NCIS Los Angeles s07e08 Episode Script
The Long Goodbye
Sam returned to work with the CIA task force.
Focus of his investigation was Sudanese ex-governor Tahir Khaled.
That's Khaled's sister, Jada.
How are you gonna handle Jada? I'm gonna take her back to the United States.
There are times that I have hated my brother, but I could not betray him like this.
He would have to kill me to restore honor to our family.
You're a spy.
Kill him.
Go, go! Go, go, go! Move.
Get down! You're on American soil now.
You'll be asked to testify against your brother.
What are you talking about? You'll never see me again.
You made me turn my back on the only family I had left.
Life with my brother was not perfect.
But at least I thought I had you.
Cheer up, Jada.
You're not gonna get traffic like this in Wisconsin.
What is it I will get? Hmm, thousand types of cheese, great skiing, and no one trying to murder you.
I will never again see my family or my homeland.
This does not sound like much of a reward to me.
The reward is life on your terms not your family.
New name, new identity.
This horror story, it's over.
You testified against your brother.
I don't have to tell you how many lives that'll save in the end.
You're a hero.
I don't meet many of those nowadays.
I'm gonna miss having you around, Jada.
What will be my new name? It's I got you, Jada.
Jada.
I'm not trying to give her a hard time.
I'm just pointing out that she's late.
Yeah, but "late" is a relative concept.
There's nothing relative about showing up at a specific point in time.
Either you're there or you're not.
Yeah, but I'm talking about L.
A.
time, which is a chronological zone unto itself.
See, in this town you get a buffer of 20 minutes for traffic, cloudy skies-- God forbid it actually rains-- and general selfishness.
None of which changes the fact that Kensi is late.
Again.
That's true.
Where's Sam? Sam is having a little alone time in the gym.
Jada Khaled is going into witness protection today.
Wow, has he talked to her? They haven't spoken in four years, not since Jada found out that Sam was actually NCIS.
Woman was ready to give up her entire life to be with him.
Yeah, I think I'd want some alone time too.
Mm-hmm.
Your coffee's cold.
Compliments of the PSB.
What?! Kensi, no! Don't make a joke, I am not in the mood for this right now.
Why don't you let me handle the PSB? Because I don't need you to handle the PSB.
What is the PSB? - Parking - Don't get him involved in this, okay? Do you want me to Google PSB right now? It stands for "parking spot bitch," okay? What? Every day, I go to Starbucks, and this chick in a red Porsche pulls up about 30 seconds behind me and double-parks, completely blocking me in, so I can't leave until she gets her pumpkin-spiced double-shot flavored concoction that basic girls like her get on the way to the office, an office which, unlike me, she arrives to on time.
Are you sure this isn't iced? Okay, what am I supposed to do? Badge her and claim it's national security? Tomorrow morning, we show up in the Challenger, we block her in after she's blocked you.
That's what I'm talking about.
I'm not sure that blocking the entire street at rush hour and intimidating the PSB is my idea of subtle.
PSB will be MIA ASAP.
All right, yeah, I just wanted to talk about this.
I wasn't looking to initiate an operation to neutralize her.
That is the perfect solution.
I'm not asking you for a solution.
Sounded like she was asking for help.
I don't understand why you're freaking out so much.
Oh, you are such guys.
Women sometimes just want to talk about something.
They're not looking for advice or a solution.
Wow.
Sometimes I wish I wasn't the only female in this bullpen.
There, I said it.
Sam.
I know you wanted to be alone, but we need to talk.
Did Jada make her flight? No, it's bad.
Jada's transport vehicle was attacked 20 minutes ago.
Two U.
S.
Marshals killed, two wounded.
She managed to survive the ambush.
Where is she? Well, that's our first problem.
The traffic cams on the street went dark five minutes before the ambush.
Now, the point man on the scene was a U.
S.
marshal named Drew Groller.
He's been handling Jada's protective detail since we brought her back from Sudan.
Groller said the assault team used smoke grenades to cover their retreat.
Vanished without a trace.
And so did Jada.
Without camera coverage or the ability to see through the smoke, we can't confirm her whereabouts.
Could have used bigger explosives on the transport vehicle and killed everyone inside.
Which means they wanted Jada to come out alive.
So she's somewhere hoping that we find her before they do.
Who are these guys? Marshals captured one of them, Diego Salazar-- a Mexican national with ties to the Molina cartel.
Jada's from Sudan.
She doesn't have any ties to the Molina cartel.
