9 Chefs Compete

Previously on Hell's Kitchen Sterling and Frank - Get out of here.
- Thank you, Chef.
Wow.
Were relieved to have survived another elimination.
At the next challenge, everyone's ability to think on their feet was tested.
Hell's Kitchen craps.
Go.
And while lady luck "C"! Chilean sea bass.
Was on the side of the blue team Wow, great ingredients there.
The red team had to deal with Um oh, man.
Back-to-back "L" s.
Limes.
Lemon.
What the [Bleep.]
are you doing? When it came time for judging, the teams had to pick one dish to present.
Bryant or Fernando.
Sade's was overlooked by her team.
How about somebody taste Sade's? Seriously, taste my dish.
And it all came down to Bryant The fish is glistening.
Versus La Tasha.
The duck is cooked beautifully.
The winning dish belongs to La Tasha.
Yes! And it was La Tasha's duck that won the red team their V.
I.
P.
ticket to Las Vegas We're going to Vegas, baby! Leaving the blue team behind to handle delivery day [Bleep.]
dying to get out of here.
With an angry Sade Your dish is the one that has us here.
Stop talking about it.
And an injured Steve.
A shooting pain.
You should not be standing on this.
I have to leave because of my [Bleep.]
leg.
It's heartbreaking.
- At dinner - Hello, hello, hello.
Rock and roll legends were in the kitchen.
Two beet salad walking.
The blue team worked in harmony to deliver their best performance yet.
They're perfectly cooked.
The blue team's killing it.
In the red kitchen Touch that.
It's [Bleep.]
rubber.
Frank's meltdown at the fish station They're all overcooked! It's this one.
It's this one.
Forced a desperate Chef Ramsay They need you.
Let's go.
To bring in reinforcements.
Fish, what do you need? I [Bleep.]
every fish up.
I feel like the biggest piece of garbage.
The red team clearly lost.
Give me two nominees for elimination.
And Chef Ramsay broke from tradition Wait.
Come back! And cut to the chase.
Say good-bye to Frank.
And Frank lost his chance of becoming the head chef at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Atlantic City.
And now the continuation of Hell's Kitchen.
Get out of here.
[Bleep.]
Frank.
_ I can no longer be a crutch for the weak.
Pfft.
I just know, man, everybody tried to help him out.
Tomorrow's service we need to be rock solid.
- Rock solid.
- There's no excuses tomorrow now.
While the red team realizes there's no more room for excuses, a member of the blue team It's amazing to think, do I really want to win a chef's position? Has come to a realization of his own.
Yeah, 250 grand, that's great, but, like, I don't really want to win it.
What do you mean? I just I want to earn it.
Aaron, where is your head? Like, it's for a quarter of a million dollars, and you work under Chef Ramsay.
I mean, technically, yeah, I can earn it here.
I don't think he thinks he can actually win this competition.
If I was Chef Ramsay, I wouldn't want him as my chef.
It's gonna be hard, you know? Exactly.
With the weaker chefs gone and only nine individuals left, the pressure in Hell's Kitchen is starting to build, and it's clear Hello? I need everybody downstairs.
That Chef Ramsay is showing no sign of letting up.
Let's go! Quick! Good morning.
Good morning, Chef.
I have a question for you all.
What is the one place in the world that you'd like to go to? Bryant.
Uh, Holland, Chef.
Seriously? Yeah.
They have coffeeshops, red-light districts.
Different things, you know, that a chef really enjoys.
As a chef, traveling is a real opportunity to try all types of combinations of flavors.
One of the ethnic foods that I fell in love with is Indian cuisine.
My kids ain't gonna believe this, but I seen real, live Aladdin characters.
Okay, I see you, brother.
Go ahead.
Our amazing Bollywood dancers.
Great job.
Thank you so much.
- Wasn't that great? - Yes.
Now, for your next challenge, you'll be combining ingredients to create four Indian-inspired dishes pork, lamb, chicken, and one cod dish.
Look at the screens.
Both teams will cook one of each protein, using only the ingredients in the row next to its name.
One person from each team will have the responsibility of moving those ingredients around with a touch-screen tablet.
For example, if you want to move the potatoes from the cod to the lamb, you'd have to move the pieces like this.
Oh, God.
Yeah.
It looks like a crazy food Tetris that we're gonna have to play.
If there's an empty square, at the end of the three minutes, you'll get the choice of a list of wild card ingredients to fill in that gap.
Yes, Chef.
Now, blue team, since you have five members, two of you will cook the same protein.
Oh.
Teams, decide who will be handling the tablet and which proteins each of you will be cooking.
I'd like the lamb.
I'd like the chicken.
Chicken, pork, lamb.
- Cod.
- And you're gonna do the tablet? - Yeah.
- All right.
