1 There's a legend associated with the Wolf Creek Inn.
We just didn't like to go in here.
I just want to shut the door and see what happens in total darkness.
-What do you think's in there? -I think it's a portal.
ZAK: Something moved here, guys.
Did you do that to me, little girl? -Shh.
-It came from down here.
ZAK: There are things in this world that we will never fully understand.
Understand.
We want answers.
Answers.
We have worked years to build our credibility, our reputation, working alongside the most renowned professionals in the field, capturing groundbreaking proof of the paranormal.
-It's working! -Whoa! What was that? I can't give you an explanation.
ZAK: This is our evidence, our "Ghost Adventures.
" The Wolf Creek Inn here in Oregon is the longest continuously operating hotel in the Pacific Northwest.
It's also the most mysterious.
Built in 1883 by pioneer merchant Henry Smith, this important stagecoach stop was the only place to take shelter during the treacherous journeys through the valleys and mountains of early Oregon.
134 years of energy, both good and bad, have passed through these doors.
There is also the notorious legend of something living in the surrounding woods that may be influencing the living to be extremely violent.
There's a legend of an infamous vampire entity that's said to haunt the nearby woods and follow guests back to their rooms and attack them.
[ Hissing .]
How you doing? So, before the interview, you were sitting right here and you were talking out loud.
The cameras we had were rolling.
I can just feel those people that I used to share the building with every day for 6 years.
Why were you saying that, when you walked into here, you could feel all the people around you? You walk through those doors, and all the people from all those different eras.
And I think that they leave their impression.
-Are they all good? -They're not all good.
ZAK: As Margaret begins to tell us about a malicious little spirit, we begin to hear loud footsteps directly above our heads.
And IAnd I kept saying, "Was there anybody?" You know how you just hear something? -Is that a boardwalk out there? -No.
-That's above your head.
-That's above your head.
And IAnd I kept saying Is there anybody up there? See, we hear that all the time.
ZAK: Hang on.
I immediately run up to the area where we all heard very loud footsteps to discover a room that was regularly used by legendary movie star Mr.
Clark Gable, a room where he is said to have secretly entertained numerous affairs.
He would have other ladies here that -ZAK: While he was married? -Mm-hmm.
ZAK: Coincidentally, we have tried to make contact with him and his wife's spirit before.
Clark, we went to communicate with your wife, Carole Lombard, at the Pioneer Saloon.
We visited the crash site of your wife -- Mount Potosi.
We saw the wreckage of the plane.
I know you spent a lot of time sitting at that barstool, crying.
Our paths have crossed again.
Do you remember us? [ Oscillating static .]
[ Speaks indistinctly .]
-AARON: Oh! -[ Billy speaks indistinctly .]
-Did you hear it? -Yes.
-Did you hear that? -I did.
Who was that, that just said that? Whose room are we in? Who was making these loud footsteps? [ Speaks indistinctly .]
-AARON: Oh! -Oh! [ Chuckles .]
-What did it say? -[ Billy speaks indistinctly .]
That was the same exact voice from before.
I heard -- I felt someone behind me.
What'd you feel behind you? I just felt like there was someone behind me.
And then, all of a sudden, you went over there -And it spoke.
-and I felt like it -Did you hear that? -Whoa.
BILLY: It's getting really cold.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

-BILLY: Come over to the bed.

I'm serious.
It's really -Yeah, be careful.
-You feel how cold that is? -I'm shaking a little bit.
-You okay? ZAK: These are the only two voices we capture.
Later on, we will review this evidence, and what we discover is absolutely incredible.
Because this inn is visited by numerous spirits and entities, we now meet Marcy, who claims she met the spirit of a girl right outside the Clark Gable room.
-ZAK: Hello.

Tell me exactly what happened.
I was coming up the back stairway and was getting some bowls, I believe, off the shelf back there.
And I hear, "Hi!" -And so I turn, thinking -How loud was it? Loud.

-Like that? And just crystal clear little girl's voice.
Crystal clear.
So I turned with a big smile on my face thinking I'd see -Okay.
-a little kid facing me.
I thought there was a real child there -Okay.

That's what a little girl -Yeah.

It was positive.
A little girl would want you to be excited.

A little girl would want you to open your arms up and come play with the little girl and offer her some candy, right? Yes.

And I believe that your father, I think it was your father, that actually had this little girl take candy from the top counter, some Jolly Ranchers or something.
-My husband.
Yeah.

I understand that you've had an experience here with a little girl spirit trying to take your candy.
-Right.

What kind of candy were you eating? Jolly Ranchers.
How many Jolly Ranchers were you putting down a day? -A hundred, easy.

