Snake Bite
The stunts you're about to see were all designed And supervised by trained professionals.
They're extremely dangerous and should not be attempted Anyone, anywhere, anytime.
At the dawn of reality television.
- I hate this! - Audiences had never seen anything like it.
- Just try to stay calm.
- Think I can do this.
- Now, the legend begins all over again.
- Whoo! - It's bigger - So crazy.
- Badder - [screams.]
- And more intense than ever before.
- It's so hard.
- Welcome back fear factor.
Fear factor's back, and it's crazier than ever.
All: Yeah! - Crazy.
[horn honks.]
- [screams.]
- Aah! - Oh, damn! - [screams.]
- Grab it and eat it! Eat it! - [screams.]
- [crying.]
- [coughing, gasping.]
- Aah! - Tonight, four couples, three stunts, one winner.
Fear factor.
[siren wails.]
- We met in las vegas.
Spotted him from a mile away.
- We're a wild couple.
We met at one of the craziest party places on earth, And we're gonna win it.
- When people first get a glance of us, They see how completely different we are, But opposites attract.
- I'm more of like a numbers person, like paperwork, - I think that competition is adorable, But we want to show people How being thrifty's a badge of honor.
You can face all your fears and take on any challenges.
- I plan on looking at the other team players To see what their strengths and weaknesses are, And really playing on that.
They're probably not gonna like me or roberto, Because we're gonna do whatever it takes to win.
- Hey, hey.
- Welcome, welcome, welcome.
We got a bunch of different age groups here.
Older fellas, younger folks How old are you guys? - I'm 19.
- 18.
- 19! Little babies out in the woods.
- [laughs.]
- Your parents know you're here? - They called a couple times.
[laughter.]
- what about you guys? How long you guys known each other for? - We've been together almost as old as they are.
- Wow.
How old are you, sir? - 50.
- 50 years old! - Ain't no hiding from it.
- Well, you know the drill.
You four teams have been brought here From all over the country for one reason: To stare fear in the eye As you compete for $50,000.
[cheering.]
To win the money, you must complete three extreme stunts.
Stunts that'll test you not only physically, But mentally as well.
If you're too afraid to attempt a stunt, You will be eliminated.
If you try a stunt, But fail to do as well as your opponents, you're gone.
But if you do succeed, You'll move on to the next round, And be that much closer to the cash.
[cheering.]
Ready for your first stunt? All: Yeah! - Here it is.
You and your partner will be simultaneously Launched off this roof on those catapults, And thrown towards those nets, Over 150 feet above the ground.
- Whoa.
- Once you hit the net, You must retrieve those flags as fast as you can - Oh, my god.
- And then drop off the net to stop the clock.
- Whoo! - Whoo! - If that's not hard enough, We're gonna make it rain on you while all this happens.
- What? [laughter.]
- The team that completes this stunt the slowest Will be eliminated today.

- I'm glad you had a good time.
- Thank you.
- But that's it.
Take care.
- Bye, you guys.
- Bye, you guys.
- These young whippersnapper kids did beat us, But I think we showed them what it can be like To get older and still have your game.
- I think we've inspired these much younger competitors To go for it.
And I'll challenge any one of them at 50.
- Now let's move on to the next stunt.
Let's see what we got in store for you.
Come with me.
[cheering.]
- Here we go.
- Going into this challenge, I'm gonna be terrified, I'm gonna probably be sick to my stomach, But joel and I are both fast, both strong, And I feel like there's a weak link on both of those teams.
[hawk cries.]
- I honestly think we always have an advantage Being the younger couple here.
- I'm just excited that they keep kind of overlooking us And kind of underestimating us, so I'll keep going with that, And kind of just coming up from behind and surprising 'em.
- I was sad that the munchkins beat us.
I'm gonna just say it was their young age that got us, But this time, we're gonna make sure That we give them a run for their money.
- Hello, hello.
- Hey.
- What's up, what's up? - What's up? - How you guys doing? What's happening? - Great.
- 'sup? - How's everybody feeling? - Spectacular.
- Good.
- Joel and andrea, I understand you guys have some crazy mouth tattoos.
What's that all about? What is it? What does that say? "dre" and "slater.
" - yeah.
- And then he asked me to be his girlfriend.
- He asked you to be his girlfriend After you guys tattooed each other? - Yeah.
- But why slater, and why dre? - That's our nicknames.
He calls me "dre.
" - And you call him "slater"? - He looks like a.
