremble.
- I think I saw that in a strip club once - I won't be doing none of that, no.
- So is everybody ready to do this? - Yeah, we are.
- Let's do this.
- Well, you four families have been brought here from all over the country for one reason-- to stare fear in the eye as you compete for $50,000.
To win the money, you will have to complete three extreme stunts.
Stunts that will test you not only physically, but mentally as well.
You try a stunt but fail to complete it, you're gone.
You try a stunt but don't do as well as your opponents, you're history.
But if you do succeed, you will move on to the next round and be that much closer to the cash.
Ready to see your first stunt? - Yeah, let's do it! - Well, here it is.
You and your partner will be flown in, hanging from that helicopter.
- Oh.
- Yeah.
- When the helicopter sets you down, you must run over to that cargo box and use the crowbars to pry it open, and then pull the lever, which will send that truck barreling towards that live ammo dump.
As the truck is moving, you must chase it down and hop into the back, so that you can rip open barrels and release as many flags as possible before the truck crashes through the barriers and into the live ammo dump.
- That is so sick.
- Whatever team collects the least amount of flags today will be eliminated.
We have randomly selected today's order, and Alex and Amanda, you guys are lucky number one.
Come with me, guys.
- Ba-boom.
- Boom, baby.
- Ba-ba-boom.
- Be the hottest thing on the west coast.
- That's-- - Alex and Amanda, so what's up? How you feel about this? - Oh, I'm so nervous.
- You're nervous? Yeah.
- I want that adrenaline rush.
- Now, what do you guys think about your fellow competitors here? - I think we're actually one of the stronger groups - Hmm.
- Because we have, like, power.
- Right.
- And then, like, they're old, and we're young.
- Mm-hmm.
Well, there's some young people in the mix too.
- Yeah, but they're girls, so they're going to have trouble because they don't have enough, like, as much power.
- They're not strong enough.
- They're gonna have trouble opening up the crate, but, see, that's why you got me here, 'cause you got twins right here.
- You know what you have to do.
- We're ready.
- Yes.
- Good luck to the both of you.
Good luck.
- Thank you.
Gruesome twosome right here.
- They seem to think they've got it all wrapped up, and their logic is you two have to deal with one older person, and that older person's going to slow you down.
- Ha.
- And then, you girls are girls, and they're not worried about you.
- We're used to it, we're used to it.
- We have dubbed you the Barbies.
- We're sporty, kickass Barbies.
- And Monica, how do you feel about being doubted like that? - It's just fuels my fire, I got to tell you.
It just makes me want to go faster, bigger, stronger, and harder.
- You go, girl.
- She's teeny, but she's got it.
- I passed on the shoulders and the muscle as you can see.
So yeah.
- All they did was just piss me off to be honest with you.
- So you seem to have a pretty strong mental outlook on things.
You pass that down to your son? - Yeah, I was a single parent, so we've been through a lot.
Ain't nothing we can't stand.
And, Monica, you raised him by yourself as well, correct? - Yeah, I did.
And I took him everywhere with me.
- And ladies, mom and dad together still? - Yup, they're South African, so they're a little different.
- They're South African? - Yup.
Our dad's really hard on us, though.
I mean, the last thing he said to us when we left the house was, "don't let me down.
" - Wow.
- All right, Alex and Amanda are getting picked up, and this is it! Here they go.
Look at this.
- Oh, my God.
They look like two little toys.
- We're on opposite sides.
- Relax, relax.
- All right, when it touches down, they're going to have to race over to the box and pry it open.
Time starts now! Here they go! They got it off.
They got it off quick.
They pulled the lever, truck is moving! All right, they're on the back of the truck, they're opening up the barrels.
They both got one.
- They're moving.
They better hurry before they run out of road.
They got two.
He's got two, they both got two.
That's four.
They're running out of road.
Oh, she's got another one.
Now he got one, that's six.
She got one more.
And time! - Yeah! - Oh, my God.
- That was awesome! - Wow.
Whoo.
Damn.
- Whoo! - Yeah! - Welcome back, welcome back.
Alex and Amanda.
First of all, how was that? That looked crazy.
What was that like? - That was gnarly, dude.
- Well, here's what happened, man.
The brain got more than the brawns.
- That's right.
- The brain got four flags, the brawn got three, man.
- I only had three.
- What's up, man? Your little skinny sister did better than you.
That's crazy.
- Well, that's why she's the brains.
- Hey, I told you I look muscular.
- Well, listen.
You guys set a very good bar.
Seven flags.
Did it in 49 seconds.
And now we move on to Monica and matias who are next.
- That's right, baby.
- Matias, obviously, you're in very good shape.
Your mother's a former professional body builder and fitness competitor.
What is it like having a mom who's so tough? - She just inspires me so much.
She'll just go and get crazy.
- Yeah, that's cute.
- And have you guys ever done anything together as a team? - Uh, I gave birth to him, he had part of that.
- Uh, sort of.
- All right, well, you guys know what you have to do.
- That's what we're going to do.
- Mwah.
- All you have to do is get eight flags to move on.
- Well this brawns is going to get more than that brawns.
- It's a battle of the brawns.
Good luck to you guys.
All right, you guys were just there, you just did it.
How do you think they're going to do? - Bad.
Yeah.
It.
- Really? Why is that? - He's too much of a mama's boy.
- Whoa! - I go, you go.
- He's going to panic? - He's going to panic, and then he's going to be like, "mama, what do I do?" - Him and his momma, they're touching each other-- - too close? - A little too much for me.
- Let's go, mama.
- I love you.
- A little too much.
- Making me feel kind of funny.
- I think it'll make a lot of people at home feel funny too.
You know, I hug my mom every time I see her, but then I let go.
- Sometimes you just got to let go.
- All right, here they go, Monica and matias.
- Let's go, mama.
Let's do it! - Go, mama's boy! - $50,000! - Time starts when they hit the ground.
Time stops when the helicopter picks them off the truck.
Oh, she fell.
Looks like everyone has a new favorite letter.
The w, new from Wendy's.
Double beef.
Double cheese And our signature sauce all served up on a buttered, toasted bun.
The w.
Now for just $2.
99.
Only at Wendy's.
Hey Wendy! Give me a w! Who starts the party And times it right? Who makes the toasts Warms your winter And kicks off theeason? Who knows how to make Christmas bright? Who's your Santa? Who's your Santa? There's only one who makes it right.
Jcpenney.
There's only one who makes it right.
- All right, here they go, Monica and matias are hooked up.
If they get eight flags, they will automatically advance.
Time starts when they hit the ground.
Time stops when the helicopter picks them off the truck.
Oh, she fell.
She caught up with him, they got the crowbars.
He almost dropped the lid on her.
- Go.
- All right, they're on the truck, here we go.
He got one.
- She's having trouble opening up the barrels.
She's just got the first one open.
She's really struggling.
He's got two.
He's moving pretty good.
Okay, she's got one.
She's starting to get the second one now, they got to beat seven to be safe.
- Hah! - All those muscles, huh? - They're running out of road, they better hurry.
They got six, that's close.
Time! - Oh, damn! - Whoa! - That was bigger than last time! - Whoa.
- Ye, that was awesome.
- Oh, my God.
- Yeah.
- Oh, my God, that was insane! - Six flags in 46 sends, and they're still holding hands.
- That stunt was epic.
Just to feel it and hear it, and just look in each other's eyes afterwards was--was amazing.
I mean, u could feel that heat and the sound, ba-boom-- it was phenomenal.
- Welcome back, Monica and matias.
- That's right.
- Good job, you guys.
- You guys got six flags in 46 seconds.
- Okay.
- Automatically, Amanda and Alex will move on to the next round.
- Congratulations.
- Whoo! - So tell me what happened.
It looked like you struggled in the beginning, you fell down.
- I slipped, yeah.
That's no joke.
- Think that cost you a little bit of time? - Of course it did.
I may get knocked down, but I get right back up.
- Now, Anthony, sr.
And junior, how do you feel about this stunt? - Well, I think it's definitely challenging, and somebody's going home today, and it ain't going to be us.
- Whoa! - Ain't going to be us, either.
- Good luck, good luck, go get them.
- Good luck.
- Head on out.
All right, how do you girls think they're going to do? - He's pretty big.
I don't know how he's going to do running and jumping on that-- - yeah, like they said, you got to be agile, you got to be fast, you got to move through those barrels.
I don't know.
- He doesn't look like he does too much cardio.
- I just don't know.
- We got to do this.
All we need is seven to stay in this game, man.
You know we need this money, dog.
You know my baby needs shoes.
So you know what? We got to do this.
You with it? - Yeah.
- You with it? - Yeah.
- You with it? - Yeah.
- Let's do it, then.
Let's do it, then.
- Matias, you proud of your mom? - I'm so proud of her, it's so cool to be able to have this experience with her.
- Moms rule.
Moms do rule.
- All right, here we go! Anthony, sr.
And junior are up in the helicopter.
If they get more than six, they will advance.
- That helicopter looks like it hasn't had its v8.
- You notice it's tilting on one side, Joe.
- It is.
- Do you see that? - Completely, yeah.