From over here, it sounded like you said you were putting down 100 Jolly Ranchers a day.

Since I know you had a little bit of a Jolly Rancher problem, do you know if, maybe, an overdose on Jolly Ranchers could produce hallucinations? -I don't think so.

I only have a couple at a time now, whereas before it was just constant.

But at this time, the little girl's spirit was trying to steal one from you.
Was she doing this? One or two times, and then it went away.
Did she take possession of it? Her hands were just going through it.
She wasn't able to So you saw the little girl's hand I trying to grab it, and she couldn't? Right.
You were real protective of your Jolly Ranchers.
My kids weren't allowed to touch my Jolly Ranchers.

ZAK: I'm sure this little girl's spirit is just as angry at Jeff for not sharing his Jolly Ranchers as his own children are.
Jeff's wife says she has a photograph of this little girl.
You can see what appears to be a little girl.
And it's always hard to tell with still photos 'cause I can't analyze anything else except this one fraction of a second in time.
But you can see what appears to be the silhouette of a little girl.
ZAK: Margaret also feels that this ominous back hallway is a source of darkness and negativity.
We just didn't like to go in here.
It felt negative.
-Can you go in there? -I'll go in there.
I just want to shut the door and see what happens in total darkness.

Ready? MARGARET: Is it my eyes, or is it, like, something, like, they -ZAK: Like, moving around? Yeah.

Are you the one that followed me all the time up here? ZAK: We begin seeing black masses moving at the end of the hallway.
Margaret gets very uncomfortable, so now I want to get someone else in here to see if they can experience the same thing.
We have a night vision camera rolling in that I call it the scary tunnel.
Can we just observe and see what happens with you? I'm gonna -- Actually, I'm gonna operate the camera.

MARK: Whoa.
-ZAK: What's wrong? -I just got goosebumpy.
This is the room, when we first came to work here, that none of the servers would come into this room here because they said the door would shut and lock on 'em.
[ Zak breathing deeply .]
Dude [ Continues breathing deeply .]
When he went back in there, I was standing there, holding that camera.
I got so hot on the back of my neck.
Can you look and just make sure there's nothing on the back of my neck? Oh, dude.
You know, it was like someone took an iron and just put it, like, an inch from my neck.
What do you think's in there? I think it's a portal.
I think it's a doorway.
I think it's where all the spirits come in and out here.
And all the spirits aren't good.
And I think the little girl protects it, and I don't think the little girl is a little girl.
[ Door creaking .]
No, that's a doorway.
I can just feel it.
That's a portal.
As soon as he opens the door that nobody goes to, that's when it happened.
It's the exact same time that it happened.
After I feel a burning sensation on my neck, I go back to the hotel and my entire body breaks out in hives, something I've never had happen before.
Now I can't say for sure this was caused by a dark entity that may have touched my neck.
But I will say that I can't argue with the coincidence of this event either.
They hung a Native American here.
What? It is a more aggressive manifestation.
[ Gasps .]
Wait! [ Thunderclap, rain falling .]
ZAK: Here at the Wolf Creek Inn in Wolf Creek, Oregon, we're getting greeted by a dark and ominous storm.
No surprises, things here have quickly become more sinister and quite possibly violent.
-Whoa.
-Just started.
-I love when that happens.
-Yeah.
It looks like it's gonna be intense tomorrow.
All right, so I'm still trying to, you know, grasp whether or not this whole thing that happened to me that's never happened to me before BILLY: Never seen that.
That was over my entire body, you guys.
-You guys saw it.
-It was bad.
-Yeah.
-It was bad.
And it's still -- I'm trying to process whether or not this entity did that to me.
I just don't think that that's a coincidence that we should ignore.
-I don't either.
-It's very strange.
-Yeah.
So, ladies and gentlemen, we are beginning our investigation right now to do our lockdown again.
I'm not feeling great, but I'm gonna throw myself back in here.
There is a legend associated with the Wolf Creek Inn and the Wolf Creek Woods.
You may have heard about it, this vampire entity.
And this vampire entity, nobody really pays attention to it because it just sounds absurd.
-Right.
However, once we started doing some digging, Jay found multiple murders -Oh, yeah.
multiple bodies, body parts found in the woods.
There is one particular murder that kind of got me shook up that was back from the 1800s I want to tell you about.
-What is it? -A Native American.
-A Native American? -Whoa.
-Yep.
When they first built this place, it was basically the christening of the building, they hung a Native American here.
-ZAK: What? -BILLY: Here? -Yep.
[ Branch creaking .]
Did this hanging of this Native American do something to this -Created a curse maybe.
-structure? -Did that unleash something -Yeah.
horrendous here? Not the Native American spirit but just that act.
But just the violence of it, the act of it.
Makes sense.
ZAK: Could this energy from this violent hanging be the center of the darkness here, fueling this vampire creature, gaining power from guests' fear? Now we speak to a paranormal researcher who has explored the Wolf Creek Inn and its countless reports of activity.
What do you think could happen to somebody if they were to provoke, taunt, or push this entity to its boiling point? I believe that they could become more physical with you.
I definitely believe that it feeds off of fear.
Uh-huh.
And I definitely feel that it will challenge you.
It is a more aggressive manifestation.
And so it depends on how deeply you want to provoke that.
You could get -- You could end up with scratches.
ZAK: It is now that I begin to believe even more that my rash outbreak could have been caused by the entity she speaks of.
Where do you think this entity came from? I know that there is an Indian culture that exists here.
And it's been suggested that possibly there is energy that an old energy that walks around -Ancient? -Ancient energy.
But I do believe that it is what made me refer to it as a trickster and a trickster that feeds.
I believe that you have to exercise caution with that.
But I also believe that you have, certainly, the strength and ability to do that.
ZAK: We now have an instance of mimicking by what could be a deeply violent and ancient entity.
Its energy originating from what I believe to be a portal in the upstairs corridor.
While we are focusing our attention on this alleged negative entity, we cannot ignore our earlier and powerful communication with who we feel is a kindred human spirit.
Okay, so before we start our investigation, which we're just minutes away, we caught a couple voices with the Spirit Box when we were with Margaret, when we heard the footsteps above us, when we were doing the interview with her and her husband Mark.
[ Speaks indistinctly .]
AARON: Oh! [ Oscillating static .]