- Cod.
- Sure, I'll take cod.
I can do the tablet.
I can do that.
I worked for an Indian chef.
I got that all day long.
I'm relatively familiar with Indian food, so this should be easy.
I can just boom, boom, boom, boom.
It's hand-eye.
I've got it.
I love it.
Your three minutes, Aaron and Roe, starts now.
Give us the spinach! Give us the spinach! I can do the spinach.
With the proteins assigned for both teams Coconut milk with pork.
Aaron and Roe have been chosen to shift the puzzle-piece ingredients, trying to put the most complementary ingredients with each protein on the board Try and get the eggplant up with the lamb.
While their teammates vie for the ingredients they want.
- Greens with the chicken.
- Take those pistachios out.
Bunch the greens with the chicken.
Guys, one at a time.
- I'll take chickpeas for the pork.
- I'll take the rice.
I can't hear everybody at once, not with eight of you yelling.
Like, it's not gonna work.
Come on, Roe.
Give me the lentils and the yogurt.
Lentils, Sterling? Yes, ma'am.
Everybody, how are we looking? You didn't give me my yogurt.
- How do we feel about this, guys? - I like it.
Perfect.
Perfect, done.
I mean, the yogurt, yogurt, yogurt.
- Yogurt.
Move my lentils.
- Five, four Try and get the yogurt down for the chicken.
- Three, two - I can't.
It's gonna get stuck.
One.
Stop.
[Bleep.]
.
Ugh, damn it.
Why have you got both lentils and chickpeas, Sterling? I didn't ask for it, but I got it.
Good luck.
Okay, La Tasha and Bryant, you each have the wild card.
You have a choice between the following ingredients tomatoes, okra, paneer, or green beans.
I'll take tomatoes, Chef.
I'll take the okra, Chef.
You've all got 30 minutes to create a stunning dish.
And your time starts Now! Let's go, go, go, go, go.
With the ingredients selected, the chefs get to work on the dishes they've designed.
I already got the pistachios and the basmati rice.
I've got a mango-powder-crusted lamb.
- You know what you're doing? - Yeah, I'm gonna do a soup.
But one member of the red team What's the problem? I have no idea what the [Bleep.]
I'm doing.
Doesn't know where in the world to begin.
This is not my forte.
I have no idea what Indian cuisine is.
I've never tasted Indian food.
What the hell? No [Bleep.]
clue.
All I know is I'm gonna have rice on the bottom of my plate, and I need something to go over top of it.
Can you taste, girl? I can't right now.
Okay.
We have a pan-seared pork with cumin and turmeric.
Hey, give me something for the yogurt.
What spice? I've spent about eight months doing Indian-inspired kind of cuisine.
I've worked with all of these different spices before, so I know what I'm doing.
- Spice? - Yeah.
Curry, turmeric, fenugreek.
No, no, no, no, no, for the yogurt.
We don't have dill.
Coriander.
No.
Aaron is saying that he worked for an Indian chef, and he kind of, like, knows where to go.
But, Aaron, you don't know where the [Bleep.]
is going on.
- Four minutes to go.
- Yes, Chef.
Am I allowed to use some of that coconut milk? - No.
No.
- No? If you playing cards, one day you have a great hand, and some days you got [Bleep.]
hand.
And this would be one of my days I got the most [Bleep.]
hand.
Last minute, guys.
Chicken, go, chicken, go.
Chicken, chicken, chicken, chicken, go.
Are we plating? It's time to go.
Looking good, Chef.
Come on, guys, move.
Five.
.
four Three two One.
Plates up, guys.
Blue team, you do have one extra dish, so decide which one you're dropping.
Hurry up.
This is you ooh, heat on there.
Little bit of heat on the back.
Come on, what do y'all think? I'm gonna go with Sade, man.
- I'm going fire.
- Yeah, I'm in.
Right, blue team, whose dish are you dropping? Santos'.
There's more Indian flavor profile in hers than mine.
You know, Sade, the ball is in your court.
You better be able to slam-dunk this, because if you don't, you're gonna hear from me.
For today's challenge, I have brought in a recipient of a Michelin star.
Please welcome Chef Sachin Chopra.
Chef.
We got a Michelin star chef, Chef Chopra.
Hey.
Hi, Chefs.
How are you? Man, I just hope he'll like my cuisine.
Now, Chef Chopra and I are gonna judge your dishes on a scale of one to five.
Clearly, the team with the most points wins the challenge.
Let's start off with the lamb, please.
Let's go.
La Tasha and Aaron.
It's no problem being the first one up.
I've got my background, and I'm feeling pretty confident in my dish.
Aaron, please describe your dish to chef.
So, having studied a little bit of Indian food, I did a date chutney inside of the filo.