- It's completely tilted.
It is.
- All right, here they go! They touched down, they're running.
- Less than six, boys.
- Truck is moving.
They're moving good.
They're not having trouble like you, Monica.
Junior got one.
Dad got one too.
Oh, they're doing a great job with the barrels.
They're moving very fast.
- Come on, take your time, gentlemen.
Take your time.
- Looks like they got four.
More than six and they automatically advance.
That's five.
That's six.
They're running out of road.
Oh! That's six, but did they do it fast enough? - Oh! - Whoo! - Whoo! - Whoa.
- Here we go.
- Six, baby.
Six.
- Welcome back.
- Count 'em up.
- Well, listen, your time to beat was six flags in 46 seconds.
You guys got Six flags In 47 seconds.
- Yes, yes! - So, Monica and matias, congratulations.
- Yes, yes! - You guys move on to the next round.
- It's all right, dog.
- The most affectionate mother and son team.
Anthony, sr.
And junior, now it's up to up to Natalie and Olivia.
If these guys beat your time, or if they beat the number, then that's a wrap.
Natalie and Olivia, what's going to happen right now? - We're going to beat them! - You really think so? For sure? - Sorry, guys.
- That would be-- that would be terrible, would it not, gentlemen? To get beat by these little skinny, pretty girls? - We might have to, you know, relocate to another city if we lose.
- Go get it, girls.
- Good luck.
- Let's go, Barbie girls.
- That's right, Barbie girls.
- Men all across the world right now are watching fear factor at home, going, "come on, Anthony, sr.
And junior.
What's going on here?" - My wife might divorce me after this.
- 50 grand, 50 grand! - Aah! - Here comes Natalie and Olivia.
All right, here they go! They're having a hard time with the cargo box.
They're taking a long time with that.
They have to do better than six flags in 47 seconds.
They got a lot of time to make up here.
They're working on their first barrel.
- That's one.
They got to move quickly, because they struggled in the beginning.
They're slow on time.
She's got two.
They're struggling here.
- Ah, come on.
- Oh, she's shaking that one, she's having a really hard time getting it open.
They better hurry before they run out of road.
They only got three so far.
Looks like they got four.
- Uh-oh, uh-oh, uh-oh, uh-oh.
- Oh, they're running out of time! No! All: Oh! - Whoo! - Look at that.
- They need to beat six flags, they got five.
Congratulations, Anthony, Jr.
and senior.
You have made it to the next round.
- Sorry, dad.
We really wanted to prove everyone wrong, and, like, we weren't these Barbie girls.
We're going home today.
It's pretty devastating.
Dad's never going to look at us the same.
- Next time! - Congratulations to all of you.
You have all made it to the next round.
Let's get out of here and see what we have in store for you next.
- I'm real proud of how my dad performed yesterday, because when I was moving fast, he was moving fast.
So I was, like, "okay, the big man is rumbling.
Rumbling and tumbling.
" And so we're out of here with the green, baby.
- The other competitors may call me a mama's boy.
Whatever, whatever.
I love her dearly, and she's the dopest mom on the face of the earth.
That's the bottom line.
- Winning yesterday brought Alex and I closer, but we'll never, ever be as close as matias and his mom.
Hopefully.
- How's it going, man? - How's everybody doing today? - Good.
- Anybody get any battle wounds yesterday? - I got sore feet.
- Sore feet? - From the running.
- Might be time to drop a few, sir.
- You gonna have to help me with that, Joe.
- Well, I'm not going to help you with that today.
Today you might gain a few.
- Now that fear factor's back, we had to kick it up a couple of notches.
So prepare yourself, because here is your next stunt.
- Oh, my God.
- Awesome.
- What is that? - Oh, my God.
- I wanted to get Cindy something special this year.
- You went to kay.
She'll love it.
Trust me.
I know.
Ho-ho-ho-ho-ho.
- The charmed memories collection at kay jewelers each charm is hand-crafted in Italy, and with hundreds of charms to choose from, the possibilities are endless.
Create your own memories with charmed memories, one more reason kay is the number one jewelry store in America.
- I love it.
- Santa said you would.
No, really.
I don't have to settle anymore.
You're just talking about pizza though, right? Of course.
Right now, any pizza is just ten bucks when you carryout.
Any pizza, any size, any crust, any toppings -- only ten bucks when you carryout.
And only at your pizza hut.
Only ten bucks when you carryout.
These are giant scorpions.
- Oh, my God.
- Awesome.
- One of you will have to dive into that tank of black sludge and find a container filled with these giant scorpions.
Once you find the container, you must unscrew it from the bottom, and then pass it off to your partner who will then undo the wing nuts, releasing the giant scorpions.
You must then each eat five giant scorpions.
Whichever team finishes their scorpions the slowest today will be eliminated.
- We have randomly selected today's order, and Anthony, Jr.
and senior, you guys are lucky number one.
- Oh, yeah.
- They're fighting each other.
What do you think they're going to do to us? - All right, gentlemen, let's do it.
Good luck to you.
- What is that? - They're about to find out.
- All right, Anthony, Jr.
, Anthony, sr.
, you guys are first.
Set that bar high.
You know what you got to do.
Are you ready? - Ready.
- I'm going to count you down, in three, two, one, go.
Get in there.
He's trying to locate them.
Whoa.
- Oh, my God.
- They're screwed to the bottom.
Come on, let's go, Anthony.
- Damn, that looks nasty.
- All right, got one.
- Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
- Come on, guys.
- All right, junior, get cleaned up.
- Don't fall, don't fall.
- Ah, you got to get those wing nuts off.
Go, go, go.
Come on, Anthony.
You got one, you got two.
He's doing both at the same time.
Three Four, all right.
Drop it out, drop them out.
There's all the scorpions.
Come on, you got to help them.
One at a time, grab them and eat them.
Time is wasting.
There you go.
You got it.
You got it, you got it.
Grab it and eat it.
Eat it! Come on, junior, get one, get one.
You have-- each have to eat five.
Just grab it.
Don't think about it stinging you, junior, just do it.
Don't stare at it.
Eat it.
You're wasting time.
- You keep playing with it, it's just going to make it angry.
- That's right.
- Mm.
- Feeling good.
- Just eat 'em.
- Get 'em done.
- Peanut butter! Oh, peanut butter, baby.
It's peanut butter.
- Grab them, come on.
Let's go.
- Mm, yum, yum.
Eat them up.
- There you go.
There you go.
Oh, that's your second one.
Eat it, eat its ass! - Yeah.
- Yeah, Anthony, do it.
- Bite the out of him.
- There you go, sir.
There you go.
Excellent.
- Good job, good job, good job.
- Monica, you okay? You look like you're ready to puke.
- No, no, no, not yet, no, no.
- Not yet? - It's not happening.
- Come on, senior.
Nice.
All right, he's on his third.
All right, senior's hit his stride, junior, you got to catch up.
Come on, junior.
Don't-- no, junior, come on.
You're not going to throw up, man.
Don't allow yourself.
Junior, get in there, man.
Do it for your dad.
Come on, there you go.
Grab them.
Come on, junior.
You already got through the hardest part.
- Eat 'em! - Do it! - Eat 'em! - There you go.
Yeah.
- Listen to your father, junior.
Do it! There you go, there you go! That's what I'm talking about.
- Listen to your father.
- You got this.
- Two more each.
Come on, gentlemen.
Two more each, let's go.
All right, junior.
Number four, do it! Anthony, please, just do this.
Stop staring at that thing.
Do it like your life depends on it, man.
Do it! You're already doing it.
- Your life does depend on it, damn it.
- There you go.
There you go.
- Five minutes in.
All right, Anthony, sr.
Is going for his fourth.
- You're each on your fourth one.
- Whoo! - One more to go, gentlemen.
One more each.
Get it, junior, this is your last one, junior.
- Last one.
- Come on, come on, come on.
- Come on, dad.
Let's go.
- Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it, do it.
Your dad's still struggling with the fourth one.
There you go.
Good, good, good.
All right, senior's going to go for his fifth.
- Bite him.
- 6 1/2 minutes in.
- Oh, my goodness.
- Mm.
- Junior's almost done.
Done! - Junior is done.
We're just waiting on dad, here.
Waiting on dad.
- Come on, get him down.
Swallow his ass.
Hold it down.
Open your mouth.
Hold it down.
- Done! Time.
7 minutes and 15 seconds.
- Oh, my God.
- You look like you're in pain.
What's going on, man? - I don't wish that upon anybody.
- What was the worst part about it? - Biting it, and it's just-- Exploding in your mouth, and just that taste.
Chicken, chicken, chicken, but it was like, "no, it's not chicken.
" - It was probably the hardest thing I've ever done in my whole life.
- Really? - Yeah, I mean, and I like to eat.
I eat pretty much anything, but whew.
- Slide on down to the end please, and matias and Monica, move on up, 'cause you guys are next.
- Oh, look at this.
- Yeah.
- Nice and sticky.
- Okay.
- Monica, you were-- you were freaked out.
- Now I'm getting it out of my system right now, 'cause I've got some scorpions to eat so - And how are you going to approach this? What are you going to think while doing this? - Um, today's the anniversary of my father's death, and I haven't gotten the chance to see his grave, nor meet a sister of mine in Spain.
- Whoa.
That's heavy.
- I'm eating those scorpions 'cause I've got a sister I want to meet.
- All right, Monica and matias, get into position.
- All right.
- Good luck, guys.
- The time to beat is the time set by Anthony, sr.
And Anthony, Jr.
Of 7 minutes and 15 seconds.
In three, two, one Go.
- Go, baby.
Come on, get it.