C.
Slater.
- The guy from saved by the bell? - Yeah.
- That's screech, right? - No, mario lopez.

Not so good.
Brooklyn, dj, if you beat more than five pounds, You will automatically advance.
But as a special incentive, If you can transfer the most weight in snakes, You will get to pick tomorrow's order.
- Ooh.
- If you don't, they will get to pick tomorrow's order.
- [laughs.]

- So who's gonna do what? - She's gonna go in the box.
- How do you feel dj's gonna do? - I have faith in him.
I do.
- Do you? Okay, so dj, you know that what andrea did Was she got some big snakes.
And roberto could not get those big ones.
- I'm probably going for the tail, hopefully.
- The tail is probably not the best move, 'cause then they can rise up and get you back.
- I didn't think about that.
So maybe I have to redo my whole plan.
- Bring in the snakes.
- Punkin'? - Yup.
- Don't make me do this for nothing.
- "punkin'"? - Yeah.
- Is that your nickname, bro? "punkin'"? [laughter.]

Come on, buddy.
Nice! You gotta beat five pounds, dj! - Get that one sticking up! - Hurry! Don't think about it.
Grab it! - There you go.
Come on, these are little ones.
Use those cheerleading skills, brooklyn! There you go.
Come on! - Good job.
- Faster! You gotta move faster! Stop thinking and start biting! Come on! - Try and get some bigger ones.
- Grab some big ones, dj! Come on, buddy! Come on! - Get him, get him! - Come on, dj, don't be scared! Get in there! - Yeah, there you go.

- Get in there, dj! - Don't let go! - Come on, you got it! - Keep on going after it! - Dj, you are behind right now! You gotta pick up the pace! There you go! - Good job, good job.
- Now you're moving! Now you're moving! - $50,000! $50,000! - Keep it coming, dj! Get some big ones, man! You wanna move into the finals! You want to be able to pick tomorrow's order as well! Come on, dj! Now you're moving! You got a good pace going now, buddy! - Get a big one! - Dj! [all shouting.]
Dj, you're taking too much time! 30 seconds! Oh! - Don't let him go! - Get back in there! Get back in there! Come on, dj! - Dj, come on, you got it! - Get it! Get that bick sucker! Get that big one! Go! - If you can't get the big one, don't do it! - Five, four, three, two, one Time! - Man.
Oh, my god.
- Yeah, you got this.
- Wow, I don't know.
- Someone get me outta here now.
- This is gonna be very, very close.
- Get me out now.
Punkin'? - I do not know if you pulled it off, dj.
- Brooklyn, come on over here.
Obviously, this is not as good as you would've hoped.
You definitely did not beat joel and andrea's weight.
- We--we could be going home.
- Tanya and robert, what do you think? - Uh, right now it's just-- it's all hoping.
- One big snake is what it really came down to.
- Oh - The weight to beat was five pounds.
You guys got 6.
1.
- Yeah! - Congratulations, brooklyn and dj.
You move on to the final stunt, and tanya and roberto, This is the end of the line for you guys.
- Bye.
- Bye, guys.
- Walking away from this game, I definitely feel That I just let the money slip from my hands.
We came here to compete, And I wasn't the bigger kid in the sandbox.
- Dj, it was one big snake.
Maybe this one right here.
- Oh! - All right, well, congratulations, punkin'.
Way to go.
Give me some knuckle.
[laughter.]
Congratulations, joel and andrea.
Now let's get outta here and see what the final stunt is.
Come on.
- All right.
[hissing.]
[rattling.]
- I feel really confident going into today's competition.
We've done really well, And I don't feel threatened against dj or brooklyn at all.
- Brooklyn and punkin'-- no way they're beating us.
We have this in the bag.
See you later, good night, lights out.
- I know that punkin' can handle anything that's thrown at him.
I mean, the rest of our competitors Didn't really have faith in us.
Because we have faith in each other, We know that we can do this.
And we're here to take it all.
- This is it! You have reached your final stunt! How's everybody feeling? - Really good.
- Good.
- Is everybody fired up? - Yeah.
- Yes.
- Whoo! - Are you ready to see your final stunt? All: Yeah.
- Here it is! One of you will be hanging upside-down From that helicopter.
You will then - Oh, my-- - Fly over to your partner, who's waiting on the dock.
You will pick them off the dock, Then the helicopter will fly you out over the lake.
You will then drop into the water, Where you will have to swim over to that deck, And grab the keys to that personal watercraft.
