brad: My feelings are Becoming really, really strong For each of these eight women.

jackie: You could feel the Tension in the air.

I am so fortunate to have been Given this second chance at Falling in love.
Since I was the bachelor last Time, I've learned that the Only way I'm truly going to Fall in love is to be Vulnerable, to open up my heart.
I am completely different these Days (exhales deeply) But in some ways, that's Actually made this entire Experience even more difficult.
Last time, at this stage in The game, I wasn't nearly as Emotionally invested as I am Now.
I'm here with eight women that I really care about.
But at the end of this week, I Have some really heavy Decisions to make.

And I clearly did not grow up In a jungle, and I don't think Brad did either, so I think This is a new experience for Everybody, but I also don't Care.

alli: So we pull up to the Springs resort & spa.
And we get out and walk through The lobby, which was beautiful, Of course.

And we look out the window, and We see a gigantic volcano.
wow! oh, my god! And, oh, my god, there's steam Coming from it, and it was a Sight unlike anything I'd ever Seen before.
And then we look down over The balcony, and we see brad Standing there waiting for us.

We have a hot tub Water! An infinity pool, and it Overlooks the volcano.
It just feels so organic.

Costa rica is an amazing place, And I can easily see how people Could fall in love here, and I Feel like the more time I get With him, the more, like, sure I am that I'm gonna make him Fall in love with me.

As awesome as it is just kind Of sitting and looking at the Volcano, I haven't gotten a Chance to have a one-on-one date With brad, So having my first one-on-one Date with him in costa rica Would be amazing.

I ended up getting married at For ten years of my life, I was With that one man.
So I'm scared going into this, And it's hard not to let your Fear overcome you.

Um, one of the things that brad said When he, like, came in tonight, he mentioned kind of, like, How he got some grief about not giving a rose out At the last--the group date? Do--who was giving grief? I was thinking the same thing.
And when did they have time to give him grief? (woman) yeah, we just talked to him.
Something must've happened because he said that, but I don't know.
Well, if all of you guys just sat here, Said you didn't see anything, and then ashley told me That she said she was happy about it, That just leaves, what, michelle, right? So maybe she said something.

) I don't care for michelle very much at all.
She looks at things-- Like this whole situation-- as more of a competition And winning, than she does about the real feelings behind it.
I feel like after my last date with brad, That I'm in a really good place with him, So all I can do is just focus on that And not worry about whatever antic she's up to.
Let me start by saying, I think you and I have something That's--that's extremely real And positive, And that doesn't happen, um, all that often.
I mean that in a good way.
You're scaring me.

That conversation you and I had on our group date Was all about trust.

What I was thinking, the fact that you're so different Mm-hmm.

" last night, when I saw you, We had the exact same conversation We had in the hot springs, and I was reeling.
I feel like we took ten steps back.
Trust me when I say I'm making the right decisions for me.

I'm afraid of the direction you and I are going right now.
Bottom line--I don't like you questioning me.

Well, I kind of gave him the stare down.

It is hard for me to believe that, I mean, he would say He was given grief if it was just a look given at him.
But I feel like there's something that Has happened that I don't know about.
Something's not making sense.
Brad's definitely upset about something, And I'm really confused, and I want to know what's going on And why.
You had said that, you know, some people have been Giving you grief about not, you know, Getting the rose Yeah.
And I was confused by that.
Yeah, I was called out a bit Really? By some of the people that are still here, And I'm--I'm getting past it.

Who? But the whole reason why I'm here is to fall in love, So my whole plan was to just have him relax.
Well, I just feel we talk about our feelings a lot.

If she didn't have time to talk to him at the actual date, She found extra time to talk to him.
Do you think that if somebody asked her point-blank Why lie about it? She would admit to it? I did ask her point-blank, and so did shawntel.

Last night, I went over to brad's, And I spent, like, 20, 30 minutes with him, And I came home.
But I think that's probably what he's referring to When he says "people are giving me grief about the rose" Okay.
'cause I brought it up.
And I don't want you guys To think I-I, like, go run off my mouth to him About any of you, 'cause I don't.
Chantal and I--the entire time michelle's talking-- We're kinda looking at each other, Because we're on the same page.
We know that michelle has been aggressive since day one, And it's not very classy, personally, to go do that.
I feel like there are certain boundaries That I thought that we had (woman) yeah.
But it's surprising to me that we don't.
That's my, like, issue with it.
We all know where he stays.

And I don't see why anyone else couldn't have done it.
I just happened to be the one who did it, I guess.
(insects chirping) You could feel the tension in the air.
It was icy.
And everybody's gaze was just kind of Glued on michelle, And nobody really knew what to say when she broke that news.

I was quiet Because I don't really have anything to say to her.
I don't even really want to look at her.
She just annoys me that much.
And there's something That I really want to be able to tell brad, And I feel it's important that I talk to him tonight about it, And it sucks that michelle could ruin everything.

Or during our date, I kind of realized some things, And they're good things.

And I was gonna kind of wait to tell you, But, um, I kind of feel like Tonight's, like--well, it's different, 'cause I have a rose.
And so it's, like, the one time where I can tell you something Without you feeling like I'm trying to get you To do something for me.
So does that make sense, like Yeah.
So I think it's very important That you know that, um, Well, my feelings are, like, they grew a lot for you.

And I Have fallen in love with you.

And it's very scary because I know that I'm saying that, And, like, I'm not gonna get anything back.

Like, I--there was a change in me.

How's he doing?" Like, all of a sudden, it was like that love, Like the love of sacrifice, like that change in my heart.
