Adam invited triple-platinum and international recording artist Ellie goulding.
Christina brought in former member of the Jonas brothers and artist behind the smash hit "jealous," Nick Jonas.
And pharrell called on Oscar- and grammy award-winning artist Lionel Richie.

Let's look at our coaches' teams heading into the battles.
First is returning coach and four-time champion Blake Shelton.
After winning "the voice" for the fourth time last season, Blake is more determined than ever to remain the coach to beat.
You shouldn't touch me right now because I'm on fire.

I'm pretty much the only one in my family that has anything to do with music.
My mother's a stay-at-home mom, and my father's a contractor.
They can't sing a lick.
He said, "I'll love you till I die" she told him, "you'll forget in time" Hey.
How about that one? Huh? Wow.
Yeah.
As the years went slowly by she still preyed upon his mind he kept some letters by his bed oh, but I didn't see no tears you know, Cody is one of those one-in-a-lifetime country artists that come across this stage, and he definitely has a vintage sound.
All dressed up to go away first time I'd seen him smile in years he stopped loving her today they placed a wreath upon his door and soon they'll carry him away he stopped loving her-r-r-r Oh! Today It was undeniable.

I grew up with two deaf parents, which means I learned sign language before I could even speak.
Even though my parents couldn't hear my voice, they could always understand why I wanted to sing, and they always understood the emotions I felt.
I've seen the world, done it all had my cake now diamonds, brilliant and bel air now hot summer nights, mid-July when you and I were forever wild the crazy days, the city lights Two! Yes! The way you'd play with me like a child She had this airy, interesting, beautiful tone to her voice, and I was immediately drawn in.
Will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful? will you still love me when I'm not young and beautiful? Yes! Very cool.