-AARON: Whoa! The footsteps came from the Clark Gable room.
We weren't really able to tell exact words in the moment.

So we want to analyze it before we start our investigation to see whether or not this spirit was giving us some information that we could use.
We do this a lot.
You replay the spirit voices at the location where you documented them or captured them.
And that way, the spirit can then hear its own voice Right.
and be totally just blown away Right.
that us living people are reacting to it.

What's shocking is that, there was only two voices -Yeah.

This one, it comes again in the same voice.

ZAK: Could this be validation that Clark Gable's spirit connected to us during the first moments we stepped inside the Wolf Creek Inn and disrupted our first interview with those footsteps? And IAnd I kept saying ZAK: Then gave us a sign that he remembers when we visited the site where his wife was killed in the plane crash on Mount And while he is aware we can hear his voice, he gives us one last message.
ALL: "Miss her.
" Whoa, dude! Dude, that's awesome! That's pretty crazy.
Wow! This is why we do this.
Wait.
You brought back because he was probably up Listen.
Just hear it out.
You brought back something to him, and he was like, "Oh, my god," because he misses her, and you brought it all up.
Yeah.
BILLY: And we got the reading from -- on the Mel Meter.
It might be, like, you took a spirit and made that spirit think.
Right, think back.
-Yeah.
-And I even said -You brought it out of him.
-Yeah.
And I even said, "This is an experiment to see Wait, that might not be good.
"whether or not these spirits can remember and think.
" If these spirits here remember us from other locations, that's an experiment to test during our Spirit Box sessions, our communication sessions, which would indicate that these spirits can remember.
-It's intelligent.
-Yeah.
And so his spirit was listening to us.

Ready? Ladies and gentlemen, it is time to enter the darkness.

We are getting ready to begin our lockdown investigation of this location, the Wolf Creek Inn.
Our biggest focus for tonight is to penetrate through the mask that this alleged demonic ancient entity is putting on.
The mask is a little girl.
And if we let this demonic entity know what it's doing and how it's tricking people, as we've done before, it could backlash onto us.
And I feel as though I already felt the wrath of that.
There's an old energy that walks around here.
-Ancient? -Ancient energy.
ZAK: While we are targeting this evil entity that many have named the vampire of Wolf Creek, we enter this 134-year-old building knowing that there are good spirits here as well.
We just have to stay on guard to make sure the bad one isn't portraying itself as one of these.

And this time, we're going to do things a little different.
I'm going to start off by myself.
I've got a full spectrum camera mounted to my chest.
I got a bag full of toys because I want to take these toys to this "little girl.
" And I want to kind of play the trick back on this entity.
So, Aaron and Billy, stay back at Nerve Center.
Jay, I got a walkie.
You guys keep an eye on me, okay? -Right.

And if I call you, you run up there right away, and make sure you've got a Spirit Box.

God, this is scary.
This is This is a long walk up to the upstairs, too.
Man, you can see in front of me, it's pitch-black.
The full spectrum chest camera can see from infrared light to ultraviolet, expanding the visual spectrum for capturing spiritual anomalies.