- I mean, I've never put chutney inside of filo paste.
- I know.
The lamb has mango powder.
Let's go.
Little seed on the dates.
Oh, [Bleep.]
, I missed a seed.
The lamb is cooked very nice.
Bizarre, the old chutney inside of filo pastry.
Very bizarre.
And La Tasha.
I've prepared a seared lamb with a sweet pea and mint puree.
Lamb's delicious.
It's very, very good.
But the okra it's undercooked.
But otherwise, the other flavors are really, really good.
Thank you, Chef.
Let's score Aaron first.
Chef, out of five.
I would give him three.
Aaron, a two.
Crap.
And, La Tasha, I'm gonna give yours a three.
A good four, I would say.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
- All right, La Tasha.
- Good job, Tash.
I'm feeling good.
I want to do a little Indian dance.
Hey! Seven to five for the red team.
Next up, chicken, please.
With the blue team down by two, Sade is hoping her garam masala chicken will receive a high score.
Very nice, actually.
Four out of five.
- Three.
Yeah.
- Three? And she receives a solid seven out of ten Yes! While Sterling's chicken curry soup It is not as fragrant as her dish.
I haven't seen a soup like that anywhere.
Fails to impress.
I'm gonna give that a one.
A two, actually.
Man, I got three.
Wah, wah, wah.
Blue team, you pulled back in the lead, 12 to 10.
Cod, let's go.
Now it's up to Bryant's Indian-inspired cod to maintain the blue team's lead.
Basically a dry-rubbed cod and some champagne vinegar.
Where in the [Bleep.]
did you see that in India? I think it is not pleasant.
But his dish misses the mark, which gives Roe a chance to put the red team ahead with her filo-wrapped cod.
- The filo paste is wet, soggy.
- Yeah.
It's like eating a mouthful of wet tissue.
But she also underwhelms.
- Three, I guess.
- Two.
Thank you.
And the blue team's margin is now just one point.
Blue, you have a slight lead, Oh, man.
Next up, battle of the pork.
Let's go.
You got this, Jen.
Going into the final round, it's Jennifer versus Fernando.
I feel completely ashamed that a Michelin-rated Indian chef, he's about to eat whatever the hell I just put on my plate.
Jennifer.
I marinated the pork with coconut milk and tamarind.
Underneath you have a basmati rice with clove, star anise, and curry leaves.
Did you taste your dish? Oh, my God.
Pork's delicious.
It's very good, actually.
Really.
It's a very tasty dish.
It's pretty flawless.
I pfft.
I really could just collapse right now.
Very, very nice dish.
- Yeah, good job.
- Yeah.
Fernando.
Chef, this is a pan-roasted pork loin with turmeric and cumin.
And then you have on the bottom is braised garbanzo beans.
Ooh.
It's hot.
I was hoping the yogurt will counterbalance the heat.
Pork's cooked very nicely.
But the flavors are slightly muted.
There's a huge push from the green chilies.
Spice needs to be blended down a peg.
Fernando, four out of five.
Chef, Fernando's pork dish? I would give it a three.
Blue team, eight-point lead.
Jennifer's out of five, please.
It's a solid four.
Ooh.
Oh, red team.
We need this win, we need this win.
It's tough, very tough.
Does it deserve five points? It's the final round of today's Indian-cuisine challenge.
Blue, you have a slight lead, Fernando impressed the judges with his coconut-milk-braised pork Fernando, four out of five.
I would give it a three.
Scoring a total of seven points.
Chef, how would you score Jennifer's? And now it's all come down to Jennifer's nutmeg-and-mace-infused pork.
It's a solid four.
Ooh.
Ooh.
It's tough, very tough.
Yeah, solid four.
Good job.
Good job, Jen.
That's right, baby.
- Good job.
- Good job.
Absolutely.
Good work, good work.
- Thank you.
- Good job.
Oh, my God, both teams are tied now.
I am seriously gonna lose my mind if I don't get out of here.
Red team, blue team, we have a tie.
So the highest-scoring dish breaks the tie.
One chef scored eight out of ten and has won it for her team.
Congratulations, Jennifer.
- Red team, well done.
- Yes, Jen.
Jennifer.
Hoo-rah for Jennifer.
Eight out of ten, baby.
Eight out of ten.
- Chef, it's been a pleasure.
- Thank you.
Thank you so much.
Safe trip back.
- Good luck, guys.
- Thank you.
I'm untouchable right now.
I'm in heaven.
Red team, well done.
Thank you, Chef.
Thanks, Chef.
Today I've arranged for you a day of pampering Ooh.
Foot massages, scalp massages, an acupuncturist Yes! At the most amazing, luxurious Willow Spa.
Yes.
One more thing I have a very special surprise waiting for you all upstairs.
Get the [Bleep.]
out of here.