But her brother Tahir is still on the loose.
She testified against him.
Turns out the war criminals are not the most forgiving of types.
Tahir would have inflicted revenge himself, but he's stuck in Sudan.
Molina cartel specializes in hits and kidnapping.
Could have outsourced it to them.
You want me to interrogate Diego Salazar? I had him moved to the boatshed.
He took a bullet to the thigh during the ambush.
The wound's been cleaned and bandaged but otherwise untreated.
He's probably very uncomfortable at the moment.
Who leaked Jada's convoy route? Well, The Hague just learned their database was hacked.
The packet of files that were breached contains Jada's itinerary while in Los Angeles.
I reviewed the hack.
It's the kind of high-end job you only see from nation states and cartels with the resources of nation states.
This ambush is a bold move.
Would have had to have been approved by Molina's senior leadership in Los Angeles.
Well, we think that's Alex Molina.
He's the eldest son of Arturo and rumored to be next in line to the throne.
We "think" Alex? Well, this is the DEA's only photograph of him, taken at age 12.
His father made sure he was protected from the public eye his entire life.
The only Intel we have on Alex indicates that while he's extremely private, he does fit the mold of the dashing playboy.
Fortunately, the DEA is close to getting its first look at Alex as a grown man.
So you combine the Molina cartel with a dashing playboy scion being investigated by the DEA, that can only lead to one possible scenario.
DEA Agent Talia Del Campo.
Exactly.
She was assigned to the case last month.
She recently scored an invite to Alex Molina's mansion for a pool party, and she just notified us that she'd, quote-unquote, "be happy to have Kensi tag along as her plus one.
" So charming.
Work with Talia.
Find out everything you can on Alex Molina.
We'll hit the ambush site, debrief Groller.
What about Sam? Sam is gonna have his hands full.
You think I got emotionally involved with Jada during that undercover op in the Sudan.
You think it's a risk for me to interrogate Salazar, but you think it's less of a risk than me crossing paths with Jada somewhere out there.
I'm not worried about you and Salazar.
And you did get emotionally involved with Jada on that job.
She'll always be my responsibility, Granger.
Then this interrogation's your way of making sure she stays alive.
How uncomfortable is Salazar allowed to get? That's entirely up to you, Agent Hanna.
Extra strength pain killers.
Thank you, sir.
Marshal Groller? That hit squad's good.
Small unit, uh, tactics.
Well-organized.
Probably former military.
I lost two good men today.
But any of us would have sacrificed just to get Jada out alive.
You like her? Yeah, I do.
I saw her every day for four years.
She became my responsibility when your team pulled her out of Sudan.
Why'd she run? As opposed to getting trapped in the truck and killed? If we don't find Jada, chances are the Molina cartel will, so now is not the time to withhold things, Groller.
She didn't want to enter witness protection.
She doesn't have any friends here.
Tahir is the only family she's got left.
You mean the homicidal maniac that probably masterminded this thing? Your team does a lot of good and saves a lot of lives.
But have you ever thought about what happens to people after the case is wrapped? Every day.
Does Sam Hanna? He was Jada's only friend in America.
As soon as she agreed to testify against Tahir, he vanished from her life.
You ever run a deep cover op? No.
Sam accomplished his mission.
And I failed mine, because Jada's missing.
But if you want to find her, I suggest you ask yourselves whether she wanted to be saved by you in the first place.
Jada may reach out to him.
I'm gonna have Nell and Eric tag his phone.
He's a piece of work.
He's also right.
Come on, man.
It's just the ugly part of what we do.
I mean, I think about this all the time.
And the truth is, if I'm undercover by the time we meet, chances are nobody's gonna get that fairy-tale ending.
You think about Sam, you think about this job he handled it the only way he could.
Never doubted that for a second.
And he's right about Jada.
We came into this mission thinking that she wanted to be found.
That we were rescuing her from Tahir and the Molina Cartel.
What if the people she hates the most are us? Is he talking? Not even to the medics who pulled the bullet out of his leg.
But this is your interrogation, not mine.
This file's thin.
Then I'd get to work, Mr.
Hanna.
I took a bullet in the leg once.
In Lebanon, years ago.
That's when guys like us fall back on our training, right? Made a paracord tourniquet had my leg up for about seven hours.
When it finally came off, my leg was as good as new.
I'm sorry, am I boring you? I had the same training you did.
Mexican Special Forces, right? World-class interrogators.
You probably know what's gonna come out of my mouth before I even say it.