You must then grab the flag Attached to that personal watercraft, And then race in order to five numbered buoys, Transferring flags to your partner, Who will still be hanging upside-down from the helicopter.
Whatever team can do this the fastest Will walk away with $50,000 And the title of fear factochampions.
- Yes.
- All right.
- Now, joel and andrea, you guys did best on the last stunt, So you have earned the right to pick today's order.
Who's going first? - We would like to go first.
- We'll go first.
- So you guys have gone first on two stunts in a row, And you just feel like, you know what, You kicked ass in both of those-- - Yeah.
I don't want to mess up-- - Might as well keep the tradition going.
- And you guys must be happy about that, right? Are you happy? - I'm pleased.
- We can watch it out first.
- I don't mind at all.
- I showed 'em how to transfer snakes too, But that didn't work out.
- Hey, we're here now.
[laughs.]
- Hey, we're here now.
Right, punkin'? - That works.
- Sorry.
- Joel and andrea, you know what you have to do.
Go get it.
- Bye.
- All right, you guys must be happy that they're going first.
- I think it's a bad choice, honestly, Just 'cause it's helped us going last every time, 'cause we see what happens.
- Sort of, but you weren't able to beat them.
- Yeah, but, I mean - This is the one that counts, though.
- Yeah, this is where it counts now.
- All right, here she comes in.
She's hanging upside-down from that helicopter.
D she's swooping into the dock.
- Come on, baby! - Time has started.
The helicopter's gonna take 'em over to that deck, Then he is gonna have to swim over, grab the keys, And then hop on that personal watercraft, And then go from buoy to buoy, Transferring flags along the way.
He should drop.
I don't know what's going on here.
- You should've dropped! - I don't know what he's doing.
He should've dropped, And that helicopter is carrying him Further and further away from that deck.
Oh! Then he dropped there! That's so crazy.
Now he's got a long swim.
- I don't want to get too confident, but That's a pretty good swim.
- Definitely works in our favor.
- He's a strong swimmer, but that's a stupid move.
- Come on, baby! - You're dumb enough to get your lip tattooed, You're not thinking ahead.
Right now, he obviously didn't think ahead.
- I don't think so.
- He wasn't paying attention.
Now he's gotta get to the ladder, get on the deck, He's gotta get the keys, he's gotta get the flag, Then he's gotta start the personal watercraft, Then he's gotta drive to her.
Two minutes and he's not even at the deck yet.
- Yeah, he's not even at the deck yet.
- Now he's got the line, he's pulling it up.
He's gotta get the key.
He is exhausted.
He's wasted so much energy, and so much time.
There's the key.
Oh, he is exhausted up there.
The first thing he's gotta do-- The first flag is on the watercraft, He's gotta get that to her.
The helicopter is going in a consistent pattern That he will have to catch up with.
All right, they handed it off.
That's one.
- She just got dunked in the water.
- Now he's gotta go to the buoy, get the next flag.
He's got the flag, and he's on his way back to her.
Wow, he is really flying.
He's making up some good time That he lost with that long swim.
All right, that's flag number two! All right, now he's headed to the next buoy.
He missed her.
There's that third flag! He's really making up his time that he lost on his swim.
All right, he went to the next buoy, got the flag.
He's headed over.
That's number four.
He's just got two more to go, And he has already made it to the next buoy.
All right, he's off to the last flag.
Now, remember, once he hands it off to her, She still has to detach herself from the helicopter And fall into the water in order to stop the clock.
He missed her.
- Come on, baby! - He's missed again.
Uh-oh, and she is swinging everywhere.
They missed again! They're handing it off! She's supposed to release herself to stop the clock! I don't know why she's not doing it! The clock is still running! - Is that the last one? - They are so close! In your wallet? They go for another attempt He handed it off! All she has to do is release herself to stop the clock! - Come on, baby! - She's wasting valuable time! She's finally figured it out! There she goes! Time! 5:42! - Was that the last one? - You got the last one? - I didn't know that was the last one! - Joel and andrea.
- Hey.
- There was a lot going on there.
- Too much.
- You dropped off way late, And then you had to swim all the way over to the dock.
- I literally thought the helicopter Was gonna circle around And drop off, like, a little bit closer than, like, It--when it went past it.
- You thought they were gonna make it easy for you? - I just--I didn't-- - anyway.
- I didn't even think about it from how far it was, yeah.
- We thought the whole thing was gonna be easier.