- I've got two down.
- Mom's got two down.
Both of them working on their third.
- Anthony, sr.
And junior, you guys should be worried.
They're moving much quicker than you guys.
- See ya.
- Two minutes in, they have plenty of time.
- Mom, you're gonna be all right? - You're doing something crazy? Your channeling right now? - I am.
Mm - Done, he's done.
He's done three.
Look at her go.
- Ah.
- Done.
- They're both working on their fourth now.
- Come here.
Stop that.
- Anthony, sr.
, what do you think of their performance? - They're crazy as hell, that's what I'm thinking about.
- They're crazy as hell.
Indeed.
- He's got four down, he's working on his fifth and final scorpion.
- Which one do you want? You choose.
- Three and a half minutes in, you guys got plenty of time.
- This is a big one.
- Beautiful.
- There it is.
- This is her last one, both of you.
This is your last ones.
Get them down, get them down.
Come on.
Come on, come on.
- Done! Matias is done.
- Ah! - Done! Monica and matias, congratulations, and welcome to the finals.
Well done.
Four minutes and six seconds.
With time to spare.
- Oh, Joe, that was horrible.
Ugh.
- Matias, what does this feel like, watching your mom eat live scorpions? - I guess I know where I get my craziness from now.
It makes complete sense.
- Brother, sister, step on up.
Alex and Amanda, this is it.
- Yup, man, we're ready for this.
- So how do you feel about this, Amanda? - I'm so scared.
I want to pee my pants.
- Really? Matias didn't seem like he had any problems with it at all.
- That's 'cause he wants to look like a tough guy.
- That's because he wants to look like a tough guy? That is kind of being a tough guy.
- Yeah, what's the problem with that? You a little intimidated? - They might be jealous because we're young and good-looking, and they're a little-- a little older and not as good-looking.
- All right, 7 minutes, 15 seconds is the time to beat.
If you do that, you will have the opportunity to shut up matias and Monica in the finals.
- I'm thinking, "no.
" - Or get shut up.
- That's gonna happen for sure.
- For sure? - For sure that's gonna happen.
They're gonna get shut out, and they're gonna go home crying.
- Let's see about that.
- All right, head on up to your position.
Good luck to you.
- She's going to choke on it.
- Amanda and Alex, you know what you have to do.
Here we go.
In three, two, one Go.
Took a deep breath, and he's I let's see if he can do it all in one breath.
He's hanging tough.
- Nope.
- He might have to come up for air.
He's got it, that's it.
All right, Alex is getting cleaned up, Amanda, run down, slap it down, work those wing nuts.
Go, go, go.
She's going two at a time, here.
All right, you got to pick up the pace.
She's got one.
You got two.
You got to pick up the pace, Amanda.
They did this a lot faster than you did.
- Slow down, slow down.
You're going too fast.
- Did it a little faster, huh? - A little faster.
Three.
There you go.
Four, done.
All right, pour out the live scorpions.
Here we go.
- Time to beat, 7 minutes and 15 seconds.
- That's it, go right to it.
- Look at her, she's a gamer.
Biting you in the mouth? Is it biting you in the mouth? Nice and juicy.
That's interesting.
They never did that with anybody else.
- Done, she's done.
He's done.
Alex and Amanda, both done with the first one.
Moving on to the second scorpion.
- Oh, yeah, hurl it up.
Ooh, that feels good, huh? - Let it out, let it out, let it out.
- All right, he's on his third.
- Oh, oh, oh, no, that one-- - oh, oh.
- Oh, yeah.
That's right.
- Done.
He's done with this third.
He's on his fourth.
- Give it up.
- Alex is biting into his fourth scorpion.
- Ooh, that juice.
- She's done.
She's on her fourth.
Oh, it does not look good for Anthony, sr.
And Anthony, Jr.
- Chest bump.
- Chest bump.
Nice.
- Finish what's in your mouth and one more scorpion each, and you are in the finals.
It's that simple, folks.
- He's done, show me your mouth.
She's done, last one.
He's on his fifth scorpion, Amanda bit into her fifth scorpion.
- Oh, there's a little piece down there.
- Swallow what is in your mouth and you are in the finals.
- Done.
They're going to be waiting for you in the finals.
- That's it, that's it.
- Amanda's done, Alex is done.
That is it.
Congratulations.
You are in the finals, and you will be facing Monica and matias.
Your time was 3 minutes and 39 seconds.
- Joe, who was first place again? - Uh, you guys were first place again.
- Yeah.
- Well, we'll see what happens.
We'll see what-- we still got another day.
- Anthony, Jr.
and Anthony, sr.
, I'm sorry, gentlemen, but this is the end of your journey.
We got to send you off.
Take care, guys.
- Good job, boys.
- This event is something we did together, something we will be able to cherish.
It's to be celebrated.
We see ourselves as winners, and that's all that matters.
- We were here together and we fought together, and, you know, we lost together.
A lot of young men my age don't get a chance to even do anything like that with their fathers so I mean, I'm not mad.
- Congratulations.
You are all in the finals, and one of you families is going to walk away tomorrow with $50,000.
Let's get out of here now, and see what we have in store for you next.
Come with me.
- To make it here with my son, and to make it to the finals is second to none.
- Today, we're going to get that money.
We're taking it home.
This is our day.
- Everyone was doubting me coming into this show.
I proved to everyone, like, I'm not a weak person.
I'm like a beast.
- Amanda actually showed to me that she has no fear.
I never thought I would see that side of her.
- What's going on? - Welcome, welcome, welcome folks.
This is it.
We're down, we are down to two families in family fear factor.
First of all, we got rid of Anthony, Jr.
and senior.
I think those gentlemen underestimated the power of the women in this group, here.
- Yup.
Mm-hmm.
- But towards the end, everybody was a little bit worried about Amanda.
- You want to know why, Joe? - Why is that? - Oh, here it comes.
- Because we're, like, the toughest team, and no one's beat us this whole game.
- But, Joe, we need to remind you of something.
How far back have we been behind them? - Are you just saying you're an awesome second place? - No, we're--we're stepping into first place today.
- I got the brawns and the brains, and then the experience.
It's all in one right here.
- That's right.
And the experience - He's even got a hand movement.
It's all in one right here.
- Hey, matias, can you do this? Those are earthquakes, baby.
You hear the-- - Joe, I am way more ripped than this man right here.
- Look at that.
- Are you guys having a competition of who has the sexier body? - Look at that.
- Everyone, stop right now.
- Thank you.
- Well, listen.
It all boils down to today, folks.
Do you want to see your final stunt? - Yeah.
- Here it is.
- Oh, no.