You're establishing a rapport based on our military backgrounds, yeah.
Yeah.
Well, gotta start somewhere, Diego.
Painkillers.
I know what you're feeling.
The pain racing through your body after all the adrenaline's gone.
Hmm.
The thing is, you're gonna break way before seven hours.
Because you need me to talk before my team hunts down Jada Khaled? Because you never been in the military.
Otherwise, you'd have known that the only thing that happens after you've had a paracord tourniquet on your leg for seven hours is amputation.
Week one boot camp.
Which part of your file shall we debunk next? Talk to me, Eric.
Marshall Groller just took a call from an unknown number.
It's coming from a burn phone and the signal's originating three miles from the ambush site.
Where's Groller now? He's driving in the opposite direction of the caller, headed to the 101.
Any anomalies in his file? He's totally clean.
He wouldn't have been assigned to protect a high value witness like Jada otherwise.
Keep tracking him.
We'll see where he leads us.
All right, run me through our cover story one more time.
I'm a former runway model from Buenos Aires.
You're my sister.
And? That's it.
That's kind of thin.
Yeah, well, it got me to Alex Molina's doorstep in less than a month.
Trust me, as long as you fill out that bikini, they won't ask too many questions in there.
All right, what's our protocol? They're gonna search us.
They're gonna take our phones.
You might want to put your gun in the glove box.
DEA put a camera inside my lipstick to take pics of Alex Molina.
They also gave me some GPS trackers, just in case we want to keep tabs on people.
Perfect.
We are officially in cartel country, princess.
Ten women for every single one of those Sinaloa cowboys in there.
Literally an hour ago, I was complaining about being surrounded by men all day every day at work.
This makes me feel like I'm pretty lucky.
I hate being treated like a piece of fresh meat, even if it is just undercover.
You and I both.
Honestly, sometimes it takes me a week, if not more, to start respecting men again after a job like this.
Really? I thought I was the only one.
You kidding? Didn't peg you for the sensitive type.
Well, I guess you should see my after-work routine on days like this.
Ah, let me guess.
An hour in the shower scrubbing yourself raw, and a pint of Haagen-Dazs on the couch.
Not even close.
Oh.
Cold Stone on the chaise.
I like it.
Hey.
I'm glad I'm not walking in there alone.
Let's get to work.
Manny! Long time no see.
Who's your plus one? This is my sister, Kensi.
Hi.
So this is Manny, the one you've been telling me about.
You know she only hears about the cute ones.
Search them.
Already warned ya, he don't want it Thank you.
Thank you.
Mm-hmm.
Hey, um are we ever gonna get to meet Alex? You girls play nice, and we'll see.
So cute.
Marshal Groller should be coming around the corner right about now.
He's good.
Countersurveillance route to get here; knows how to look for tails.
We're lucky we got this close.
Come on.
You know what this dude needs? This dude needs a partner.
Think Groller befriended Jada just because he was riding solo? Well, I think we're social animals.
Well most of us, anyway.
I'm social.
You're social? I am.
I'm just picky.
Okay.
You're not buying that? No, I buy that in this moment that you believe that you're social.
What the hell do you know? We don't even hang out.
I'd totally hang out with you.
You want to hang out? Yeah.
What are you doing this weekend? I have no idea.
We should go grab beers-- we can do, like, a guys' night.
All right.
Could work, I suppose.
"Could" and "suppose"? I got to check my schedule, guy.
Oh, that's right, 'cause you're so picky.
What are you gonna be doing this time? Just gonna be, like, staring at the ocean, like, smoldering? Like, what could you possibly have plans for? Well, I may smolder.
Here we go.
Upload those to Ops.
On it.
His name is Wayne Morris.
INTERPOL has had a file on him since 2007.
Says here he specializes in money laundering for criminal organizations.
Among them, the Molina Cartel and Tahir Khaled's regime in Sudan.
Maybe the marshal's not as clean as we thought.
If we take down these guys now, there's no guarantee they'll confess everything they know about Jada.
We're leaving him in play.
All right, we've gotten Morris's vehicle tagged.
There goes Morris.
All right, where's Groller going now? Hold on.
His cell phone signal indicates he's still at the cafe.
He ditched his phone.
Groller's going dark, Eric.
His car is still right where he parked it-- there's no sign of him.
He has countersurveillance training.
Do not let him disappear.
Checking traffic cams in the area.
Damn it.
He's gone.
Check out that cabana.
Exclusive.
More security than the rest of the party.