Go and check out what it is.
- Go, go.
- Off you go.
Thank you, Jen.
- Good job, Jen.
- Thank you, Chef.
Good job, good job.
It sure feels good to keep winning, baby.
Thank you, Chef Ramsay.
Thank you! Ohh! Oh, God! Hell, yeah! Oh, my I love you, Chef! Vitamix that's love, baby.
I love you.
Oh, my God! Blue team, while the red team are enjoying the Willow Spa, you'll all be hard at work preparing for tonight's dinner service.
I've decided to add a few Indian-inspired dishes, so we have a lot of prep to do.
I want the chickens butchered for a tandoori special.
Then I've got 50 pounds of basmati rice.
- Yes, Chef.
- Yes, Chef.
That's not all.
Hell's Kitchen exterior could do with a bit of sprucing up.
Spend the afternoon wiping down the entrance hallway, cleaning up.
Head out to the patio.
Get some fresh air before we start.
Get out of here.
Stupid.
I cannot take this.
The red team lost a few challenges right before I left.
And now this is my sixth challenge losing, straight maybe even seven.
I lost count.
Sade! She's probably crying.
_ This is killing me.
Blow that way, Aaron.
Don't blow this.
Where's the blue team? Oh, no! [Bleep.]
! Don't walk on that carpet.
Walk around.
- Walk around.
- Hostility.
I'm gonna walk wherever the [Bleep.]
I want to walk.
Don't be hating on us.
It's not my problem that your [Bleep.]
team sucks at cooking.
Enjoy your punishment.
I'm gonna enjoy my spa.
Having won their third-consecutive challenge The red team heads out for a day of pampering at a luxurious spa by the sea.
I know this is gonna be amazing.
This is weird.
I've never had an acupuncture treatment.
Stick it to me, baby.
Oh, my God.
Like being buried alive, right? This feels like dirt.
I'm 100% twisted right now.
I'm talking about Hey, that's a position I'm not used to being in.
Sade needs a spa day.
Um, dustpan? Santos! There's only one dustpan? I got one more layer, and I'm done.
Come on, I got real leaves blowing everywhere.
Sade has a personality issue, and she's just a little bit bossy and rude.
Give it to me.
If Sade doesn't check herself, you know, she's gonna wreck herself.
Do we have, like, bags for this? It's just not necessary.
Sade is so [Bleep.]
annoying, man.
All this [Bleep.]
punishment my arm's getting all bit.
You're here to work in a kitchen, not to cry over some spa [Bleep.]
.
[Bleep.]
this.
Yes.
Are you playing Johnny gill in your head? 'Cause you sure is rubbing me the right way.
Sterling's trying to get his happy ending.
Can we close the curtains on them a little bit? - This is definitely pampering.
- That's right.
It's just a great day.
I think this is exactly what we need just to bring us into tonight's service that much stronger.
To the queens of the kitchen.
- Yeah, love.
- I got you, Roe.
Let's go red.
Let's go red? All right, guys, I want to get this stuff done so we can have another great service.
- Yes, Chef.
- Chef.
Ah, this sucks.
God, before I got here, I had to do six cases of chicken.
[Bleep.]
Aaron.
If you need help, just call Aaron.
He's an expert on everything, except cooking.
Aaron was an Indian chef.
I wasn't an Indian chef.
I just worked at an India-inspired - French restaurant.
- Oh, okay.
Not only is he a professional dentist.
I'll just stop talking.
Why are you getting mad, though? Everyone's picking on me, but you know what? I've done a lot of [Bleep.]
in my little life.
I'm a well-rounded chef.
Oh, I'm a chicken.
- Oh! Twerking like a chicken.
- You are losing it.
Twerking, twerking like a chicken.
I've been here too long.
Hey! Back, baby! We're back! Roe's just floating along with her losing ass.
Our feet feel real good.
Just enjoying the fruits of La Tasha and Jennifer's labor.
Take your asses upstairs and get the hell out of here.
Even though we went to the spa, everyone needs to be on their "A" game tonight.
Who's ready? I'm ready.
Ready to rock this dinner service.
Afternoon, Chef.
Energized by their day at the spa, the red team hits the kitchen All right, good luck, y'all.
Anxious to continue their winning streak.
But in the blue kitchen, one chef You need help, or you got it? Whatever.
I'm over it.
Still hasn't gotten over losing today's challenge.
Sade has kind of a big mouth and a [Bleep.]
attitude most of the time.
And that does not fly in the kitchen at all.
Sade, two seconds, please.
Yes, Chef.
Sade go bye-bye.
Afternoon, Chef.
It's just minutes before Hell's Kitchen is set to open for dinner service.
All right, good luck, y'all.
But first Sade, two seconds, please.