The first and most important step toward accomplishing something is showing up.
And with the most advanced all-wheel-drive system in its class that adapts to conditions as they change, now all you have to worry about is what you accomplish when you get there.
How steroids can help sick tunt? - Yeah.
- Here it is.
You will both be strapped to the grill of that cement mixer as it speeds through this course, smashing and crashing through barriers along the way.
Your job is to get as many flags as you can before the truck slams through each obstacle.
The family today that grabs the most flags is going to walk away with $50,000 and the title of fear factor champions.
- Let's do this.
- Yeah.
- Let's go, baby.
- Now we have randomly selected today's order, and Monica and matias, you guys are lucky number one.
- That's right.
- Let's go.
- You ready to show everybody what's up? - Oh, yeah, we are.
- Come with me, folks.
- Let's go.
- Beauty and young are definitely beating old.
- That's right.
- Go.
Let's go.
- All right, Monica and matias, this is it.
It all boils down to this one one stunt.
- Yes, it does.
- So far you guys have had a pretty wild ride here.
- Yes, we have.
- What has it been like? - She is awesome.
She's great.
I can't believe she's been keeping up with the brother and the sister and the father and the son and the two sister teams-- for the moms.
- For the moms of America.
- Good luck to the both of you.
Good luck, good luck.
- Thank you, Joe.
- All right, matias and Monica are strapped in to the front of the cement mixer, and we are ready to get this thing rolling.
- This is our moment.
- This is us.
- Won't let anything distract us.
- Nothing's distracting us.
- Eyes on the prize.
- Nothing.
- So what do you think about these two? Are you happy they're going first? - I'm glad they're going first so I can see what they're going to mess up on.
- She has, like, little t-Rex arms so she can't really extend.
- $50,000.
- That's it.
- Time to do something great.
- I'm not leaving here without this money.
I'm not leaving here without this money today.
- What do you think of their relationship? - It's weird.
- Think so? - Fear? What's that? - All right, here we go.
It's moving.
- It's getting up to speed.
- This is us.
Right now.
Right now.
- Yeah! - Right now.
- 32 flags out there.
There they go.
They hit the first barrier.
- Oh.
They got a couple.
Now they're headed into the water.
It's in their face.
Oh, there's one sitting right over her left shoulder, stuck to the grill.
- Oh.
Oh, they're nailing those things.
- Yeah! - Look at that.
Oh.
And you got to recover from that.
Oh, man! - This is really hard to do.
They ran through the That's it.
- That was crazy.
I mean, you're getting nailed.
- Oh, look at that.
- I think you guys are in a little bit of trouble.
- Are you bleeding, Monica? - I am bleeding.
- What happened? - I got hit in the face.
You underestimate the impact.
- Are you fairly confident that you guys set a high bar and they're not going to be able to beat you? - Yeah, we're confident.
- What do you think is going to hold these two up? Why are they not going to be able to do as well as you guys? - I boxed for years, Joe.
And I've taken lots of hits in the face and in the stomach so I want to see if princess here can get hit in the face just as much.
- Oh, I can take a hit.
- I bet she can.
I bet if you punch her, she smiles at you.
Look at her.
- Okay, we'll see.
- All right, how many do you think you got there? - I don't know.
- Not sure, let's count them.
- One, two, three, four 10, 11, 19, 20, 21, 22 total flags.
- 22.
- Pretty sporty.
I tell you what, you guys set the bar very high.
Out of a possible 32 flags, you got a lot of them.
Obviously, it's crazy.
It's chaos.
It's mayhem.
- I think you should be very happy with what you did.
- Thank you, Joe.
- Alex, Amanda, what's up now? - We're going to get the extra ten that they left.
- The extra ten? You're going to get them all? - Yeah.
- That would be ridiculous.
Good luck to you.
Good luck.
Good luck.
- We can do this.
- Got this.
Don't get nervous, though.
- I'm not.
- Okay, good job.
'Cause I'm not either.
- Were there any flags that you feel like you almost got that are haunting you right now? - I have one or two.
- Yeah? - I got to tell you, yeah, but I think-- I think-- to be honest with you, when I got my lip hit, that that might've-- caught my pace a little bit, but then I got back, and we got to 22, so let's see what happens.
- All right, folks, they are on the truck.
It's ready to go.
And they're off.
Here they go.
The truck is getting up to speed.
And it's going to hit the first barrier.
There it goes! On my journey across America, I've learned that when you ask someone in Texas if they want "big" savings on car insurance, it's a bit like asking if they want a big hat 'scuse me or a big steak or big hair I think we have our answer.
Geico.
Fifteen minutes could save you fifteen percent or more on car insurance.