Think Alex Molina's one of them? I don't know-- but I'm more interested in that guy who's not having any fun.
Nuclear-grade party foul.
Want to take a closer look? Mm-hmm.
Sorry, sweetheart.
Just looking for some shade.
Oh, come on, Manny, don't do us like that.
- It ain't gonna happen, Talia.
- Okay.
Oh.
I heard you were looking for me.
Well, that depends on who you are.
Alex Molina.
Talia.
I have to admit, I was looking for you.
Then let's satisfy your curiosity.
Yes.
Hi.
How's it going? Whatcha doing? Working? It's a party.
I want to dance.
He don't speak English.
There's plenty of other guys in here, Kensi.
Hey, get off him.
Didn't peg you for the jealous type, Manny.
Hot chicks never listen.
It's time for you to go.
Hey, hey, hey, hey! Whoa, whoa, whoa! Get off of me! Go.
Walk it off, hombre.
Go, go, go, go, go.
You can be my plus one anytime.
No, you can be mine.
Money guy, Wayne Morris who works for the Molinas and, uh, Tahir Khaled.
Tell me about him.
Morris hired us.
He knew Tahir Khaled wanted his sister returned to him before she disappeared into witness protection.
Why? I don't know.
Our instructions were to take her alive.
So Tahir Khaled could kill her with his own hands? I said I don't know.
And I don't care either.
A job's a job.
So it doesn't seem like the Molinas know where Jada is yet either, but there was a guy at the party with a laptop who was putting together what looked like a search strategy for her.
What, is that tech support for the hit squad? Well, I put a GPS tracker on him.
He hasn't left the mansion yet.
Well, he's probably laying low now that he knows we're on to him.
Well, we got our first clean look at Alex Molina.
Which means an NCIS-DEA task force will keep an eye on him from this point forward.
Wow.
Hey, guy? Mm-hmm.
Can we take a moment of silence to appreciate the awesomeness that's happening right behind that screen? Yeah, guy, we can.
But we still don't know Groller's motivation.
His field office did confirm that he had gone dark.
Which means, for the time being, we're left with Wayne Morris.
And Sam said that Morris is the one that is financially and logistically responsible for kidnapping Jada and getting her to Sudan.
Do we know where Morris is now? Yes, we do.
Taking the day off from work apparently.
He just bought a movie theater ticket online from the Vista Theatre in Hollywood.
Not exactly what I'd be doing if I was planning a snatch and grab on a Sudanese warlord's little sister.
He's using the theater as cover.
Could be for a dead drop, could be a rendezvous with the Molina hit squad or Groller.
Either way, we should be there.
Well, I would get there fast-- the show starts soon.
So you've never been in a military.
But you ran special ops for the Molina cartel.
Where'd you pick up those skills, Salazar? The cartel has plenty of ex-operators on the payroll.
They train us down in Sinaloa.
Some of us since we were very young.
So you're, like, the student who surpassed his teacher.
Is that it? Some men are leaders, some are followers.
Explain that.
It takes more than a trust fund and a college degree to run a business.
Men may follow leaders like that, but they do not respect them.
Ah.
You're talking about Alex Molina.
His reputation precedes him.
You may be joining him in a cell soon.
NCIS and DEA both have eyes on him for the first time.
Full surveillance package.
No, no, no, no, no.
See, Arturo Molina's eldest son and heir won't be doing time in prison.
Oh, no? No, no.
No, see that's not the way the world works, my friend.
The privileged get a slap on the wrist and keep doing what they were born to do.
That's not going to change anytime soon.
You know it; I know it.
Well that's all the more reason for you to keep talking to me.
Oh, I think I've been pretty vocal already.
What haven't you told me? What haven't you told me? You know, Tahir Khaled gave me and my team background on NCIS and Jada Khaled, right? I know what you did to her.
You lured her into falling in love with your lies, and then you just tore her life apart without remorse.
You don't know the first thing about me and Jada.
Oh, no, no, no.
I-I respect what you did.
See, you you are a true professional.
You know, a man who accepts a mission and sees it through till the very end.
Don't say it.
A man just like me.
Mr.
Hanna.
Morris just arrived.
He just walked into the theater lobby.
He's walking through the lobby now.
I have not seen Groller or anyone else who matches the description of the Molina hit squad, either.
I'm going in.
I'll have a small popcorn.
Morris just took a seat in the fifth row.
He's front and center.
And there's no one near him.
Who the hell is that? He must have been here already.