- And then you didn't know you had all the flags, So you waited before you dropped.
- I had no idea how many flags were on there.
I think I thought I counted five.
- So, uh, going first-- maybe not such the best idea.
- Maybe not-- - maybe not.
- But I'm just glad it's-- - yeah, glad it's over.
- I'm glad it's over.
It was-- - All right, dj and brooklyn, You guys know exactly what you have to do now.
- We do.
- The time is 5 minutes and 42 seconds.
Joel and andrea have provided you With a nice, little road map.
- They did.
- They showed you all the things not to do.
Get a better time, you win $50,000.
It really is that simple.
- Sounds easy.
- [laughs.]
I know, that simple.
- You guys read to do it? - I'm ready.
- Hell yeah.
- Go get it.
Good luck.
- Good luck.
- Are you regretting going first at all? - [sighs.]
- a little bit.
- All right, here we go.
Time starts when they lift it off the dock, Time stops when she drops into the water.
He's got her, there they go.
Time has started.
Let's see if he can even hold onto those ropes.
How hard was it to hang onto the rope When the helicopter's pulling you up? - It's very difficult.
- And he is quite frail.
What're you guys thinking right now? - My heart's beating outta my chest.
- I'm hoping for a fail on punkin'--dj's part.
- Go! Go! Go! - He dropped right next to it.
Wow, that's gonna make up a tremendous amount of time.
- Oh, my god.
- He's a minute in.
It took you more than two minutes to get up there.
He's winded already.
He's exhausted.
He's really lucky he didn't have to swim as much as you did.
All right, he's got the key.
Oh, he fell in the water! - Oh, my god! - Stop! - He's struggling just to get on the watercraft.
He's way outta shape.
He's dying right now.
This is making up a lotta time for you guys, I'll tell ya that.
All right, now he goes.
He's got the first flag with him that he needs to hand off.
- Where is he going? Where's he going, to narnia? - Hey! No! - He must've forgotten that he has the flag on the watercraft.
Made a mistake.
- No! - Oh, my god, he doesn't know he has the flag! - Oh, my god! - He finally figured out he was sitting on it, here he goes! Oh, all the time that you missed, He is now giving you back.
The helicopter flies a predetermined pattern-- He has to catch her.
We'll see how they do in their exchanges.
You guys did fairly well in your exchanges.
They got the first flag.
The helicopter's gonna dunk her.
Okay, now he's gotta go back to the first buoy, get that flag.
All right, he handed it to her.
Her strategy is to go upright, and then attach the flag.
- That's a good strategy.
- All right, he's got another flag.
Whoa, he's losing control! He's losing control! Oh, man, he is taking a lot of time! All right, here comes their next exchange.
They got it.
That's three flags, they got three more to go.
Oh, and he lucked out.
She's right there for him.
Good handoff.
Two more flags to go.
- Oh, my god! - All right, there's flag number five.
All right, they handed it off.
He has just one more to go.
This is gonna be close! He's got the last flag, and this is it! It's all gonna come down to this last run! - I can't watch! - He can't quite seem to reach her! - Oh, my god.
- All right, he made the handoff! Now she just has to detach! And time! - I have no idea.
- I have no idea either.
- Dj and brooklyn, welcome back.
Both: Thanks.
- Looks like, uh, there was quite a few problems That you guys had out there.
- Oh, yeah.
- Starting off with the first flag.
You didn't realize you had it.
- Totally forgot about that.
I think once I got onto the jet ski I kinda just wanted to keep moving, So I just totally forgot about that first one.
- Was it frustrating? - It was so frustrating, 'cause, like, I wanted to tell him.
Like, I probably could see more than he could.
I wanted to tell him what was going on.
But, I mean, you can't.
- Time to beat is 5 minutes and 42 seconds.
You guys got 5 minutes and 20 seconds.
- Wait, shut up.
- Dj and brooklyn, congratulations! - Oh, my god! - Whoo! - Joel and andrea, I'm very sorry.
It was very nice to meet you guys.
- Thanks, man.
- Nice to meet you.
- This is the end for you.
Take care.
- Wait, is this-- this is serious.
- Dj and brooklyn, get over here! This is it! Both: Oh, my god! - You did it! You got past getting catapulted off the building, You got past the snake transfer, You got the best time here, And you are our fear factchampions! Congratulations.
And evidently, fear is not a factor for you guys.
- Why am I so excited? - Congratulations, you won.
- Why am I crying? - Good job.