Ram.
Thank you.
For what? When things were tough, you kept believing in me You helped make this happen.
Thank you.

- And they're off.
Amanda is on the left.
Alex is on the right.
22 is the number to beat.
And it's going to hit the first barrier.
There it goes! - Through the boxes, through the crates.
More boxes.
- Boom.
They're getting the water.
Here's another one.
- Oh! Through those containers.
They're struggling here.
Oh! Man.
It's wild to watch it, isn't it? Oh! Oh, that is big.
Oh, that's-- it got stuck in front of them.
They can't see.
- That's going to cost them.
Oh! There was a moment where a piece of debris got stuck in front of them and they were trying to get it out of the way, and it looked like that might've impeded their vision.
- Hopefully it did.
Hopefully it did.
- How do you feel? What do you think? - I feel awesome, man.
- You think you got it? - Yeah.
- Yeah.
- We got this.
- You know what? Missed one.
Let's hope this one doesn't cost you, huh? - All right, let's get you guys down and count it out.
Amanda, hand me those.
- Tore it up.
- And let's see what we got here.
You need to beat 22.
This looks eerily similar to theirs.
This is--this is going to be close.
- Let's just count them.
- It's going to be close.
- Let's do it.
- Should we do it now? - Let's do it.
- Okay, let's do it now.
- One - One.
Two, three, four, five.
It's going to be close.
It's going to be close.
- Come on, Joe.
Please stop that.
Six--whoops.
Seven, eight, nine.
It's close.
- Joe! - So close.
Ten.
11, 12.
Pause for a commercial break.
- 13.
- 13.
- 14, 15, 16.
You need to beat 22.
17, 18, 19, 20 - 21.
I see it.
21.
- 21.
- 22.
- 22.
- 23, baby.
23, baby.
Give it--give it up! Let's go, Joe.
Give it up.
- 23.
- Alex and Amanda, congratulations.
Matias and Monica, it was very nice meeting you guys.
Thank you very much.
- Great time.
Thank you guys.
Alex and Amanda, this is it.
You guys won every single competition! You guys got past being yanked off the runaway truck into the explosives.
You got passed eating the disgusting scorpions.
You got the most flags here.
Congratulations, Alex and Amanda, you are our family fear factor champions.
- And evidently fear was not a factor for you guys.
Way to go.
The stunts you are about to see were all designed and supervised by trained professionals.
They are extremely dangerous, and should not be attempted by anyone, anywhere, any time.
- It all began ten years ago, at the dawn of reality television.
- I hate this.
- Audiences had never seen anything like it.
- You're just trying to stay calm.
- I don't think I can do this.
- Now the legend begins all over again.
It's amazing! Badder - And more intense than ever before.
It's so hard.
- Welcome back to fear factor.
Fear factor's back, and it's crazier than ever.
- Crazy.
- Oh, damn! - Grab it and eat it.
Eat it! - Tonight, four teams of exes compete in three stunts.
And one of the biggest stunts fear factor history.
- Ron and I, our relationship has been like an mma title fight for the last six years.
We do have a formidable look and we came here to intimidate.
- C.
C.
Is my ex-wife.
We've been divorced for well over a year now.
I still love her.
She's very bossy, very demanding, and for some reason, I get off on that, I guess.
- Ryan and I are exes from, like, four or five years ago.
Right now we're best friends.
- We're so competitive--I think that's what will shine through.
- And our skin, and our hair.
- We want to-- - our advantage is we are fabulous.
- Me and Shawn broke up because he is a womanizer, and quite arrogant.
- Every playboy has to have that hot female best friend to make him look human.
She fits that role perfectly, and I don't want any attachments.
I live an adventurous life.
Being on fear factor is part of that adventure.
- Hello, hello, what's up? How are you guys doing? What's going on? What's up, what's up? How are you, what's happening? Look at all these exes.
Yup.
- None of you beautiful people could work it out? - No.
- No.
- Which one of you guys are the closest to getting back together? You guys? Really? - Both: Yeah.
- It was that, or restraining orders.
- So maybe this experience of - This is a--this is a litmus-- - dominating on this show, and winning all this money, maybe that'll do it, right? Maybe that'll bring you together? - It could.
- And you two guys are probably the furthest away? - Definitely.
- Can't settle a playboy down, that's for sure.
- Are you a playboy, sir? - Absolutely.
We met at the playboy mansion-- - and out of all the dudes that were there, this is the one, huh? - Were you drunk? - She's got great taste, you can't-- - I was drunk, actually.
- Were you hammered? Yeah? - I was, I was.
- So all of you feel like you could work together well? - Yes.
- 'Cause this is it.
You four ex-couples have been brought here from all over the country for one reason, to stare fear in the eye as you compete for $50,000.
To win the money, you will have to complete three extreme stunts.
Stunts that'll test you, not only physically, but mentally as well.
You are too afraid to attempt the stunt, you will be eliminated.
Try a stunt, but fail to do as well as your opponents, you're gone, but if you do succeed, you will move on to the next round, and be that much closer to the cash.
Ready to see your first stunt? All: Yes! - Yeah! - Here it is.
You will race up that ramp, smash through that wall, and plunge into the tank of water.
As the car sinks to the bottom, you'll be trapped inside until you can unscrew those wingnuts to open the box and release those two flags.
Once you reach the surface, you must post the two flags to stop the clock.
The team that does this the slowest today will be eliminated.
We have randomly selected today's order, and Jillian and Ryan, you guys are lucky number one.
- I'm ready.
- Heck, yeah! Come with me, come on.
- Don't mess your hair up.
- It's okay.
- She won't.
- I was talking about him.
- I'm sure there's a mirror in the car somewhere.
- All right, Jillian and Ryan.
So explain to America what happened with you guys, how come you broke up? - We're friends, but we're just not good lovers.
- You're not good lovers? - No.
- Dude, you might be the whitest guy in America.
Are you a vampire? - This might be the most sun I'm getting all year, so-- - if you auditioned for twilight , and I was a casting director, I'd be like, "let's call this guy back in.
" - Nice.
- Oh, thank, Joe.
- Good luck, guys.
- Thanks, baby.
- Good luck.
- Thanks, Joe.
- All right, folks, what do you think about these two? - They're gonna choke.
- They're gonna choke? - Yeah.
- Really? - Whoo! - Okay, girl, you gotta rev that engine.
- This is not like my Mercedes.
- It's gonna ruin their hair, they can't stand that.
- You think so? - Yeah, they've already drowned, as far as I'm concerned.
- Who's your biggest competition here, do you think? - Nobody.
- Nobody? - My motto in life is to minimize worries and maximize life experiences.
- Do you write all this down before you say it? - No need to, I live it.
- He has a book.
- And what is your book, so people can not buy it? My book is called, the showstopper lifestyle.
- And is it you on the cover, - in, like, furs, going like this? - Yes, actually, minus the fur.
- - That is exactly what it is.
- No furs? - We got this.
- Got this.
- Jillian and Ryan, I'm gonna count you down! In three Two One Go! - You got it, you got it.
.
- I got it, I got it.
- Oh, my God! - Whoo! - No, no.
- After that impact, I doubt they had a chance to even catch their breath before they were completely under water.
All right, they have got to unscrew those wingnuts and release those flags, and .
They're doing two at a time.
They've been down there a long time.
Looks like they got it open.
All right, they popped up! They've got 'em! Now they gotta swim over and post the flags to stop the clock.
- Come on, babe! - He's helping her up.
- Whoo! - Can we get-- I dropped it.
- That's gonna cost them.
- Get it, get it, get it.
- I know, get 'er done! - Time! - Oh! - Wha! - Oh, my God, baby! Oh, oh.
- Welcome back.
- Whoo! - Your time was 1:10, congratulations.
- Whoo! - There they go.
- Good job.
- C.
C.
And Joe, what do you guys think about this? - We're ready.
- You're ready? - We've been ready all day, absolutely.
- Joe, you're the quiet one here, huh? - She told him to shut up.
- Are you bossy? - Only when need to be.
- Is that why you guys broke up? - No, but--although I did order the breakup.
- You ordered-- but are you both happy that you're broken up? - I definitely--there's times I miss being, uh, miss being married, and all that, but, um-- - it seems to me that you would like to be back with her, but she would not like to be back with you.
- Come on, just admit it.
- All right, whatever, you're 100% right, Joe.
America.
- Laughing her ass off, like it's the funniest thing in the world.
- No, but, you know, we're best friends.
We're best friends, we're okay.
- You are, but-- - and we raise a son together, so everything real cool.
- Right.
All right, get on out there and do it.
Go on.
Good luck.
Good luck.
Go get it.
- All right, we're outta here.
- All right, Joe.
- Let's get some predictions.
You guys have been there, what do you think? How are they gonna do? - Please.
- I don't know if-- please? - Please.
- With her attitude-- - Ooh.
- Please? - So I know we can totally do this.
- You look great.
- I look great? - Let's do this.
Let's do this, come on.
- If nothing else, I look great, right? - Yeah, let's go.
- I look at this as the first step on his long, arduous journey to becoming a man again.
When he comes out of that water, I hope he leaves the anchor in there.
- Oh, boy.
- All right, c.
C.
And Joe, I'm gonna count you down! In three Two One Go! - Here we go.
Get us there, get us there, baby.
There you go, good.
- Oh! Whoo! - Oh, man, they hit it hard.
There goes their last breath! - All those bubbles from the sinking car make it near-impossible to see anything.
They got the flags! Moving a little slower than Ryan and Jillian.
They passed the time of 1:10, you guys are in.
Both: Whoo! - Yeah, baby! - Time stops when the second flag's clipped.
- Oh, no, not yet, not yet.
A scramble.
Time! 1:20! - Oh, all right.
- So you guys got faster, congratulations.
- You are automatically in tomorrow.
Shawn and Jenny, you guys are next.
- We are ready.
Team showstopper.
- How'd you get that moniker? - It's the showstopper lifestyle.
Minimizing worries, maximizing life experiences.
No fear, showstopper is here.
- Okay, any concerns about drowning, swimming? How's your swimming? You okay? How's your swimming? Oh, they call me aquaman.
- Do they call you aquaman? Showstopper, aquaman, what other nicknames do you have? - Man of 1,000 nicknames.
- You ready to get this party started? - Let's do it.
- Ready! - Get on out there, kids.
- Go get it, good luck.
Good luck.
All right, welcome back, c.
C.
And Joe.
How was that? - What, no clapping? Come on.
- Yay! - Come on.
- How was that? - You know, it was intense.
- What was that like? - It was awesome.
It was cool.
- Joe, did you do it really fast, 'cause you were worried she was gonna yell at you? - No, not at all.
No, no.
It was a lot more than I expected.
You know, when you kinda got under there, it was a little disoriented.
- Uh-huh.
- And then all of a sudden, when the car goes down, man, it just goes down.
- I'll grab the flags.
- And then I grab your ankles.
- Yup.
- You better not take off without me.
- I won't.
- The playboy and the beautiful blonde.
- All right, let's see how Shawn and Jenny pull this off.
- I'll feel so much better after this is done.
- The sun is dipping down, so the water's gonna be getting murky, so it's gonna be a little harder for them to see.
- All right, are you guys ready? - Yeah! - In three Two One Go! - Here it goes! - It's the grotto at the playboy mansion.
- Let's see what happens.
Taking some time.
I don't know if they can hold their breath much longer.
All right, they're up.
Here they go! - Grab on to me, babe.
- She's hanging onto him! Oh, wow.
Oh, he's gonna try to swim with her.
Oh! - She can't swim! - He left her! - She's going under.
Whoa! This is nuts! - Hey.