Morris just handed something off.
I got the guy in the hoodie.
Take Morris.
LAPD.
Hold it right there.
Federal agent! Are you really going to shoot me, Agent Callen? Go.
Go! All right, Morris, tell him what you told us.
I've known Jada Khaled since she was a little girl.
So you admit you've been doing business with a warlord for over 20 years? Baseless accusation that will be addressed once you speak to my attorneys.
My corporation is a show of good faith.
You need to cooperate faster, Morris.
Tahir doesn't care that Jada testified against him.
He's a ruthless warlord who's going to keep on doing what he's doing until someone else more ruthless stops him.
In the meantime, he just wants to see his little sister again.
Oh, what, so this is all about Tahir trying to have a little family reunion with Jada? Ultimately, yes.
And you might be interested to know that she wants exactly the same thing.
Well, is it that farfetched to think that a brother and a sister who are the only surviving members of their family could forgive each other? Tell me what happened after the ambush this morning.
Jada called me on a burn phone and wanted to know if Tahir was involved.
I told her that he he wanted to bring her home, put the past behind them.
She was understandably skeptical, and convinced that guy Groller to vet me in person.
So Jada was the one who called Groller on the burn phone after the ambush-- she called the only friend she had.
Why did she meet you here? So I could give her a forged passport.
The Molina Cartel are getting her out of the country today on a private jet.
You just sent Jada to her death.
I don't buy it.
I spent enough time around Tahir to know the only thing he wants to do is torture and murder Jada for betraying him.
It's not about revenge; this is about honor.
In that culture, Jada belongs to her brother.
Killing her is the only way to restore the family name.
Yes, but the only way you can save her life is by forbidding her to return home.
And that that's like imprisoning a woman because you believe that you know her brother better than she does.
Jada is dead the minute she steps foot in Sudan.
Come on, Hetty, you know that as well as I do.
Perhaps but I'm afraid that Jada's opinion is the only one that matters.
Then I'll get proof.
after the first lie I told her.
She didn't know my real name back then.
She didn't know I was gonna destroy her life.
But something inside of her told her to believe me.
That's where it started.
A pact of honor.
An unspoken agreement that I would take on a burden that wasn't part of my mission.
It was just the right thing to do.
And now you come here to engage me in one of these agreements.
If she goes back to Sudan, she'll die.
You know that.
No.
No, I-I don't.
You just want me to agree with you so you'll feel better about forcing this woman to spend the rest of her life in a place she doesn't want to be.
You didn't come here to strike a pact of honor.
You came here to get my permission.
I came to get the truth.
The truth is no one knows what will happen to Jada if she returns to Sudan.
Perhaps Tahir himself does not know.
I mean, he may have a plan, but that plan may change once he sees her face for the first time after all these years.
Who are you to say what will happen in that moment? If she dies part of me will die with her.
Do you understand what I'm saying to you? Mm-hmm.
A part of my soul will go dark.
I will do brutal and unspeakable things to people.
Is that all? It's not so bad here in the land of the brutal, my friend.
I'll be sure to give you a warm welcome when you arrive.
All right.
I see how it is.
See how what is? You turned this into a guy-versus-girls thing.
What? Deeks This whole thing is an elaborate ruse to resume the great PSB debate with another ladybird in the room.
And by "this whole thing," do you mean the Molina ambush, Jada, or what'll go down when she gets on that plane? Talia, how do you feel about being roped into our little gender war here? For the record, this is not a war and I'm not on his side.
What's a PSB? It's this evil lady that double-parks and blocks Kensi into the Starbucks.
Wait.
You've got a Parking Spot Bitch, too? Yes.
Oh, my God, do I hate PSB's.
Yes! Do you want to talk about it? Yes.
Girl, I'm here for you.
- Thank you.
- Okay, the only thing that proves is that you're both unhinged.
Am I right, Callen? Still not taking sides.
Aw, come on, man, this is supposed to be us versus them; conquer and divide-- this is what they want.
The Molinas are moving.
Alex and the guy Kensi tagged are headed for an airstrip - in Van Nuys.
- Flight manifests? There's a private charter jet scheduled to leave in an hour.
Let's move.
Fast.
All right, you're looking at the entire Molina entourage, guys.
No vehicles coming or going.
Hold your position, Callen.
Let's see what Jada really wants.
Okay, got it.
Out of the car.
Don't fire until I clear you.
Roger that.
Just say the word.
Looks like Groller got himself caught in the middle of Jada and the cartel.