- That is so nuts.
- You did it! A lot of drama, but you did it! - Like, why am I crying? - 'cause you're happy.
You're happy.
- I am happy.
- That's not us, baby.
- We have randomly selected today's order, And andrea and joel, you guys are lucky number one.
- Whoo! - We're ready.
- All right.
- How long you guys known each other for? Both: A year and a half.
- Year and a half? - Met in vegas.
- Just drinking? - At the pool.
- Getting your freak on? - Kinda locked eyes.
- Saw him, got him.
- Well, if you're down for picking up dudes in vegas, You're obviously a risk taker.
- First one.
I've never done that before.
- Yeah, uh-huh.
There's a hundred guys watching tv right now going, "wait a minute! Lies!" Come with me, guys.
- Ready.
- Good luck.
- Go for it.
Both: You're gonna need it.
- All right, andrea and joel, What do you think of this, huh? - It's intense.
- Kinda freaky, huh? - Little bit, little bit.
- Oh, looks great.
- How do you guys get along together? Do you fight at all? Do you argue? - We never argue.
- Never ar--that's beautiful.
There are ten flags on each side.
You ready to do this? - So ready.

- My son was raised watching fear factor.
- You ready? - Fear is not a factor right now, babe.

You good, baby? - Got one, baby.
- I got one.
I got one.
- Here comes the water, it's raining on 'em.
- Got one.
- Not gonna do this.
- I don't know.
Joel's moving kinda slow.
You guys gotta move faster than this.
Come on, guys, you gotta pick it up! Remember, they're gonna know the exact time to beat! - Making my way down.
- Me too.
- There's ten flags, you gotta move as quick as you can! - Go a little slower.
- Now you're doing it! There you go! That's five for joel! Let's go, andrea, come on, let's go! He's got three left, she's got four! - Come on, baby! - Coming.
- I don't know, actually they are moving pretty quick.
- Remember, after they get the tenth flag They have to leap off the net! - Come on, baby, get that, get that, get that, come on! - Their arms are burning, their legs are shaking.
- Good.
- I got my last one right now! - That's his last, she's got two more! - Okay, I'm jumping off.
- Okay.
- Whoo! - There goes one! She's done! Time! - [squeals.]
- whoo! - Oh, my god.
- Yeah, baby! - Hello, hello, hello.
- Joel and andrea.

[laughter.]
- amazing.
- No, I think we did a solid job, And I think we set the bar high.
- Carole and todd, how nice would it be To let these young whippersnappers know That you guys are legit? - That's gonna be a good feeling.
- Not gonna happen.
- Not gonna happen? - Oh, boy.
- They're gonna do good, but not that good.
- All right, good luck to you.
Get on out there.
- Bye.
- All right.
- We're gonna do this for our kid.
- A minute, 12 seconds.
We'll beat that.
- Zane, we're gonna do this for you, baby.
- All right, zanester.
Yeah! - Who's gonna be the weak link? Is it todd or carole? - Um, carole.
- Carole? Wow, you say that very confidently.
- Todd's--he's tough.
- All right, todd and carole! I'm gonna count you down! - Here we go, baby.
- In three, two, one Go! - Yeah! - All right, they're on.
They hit the net.
- [screams.]
- She slipped off the net! - Oh, no, no! - Oh, she caught herself! - Oh, man.

- Oh, man.
- I love you, honey! - All right, she's doing better now.
She's moving.
They're a minute in! - Right, left, come on, baby! - He only has two flags left, and carole has six flags to go! - Muscles! Pull! Pull! - This is looking good for you, andrea and joel.
- Whoo! - He's done, but he's waiting for her at the bottom.
One more at the top.
- Doing it for my kid! - He could drop off, but he's staying and encouraging her.
- Not gonna give up! - All right, she got the one up top, She still has some left at the bottom.
- I'm using my arms.
- Three flags! - I'm gonna get each and every one of 'em! Trust me! - She was in a lot of trouble at first, But she's doing much better now.
- I'm off! Whoo! - All right, there he goes.
He just jumped off.
- I'm off! - There she goes! 2:02! - Whoo! - I love you, you did great.
- Thank you.
- You did it awesome.
- I did it.
- All right.
- All right, tanya and robert, you guys are next.
- Oh, yeah.
- Do you feel a little bit more relaxed After seeing what she did, a little mistake? - Um, a little bit, but we still wanna beat the fast time.
- Yeah.