Chef Ramsay wants a word with one member of the blue team, who he notices is feeling a little blue.
Now, tonight I need to have a successful service.
I have seen on a personal front is this young girl growing in confidence.
You're getting better.
Don't stop there.
- Yes, Chef.
- Do you feel like you're getting stronger? I do, Chef, every day.
Every day I'm getting stronger.
- Don't stop.
- I won't.
- Yeah, keep up.
- Thank you.
I will.
Thank you, Chef.
Let's go me.
Chef Ramsay knows that I can do this, so I plan on carrying my team tonight just as I do every other night.
I'm focusing on making sure everything is perfect.
Let's go.
Marino.
- Yes, Chef? - Open Hell's Kitchen, please.
Tonight for the first time ever in Hell's Kitchen Cheers, right? Chef Ramsay is offering a special menu featuring Indian-inspired dishes, including favorites such as tandoori chicken and paneer flatbread pizza.
Here we go, guys.
On order, four covers, table 11.
Here we go, straight out the gate.
Two scallops, two flatbread.
Yes, Chef.
Let's go! You work one flatbread.
[Bleep.]
, no, you muppet.
- And you work one flatbread.
- Yes, Chef.
- Thank you.
- You're welcome, Chef.
I'm trying to show Chef Ramsay that I can lead.
I'm gonna make this service my bitch.
Scallops are down.
I'm on fish tonight, and I'm dead-on determined to make sure that this goes smoothly.
Two flatbread, let's go! Pizza's walking.
Pizza's walking.
Ready? Pizza behind you.
Ready? I got you, buddy.
Two flatbread, Jean, table 21.
Scallops, please.
Another scallop.
I'll work this, man.
Don't worry about it.
Everything's pretty much gone out, so I am going to move on and help Aaron on fish.
That one.
Feels raw.
Yeah.
Hey, blue team! Come here, blue team.
Come on, Aaron.
Look, still stone cold.
[Bleep.]
, who cooked them? No answer.
Bryant, like, what the [Bleep.]
is this? Really? - Who cooked them? - It's my station.
My station.
I take responsibility.
Oh, [Bleep.]
.
With Aaron taking the fall for Bryant's raw scallops, the blue team starts over on their second ticket of appetizers.
Meanwhile, in the red kitchen, Chef Ramsay I'm gonna help you, Roe! Looks to Sterling on appetizers and Jennifer on garnish to get the red team off to a good start.
On order, two covers, table two.
Two covers, table 51.
Two flatbread followed by one Caesar, one flatbread, fire.
Yes, Chef.
It was like, "oh, Jen's working garnish tonight.
" Absolutely.
We're just gonna [Bleep.]
her on flatbreads.
" How long on two flatbread? One minute on flatbread, Chef.
Two more flatbreads after that, right, Chef? - You good? - I hope so.
It's freakin' flatbread hell.
One Caesar, one flatbread.
All right, I'm walking one Caesar.
Heard that.
Walking.
Two flatbread, 21, going.
Bon appétit.
Let's go! Give me that other flatbread! How long on the flatbread? I am buried in flatbreads right now.
If you have time, can you help her build these? Let's go.
I got your pieces, okay? Flatbread I'm waiting on, yes? Yes, Chef.
- You finish this.
- Okay, I'll start on this.
- I need two more.
- Two more, I heard.
I'm definitely nervous that Sterling is prepping my flatbreads right now.
That's way too big.
I got it.
I'm gonna make it right.
I'm gonna make it right.
You can't trim a [Bleep.]
flatbread down after it comes out of the oven.
What are you gonna do, cut around the crust? And you're gonna see the opening and [Bleep.]
? No! Do not make 'em too big, Sterling.
I got you, baby.
Trust me.
I get it, but I'm telling you - Okay.
- They don't want 'em big.
Sterling, I love you.
But if you [Bleep.]
me on these flatbreads, I'm gonna throw your ass in that [Bleep.]
pizza oven and make a Sterling [Bleep.]
pizza.
Let's go! Give me that other flatbread.
How long on the flatbread? Slicing flatbread, Chef.
Where's the other flatbread? Despite Jennifer's concerns about Sterling Service, please.
Their flatbreads pass Chef Ramsay's inspection and head out to the dining room.
And back in the blue kitchen, Chef Ramsay is still waiting on One risotto, one scallops where is it? How long on the scallop? - How long? Scallops? - In hand.
Come on, guys.
Come on.
Thank you, Sade.
Appreciate it.
- Can you walk? - Walk, walk.
Bryant, don't give me [Bleep.]
.
Hot pan, Chef.
Don't give me [Bleep.]
, Bryant.
I don't need to hear you right now.
Yeah, well, you're going to.
- Fine, that's fine.
- Guys, guys.