Time to go home.
What is going to happen to you now? Don't worry about me, Jada.
Damn it, Jada.
Groller! Groller's down! Move in now.
I got Alex.
Do not let Jada get on that plane.
He's still breathing.
I got us covered.
Alex.
Look at me.
What is Tahir really gonna do with Jada? Do the right thing, Alex.
You tell me the truth.
Stay with me, Alex.
What is Tahir gonna do with Jada? I'm not Alex Molina.
That is your team calling you.
They're going to tell you that Jada is boarding her plane now.
There is nothing you can do anymore.
You did all you could.
I was right.
When Jada arrives in Sudan, Tahir is going to welcome her with open arms.
He's going to throw a feast in her honor that same night.
And then a few hours later, after his morning prayer he is going to torture her to death.
I'm so sorry.
How do you know? Because Tahir told me himself.
You're Alex Molina.
It's nice to meet you, my friend.
Federal agents! Do not move.
Enough.
Enough! I have done everything NCIS has asked of me.
I accepted that Sam had to make impossible choices.
Please let me go home now.
Tahir is gonna kill you, Jada.
You do not know my brother as I do.
He only wants his family back.
My brother will not harm me.
No, you're wrong.
What proof do you have of this? It's me.
Sam.
Jada, listen to me.
Don't get on that plane.
I'll never ask you for anything else, ever.
Just don't go back to Sudan.
I'm tired, Sam.
I want my life back.
I'll help you start a new life.
But I want my life back.
I don't want to be in some lonely place where they have and skiing.
Your brother is going to kill you.
I was ready to begin a new life with you.
You remember? It was all lies.
So perhaps if there was anyone else on this phone, I would believe them.
Why would I lie about this? Because it is what you do.
You're an undercover agent.
It is your job.
Good-bye.
Jada listen Jada! After everything I have done for NCIS will you force me to stay? No.
Then this is my choice.
GPS tracker we put on Molina's guy still active? Yeah, we got him.
The signal's strong.
The moment this plane lands anywhere in the world, we'll know.
I'll brief SECNAV now.
I told you Arturo Molina's eldest son wouldn't be spending much time in prison, remember? Our family's lawyers have already drawn up a deal that'll be too tempting for your agency to turn down.
You should've taken me up on that pact of honor when I offered it to you.
Jada's gone, and this is when your soul turns dark, huh? I'll be sure to look for you in the land of the brutal, my friend.
By the time you see me, it'll be too late.
Jada didn't believe me, Hetty.
The lies caught up with me.
I told her the truth.
It didn't make a difference.
Jada decided to get on that plane to Sudan long before today.
In fact, some would say she made that choice years ago.
Yeah, the day I decided to tell her who I am.
And who I'm not.
I know it doesn't feel like it now, Sam but you did excellent work today.
And thanks to you, we've learned that the Molina Cartel's future kingpin is in our custody.
And what happens to Jada, only time will tell.
Nice having you around, Talia.
You know, we should hang out sometime.
Yeah? Yeah.
Go to a Clippers game, grab some beer.
Mm Rockets are in town this weekend.
Yeah? What is happening here? I'm usually the object of your inappropriate work-space attention.
And, you, I thought we had plans this weekend.
This is exactly why I didn't commit to you, Deeks.
I'll think about it.
You should.
Mm.
What what about me? Okay, settle down, Deeks.
He's obviously a social guy; you should cut him some slack.
Callen always has plans.
Yeah, what, to stare at the ocean and smolder? Mm.
You do give a good smolder.
Thank you.
- Oh! - Okay.
Good night, Deeks.
Wait, where are you guys going? I'm gonna go crush copious amounts of ice cream with females only.
Females only.
I'm sorry.
Who's gonna sit here and listen to me vent? Not us.
Good night, Deeks.
Wait, I got a solution.
How about tonight? What about tonight? You and I go grab beers tonight.
Guy, I told you, I need to think about that.
Think about what? Tonight is happening right now.
We are on this ride together.
And I know the place, the perfect place.
Okay.
Really? Yeah, right around the corner, and they got a happy hour for another two hours, and they got craft beers-- do you like craft beers? Love craft beers.
Well, they got craft beers, and they got jalapeno poppers, potato skins, they got, uh oh, the mozzarella stick.
That's the trifecta-- you can't turn down the trifecta, 'cause you Callen? We're-we're just gonna meet there? All right, I'll just, I'll just text you the address.
Callen?
Callen?