- Oh - If we squash them now, they're just gonna be putty later.
- Wait till you're sitting in that seat.
- Good luck to you, have fun, get out there.
- Do it! - All right! - Good luck.
- [whispers.]
I don't think that girl's strong enough.
- [laughs.]
- Okay, we're not-- not worrying about the 2:02.
- Yes.
- I want 45 seconds.
They're looking at us.
- We're gonna do it.
- They are-- they are terrified.
'cause they know how confident we are.
- Ready? You ready? - Whoo! - You ready, you ready, you ready?! - Yeah! Okay.
- Carole, you had quite a hairy time of it out there.
- I did, did you see that? - Pretty crazy.
But you caught yourself.
I was very impressed.
You're obviously athletic.
Where does that come from? - From holding up super bowl-winning pom-poms For the raiders back in my day.
- You were a raiders cheerleader? - 1983, '84, '85, So before these guys were even born.
- Wow.
That's super bowl.
Brooklyn, you're a cheerleader too? - I am.
- And what were you doing when she was cheering? You weren't even born.
- I don't even think I was a thought.
- You weren't even a thought.
All right, tanya and roberto are locked into their catapults.
Let's get this going.
I'm gonna count you down! In three, two, one Go! - [screams.]
Bac- tanya and roberto, I'm gonna count you down! In three, two, one Go! - [screams.]
- They hit the net.
- [grunts.]
- All right, he's got his first flag, She's moving very well.
It's raining.
- Oh, hell yeah! Freaking rain, bring it on! - Roberto has six flags left, tanya has eight! - Bring it on! - He's moving very fast.

- Your strong time holds up.
- Ill holding up there.
- And you two are on the bubble.
- I want someone else to fall halfway down And climb back up.
- I mean, I would love to for you guys, but just not me.
- Dj and brooklyn, How long were you friends Before you became boyfriend and girlfriend? - A long time, like-- - a long time.
What was it that brought you guys together? - Persistence--persistence is key in anything you do.
- Oh.
- He asked me out three times before.
- No, I didn't.
- It was three.
- So how long did it take? - Three, four years, until she finally gave in.
- It is three.
- Oh, wow.
So from the moment you guys were friends, You thought you were best friends, And he was just like working it.
- Right.
- Yeah.
- The good news is you got her, you're here together.
You ready? - Yup.
- Good luck.
Get on out there.
- Yeah! - Whoo! - All right.
- Here we go.
- All right, good deal.
- You ready for this? - Yeah.
- Two minutes.
We have two minutes to do this.
I think we can do it.
- Take your time, don't-- don't forget any flags.
- I'm not taking my time.
I have to go fast.
It's two minutes.
- Well, you know what I mean.
And then I'll wait for you at the bottom.
- What, you think you're gonna be first? - I--I'll be first, but it's okay.
- Whatever.
- Welcome back, tanya and roberto.
Congratulations, you are moving on to the next round.
You beat 2:02.
However, you did not beat joel and andrea's time Of 1:12.
- Whoo! - Beginner's luck, it's okay.
- Oh, beginner's luck.
- Have you been on fear factor before? - Cocky even in losing.
I like it.
- Yes.
- [laughs.]
- You gotta keep your chin up.
- That's a good attitude.
- Todd and carole, how you guys feeling? - UhFrustrated.
- You just gotta hope these younters screw it up.
If he loses his glasses, he's done.
How 'bout that? - [laughs.]
- I'm gonna count you down! In three, two, one Go! And they're off.
Here they go! - Oh, my god.
- [laughs.]
oh! - She caught it.
All right, they're moving.
He's got his first one.
They're moving quick, But it takes just one slip of the foot to fall off that net.
- Got it! Keep going! - Here we go! Yeah! Keep going! - All right, they got the top ones.
They're on their way down! Dj has seven flags to go, and brooklyn has six! Oh, she's faster than him.
Look at this.
She's moving quicker than him! Better catch up, dj! If she jumps off before you, You're never gonna hear the end of it! It's gonna be another three years before you get a date! [laughter.]
- here we go, come on! You got it! - They're almost done! Brooklyn has one more to go, and dj's got three! - Come on, they're right below you! I'm leaving.
- All right! - I love you! - I love you! - Whoo! - She's done, but dj has one left! Here he goes.
- Whoo! - Welcome back, brooklyn and dj.
- Hello.
- Your time to beat was 2:02.
You guys got 1:18.
- Oh! - Congratulations.
