I bet he's getting a nice cut for his efforts.
It's a brilliant plan on Karume's part.
Collect funds to aid in his own capture.
Then use the money to support his army.
And the LRA gains direct Intel on who's after them, how much they know and how they're being tracked.
The CIA says The Center for South Sudanese Justice has been using the dark net.
It's probably how Laurent is communicating with Karume.
And it's most likely how the Intel on Sam and his family was sent to Tahir.
Salim was saying Karume doesn't trust computers and now the CIA's saying that he's been using the dark net for years? That is pretty disturbing.
What if Salim is working for Karume? He was a member of Karume's LRA.
KENSI: And a huge part of Karume's process is brainwashing the children that he's kidnapped.
