Regular Show (2010) s08e01 Episode Script
One Space Day at a Time
Confusion, chaos.
That was the scene in the city earlier today as the park blasted off into the sky.
Who is responsible? I'm rich.
No comment! And it kind of sounded like a kafwaw! No, wait, I guess it was more like a Boom! And parks from different countries around the world Have mysterious launched into space, taking along with them - Animals and - My car! Hey! Well, all this reporter can do is hope that everyone is holding it together up there.
- What's going on? - What is that? Why am I still wearing this thing? Hyah! There's no cell service! I need to call my wife! How am I gonna call my wife?! Be careful what you write in your dream journal, Eileen.
You might just get it.
Oh, no! I'm lost forever! We're gonna starve to death and die out here! We got to press the button again! No, we got to calm Go back, go back, go back, go back.
I'm a high school graduate.
I'm too young to die in space.
Stop! Everybody calm down.
We've done this before, guys.
Last time we got trapped in the dome, we panicked, right? But then we banded together and figured it out.
We can't fall apart now.
We are going to figure out how to get home, but we have to survive first.
All we have to do is make it through one day at a time.
Mordecai is right.
We'll handle this like we handle everything else with a morning meeting.
All right, the most important thing is that we call Maellard so we can get off this thing and back to Earth.
In the meantime, I'm gonna be setting some survival tasks.
First up is Skips.
I'm gonna need you to go around the park and look for a cellphone signal.
We have no other way to contact Earth, so this is priority number one.
Hmm.
Mordecai and Rigby, you go explore the tunnels under the park.
Aw, man.
It's creepy down there.
I don't want to hear it.
Pops and Eileen, I need you to take inventory of the food supplies.
We have no idea how long we'll out here, so we better make the most of it.
Muscle Man and Hi Fives.
Whoohoo! You're in charge of finding building supplies, first aid, and anything else we might be able to use.
Well, it looks like Mordecai and Rigby aren't back yet, so Pops and Eileen, how about an update? Well, we found an unusual amount of small foods baby carrots, baby corn, and some fingerlings, which are basically baby potatoes.
The garden was recently ravaged by a weevil blight, so at this point, we're just left with a large variety of onions.
So, we only have dirt vegetables and baby food? Well, what did you guys find? Feast your eyes on this.
A talk and text, some rebar, a Bundt cake pan? How'd it go for you, Skips? I couldn't get a signal.
And all this after they upsold me on the extended coverage, too.
Typical.
Hey, maybe I could use this to help boost the cellphone signal.
Yes! Yes, this! This is a plan.
Eileen gets it.
Thanks? You start building whatever you need.
Everybody help Eileen.
Now, where are Mordecai and Rigby? Whoa! Space carts! Whoa! Whoa.
Whoa! These things are hard to control.
Whoa.
Dude, we're in space.
Yeah.
What if we're stuck here forever? Might not be so bad.
I mean, we basically have the park and all the stuff we normally have.
Also, I've got Eileen, and you have me! And we have spaceships.
Maybe this is how we become space pilots.
Unless that timeline is destroyed.
I don't know.
Yeah, but we'll probably make it back to Earth.
What are you two doing? No one's heard from you for two hours! Sorry, Benson.
We were exploring and then we found these space carts.
Yeah, and they were already crashed and stuff.
I don't care.
I don't care! I don't care!! We have a plan now.
Quit goofing off and get to the surface! Well, while you two were goofing off, we were getting stuff done topside.
Eileen? Almost ready to go.
This primitive signal amp should get us a few bars.
We have another problem, though.
Over the past few hours, I've noticed that the Earth is getting farther and farther away.
Well, it looks like it's time to call home.
Skips, flip that switch.
It's working! It's working! It's working! We're gonna die! Drifting in space, no way of communicating with earth thanks for getting us stuck in space, Rigby! You pushed that button, too.
Your hand was on top of mine.
- I was just going with the flow! - Going with the flow? I'll show you going with the flow! Hyah! - Whoa, whoa! -Stop, stop! - Cut it out! Stop, stop it! This is not helpful! Huh? What's that? Huh? I think it's a satellite.
Looks like my old car phone.
If we get close enough, we might be able to send a signal back to earth.
Space carts! Oh, no.
This is way too important to let you drive.
I'm handling this.
Just dang it! Oh, Benson, It looks like you're having some trouble with the space cart.
Need some help, Benson? Need some help piloting the space cart? I know a couple guys who were accused of goofing off when it looks like really they were honing their space-cart-piloting skills.
Fine.
Hm-Hm-Hm-Hm-Hm-Hm-Hm-Hm-Hm-Hm! Let's fly away and save the day.
We're doomed.
How's it going up there, guys? We're getting pretty close, but no signal, yet.
Shouldn't they have found something by now? They'll find something.
They've got to.
Mordecai, look! Huh? Trust no one? Look out! I can't control it, dude! How do we get them back inside? Somebody's got to go out to get them.
- We're on it! - I'll get the moon door.
Help! All right, all right.
We're gonna get behind you and, uh, bump you! We're gonna bump you right back to the dome.
No bumping! No bumping! You saw what happened to the satellite.
Okay, uh, start pressing buttons.
This thing's got to have something that can help us get them back.
Ahh! Are you trying to kill us? I think you ejected the oxygen tanks.
Why would there be a button for that? You haven't pressed that one, yet.
Me first! All right.
Go to the left.
I am going to the left.
That's too far.
Stop jiggling it.
- It's a technique.
- Maybe you need more practice.
Listen, who's driving right now? I've got this.
This thing is rigged.
Go right.
Right, go! - Whoo-hoo, you did it! - Yeah, all right! - Yes! - Yes! Oh, no, oh, no! We're running out of air! They've got Mordecai and Rigby.
Skips, where are you? The moon door is still closed! What do we do?! What do we do?! You're using up all the air! Brace for impact! Pull up, pull up! - Did you get a signal? - Only for a second.
The earth's so far away now.
We just got to try to take it one day at a time.
Whoa, look.
The sun is setting.
We did it we made it through a day! - Yeah, all right! - Yeah! Uh, guys? That's not a sunset.