Todd, carole - [sighs.]
- unfortunately It was very nice meeting you, but - It was a great experience.
- Oh, mario lopez.
All right.
Well, you guys are clearly nuts.
So this is a perfect stunt for you.
- Can we get tattoos? - You ready to see your next stunt? All: Yes.
- Absolutely.
- Here it is.
- [gasps.]
- oh, my god.
- Oh, my god! - Oh, my god! - Inside that coffin are over 500 snakes.
- Oh, my god.
- Huge.
That one's huge.
- They're looking at us.
With speeds up to 10x faster than 3g.
- Oh, my god.
- Oh, my god.
- Oh, my god, look at that guy! - Oh! - Oh, my god! - God.
- Really? - Inside that coffin are over 500 snakes.
- Oh, my god.
- Oh, man.
- One of you will be lying in that coffin, Covered with all those snakes.
On "go," your partner, using only their mouth, Will have to transfer as many snakes as possible - What? - From that coffin to this box in four minutes.
The team that transfers The least amount of snakes in weight in four minutes Will be eliminated today.
- Hoo! - Oh, my god.
Oh, my god, oh, my god.
- They are very attentive.
They're very, um-- - they're looking at us.
- We have randomly selected today's order, And joel and andrea, you guys - Whoo! - Once again, are lucky number one.
- Okay, all right, nice.
- [chuckles.]
- [shudders.]
- Any--anybody weirded out by snakes? - No.
- Now, who's gonna lie in the coffin, covered in snakes, And who's gonna transfer them with their mouth? - I'll transfer.
- You'll transfer.
- All right.
- Really? - [gasps.]
- I have a little confession to make.
- Yeah? - I lied about being afraid of snakes.
- You are afraid of snakes? - Top-two fears, snakes and sharks.
- He was trying to be super tough.
- Yeah, I was trying to be tough.
- Wow.
Okay.
Get in there.
- I'm ready to get in there.
- And the goggles are to protect you both From the snakes biting your eyes.
- [gasps.]
- Yeah, you might wanna tighten those suckers up.
- [laughs.]
- bring in the snakes.
- [breathes deeply.]
- Why are they wearing gloves to handle the snakes? - Oh, my goodness.
[hissing.]
- He's pretty.
- He is zooming.
- He's zooming? - Oh, yeah, baby.
- He is zooming.
- He is jumping around in there.
- If at any point in time, One of them is cutting off your air, let us know.
- Ooh.
- Oh! - Oh, that's-- - [gasps.]
- Oh! - Do you still have a fear of snakes? - Mm-hmm.
- All right, you ready, joel? - Ready.
- Are you ready, andrea? - I'm ready.
- I'm gonna count you down.
In three, two, one Go! All right.
- Here she goes.
- [squeals.]
- you got one.
Come on, andrea.
There you go.
Go for the big ones.
The bigger the better.
Get some big ones.
- [gasps.]
- Oh! - There you go.
Good job, good job, good job.
Let's go for some big ones, andrea, come on.
Don't be timid! Let's go, kid, come on! These are little ones.
Forget these little ones.
How 'bout that big, giant, fat one? There you go! That's a big one! Come on, girl.
- Whoo-ee! - Get that one! Get that one! - Oh, no, ew! - There you go! Nice, nice, nice! You got a bunch in that one! Good job! - Oh, man.

- They are hissing.
They are hissing.
- There you go! Yeah, yeah, yeah! - Oh! - They're getting angry.
- Come on--you got it, andrea! Get in there! - Breathe, babe.
Breathe, andrea, breathe.
- [whines.]
I can't - Just get one.
- Do it! Don't say "I can't"! You've already done it so far! Get back in there, andrea, come on! - Oh, my god.
- Minute left! It's time to hustle! - Breathe.
- A minute left! - Get the big one.
- Come on, andrea, go, go, go! Yeah, yeah, yeah! Yeah! Nice! - Come on, babe, you're good.
- Very nice! That was a huge one! - Grab some small ones now.
- [squeals.]
- Come on, andrea, let's make it happen! Grab a big one! 15 seconds! - Oh, my gosh.
- Go, andrea! Go, go, go! Yeah, that's it! That's it, that's it, that's it! You had it! Get back in there! That's a good one! That's a good one! - [whines.]
- Get that big one! Yes! Yes! Come on! - Go, go, go! - Three, two, one! Nice! - Oh! Time! Andrea, way to go, kid.
- [shuddering.]