Whoa! Whoa, this is nuts! - He left her! Whoa! She's going under.
- My God.
God.
- Oh, they had to rescue her.
- Would you really go under there, not knowing how to swim? - Everybody knows how to swim.
- Maybe he talked her into it.
He got into her with that showstopper lifestyle thing.
- Well, he almost stopped her show, that's for sure.
Yeah.
- You know what? This is a life lesson.
- I don't need your life lesson, you took off without me.
- I waited there for you.
No, you didn't.
Come on.
Team showstopper till the end.
- All right, obviously, they were disqualified.
The safety divers had to come and rescue 'em.
Congratulations, c.
C.
And Joe.
- You guys automatically move on to the next round.
- Thank you.
- Way to go.
- Ron and Julie, it's your turn.
- All right! - Go do it.
- Do it, you guys.
- You got this.
- Show 'em what you're made of.
- Good luck.
Maybe this'll keep your relationship together.
Shawn and Jenny, come on back in.
- So what happened out there? - I don't know how to swim.
- You don't know how to swim at all? - It seemed like the strategy was, he was gonna rescue you.
- He was gonna swim and carry you.
- He was gonna help me - My strategy was to-- - and then he took off Without me.
- Listen, though, you were bold and very brave to do it, and, uh-- mind if I jump in here? - Yeah, sure.
- Today we've done a lot of talk about fantasies, but obviously, we just got hit by a big, giant dosage of reality, and for me, obviously, I think I needed a little bit of a dosage of humility, and I feel really humble right now, but most of all, I feel very, very proud of being with this girl who had never been underwater in her whole life.
- Yeah, you did amazing.
- And she did an amazing job.
I think she was very brave, and I'm very proud, this sweet, beautiful woman right here-- - you're coming out of this okay, you know that? - You're--you are from a long line of cocky dudes who have failed on this show.
- Failed big.
- I think you're ending it on a high note, though.
Congratulations to you for doing that.
- Thank you very much.
- I'm sorry it didn't work out for you, but, uh, very nice meeting both of you.
Thank you.
- Very nice meeting you.
- Thank you, great to meet you.
- Take care, you guys.
- Good luck, guys.
Thank you.
- Bye.
- Nice to meet you guys.
- Thank you, guys.
- They actually pulled out of that tailspin fairly well, right? - I'm really upset that we're going home.
- We kept calling ourself "team showstopper," unfortunately, today the show was stopped.
- It's down to Julie and Ron.
How are they gonna do? - I have no idea, 'cause I thought, actually, red team was gonna kick our butts.
- I've done 148 episodes of fear factor over six years, and let me tell you something, those guys always fail.
- It's ridiculous.
All right, guys, it's been long day.
We're doing this one under the lights.
- It's easy to be brave when you're watching this.
Not so easy when you're sitting in a freezing cold car.
- All right, are you guys ready? - Whoo! - Go! - I'm gonna count you down! Here we go! In three Two One Go! - Oh, my God! - All right, they're off, here it goes! - Oh! - All right, they're going for it! All they have to do is complete the stunt to move on.
They're spending some-- oh, here they go, they're up! - Oh, he's a strong swimmer, he's a strong dude.
So is she! - Uh-oh.
Uh-oh! - Oh, look at that ladder, quick! - You guys got it! - Oh! - Time! - Whoo! - Very fast, guys! - Whoo! - One minute, even! - Let's hear it for the old folks! - Welcome back, Ron and Julie, way to go! Way to go, with the fastest time of the day.
One minute, even.
- Smoked it, man.
- Congratulations to you all for making it to the next round.
Let's get out of here, and see what we have in store for you next.
Come with me.
- What do they have next for us? I'm a little bit scared.
- Just listening to hear him talk right now, and he's a little scared, It's just a little bit nerve-wracking.
Because I'm expecting him to pull out a serious "a" game.
- What me and Ryan have is, you know, we communicate really well, and we're best friends, and I think relationships are more important than anything, so try and break us.
- This breakup is extremely fresh, so anything that we do conjures up all the fights and arguments, and we're just trying to stay focused on being a team and not letting the rawness of the breakup affect our performance.
- Hello.
Welcome back, everybody, hello.
- Thank you.
- Good to see you, good to see you.
- Thank you.
- First of all, how did everybody recover from your near-drowning experience? - Sore neck.
- I was sore.
- Is it bizarre to be working with each other, being ex-husband and wife? - No, that's easy, because we're still in contact every day, so that's not-- that's not an issue.
What is this? - I don't know about-- - he's always calling me.
- He talk-- he's always calling you.
- Don't you lie, either.
- All right, well, you guys are all exes, but here's something that may just bring you all back together.
- Oh, God.

- No, no.
Inside this tank - Is over 3,000 gallons of cow's blood.
What? Oh.
- I just got chills.
- You and your partner will be bound together by the wrists, and you will alternate dunking into that tank to retrieve These.
- Cow hearts.
- Ew.
- Oh, my God.
- One at a time, you will alternate dunking down into that tank, retrieving a cow heart, and then stuffing it into your partner's mouth - What? - Who will then attempt to spit it into that box.
The team that transfers the least amount of cow hearts in three minutes will be eliminated today.
- We have randomly selected today's order, and c.
C.
And Joe, you guys are lucky number one.
- Number one.
- Oh, God.
- From broken hearts to cow hearts.
- Well, that heart's certainly bigger than mine.
- Probably.
- That is a heart, she doesn't have a heart.
- Ready to get the party started? - Let's do it.
- Go get yours.
- Good luck, guys.
- Thanks.
- How glad are you guys that they're going first? - Very happy they're going first.
- This should be easy for her.
She's used to chewing hearts and spitting 'em out.
- All right, Joe and c.
C.
, step on up.
Let's do it.
Here it comes, folks, it's about to go down.

That's six! All right, she's got one.
She's shoving it in his mouth! - God, you can't see anything.
- Come on, Joe! Seven! Come on, guys, let's go! Oh! She dropped it! She dropped it! Pick it up again! That's gonna cost you! All that moving around displaces a lot of the cow hearts, makes it hard to find 'em.
- You got one? - No! - Ten! - Nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two - One Time! - Oh, my God.
- Good job, guys, you got eight hearts.
- Oh, it's in my teeth.