Hey, little girl.
You here, little girl? All of a sudden, right after I say, "Hey, little girl," this light anomaly appears to manifest on the left-hand side of my full spectrum chest camera.
The amazing part of this anomaly is that, if you look very closely, it does indeed look like a little girl's hand with very pronounced fingers.
This is incredible.
Earlier, we met with this man, who used to work here, and he told us that he has seen the little girl's hand appear just like this one.
Okay, right now, I've reached the location where the little girl is seen most frequently and heard, right here at this doorway.
And then the hallway is way back there.
I can't see anything past this doorway.
It's just pitch-black for me.
But I'm sure you can see it in the night vision, that there's another hallway that goes all the way back there.
That's where I was when I first felt the heat on the back of my neck.
Did you do that to me, little girl? That -- What? I don't like it in there.
I can't even look in that direction.
I can feel it over there.
I can feel a strange negative presence down that dark hallway, and I'm fearful of entering it.
Who's up here? I set up this electromagnetic energy detector, along with a ball and some other toys as trigger objects.
I got you a teddy bear.
I will now finally enter the area where this evil entity is said to reside.
Who's back here? [ Clattering .]
Something moved here, guys.
[ Tense music playing .]
[ Stairs creaking .]
ZAK: Oh, my gosh.
There's a dark shadow back there.
I keep seeing it moving.
It just got ice cold right here.

-ZAK: Is it rolling? -BILLY: Yeah, it's rolling.

What I'm going to do right now is because I heard something got moved in the far back.
I came back, and there was an ice cold presence right here.
We heard the movement.
Right now, I'm going to try to see if I can see this figure with the SLS.
ZAK: You're in this hallway, aren't you? I heard you making noise back there.
You're gonna show yourself, little girl? -Did you guys see that? -BILLY: No.
What'd you see? What was that? Just, like, bad energy.
ZAK: In the back hallway of Oregon's Wolf Creek Inn, we sense a strong presence.
You're gonna show yourself, little girl? 'Cause I know you're back here.

BILLY: Man, it's disorienting over here.
AARON: It is.
-And I feel dizzy.
-ZAK: Yeah.

I'm, like, cloudy in the head.

AARON: I felt it in the other room.

It's, like, thicker in here, though.
ZAK: All of a sudden, right as Billy gets dizzy and has to hold onto something to keep himself up, a figure appears on my SLS camera.
Just got a little figure here.
-AARON: For real? -BILLY: Really? A little one? ZAK: We start using our Spirit Box to communicate with this entity.
But over the course of 20 minutes, it never speaks to us.
So we go back downstairs to the front room, where Aaron begins feeling a very strong energy around him.
[ Oscillating static .]
ZAK: What color candy do you want? I'm gonna find you.
-AARON: Whoa, whoa, whoa.
-BILLY: What? What? I don't know.
-Just got so scared.
-What happened? BILLY: Hold on, man.

I feel, like, straight up, straight out of a horror film, dude.
I'm scared.
Something hid behind me when I was backing up to get the shot.
-Just, like, bad energy.
-Oh, god.
What was that? -Did you see that? -BILLY: What'd you see? -Did you guys see that? -No, what did you see? I think a little arm came around this corner, black.
-AARON: Oh, my god.

-BILLY: What? What? I'm telling you, that's what I'm sensing.
I'm sensing this little something I saw a little [ Speaks indistinctly .]
running around, hiding, playing with us.
And it's ice cold right here, too.
Feel, right where I saw this arm.
Feel it right there.
AARON: It is.

Icy cold, right here.
-Let me see.
-Oh, my god.
Right where I saw the little arm.
-Yeah.
-Really cold.
-Yes! -Really cold! ZAK: I see what looks like a little girl's arm reach around this doorframe.
Could I have just seen what my full spectrum camera captured earlier, which resembled a little girl's hand? Now Billy suddenly becomes affected.

What do you want? Who are you? ZAK: I start using the thermal imaging camera to try and see what's causing these strange cold energy masses, when all of a sudden, as Billy is feeling a presence around him, I capture what appears to be a figure behind him.
Whoa.
Bill, where you at? In -- in here.

ZAK: It almost appears to be a girl wearing a skirt.
This alleged figure is also very cold in temperature.
At first, we think it may be one of our own reflections.
But when we move, it stands still with arms to its side.
Could this be the same girl apparition that was captured in the photograph we saw earlier? I quickly head back to Nerve Center to review this thermal footage with Jay, while Aaron and Billy head upstairs, where they begin experiencing more activity.
-[ Billy speaks indistinctly .]
-Shh! Stop! What? Where? Where? -[ Zak shouts in distance .]
-Stop! I just heard whistling.
I just heard [ Whistles notes .]
It's coming from somewhere back there.
BILLY: Go down there.