Bryant has no idea what the [Bleep.]
he is talking about.
Okay.
'Cause you have two things to do over there.
[Bleep.]
.
Risotto.
It's good.
Risotto behind you.
Blue team! Yes, Chef.
Come here! Just touch that.
Touch it.
Oh, my God, that's from the fridge, man.
Hey, hey, hey, team, touch it! [Bleep.]
cold.
What the [Bleep.]
is going on? Aaron, how do you send up a cold lobster? Come on, Aaron.
The scallops are undercooked.
The lobster's stone cold.
Lobster tail in! Come on, man.
How long you need? How long? Put it on the burner, bro.
No, I don't have to, dude! You don't throw cold lobster tail in.
Every time Bryant touches something on my station, it's [Bleep.]
.
Like I didn't touch your lobster tail.
Take ownership, then.
I put it right here in your butter.
Aaron can't cook to save his life.
Calm the [Bleep.]
down, dude.
That's how you want to be a team? All right, then [Bleep.]
you.
I'm not doing none of your [Bleep.]
now.
Although the chefs on the blue team are having a hard time getting along with each other, they are somehow managing to get appetizers - There you go.
- Good.
Out of the kitchen.
Whoa.
And back in the red kitchen On order, four covers, table 33 two flatbread, two Risotto.
Yes, Chef! The pressure is on Sterling to keep up the pace with hot appetizers.
How long on risotto? Three minutes.
If I can show them I can get off to a hot start, they'll start having more trust in me.
Let's go on the risotto! Risotto.
- That risotto's delicious.
- Thank you! Sterling, by yourself, you're doing two more capellini - with two risotto, right? - Yes, Chef.
I got all my pans getting hot, so I give myself a little music.
Risotto, risotto, capellini, I'm hot.
My name is Sterling Risotto right now Everybody, bounce.
Uh! Come on, Sterling.
Keep on the risotto, baby.
Risotto! Hot, hot, hot.
- Risotto, how long? - I'm ready on risotto! Risotto, risotto, capellini, I'm hot.
Bam.
Got this.
Delicious.
Delicious risotto.
Thank you, Chef! Yeah, Sterling! I knew you had it in you.
Way to go, brother.
On order, two covers, table 31 one salmon, one Wellington, yes? Hey, Roe, Roe, don't blow it.
- Stand back! - Roe! It's 45 minutes into dinner service Risotto.
And Sterling's performance on appetizers has the red kitchen off to a strong start.
Delicious risotto.
But Roe's station Risotto! Hey, Roe, Roe, don't blow it.
- Stand back! - Roe! Appears to be going up in flames.
[Bleep.]
, stand back.
[Bleep.]
.

Three minutes.
I'm walking in two.
Go in two.
All right, guys, keep pushing.
How long? Two minutes, right? Two minutes? Two minutes.
Yes, not even two minutes.

Move, move.
[Bleep.]
.
Aaron is just a [Bleep.]
wreck.
You don't even know what you're doing, man.
The bitch can make desserts, but that's it.
You've lost it.
[Bleep.]
him.
Two halibut, come on, come on, come on, how long? Aaron's issues with the halibut have brought the blue kitchen to a standstill.
Beast of a station.
Meanwhile, in the red kitchen Let's go, guys! Pick it up! La Tasha's meat You can go in six, Roe? And Roe's fish Yeah, I can go in six.

Two wellies.
It's the final four.
My meat's got to be on point tonight.
All right, I'm slicing lamb.
All of Roe's fish has got to be on point.
We've all got to be strong tonight.
Where's the halibut? Halibut walking, Chef.
We have the dream team right now in the red kitchen.
Blue team, hope you guys are ready to eliminate somebody over there, 'cause that's how it's gonna happen tonight.
Walk the garnish.
I'm slicing meat.
Red team are killing it.
While the red team continues to send out entrées It's getting hot in this Hell's Kitchen.
In the blue kitchen On order, six top two halibut, two salmon, two lamb.
Yes, Chef.
A lot of fish.
Be careful, yeah? Yes, it is.
Orders for the fish station are piling up.
Leave it.
Don't blow it.
Leave it! And Aaron is definitely feeling the heat.
Where's your [Bleep.]
lid? The lid.
Cover it.
There we go.
Honestly.
- Blue team.
- Yes, Chef.
What is going on? Aaron can't even figure out where the [Bleep.]
he's at.
Is that garnish? Are the clams open? We've already talked, Sade.
I'm not [Bleep.]
talking to you.
Mind your business.
You're not even ugh! Sade and Bryant are ready to just go toe-to-toe and slug it out.
It's a [Bleep.]
absolute [Bleep.]
show right now.
Garnish is up.
Let's go.
- Let's go.
- Right beside you, Chef.
Thank you.