- It looks likerrie.
- I feel light-headed.
- Welcome back, Joe and c.
C.
- Whoo! - Oh, my God.
- Good job.
First of all, what did it taste like? - Like you bit your tongue.
- Yeah, it's just lingering in my mouth, it's in my ears, it's up my nose.
I don't wish that on my worst enemy.
- Really? - Right now on these guys, yes.
- Well, you got eight, but, Joe, there is that one that you missed, that I hope does not come back to haunt you.
- I couldn't see.
- You can't see.
- Oh, I'd imagine.
- You cannot see.
- It's a crap shot.
- I don't know how she was doing so well, - I mean, I-- - she's a good spitter.
- Spitter, that's right.
- Yeah, I've had her-- - Amen to that.
- Well, listen, you got eight hearts in the box, so let's hope that holds up for you guys.

- Thank you.
- But not so much.
- All right, you guys have been there, how do you think they're gonna do? - Six.

C.

One Time! Nice, ten! You guys move on to the next round, congratulations.
- Whoo! - I went down the first time, and I couldn't find anything.
And I was losing my breath, and I started panicking, and I started, like, feeling like I was gonna puke.
- Look, you guys did an excellent job.
- Nice.
- You're in the finals, congratulations.
- Whoo! - Good job, guys.
- And who knows, maybe a reunion.
- Until we get into the car.
- All right, Jillian and Ryan, you must be c.
C.
And Joe's count of eight cow hearts.
- I'm actually kind of nervous, I have a cracked tooth, and I'm not gonna push it and break it, it's not worth losing a tooth.
- So if you feel like your tooth is going, you're just gonna quit.
- What can you do? - We got this, though.
- Really? I'll be very gentle.
- Get in there, make it happen.
- Whoo! - Good luck to you.
- Oh.
- Come on! - What you think about her talk about a chipped tooth, and-- - uh, that might come into play.
Those cow hearts are sinewy and nasty.
- Ryan and Jillian, step on up to the tank.
- I'm so short.
- Just do it.
- I don't remember being that thin anymore.
- All right, Ryan and Jillian, this is it, in three TwoOne Go! And he's under.
- Oh.
And he's got one.
She's got it in her mouth.
Oh! The first one's short.
She's got it.
It's in his mouth.
- Boom! That's one.
Nice! Nasty.
- 30 seconds in! One, two--oh! - It's off the rim, we got two.
Two in! You've got to beat eight to move on.
- Three! We got three.
Oh.
He's gonna get that blood in his eyes, for sure.
That might hurt him.
All right, she's got it.
Ow! - Missed it.
- I didn't know, I can't see a thing.
- You got three in, come on, guys, pick it up! All right, he's got it.
- Nice! That's four.
A minute, thirty.
You guys are halfway there.
Let's go, pick it up! - All right, she's got it.
There you go.
- Oh, no! Three misses, this is devastating! - I can't reach, babe, I'm too short.
- Halfway there, you guys.
- Right here, right here.
All right, he's got one.
- Good! - Good.
- That's five! Four more, and you're in! - Here.
- Go.
Good.
- Six! We need to speed up.
- Seven! Two more! 30 seconds left.
Come on guys, let's go! It's gonna be close.
This one ties Joe and c.
C.
! Oh, God! - One more! One more, and you got it! - Oh, my God, this is to the wire.
Oh! - This is it, guys, this is the last one! - Here, right here.
Go, go, go, go.
- Oh.
- Ten seconds left! - Go, go! - NineEightSeven Six - You got this, you got this.
- FiveFour - I just touched it.
It's your turn, baby.
ThreeTwo One Congratulations, Ryan and Jillian! You guys have moved on to the finals! - And you are that much closer to $50,000! Joe and c.
C.
, I hope you guys have had a good time.
- Yes.
- It was very nice meeting you both - all right, dude, ciao.
- Take care.
- Joe.
- Good-bye, guys.
- Very nice to meet you.
- It was the ninth heart that didn't make it into the box that caused us to lose.
- But to see c.
C.
So upset is very upsetting.
I wish I could do something for her, but we gave it our best, and I gotta be satisfied and live with it.
- Number nine that never made the barrel.
- Don't--knock it off, you know what? We made it here.
- Oh, my God.
- Congratulations.
- You still look great.
- I can't believe it! - You are now in the finals, the four of you Will be competing, two teams for $50,000 and the title of fear factor champion.
- Yeah! - Let's get out of here and see what we have in store for you in the final stunt.
Come with me, guys.
- Yes, we're gonna get you showered.
Come on.
- The baggage we have between us is a motivating factor, because there's so much pride involved.
So even though we may go in with animosity toward each other, and possibly wanting to poke each other's eyes out, losing isn't an option.
- It seems like everybody else is fighting, and me and Ryan are actually closer than ever.
I think we're gonna win, and we're gonna look good doing it.
- What's up, what's up? - What's up, Joe? - Welcome, welcome! This is it, folks, we are down to two--sorta couples, former couples, Current couples, kinda? - I think they're e perfect couple, I'm gonna be honest.
- Really? - I think that if I've ever seen a more perfect couple, it's them.
- Are you ready to see your final stunt? - Yeah! Let's do it.
- Yay! - Bring it.
- Here it is.
You and your partner will start out inside that bus.
On "go," you will make your way up onto the roof, where you will then grab a hold of the lines dangling beneath that helicopter.
The helicopter will fly you over the lake, dropping you into a speedboat.
- Once you hit the speedboat, you must then grab a set of keys and swim over to the cargo net that's dangling beneath that helicopter.
Once on the net, you will climb up and use your keys to unlock a backpack, which has flares inside of it.
You will then light those flares, and toss them onto that fueling station, blowing the whole thing sky-high.
- Oh, my God! - What? - Whoo-hoo! - The team that does this the fastest today will win $50,000 and become fear factor champions.
What? - Oh, my God! Awesome.
- Now we have randomly selected today's order, and Ryan and Jillian, you guys are lucky number one.
- Oh, my God! - Yeah! - Way to go, kids.
- You ready to do this? - Yeah.
- Let's blow some up.
- Don't play with fire.
- Come with me, kids.
Let's do it, come on.
Come with me.
Good luck.
- I don't even know what he just said.
- You're gonna have to carry me on this one.
- I mean I'm square nickels right now thinking about it, but I want to do it.
- All right, kids, this is it.
A lot of people underestimated you guys on the first day, right? You guys looked a little too friendly, a little too sweet.
- Well, we are friendly.
- Yeah.
- Yeah, but when it comes down to it, you're fierce, right? - We'll win.
- This is true.
- Time starts when the horn blows.
Time stops when you blow up that fueling station.
- All right.
- Do it faster than teeasy rider, and team twilight wins $50,000.
- Yay! - That's--we're--okay.
- Thanks, Joe.
- Good luck to both of you.
Good luck.
- All right, team twilight is ready to rock and roll.
- All right.
- You guys are team easy rider.
I don't know if you know that.
- Nice.
You like that? I'm down with that.
- It works, right? And they are ready to rock and roll.
- All right, here we go, they're off.
They're each racing to their ladders, they're climbing up top.
- Oh! - Oh, my God.
It's 4g, so you can do more faster.