AARON: It just went bang back here, dude.

-Shh! Where was that whistling from? I don't know, man.
That was It came from -- It was down this hall, dude.
[ Speaks indistinctly .]
[ Sighs deeply .]
[ Aaron groans .]
It just -- It just wants us to leave.
-Yeah.
That's all I can feel.
-That's all it is.
It wants us to leave, like, "Just get out of here.
This is my space.
Quit trying to figure it out.

" Like, an entity that's outdoors, like, an elemental or something.
Yeah.
-You know what? -[ Clears throat .]
This is their place.

ZAK: While investigating upstairs at the Wolf Creek Inn, Billy and Aaron hear an aggressive noise.
[ Loud crash .]
What the hell was that? ZAK: Whoa.
Whoa.

Whoa! -JAY: That was right -Did you see that? -What was that? -Something moved right there.
Something moved.
I can see it.
ZAK: We all hear an extremely loud crashing sound come from the ballroom area.
What the hell is that? Jay and I think we see what causes the sound, as we notice some type of movement back down the hallway.
[ Loud crashing .]
BILLY: What the hell was that? [ Loud crashing .]
What the hell was that? ZAK: As Billy and Aaron investigate the source of this loud crash, they make a mind-blowing discovery.
That came from this room, Aaron.
We don't have a walkie.
Whoa.
-What? -I just saw light back there.
I just saw light, like, like Wait.
Is there stuff in the middle of the Is there something on the ground right there? There's stuff on the ground, Aaron.
Oh, my gosh.
That stuff fell! Stuff just came off of the shelf! Dude, that's what fell! That's what fell! That's what fell.
They had to have seen that from Nerve.
-Wow.
-Look.
-Don't touch -- -Yeah, don't touch anything.
Holy crap.
[ Thud .]
-It was all that.
-Yeah.
Zak, look at this.
All this stuff is on the ground.
-Oh, my -That, that, that.
-Are you serious? -Whatever that is, that's broke.
ZAK: When we review the footage on this X camera, we are shocked beyond belief as to what we capture.
Watch very closely, as you can see a couple of heavy plastic lids come flying off the top storage shelf in the same exact spot where, earlier, we captured this unknown stick figure.
[ Loud crash .]
What the hell was that? [ Loud crash .]
What the hell was that? ZAK: This is some of the most incredible poltergeist activity we have captured during recent investigations.
-Stuff -Oh, my god.
Stuff got raked off of this -That's what the sound was! -That's what the sound was.

ZAK: The activity at Wolf Creek Inn has been absolutely amazing.
This is a paranormal investigator's dream location.

Okay, the legend says that when the guests walk out onto the property, this vampire entity, that we think is actually the same entity that's mimicking the little girl, this demonic entity, if you will, this ancient entity, will then follow the guest from outside back into their room.
So we're just going to give this a try and just legend trip.
So, Aaron, go outside, walk around Wolf Creek Woods, see what you feel, then go downstairs and pick a room and go in there and see what happens.

And what this device does is, it sends out these different sensors out in the front that measure distance, luminance, barometric pressure, humidity, all types of things, electromagnetic fields.
We're going to see if we can get a spirit to communicate with us by changing the environmental elements in front of this device to select a word.

ZAK: As Aaron is exploring the woods surrounding the Wolf Creek Inn, I decide to execute a Spirit Box session in an active room on the second floor.

Coincidentally, at this same exact moment, I also feel an ice cold blast of air directly on top of my hand.
[ Whispers .]

ZAK: he aims the device towards the couch, where something has apparently been watching him this entire time.

And I'm going to go in the house now and see if I can't get some evidence and see if it won't follow me back in the house.

This scream that comes through the Spirit Box happens at the same time that Aaron walks in through the front door.
And as he returns to his room, we notice that his behavior has changed and become very trance-like.
ZAK: Aaron seems extremely confused, which is very concerning.
[ Sighs .]
Oh, yeah.

I'm so scared right now.
ZAK: All of a sudden, Aaron throws the covers from his bed to the ground.
He then grabs his X camera and throws that on top of the blankets.
[ X camera thuds .]
ZAK: This odd behavior, along with some of our most powerful evidence on any investigation, concludes to us that this vampire entity is not a vampire, but rather it is a very powerful force that can move objects [ Loud crash .]
What the hell was that? ZAK: can mimic other spirits, and can even psychologically affect the human mind and possibly worse.