Beautifully cooked.
Thank you.
Walking halibut, Chef.
I hope it don't come back.
[Bleep.]
, it's gonna come back.
Hey, blue team, come here.
[Bleep.]
.
Just touch that salmon skin.
Just touch that one there.
[Bleep.]
.
Hey, it gets worse.
It gets worse.
Touch that.
Touch that.
A rock.
It's cold, it's raw.
Get it back in, get 'em back in.
- Come back for the salmon, please.
- Yes, Chef.
Come on, blue team! After Aaron and Bryant Two salmon right here.
Make a quick recovery Walking halibut garnish for two.
Go please, Jean.
The blue team races to catch up on entrées.
Right behind you.
Behind! And both teams Service, please.
Hot wellies! Complete dinner service.
Uh, right.
Let's get straight to the point, shall we? The winning team tonight by a mile is the red team.
- Yes.
- Good job.
Way to go, ladies.
Love y'all, man.
I love y'all.
Nice job.
Great job.
Thank you, Chef.
The communication was incredible.
I guess you don't want to jump over to the blue team, Sterling.
- No, thank you, Chef.
- No.
Blue team, I honestly don't know what happened to you.
Tonight I want each and every one of you to think of everything that's happened here in Hell's Kitchen and then give me the two names that you feel deserve to be nominated for elimination.
Hurry up.
You got a lot to discuss.
Dinner service was a [Bleep.]
joke.
I'm not going down for it tonight.
I'm not.
I'm done playing nice.
I'm seriously done.
I am [Bleep.]
done.
Well, I'll probably be the first to admit that I've probably had the most ups and downs here.
I own my mistakes.
I had a bad [Bleep.]
night.
And I'd say Bryant.
Yo, bro, I'm [Bleep.]
heated right now, dude.
- Yeah? - Yeah, you.
I don't know why you tonight I'm talking to you you listened to her more than you listened to garnish.
Because she was more organized than you were.
You can't listen and cook at the same time.
You need a bullhorn at the end of the table here to talk over me to talk to you? Bryant, you're talking to him.
Don't bring my name into it.
I'm asking him a question! Hold on a second.
- I'm asking him a question! - You need to relax.
Shut the [Bleep.]
up, would you? No! [Bleep.]
you, dude! The red team won dinner service, and Chef Ramsay has sent the blue team to the dorms to nominate two chefs for elimination.
I'm [Bleep.]
heated right now, dude.
- Yeah? - Yeah.
However, tonight's deliberation - I'm asking him a question! - You need to relax.
Shut the [Bleep.]
up, would you? No! [Bleep.]
you, dude! Has everyone on edge.
Dude, calm down! You asked me a question.
- You want the response? - [Bleep.]
you! Then tell her to shut the [Bleep.]
up.
Holy [Bleep.]
.
- Are we all gonna agree? - [Bleep.]
! Him and I are going on the block tonight, right? Yo, [Bleep.]
, I'm not going nowhere.
Yo, you suck, dog.
I'm gonna tell you right now your ass is going, and I'm picking you.
- Me? - Yeah.
- Fernando? - From all around, from all up and down.
What? [Bleep.]
you, you know? What are my up and downs? Look, you've already been up twice, right? No, once.
Okay, how about the other night? Couldn't hang in there on fish.
- Wait, what? - No, I'm sorry, not on fish.
You couldn't it was something.
It was something.
Keep going, keep going.
Come on, come on.
Okay.
Keep going, come on.
But I'm still voting for you.
Bryant's throwing words.
Bryant, you know, your attitude sucks.
You will never be able to [Bleep.]
manage a brigade with that [Bleep.]
attitude.
We can't judge you at all.
There's no way.
I mean, I've been here for three services, so That doesn't show anything, though.
Okay, so then what are you saying? I don't know how to judge you right now.
Well, then you got to find a way, honey, because Don't call me "honey.
" I'm not your honey.
Let's get that straight from the get-go.
Or "sweetie" or any of these other [Bleep.]
pet names.
Listen, I'm from Philadelphia.
All that rowdy cursing, I deal with that on a daily basis.
So, seriously, Bryant, simmer down, sweetie.
Tell me tell me about me.
Tell me about me, then.
- Tell me about me.
- You? Where would you like to start? I don't give a [Bleep.]
, bro.
Get it out, man.
We'll start with you sent up a raw scallops for me tonight.
Really? You [Bleep.]
couldn't justify it on me, showing that you're a weak-ass man.
I owned all my [Bleep.]
tonight.
I asked for help.
No, you didn't own [Bleep.]
.
"Oh, it's mine, Chef.
I did the scallops.
" Man, [Bleep.]
that.
I did the [Bleep.]
.
I was gonna tell him.
It's still stone cold.