- All right, they climbed into the bus, the helicopter has started up, they are ready to rock and roll.
All right, here we go.
They're off.
They're each racing to their ladders, they're climbing up top, - Now they gotta grab hold of the lines being dropped by the helicopter.
He's got his, he passes to her, they both have 'em.
Now the helicopter's gonna pull them away.
- Grab my hand! - I can't! - They're trying to reach each other, so they don't swing around.
- Oh, my God.
- OhMyGod.
- Here they come! - Oh, my God! - Whoo! - Oh, God.
- All right, here we go, folks, here we go.
- Oh, my God.
- Now the helicopter's gonna drop them into the back of that speedboat.
Here we go.
- Wow! - Ah, look at 'em swinging all over the place.
- Oh, my God.
- All right, they're approaching the boat.
Once they get inside, they gotta grab the key ring And get ready to jump off the boat.
- Whoo! - All right, they're in.
They're grabbing their keys.
- He's got his key, and she's got hers.
All right, now they have to jump off and climb up the cargo net.
- Man, I'm gonna throw up.
- This is scary.
- You're doing-- you're good.
Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
- Here they go! Oh! They jumped off way early.
Now they got a lot of swimming to do.
They jumped early.
That was a big, big, big mistake.
The rotor wash, too, makes it so difficult to swim into it.
- Oh, she can't get there.
- She's back-kicking.
- He's a strong swimmer, but she's doomed.
She's slowly closing in on the net, but this is costing a lot of time.
- Sink! - She still hasn't gotten close to him.
- Oh, he's going back to help her.
All right, now they're up.
Oh, he's not on the net good, look, he's just hanging there.
He's tiring his arms out to pull himself up, he didn't get on the net well.
- This is crazy! - They're both exhausted right now.
Now remember, they have to climb the net now, to get to the backpacks, use the keys, unlock the backpacks, get the flares, and then blow up the fuel station.
This is a huge task here, and they are exhausted.
All right, they missed their first attempt, they're gonna spin around again.
They haven't gotten to the backpacks yet.
There's a tremendous amount of time that they left here for you guys.
No doubt about it, this is hard, but they made a critical error in jumping off too soon.
They're close.
They're exhausted.
- Oh.
- Oh! - That was him! He fell off! - Oh, he fell! - It's totally up to her now.
She's exhausted.
Look at how slowly she's moving.
She barely has the energy to put the key in the lock.
But they still have a shot.
Only one flare needs to hit the station.
But now the chances are not that good.
All right, she's got the backpack open, she's gotta grab the flares and drop it.
Hopefully she's in the right position to throw it.
She's throwing it-- oh, she totally missed.
- There's three more flares in that backpack.
She armed the flare! She's just so exhausted, she's having a hard time just hanging on.
- Fall off, already.
God, get it over with.
- Here she comes.
- Whoa! Nice! - 5:46 is the time.
- All right.
- You guys beat that, that's all she wrote.
Uh-oh, it looks like they're in trouble.
- I can't breathe.

Will you marry me? Will you marry me? - Will you marry me? Male announcer: Before saying those words, there's one word every man should know.
- Leo.
- Leo.
- Leo.
Announcer: The Leo diamond at kay jewelers, a fire, sparkle, and brilliance so intense, it is the first diamond ever certified to be visibly brighter, one more reason kay is the number one jewelry store in America.
Yes.
Yes.
- Yes.
- One, two, three, up.
- You're going up in that, okay? Okay, we're gonna sit her up right here.
Okay.
All right.
- I wasn't able to get any breaths.
- Can you open your eyes? - She is over at an ambulance getting oxygen, and he's getting worked on by the medics.
That's how physically taxing this thing is.
They're both literally broken down.
Make you nervous? - Yes! I was nervous before you said that.
- Doesn't mean that you guys are gonna be that tired, but you're gonna be tired.
- No, I know, there's no doubt.
- It's tough, it's difficult.
- There's no doubt.
No, I'm kinda feeling my lunch coming up right now, just thinking about that.
- 5 minutes and 46 seconds.
Beat that, and it's over.
- If you guys win this, will you get married? - We were fighting about it.
- You were fighting about the wedding? But you're seriously considering it? - I am.
- You're seriously considering it? - Yes.
- Are you serious? - I'm not--yes, I'm serious.
- So let's get married.
- You're gonna marry her, dude? - To who? - Oh, no, you didn't.
- I'm just kidding.
I'm sorry.
- Maybe if you get married, you won't fight as much.
- The--okay, that's my theory.
- That's not-- that theory sucks.
- - That is--oh.
- That theory's ridiculous, and I was just joking.
- Good luck to ya.
- Thanks, Joe.
- All right, thank you.
- Go get it.
Welcome back, Ryan and Jillian.
How's everybody doing? - Exhausted.
- You guys had to go see the medics.
You were exhausted.
What happened? What was the most tiring part of it? - The swimming.
- The swimming.
- I felt like I was drowning.
- The climbing was hard for me.
- Do you think that exhausted you to the point where you fell off the-- climbing the net later? - No, I honestly think that-- I don't know what happened, because I got to the backpack, and I didn't feel so exhausted, like I couldn't do it, and then all I remember is falling.
I think I seriously might have blacked out or something.
- All right, well your time was 5:46.
If they can't beat that, you guys win, and it's that simple.
All right, Julie and Ron are in the bus, the helicopter is up overhead, - Here we go! Oh! Oh! Oh, yeah! - Ah! Ooh! - Jump up! - Whoo! - They're reaching for the lines.
- No! All right, they've got the lines.
Okay, they're up! - Whoo-hoo! - Ahh! - All right, now the helicopter's gotta catch up with the speeding boat and drop them in the back, so they can get the keys.
They're dropping 'em in the boat.
They've got the keys.
- Not yet.
- Here they come.
They're waiting, trying to get closer.
- Go! Go.
- They're in the water.
They jumped closer than you guys, but it looks like they're moving slow and steady.
They're conserving energy, that's their strategy.
Much slower than you guys.
All that rotor wash is getting him right in the face.
It's hard to swim into that.
All right, he got to the cargo net first.
She's right behind him.
They're exactly on pace with you at this point.
All right, she's there too.
All right, they're up.
They're climbing the cargo net now.
- That's really fast.
Oh, my God! - They way she's doing it, she's putting a lot of power and pressure in her arms.
By leaning back like that, she's forcing her hands to do a lot of the work.
They're almost at the backpacks.
They gotta get to the top, get to the backpacks, unlock the backpacks, and retrieve the flares to blow up the fuel station.
This taking their time could come back to haunt them.
This could be very close.
The chopper is heading back for a second pass.
Looks like Ron's got his backpack open.
Now he's gotta reach in there, and grab a flare and blow up that fuel station to stop the clock.
Oh, he's still struggling with the backpack.
Julie's got hers open.
She's got a flare.
All right, they've both got flares, that'll help.
The flare is lit.
But will he hit the platform? Remember, it took you guys a couple of tried.
- Whoo! - 4:27.
- Oh.
- This is the end of the line for you guys.
It was very nice meeting you, though - Thank you.
- And you're gonna be on an awesome show.
- Thanks.
Take care.
- Whoo! - Ron and Julie! - Whoo! Yeah! - Whoo! - The time to beat was 5:46, you guys got 4:27! - Whoo! - Congratulations! - Whoo-hoo! - You guys escaped from the sinking car, you got through the vat of blood and the cow hearts.
- Ahh! - You got the best time here, and you are ofear factor champions! - Yes! - Congratulations, - whoo! - And, definitely, fear is not a factor for you guys.
- Yeah! - Whoo! - Way to go! - Whoo! - So tired, man.
- Yeah.
- Whoo!
- Got the wheelbarrow going on here.
It's a good technique.
- Got it? - Got it, baby? - Come on, come on, come one, come on.
- Boom, that's it.
- Yeah, you got it.
Yeah, you got it.
- Get cleaned up.
Monica, bring it over here, work those wing nuts.
Let's go, let's go, let's go.
She's working two at the same time.

All right, you got to eat a lot of scorpions now.
Right away.
No hesitation.
- Mm.
- That is foul.
- Mm, mm.
- $5,000.
- Ah.
- Done.
- One.
- That's one.
- Done.
- Ow! - Come here! - That's two.
- I want two.
I want that one.
- Come here.
- You're good.
- You're shaking, you're shaking.
- Nice, delicious, live scorpions.
- Ah.
- Open your mouth.
Good, good.
He's good.
He's got two down.

- Oh, God.

- Ready to get the party started? - Let's do it.
- Go get yours.
- Good luck, guys.
- Thanks.
- How glad are you guys that they're going first? - Very happy they're going first.

She's used to chewing hearts and spitting 'em out.
- All right, Joe and c.
C.

- Thank you.
- But not so much.
- All right, you guys have been there, how do you think they're gonna do? - Six.

C.
! Oh, God!

They're each racing to their ladders, they're climbing up top.

- Leo.
- Leo.
- Leo.

Yes.
Yes.
- Yeah.
- Whoo!