- Are you okay? Tell me what that was like.
- It sucked.
- It sucked? - They were, like, hissing in my face.
- Comes up to 11.
1 pounds.
- Whoo! - I don't know if that's good or not, but-- - We hope that's good.
Roberto and tanya, come on over.
What do you think about all this? - Uh, it's interesting.
[laughs.]
- If you beat 11.
1 pounds, You are automatically moving on to the final stunt.
That's all you have to know.
- Yeah.
- Yes.
- All right.
Let's do it.
[grunts.]
- Do you guys have any particular strategy? - I've got a big mouth, So I'm gonna say just go after the big, fat ones.
- Okay.
All right, let's bring the snakes.
- Oh, god.
[snakes hissing.]
- Oh - Oh, he's-- He's a little angry.
- Ooh.
- Don't let 'em crawl into your mouth.
- Oh, my god.
- Oh, my god, look at it, all over her neck.
- You have four minutes.
The amount in weight in snakes to beat is 11.
1 pounds.
In three, two, one Go! - Come on, baby.
- All right, here he goes.
First one.
- [gasps.]
eww! - He's got a good one.
Got it--oop.
Slippery.
Come on, you had it.
That's a good fat one.
There you go, come on, come on.
Oh! - Oh, my god.
- Come on, baby.
- Stay with it.
Come on, roberto.
- You've got this.
Got it.
Got it, baby.
- Get him by the-- the neck area.
Where he's a little skinnier, maybe.
30 seconds in, you got one, a little baby one.
- Come on, baby.
You got it.
- There we go.
Go for volume, buddy, come on, pick up the pace.
- Come on, baby.
You got this.
- You gotta get bigger ones.
We need 11.
1 pounds worth.
- Come on.
- Andrea was way ahead of you by this time.
- You're a spartan, you've got this.
- Ah! - Oh, it's not so easy, is it? There you g-- that's a big one! - Yeah, baby, come on! - Get back in here! Don't let him go! Don't let him go! - [gasps.]
- Come on, roberto, don't let him go! - [giggles.]
- ugh! - Come on, roberto, you gotta pick up the pace, bro! - Come on, baby.
Stay calm and breathe.
- Use that big mouth! Come on! There you go! Get that sucker! Get that suck--come on! Get him! Get him! Don't let him go! Come on, roberto, you can do this! Yeah! Get him! Don't quit! Yes! Yes! Yes, yes, yes! That's what I'm talking about! - Come on, baby.
- Roberto, you really have to move, man.
You're way, way, way behind! Time to move 'em! Do anything-- do what you gotta do! Faster, faster! You got 20 seconds to go! - Oh, my god, oh, my god.
All: Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, Five, four, three, two, one - Joel and andrea, congratulations.
You are automatically moving on to the next round.
There is no question whatsoever.
You got more.
- Ew.
- This did not work out so well for you.
- No, it did not.
- Oh, wow.
It's a little less.
- A lot less.
- Little disappointed? - Yeah.
- Just--every time when I tried to bite into it, They just-- - slippery.
- Slipping out of my mouth, yeah.
- Well, she got 11.
1 pounds, you guys got 5 pounds.
- [laughs.]
that's a great incentive.
"punkin'"? [laughter.]
[hissing.]
- Ew! Ew! - You're okay.
- Wait till that big one gets on you.
It's gonna be huge.
- How you doing, brooklyn? - Look at that.
- Ew! - [hisses.]
- you're okay.
- Punkin' - Yes.
- I swear if I do this for nothing, I'm killing you.
- Those are strong words, punkin'.
- Mmm - Are you ready, brooklyn? - Yeah.
- Are you ready, punkin'? - Yes, sir.
- [laughs.]
- I'm gonna count you down.
- Hurry up.
- In three, two, one Go! - Oh, look, they're fighting on top.
- All right, dj.
He's looking for a good one.
- Just go! - They don't feel good.
- Root him on, root him on.
- Come on, punkin'.
Oh, he's having a hard time here, we got one minute.
- Go, stop hesitating.
Hurry up.
I'm serious.
You've got this.
- He's got one.
There you go.
Now move.
Come on, buddy.
Move, move, move, move! - Don't think about it, just take 'em.
- You're already 30 seconds in, dj! That's it, grab it! Grab it! There you go! Go, go, go, go! Nice! Nice, dj! - Come on, punkin', you got it.
You can do this.
It's $50,000.
You can do this.
- There you go.
Get that one.