[Bleep.]
, who cooked them? No answer.
Who cooked them? It's my station.
My station.
I take responsibility.
But you certainly didn't go, "I cooked 'em.
" 'Cause I was like, "bah.
" And you were like, "ah-da-da da-da.
" Shut the [Bleep.]
up.
You didn't jump on it.
[Bleep.]
, how could I when chef was like, "agh"? Bryant thinks that he's fighting to stay here, but I think he's ready to fight.
You gonna go cap somebody? That'd be fun.
I'm not [Bleep.]
capping no one.
[Bleep.]
talking to you like a grown-ass man.
- No, you're not.
- Like you need to talk to me.
- Yeah, I am.
- You're standing.
We're all sitting.
We're calm.
'Cause I'm dominant more than you.
- That's why I'm standing.
- You're what? - More dominant than you.
- No, you're not.
Yes, I am.
Not a chance in hell, buddy.
That's what's up, bro.
We've set the [Bleep.]
tone now.
Everyone knows how the [Bleep.]
I roll, man.
Y'all can each vote for me.
That's fine.
But I'm not leaving.
No executive chef in their right mind blows their [Bleep.]
stack like that.
Oh, yeah? What about when they work around some [Bleep.]
pastry chef that thinks he can cook fish? Y'all are [Bleep.]
barking up the wrong tree.
Y'all don't even know.
I stayed humble and peaceful the whole time, trying to support and encourage every [Bleep.]
one of you Besides you.
I have proved myself to be a good chef here.
I'll go up.
Put my name down.
I'd love to speak to chef.
I take this [Bleep.]
[Bleep.]
serious and personal.
And I mean business.
If he don't calm down and he come for me, he will need a medic, and I mean that.
So what now? Santos, based on everything that has happened since the day you stepped into Hell's Kitchen, who is the blue team's first nominee, and why? The first blue nominee, Chef, is Aaron.
Aaron.
That's based on everything so far? Everything, Chef.
Explain it to me.
Why? Basically he has peaks and valleys right now, and you need to be consistent.
Second nominee, and why? Uh, the second nominee, Chef Is In tonight's dinner service, the red team had one of their best performances yet.
But the blue team struggled all night and was forced to nominate two chefs.
Their first nominee was Aaron.
Second nominee, Chef Is Bryant.
Why? He can cook, but tonight's demonstration of blowing up and then basically just losing it upstairs, it just totally let everybody and the team down.
I don't give a [Bleep.]
what happens upstairs.
I care what happens when you step into this kitchen to run my restaurant let's get that right.
Yes, Chef.
Aaron and Bryant, step forward.
Bryant, why do you think you should stay in Hell's Kitchen? Chef, I think I should stay in Hell's Kitchen because, from the beginning, I've showed you that I'm a great chef, and I feel like I have the strengths of a chef that you're looking for.
Can you lead? Yes, Chef, I can.
Aaron, why do you think you should stay in Hell's Kitchen? Actually, Chef, as much as I'd love to run a restaurant for you, I'd love to be a Michelin star chef, and I don't think winning Hell's Kitchen is actually gonna get me any closer to my goal.
This is unbelievable.
It's it is what it is.
I'd like to be a master of my craft before I have to teach and lead it.
Why have you come to that decision? I've never been pushed this hard to realize the things that I do not know.
Wow.
For me, I need more education.
I'd like more education.
I think you would have learned a lot more here.
And you're not willing to fight for it? Yeah, I'm not gonna waste my time with you any longer.
Give me your jacket, please.
Hey, man.
Good luck.
Thank you for the education, Chef.
Good luck.
Thank you.
Disappointing.
When I first came to Hell's Kitchen, I wanted the executive-chef spot, but this is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do in my life, physically, mentally, emotionally.
It's 10,000 times more difficult to cook in Hell's Kitchen than it is in any other situation.
Wow.
Bryant, back in line, please.
Yes, Chef.
Thousands of chefs want this opportunity.
And in all the years, I've never had a chef quit.
Anyone else want to go? No, Chef.
Get out of here.
Good night.
Good night, Chef.
What the [Bleep.]
? Oh, man.
Just to bow out when you're down to nine, how do you do that? Aaron, dude, can we just say, "big stupid"? Aaron, you just knew that you were gonna be eliminated, so you wanted to seem like you're the bigger man.
[Bleep.]
you.
You ain't [Bleep.]
, you little bitch.
I would have slapped the [Bleep.]
out of him if I was Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay knows what he wants, and clearly Aaron was not that, which makes it more easy for me to get to the top.
[Bleep.]
how dare him? I'm one step closer to winning Hell's Kitchen.
Wow.
I found it quite strange that Aaron didn't even have the will to succeed.
He clearly didn't belong in Hell's Kitchen.
